My mobile prepaid phone no. Is [protected]. After completion of a call on 4th May 2017, your flash message read, , '' main balance 6.557 val4.2.24. More at *367*# fFTT RC500 300, 130, 98. 105 tt21d.
I am also a subscriber of Rs.93 pack so that I get calls at cheaper rates for 81 days per your scheme. So to augment my balance, and to get full talk time without validity, on 04.05.17 at07.47 p.m. I made a recharge of Rs.98/-, thinking that it is for unlimited validity. I thought Rs.105 only has validity of 21 days. Obviously, the message was misguiding.

Can I now convert the same in to without validity? Whatever amount I have to pay to make it as unlimited validity till the balance is spent? Kindly help me as the recharge was done believing that it was for unlimited validity, as your message itself was confusing.

Please refer my complaint I.d. No.1560666 of today.

At 11.06am I received a call from [protected] claiming it to be from Reliance Helpcentre, and enquiring about my complaint. When I explained in detail, the person speaking to me from the other end said that they would refund the amount of Rs.98/- to my ATM card and wanted the card no. Which I did not share.
Through this forum I want to caution the people, to be aware of this novel method, wherein if the card no. Is given, there is possibility of a fraudulent withdrawal from our account through ATM. Etc. I do not think Reliance or any Co. for that matter will enquire the Atm card number from customers.

Have not got any message from Reliance Communications about my complaint.

In my sim [protected] watsapp verification code is not coming neither by sms nor by call...else sms's like net banking and all are coming so i contact with watsapp customer care there saying that my simis not receiving it..so humble request to you people to resolve this by tomorrow i have imp work with it

    I have purchased a WIPOT 4G POSTPAID vide bill No 728 dated 02 Oct 2016 from Reliance mobile store 100 feet road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. But the device has not worked from the beginning and the complaint has been registered regularly to the customer care in the interval of 72 hours as asked by the customer care service rep of yours.
    2. Finally the device could not been worked and I have been given direction to return back the device to the shop. I have returned back the the device vide receipt number 211 dated 12 Oct 2016. (Copy enclosed)
    3. Till the date I have not received back the device. I have visited the shop five times.Being a armed service person I have not time to visit the shop again and again. I have been asked to contact by phone. But after few months they have not responding to my phone calls

      This letter is to the officials of reliance communications, I'm facing a big problem with the reliance outlets in Hyderabad telangana the outlet stores are located in errakunta and shah ali banda, they never provide the service expected I believe they have a lack of knowledge in solving the customer problems, as I have visited these two stores for porting my mobile number [protected] from the state of Karnataka to the state of telangana as I mentioned the first store in errakunta rejected my request then I went to shah ali Banda store at first they rejected after insisting they accepted I want to know these representatives act so rudely with the customers this really affects the name of this huge telecom company, until now my problem is not solved from past 20 days is it really hard to port number from one state to other for the same company reliance communications, honestly I have ported many numbers from one company to other and it was completely done in 5 days, my question is why reliance communications is not hiring representatives eligible for this job and the big question is when my problem will be solve I'm really dissatisfied.

        Your unsecured website has costed me a ransom of rupees ₹20000/- from the account of my daughter. I believed that I the details in the above website will not be seen by outsiders. But, because of your unsecured site, we lost ₹20, 000/-
        The person who talked to me immediately on Lodging my complaint against bharti airtel Ltd told that his name is avinash and my sitter broadband speed will be solved by him, if I pay ₹10/- online. I felt that ten rupees is not a big amount and I thought that the person who has talked to me belongs to bharti airtel Ltd. So, I tried to pay that ten rupees. Earlier also, for my online compliant, regarding deactivation of my Vodafone number, similar way some body came on my phone line and asked for my card details. I rejected to do so. But I have not given complaint against this website. This time it became very much clear that this site has no VPN.

        Your site deserves only single star, as you have not been maintaining any VPN connection, and because of this and due to the faith in your website and in your forum, we were at a loss by ₹20000/-and this amount went to airtelmoney.can you help me repayment from airtel ? The phone number of the intruder and cheater is [protected]. The moment amount is transferred the phone call is cut and that phone went out of service. Then only, I realized that I was duped. Now, my question is - is there any hackers gang associated with your site?
        The last transaction in the account of my daughter reads
        as given below.

I was having postpaid plan naming jalsa 998 in UP(E) in which i have been given facility o[censored]nlimited calling romaing and home network with 50% deduction in monthly rental.last month i got a service call from reliance customer care to avail a more beneficial plan with the same 50% discount in monthly rental facility.i even recorded that conversation for future reference.now they sent me bill on whole rental without 50% rental deduction.when i complained about rhis in customer care few executives are acceting their fault and few executives are trying to justify their mistake of false information regarding rental deduction.they are saying there was no such offer of 50%discount in rental with this plan now u r out of that facility and u have to pay the charged bill.my due date is 10th of this month thenafter they will add late fine too.plzzz intervene into the matter and resolve it otherwise i m moving to consumer forum.thankyou

            My post paid bill for previous month was rs.418.00. When I have spoken to customer care, rs.100.00 was late payment charges.

            I have requested to reverse and customer care executive agreed to reverse, according I have paid Rs.318 within due date.

            This time again my bill was rs.806.00 forthe month of May17. I have spoken to executive and understood that since rs.100.00 was not reversed previous month, it was considered as short payment for previous month, hence again charged rs.100.00 this month bill again. Hence Rs.200.00 charges.

            When I have spoken to your executive. Today for reversal of rs.200.00, he denied for reversal.

            Reliance executive always commit on phone and never fulfill commitment. They are not trained, because of this customer have to waste time and money for the same.

            They are looting money from customer.

            Request you to take up reverse of rs.200.00from current bill

            Still charges of rs.200.00 is not reversed.its only charges reversal committed by call centre executive is not done. Its kind o[censored]nprofessable action by reliance.

                Hello, I had a reliance postpaid connection, but two months back my phone was damaged and so was the reliance postpaid sim ([protected]). I immediately applied for my number cancellation and also submitted the required documents to the reliance store. they said the number will be terminated in 7-10 days. but still I received the monthly bill without even using the sim. still I paid the bill, but then next month I received another bill. I even got a call from reliance saying I have to pay bill, I told them my number is not in use since last month then how can I get bill without using the sim also if my number was damaged in water, don't you people see if my number is working or not. the person said I have to pay bill and I have to cancel my number by going at the reliance store. I said I have already applied for cancellation but no reply from the person. Now today I received an sms saying a legal notice is issued to me because I have not paid the bill. Dear reliance people please check I have all my dues cleared and I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CANCEL MY NUMBER as I don't even have the sim. how can you people generate bill when the sim is not giving any signal and is not in use since 3 months. its totally damaged in water. please Check what is the problem in your system. AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY BILL FROM NEXT MONTH. AND PLEASE CHECK I HAVE ALL MY DUES CLEARED. and please now don't ask me to go to the reliance store to cancel my number. I will go anywhere to cancel my number now. I have already done it lot of times.

                Dear reliance communications, regarding my complaint, I received a call from your executive and I described my problem regarding the usage bill that I am receiving, she assured me that my problem will be resolved and my number will be stopped as I am not using the sim since last 3 months, I thought the problem will be solved. but today I received email from reliance with attached bill for the reliance number [protected], I mean what is this.
                how is this possible. just check your systems, because my sim is inactive since last 3 months, and also I have paid my all bills till the last complaint that I submitted. now I will not pay any bills. so please don't send any bill on my number or address. and you people threatened me by saying that a legal notice will be sent and I have to pay bill. why do I have to pay bill when my sim is inactive. do you charge bills on inactive numbers too? I will not pay any bills. because my sim is inactive since last 3 months and I have not used it. so please don't do this. and check your systems.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      I had been a long standing customer of Reliance and used Reliance Netconnect for a very long time. My Reliance Netconnect no. [protected] stopped working around May-June 2016 and I made my last payment of Rs 440 on[protected]:58 hrs. Since then I have continued to receive bills even though Reliance netconnect has stopped their services. I wrote an email to [protected]@relianceada.com on 27 December 2016 but did not get any reply.

                      I am now being hassled with phone calls threatening court case. I would like to humbly request you to urgently look into the matter.

                        Usually we get upc code within few minutes after dropping sms (Port mob_no) to 1900. But in my case i am not getting any reply from reliance.

                        I am sending messages to get upc code since last few days. Bit upc code is not getting generated.

                        Also i am trying to reach reliance customer care executive by using *333 but their ivr system is not user friendly because of which i am not able to reach reliance cust care.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have visited reliance mobile store on 26th April 2017 at Devli Road (Address: Modern Telecom 2, Property Bearing No. A - 245, Khanpur, Devli Road, Near Ambe Bajaj, New Delhi-110062) for conversion of my postpaid no +91 [protected] to prepaid and made whole payment of full and final open balance of Rs. 600 via case and also submitted all required documents for conversion.

                            It has been informed by store people that my number will get converted into prepaid without any problem in 2-3 days as documents submitted by me is as per their requirements. Then for one week there is no update, then i called customer care who rejected to take my complaint and informed me to visit store only but after my request they took my complaint and informed me that there is no request from the store side for conversion of my number.

                            I request to please resolve the issue ASAP.

                              Without information outgoing and incoming barred.???

                              I am very much unhappy with your service. And there is no proper response from cc team for my query and today my outgoing has barred without proper intimation. I know that if i not pay the bill it will be auto deactivated so only am trying to reach a cc superior to resolve the issue but still no response.

                              Any one can resolve the issue asap???

                              I really shocked by seeing the bill and very un happy for disconnecting the outgoing calls without information.

                              As per the plan explained while port -299 monthly rental with unlimited calls and 3 gb data.

                              As per the below bill it's below 3 gb only but how can you charge without any alert message or call???

                              I am not intere to continue with reliance anymore and not ready to pay the extra amount charged.

                              Kindly revise. Bill and resend again

                                Dear relaince communications,
                                This is with reference to the #[protected].
                                I requesed for port request. Rel executived called me and asked to port for rel prepaid service. I was ok with prepaid service and submitted the required documents in the nearest store and paid outstanding bill 160rs.
                                But store people didnt give me a bill and told me this is a new and bills are not available. They promised me that within 24 hours my no will be migrated from postpaid to prepaid.
                                After 10 days they called up me saying request has been rejected from their side and i should pay 200 extra to migrate to prepaid.
                                How i am responsible for there mistake?? Why i should pay 200?
                                Already i cleared my outstanding bill to migrate to prepaid.
                                And then rel ppl started calling me asking me to pay bill 450..
                                I explained my case and they are not ready to listen...
                                Its been 2 months there is no resolution..
                                Kindly help me to migratemy no to prepaid

                                  Near zero connectivity - 24 hours - for the last 7 days - reliance post paid [protected]

                                  For the last 7 days, i am having near zero connectivity on my mobile, through the day and night. I had complained on 28/04/2017 - sr no.[protected]. On 29/4 i received an sms that my sr has been processed. However, since nothing had been done to sort out the problem, i escalated the complaint on 29/4 (No. [protected]). Again i received an sms on 01/05 that the complaint has been resolved.

                                  I would like to state the situation has not changed at all. I am not able to make or receive phone calls, send or receive sms, nor make financial transactions through my wifi - since i receive otp only 5 to 6 hours after the scroll that the otp has been generated.

                                  Since i am a senior citizen and live alone with my invalid wife, inability to make or receive phone calls and to make any on line financial transactions for the last 7 days is inconveniencing me very much. On top of it, it is very insulting to get messages that my problem has been resolved.

                                  I think there is something seriously wrong with the tower that provides signals to reliance mobiles located in the puliambedu - noombal area (600.077) in locations around mosque road, axis bank atm, manthope, aroma colony ….

                                  Please attend to the problem and let me know when my connectivity will be fully restored..

                                  Subsequently i had raised a complaint with the nodal officer, chennai. Since i did not receive even an ack., i have escalated the complaint with the appellate authority.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                                    I am using reliance GSM post paid sim from last one year, When i using the sim iam faced poor network problem so i complained to reliance customer care more then 5 times but i didnt get any response or solution from that side, finally i called to customer care centre to deactivate my sim card on december--2016 but still iam getting bill for that sim, then i try to contact the local reliance show room but there everyone is on switched off the cell phones.

                                      My name is ashish gupta and i am a consumer of your prepaid mobile consumer my mobile no. Is [protected],

                                      I recharge my mobile of rs. 19/- stv19, all calls 20pm in 90 days on 26/04/2017 for 90 days rs. 19/-,

                                      After that recharge i received 2 sms from your side 01. "dear customer, your account has been recharge with rs..01, amount payable is rs. 19/- thank you, reliance" and 02. " conguralation! Stv19 has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you reliance.

                                      After that charge deducted from my mobile 20pm but last 2 days from 01/03/2017 i found your company deducted 30pm from my mobile.

                                      Now today your company charge rs. 1.20 pm, this is very unfair trade practice, in this situation i am plant to switch and port my number to other service provider.

                                      Please take this matter and correct the stv activation on my mobile and refund excess money deducted from my mobile immediately.

                                        I received the messages regarding the super offer for 10 gb data for rs 359 and i done the recharge of the same amount and i got the message also that 8152 mb are credited on your number [protected] but i am not able to check the details about tha data. When i am checking data pack by dialing *111*1*3# but it is still showing only 2000 mb. So take this matter seriously.
