I have taken a postpaid connection of 299 plan from reliance communications having mobile no.[protected]. At the time of providing connection the offer was 6 gb 4g data with unlimited talk time. But it is observed that after consuming 1 gb (1024 mb) the 4g data facility is discontinued. Sir, i am a central government maharatna company employee (Ntpc ltd) and my
Connection is official. So please provide/activate the data provision as offered.

The connection was provided by reliance web store, plamoodu, trivandrum kerala 695007. Contact number [protected].

    Good day,

    Again there is unwanted balance deduction from my account worth rs 30 .I don't understand why you are doing this repeatedly.
    I never made any call nor I used it for anything.
    Please look into this and refund my amount immediately.
    Please stop all unwanted service if anything is activated from your side.
    I don't understand why it's happening repeatedly after complaining again, this is really ridiculous, how can we keep trust of our service provider

      The balance of my reliance number was wrongly deducted and even after they accepting that it was wrongly deducted . they are not refunding it back. Instead they are giving the hell of reasons that it was my mistake and all.

        I register complaints on 14/5/2017 that my broadband connection is facing same from a long time it has been 2weeks reliance people are not arranging any call backs and iam getting mgs that complaints has been resolved i have register new complaints everyday. Iam having a worstest and disgusting experience since i bought reliance connection in a month 15 days are gone in complaints only no waiver provide as reliance people say that there is datausage seen when i haven't even open my login window.
        Reliance customer care is the worstest customer service ever as far as my experience with them. Just looting customer. I made a call on 22/5/17 at 7:20 am customer care personnel was laughing no shame at all. Reliance is degrading day by day.

          When i taken this connection my rental was Rs.495.after 2-3 month later Rental charge exceed Rs.700/- with out any intimation.All bill are attached with this complain.when we talk with Reliance store they didnt help us.i call multiple time to complaint for that no one entertain properly.

            Our plan is Of 399 Unlimited Plan and Service tax including fix bill must come till 460rs
            But bill came rs 699 and when I complain the executive, he increased the amount to 1724rs in 10mins
            And executive even don't know the plan, he told my plan is of 299rs.

              Reliance introduced special plan for my number of rs 152, which includes r to r unlimited free, 4 gb data free 2g, and 700 min for other, but after recharge i didn't get any talk time for other, and i am trying to connect with reliance costumer care but i didn't get any option in costumer care no they only play promotion on that. I tried at least 50 time in every no which is related with reliance costumer care. But no use, i am using gsm from the first day of launching gsm. But they dont care of old costumers.

                  I have a Reliance company postpaid and prepaid Consumer "[protected]" & "[protected]", have taken 4GFREEDOM350 of Rs 350 in postpaid, when I took this plan, then the basic facility was given in it, 1000 minutes of calling, 1GB 4G data, 1GB 3G Data, 2G Unlimited, 100 sms,

                  After the April Billing Cycle I was not given 1GB 4G but given 627.62MB, Complaint from customer care was asked to contact the retailer or Reliance Store, if complaint with the nodal officer, 627.62 mb promotional data is spoken but ended up data speed of my 4G at 627.62 mb, got 1 GB additional they say less running speed nodal Officer network complaint from 2G to complaint to note, Ye came no solution to my problem 627.62 MB Only 4G DATA is not the same as your Customer Care value I also have NOTIFICATION PROVE, which you can see in the document, FILE SCREENSHORT 2 19 MAY 2017 AND file screenhort 1 May 18, 2017 The file is also MYACCOUNT Free Unit

                  And your customer care these do not even know 4G NETWORK on 3G DATA work like 2G data and the entire complaint averted said Complaint Network ..

                  And when I made the port sms, I got the call from the customer care on the call now and changed your plan to 299. You will get 3GB data but nothing like this is found, I am compelled to do the basic OLD SERVICE, Will have to port from Reliance ...

                      On 15 i recharged my phone with 60 rs and on 17 may the company automatically deducted 60 rs from my balance when i checked my balance it was 1 rs i called reliance and informed them about this... They told me we cannot do anything a olan was activated on your no 24 hours ago. I asked them who activated they informed me... Sorry we do not have that information are when i didnt even ask to activate any plan on my no hkw did your team automatically activate???!. Then on 18 may again i recharged with 60 rs on 19 may again the money was deducted from my no now this time 2 plans were activated each costing 30 rs intotal 60 rs... Now again i didnt activate any plan... But the company ditches ppl. Pls take a strict action against them ... I want my 120 rs to be refunded back to my balance

                          I am using an lenovo for number [protected], all calls being made do not connect at the first instance and subsequently a message is stated "voice mail box for this number does not exist" When I replace this SIM in a different Iphone the problem is as above. When I put another SIM in the same Iphone, the changed SIM works perfectly. Took the phone and explained the problem to the Reliance Store, this sim is taken from Maharashtra Goa Area right no i using in west bengal in roaming package, will be post after one and half month but not working please solve the issue, my another number is [protected]

                              It has been only a week since i get the reliance postpaid no [protected] after porting it from vodafone. My outgoing call and sms services got blocked on 19th may 2017. After contacting to customer care the reason i got as verification failed. But i didn't got any verification call after i got my sim and i have submitted all the required documents. Even if they need any additional documentbthey can reach out to me for the same but instaed they directly blocked my services. When contacting with the person who availed me the connection is just giving me false promise that my services will be resumed soon from last 2 days. This is pathetic i need a quick action on this case.

                                I have post paid reliance mobile number, out going services have been suspended with out notice and justification, no reply from customer care number 30333333. Activate the service immidiately other wise i have to move for legal action against the company. I have tried to contact the marketing person on [protected] who contacted me for getting reliance connection but no response.

                                  Subject - wrong deduction of approximate rs. 80.00 from my mobile number [protected].

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am using [protected] since 04.06.2016. Reliance start giving unlimited talk on it’s all number then i stop using this number and start using my regular number that i use since 07.08.206. My balance in [protected] on 01.01.2017 is rs. 82.45 and i suddenly see on 14.05.2017 my balance is rs. 21.45 in between my phone is hardly use for one or two call in emergency because i kept it in my home and i am living signal. Same day i register my complain in customer care with ms. Sangita and his junior both are informed me they have only information for three days in the system so they cannot help me in this regard. They also confirm me no value added services are activated. Again i see on 19.05.2017 my balance is 11.45 and try to register complain but fail to reach at customer care. Again i see on 20.05.2017 my balance is 1.45 and try to register complain but fail to reach at customer.

                                  So i kindly request you please look into this matter and justice with me.

                                    I had dispute with no [protected] (Data card) due to payment, poor service, no service etc on 2011, i made complain this to rcom many time, finally settled the amnt and askd to deactivate services.. Now they have suspended all mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] without any prior notice. Im payng bills correctly fr tis postpaid numbers. Bt thy decatived my numbers. Which causing great trouble.. I made a complaint in mobile store and als made a complaint in customer care via instacare app live chat. Bt no response. My alternative contact number is [protected]..

Even after paying my bill to reliance still i have received another bill after porting out. I'm ready to pay that bill however no one is helping me to know how to pay that bill.                                         I ported my Idea sim to reliance on starting of may 1st week.have to wait nearly 1 week to get activated. the agency replaced the sim after one week and now it's barred again. my plan was told to be of 299 but i got a bill of 413 today morning that also which I just used for one and half week. Because of this problem I have lost many of my business which I run mostly on calls and internet.
