After the April Billing Cycle I was not given 1GB 4G but given 627.62MB, Complaint from customer care was asked to contact the retailer or Reliance Store, if complaint with the nodal officer, 627.62 mb promotional data is spoken but ended up data speed of my 4G at 627.62 mb, got 1 GB additional they say less running speed nodal Officer network complaint from 2G to complaint to note, Ye came no solution to my problem 627.62 MB Only 4G DATA is not the same as your Customer Care value I also have NOTIFICATION PROVE, which you can see in the document, FILE SCREENSHORT 2 19 MAY 2017 AND file screenhort 1 May 18, 2017 The file is also MYACCOUNT Free Unit
And your customer care these do not even know 4G NETWORK on 3G DATA work like 2G data and the entire complaint averted said Complaint Network ..
And when I made the port sms, I got the call from the customer care on the call now and changed your plan to 299. You will get 3GB data but nothing like this is found, I am compelled to do the basic OLD SERVICE, Will have to port from Reliance ...
