There is a issue of not received monthly bill on my new office address or parmenant resi address since 2 years & above. & also there is no any response & resolve my problem after continue followup to update my mail id. & still not received bill copy.& everytime reliance communication send me notice & pressurised to pay bill 1st then resolve my complaint & everytime i paid bill but after then no any solution of my complaint. Its my last hope to solve my complaint... Thanx & regards

    I am a heart patient senior citizen customer and running age is 66 years.
    (1) without subscribing by me or any request from my side you have snatched and grabbed away about rs. 21/- on 25.04.2017 from my pre-paid amount by sending sms on my mobile no. [protected].
    “dear reliance customer your subscription renewal for anchalvideowsubservice for rs. 21 is due on 28/04/2017. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to ………………. ” (See continuing message below)

    (3) today i. E. 09.05.2017 once again you have snatched and grabbed away about rs. 50/- without subscribing by me or any request from my side, from my pre-paid amount by sending sms on my mobile no. [protected] and thereby reducing my pre-paid account to “only six paisa”.

    “you have been successfully subscribed to askshtfrmtvtsubs50 service for 44 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 1629 to 155223 (Toll free).”

     when i have tried to contact my cardiologist today 09.05.2017 at about 18.00 hours for urgent guidance, i have received tape message on mobile
    “aap ke paas pariyapta balance nahi hai. Krupaya aapke pre-paid acccount ko recharge kare.”
    (4) why and under which provisions of law you are snatching and grabbing away money of customer? About rs. 71/- from my prepaid amount and reducing pre-paid account to “only six paisa” and thereby put customer (Me) in great trouble and hardships?
    (5) when you are going to credit said amount (About rs. 71/-) and how i will get my money (About rs. 71/-) back which you have snatched and grabbed away from pre-paid balance?
    (6) in the event you are not going to give credit of said snatched and grabbed away amount within 24 hours of receipt of this complaint i will be compelled to take appropriate action in the matter under prevailing applicable law at your cost and consequences which please be noted.

      We have 5 landline under their office centrex system out of which two is located in a different building and 3 in one location and all re connected.

      Since last several months, due to non payment of building dues, the other building management disconnceted the electrical line to the server situated in the building.

      As a result, my two lines got disconnected.

      Out of the 3 lines in this building earlier 1 line was dead and now all lines are dead.

      Several complains and no resolution. Letter to nodal officer was also not replied.

            I made a call to local airtel number it would be saved on the name of doddi apparao.
            Dallied from contacts list only.
            [protected]... Charged rs.100.

            Called to customer care the agent blindly told call made to ild [i. E. Israel country] so amount deducted.

            It was quite awesome answer received from customer care [30333333]

            But i made a call to local number and also didnt fix any numbers beofre that number.

            Am attaching the copy of this calls made from this number.

            Kindly find the attachment for the same and do the needful.

              I received a call from miss lata phone:[protected] stating that reliance are selling sim @ rs.700 and all calls and net are unlimited and free for four months. I accepted the offer and asked to send their representative.
              Mr. Ashok phone: [protected] contacted me and gave a sim card with no: [protected] and collected rs. 700 from me on april 28. 2017 friday. He told me to contact mr. Harsha at phone [protected].
              My sim has not been activated till today. And all the above three phones are switched off ever since.
              Have i been cheated by the above three in your reputed name of reliance communications. What should i do now?

              I Recharge 21 RS said All call will be 20 paise. Per minute.but not actived. My MB no [protected].I check online in aps Ireaf that If I recharge 21 Rupice then I got All local and STD call just 20 paise minute but not actived now I recharge in 03/05/2017 at 19.27.52.

                I have taken reliance dongle [protected] and used it for 3 year, after that i was facing speed issue and after complaining also, issue didn't get resolved, so i closed the connection. After 2 year i got a mail to pay 2000 in 4 days or else face legal consequence. Is this your customer service. I m going to cancel all other service which is of reliance.

                How can they resolve my concern.I got email from LEGAL team that if you can't pay it within 4 days, you will be charged under IPC 420, 37CRPC and others legal term been used.

                Am i criminal that you dealing me with??This is not the way of dealing with customer who uses 2-3 services of reliance.After getting legal notice, i have paid my other phone bill and in mood of closing all service and switch to other network provider.

                Dear sir I am using reliance com from last 4 month my no. was [protected] . I having problem with our service that Was not working sim from last 3 days ... I have facing many problem . So please resolve my problem fast ...
                I faced the same issue and that too was happening for more than a month. Daily there were 2-3 smses and mails for legal notices.

                Finally I wrote to the appellate authority and all possible members from the authority. Also attached all the communication I had been getting as Legal Notices.

                Reliance responded and confirmed that those were done from Reliance only. So, Reliance has give the contacts to those so called collection agencies for collecting the outstanding amount.

                Finally there was settlement done and I received full and final settlement letter.

                It is really sad to say that a company like Reliance is following such practices to shell out money from customers by harassing them and making no difference between good or bad customers.

                I've been using their services since over a decade, and they do not hesitate to treat you like this.

                Would never be using Reliance definitely in future and neither recommended anyone using same

                        On 6th may having seen a offer on mobile data 14 gb
                        [ 500 mb a day for 28 days] from rcom i recharged my reliance gsm with the data 92 plan.
                        Now they sent me messages that i have data for 5 days only.
                        When enquired they didn't comeup with a convienceing answer, a rather lame reply was that they didn't have any clue abt the offer.
                        Again i recharged on 7th may with rs 92 to avail the same offer nothing happened,
                        Now they have refused to pay back the money saying nothing can be done... I m feeling like cheated, thinking about switching from reliance to airtel.

                                Reliance people are very irresponsible & worst service provider.

                                Sir i received sms by reliance(install reliance insta care app and get 500mb data) i install app and resignation but i not get 500 mb data i call reliance custmor care 198 custmor care operator tell me call 1909...i call 1909 he tell me call 198 and i get not helpful response and good behave plzz sir help me..

                                  Hlo dear, i m attached with realince from last three months. But my experience is worst. Net speed is too slow. Inspite of that m also not satisfied with their services. I had called to their customer care nd i asked if you are not able to resolve my problem transfer my call to your senior. I had wait for 2 min but after that they cut my call.. Worst experience
                                  Now i am going to port my sim to another connection.. For a better experience

                                      This is vijay ravindranath nandan, forwarding this email to remind you about the reimbursement of reliance landline which we surrendered on 21st july' 2015.
                                      Its been so long we haven't receive our refund back which amounts rs.689.47/- (Complaint no : [protected]) (Reliance landline no :[protected]
                                      We enquired for six times after surrender of our landline telephone in reliance gallery [om enterprises ], opposite goregaon sports club, near toyota showroom, link road, malad (West), mumbai] and the attender informed that the money is being dispatched. But we didn't receive it. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Complain no.[protected]. My net connection has not been working for the last 30 days. And this fault in connection happen very often.

                                        I have been been paying my bill every month, have complained more than 50 times.
                                        Kindly advice. Why should i pay the bill when my connection is not working. It happen every alternate month.

                                        Hould i get it disconnected.
                                        Your complain dept. Repair personnel are literally useless.
                                        Have tried to call mr. Vikas. Who never picks up his phone.
