My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected].I had done the easy recharge of 74 INR and there is still an offer in my no. Of 10GB data @ 74INR. I didn't get 10 GB 3G net data rather I got 350 MB 3G net which is the simple data plan. Kindly look into the matter and get me my data benefits. I did my recharge today morning around 9:30 am. I had been a long standing customer of Reliance and used Reliance Netconnect for a very long time. My Reliance Netconnect no. [protected] stopped working around May-June 2016 and I made my last payment of Rs 440 on[protected]:58 hrs. Usually we get upc code within few minutes after dropping sms (Port mob_no) to 1900. But in my case i am not getting any reply from reliance.

I am sending messages to get upc code since last few days. Bit upc code is not getting generated.

Also i am trying to reach reliance customer care executive by using *333 but their ivr system is not user friendly because of which i am not able to reach reliance cust care.br...

In my town no 3g and 4g but The company selling 3G and 4G sims peoples just buying and struggling lot

I have made several complaint to their higher authorities quite long back but still not yet action take

what we need wherever they do not having 3G & 4G facility they should not sell the connection

TRAI shall regulate and advise to the company...

I have visited reliance mobile store on 26th April 2017 at Devli Road (Address: Modern Telecom 2, Property Bearing No. A - 245, Khanpur, Devli Road, Near Ambe Bajaj, New Delhi-110062) for conversion of my postpaid no +91 [protected] to prepaid and made whole payment of full and final open balance of Rs. 600 via case and also submitted all required documents for conversion.

I am very much unhappy with your service. And there is no proper response from cc team for my query and today my outgoing has barred without proper intimation. I know that if i not pay the bill it will be auto deactivated so only am trying to reach a cc superior to resolve the issue but still no response.

I requesed for port request. Rel executived called me and asked to port for rel prepaid service. I was ok with prepaid service and submitted the required documents in the nearest store and paid outstanding bill 160rs.
But store people didnt give me a bill and told me this is a new and bills are not available. They promised me that within 24 hours...

I recharge my mobile of rs. 19/- stv19, all calls 20pm in 90 days on 26/04/2017 for 90 days rs. 19/-,

After that recharge i received 2 sms from your side 01. "dear customer, your account has been recharge with rs..01, amount payable is rs. 19/- thank you, reliance" and 02. " conguralation!...

I received the messages regarding the super offer for 10 gb data for rs 359 and i done the recharge of the same amount and i got the message also that 8152 mb are credited on your number [protected] but i am not able to check the details about tha data. When i am checking data pack by dialing *111*1*3# but it is still showing only 2000 mb. So take this matter seriously....

With reference endless mails to endless representatives of your company, i wish to draw your kind attention towards the non payment of rent for the tower (008g) situated at the saraswati vihar dehradun since january 2012 (Land owner-smt manju singh).

There has been no intimation. Kindly update or atleast let us know till what time duration the rent will be cleared and the matter be finally closed.br...

Dear Relaince communications it has been more than 10 times i have visited store for transfer of ownership of our number [protected] to My Name but still no luck. We request you to provide transfer of ownership to my name. I have submitted
1. Aadhaar Card
2. Voter ID card
3. Pan card.

NOC letter.

Still no update.

My user ID[protected].My broadband is not working for the last 10 days.Though I have made several complaints to TF no, Manager, appelet authorities are all went in vain & no fruitful results so far. Many of them told Reliance broadband will not resume in future.If it's true we are more than 200customers in our areas

Just one day i taken a reliance post paid telephone connection. Connection number [protected]. Telephone is stated from midnight of 02.05.2017 with all time rooming and without internet service. But reliance was offered me 3 gb deta per month, today i will trey to contract reliance telephone service customer care, but nobody response there telephone.

I have already complained before. Got some calls from various persons.

My landline no[protected]before it was[protected] was surrendered with instrument and charger and all equipments, in my nearest Reliance outlet (Tripunithura- Kerala) two years back. I was told that i will get the refund amount of Rs 1000, by cheque, it will come by post or courier. after so long no news of this cheque.
