I lost my phone number of Reliance GSM, which I didnt switch to JIO service.
My phone number is very important to me as I have been using from a long time. It is the only number I have given to most of my relatives and friends.
I have registered my number with many work places which is very important to me.
So I kindly request to recover my number

I have made a security deposit of Rs 50, 000/- and I closed the post paid account in the month of June 2016..but till date I have not received the amounti have sent nearly 15 mails regarding refund..but they told me that it will get refund in a week but it almost 2years now I didn't receive the amount

    I have booked reliance big tv on 2nd march and till date the have not installed my big tv and their customer executives are so poor that when asked about exact date of installation they started abusing me. And when asked for the no. Of person at whom they have install2d they reply who the hell are u to ask us such question
    Then they are delaying me every month and giving me the last date of last date of month. I have complained evwn in the national consumer helpline whose toll free no. Is [protected] . And today the site of reliance digital tv is saying its not protected and is fake site even on some sites its been written that this scheme is a fraud. As tge company has filed for bankruptcy becuse ghey were not able to pay the debt so they decided to take the money from public and pay off their debts i dont even know that they are to install the dish setup or not

    I have booked reliance big tv on 2nd march but there is no sign of installation till date. They said they will install it within 30-45 days then they sent message that installation will start from 15 june and 1 months has veen passed for that also. Everyday i am calling customer care services and there reply everytime is please wait. This was what we expect from Anil Ambani who has taken the money from public to pay off his debts as the has filed for the bankruptcy and hearing are going on in the apex court. Till what time we have to wait they are not giving me the right information. I have also filed a complaint in national consumer helpline againsr the company but the company has still no fear. They are not providing the right information to the customer and its my right to get the right information under the right to information act. If this is the case i will send the written letter to the rti offiice. And tgen the govt will take the necessary legal action againt the company. Just tell me till exact date till what installtion will be done otherwise i will approach the consumer court and file a case against the company.

      I had given my laptop which was insured under the resq plan in the only service centre set up in rourkela on june 4, 2018. It's been one month but i haven't got my product back and the authorities have been stalling it ever since. They are continuously extending the deadlines and this isnt stalling; this is harassment. Kindly look into the service centre and its authenticity and working ability.

          I have booked reliance big tv on very first day (1 march), booking id is 12500728.
          But they are postponing dates again and again.
          Even customer care don't respond properly.
          They don't have any confirmation about installation.
          Third class service.
          I suggest everyone please don't register for this dth service.
          In 4 months they didn't provide installation, then what kind of service they provide, just imagine.

                  It would be very grateful if you could help me in withdrawing my pf balance from reliance communnication infra ltd. I have been chasing them (Mr. Umesh khare, mr. Ashutosh g joshi, mr. Uday tambe & mr. Vikas) from past 3.5 months but i am not getting any support. I am continuously begging them for withdrawal, but these guys don't even care to revert on email nor on phone, till now i have dropped them over 100 emails & i have got only single revert stating "we are in process to submit your form ahead, you will get the amount before 1st week of june 2018", but till now i haven't got the amount & these guys don't even care to revert.

                  Kindly help in withdrawing my balance.

                    I have been chasing the reliance net connect toll free number[protected] from last 2 months and i am not able to contact someone to get my post paid connection disconnected. At the same time the service is not working from last 2 months. Same can be viewed from connection logs too.

                    Can someone please send me a ombudsman person's contact number / mail id to reach him for disconnection.

                      I had a post paid connection from reliance communication since 2003 in bhubaneswar odisha. I changed my service from rcom to airtel in year 2017. I deposited security money of 3900 rupees.
                      Now they closed their office in bhubaneswar. I mailed them and visited to their office in the year 2017 several times. Until now they did not refund my security deposit.

                          But within 15 minutes at night 12.25 am a false notice email is sent showing 50% data usage and within 15 minutes by night 12.40 am falsely email sent mentioning 90% and 100% (In gap of 1 or 2 minutes 50% data usage shown exhausted) and from night 12.40 am there is 64 kbps speed for 23 hours of 24 hours, connected, but no web page is open, no work is possible 23 hours of 24 hours

                          4 days over, 17 hours over, problem not solved.
                          Again, fake [protected]@Jio.com sent just on opening the computer.

                          When I could not work, no internet, only 0-64 Kbps speed continued over 23 hours in 24 hours.

                          Now the fake warning notice by [protected]@Jio.com reached 50% data exhausted, now within 10 minutes another notice will reach warning 90% data exhausted and within 11 minutes from now (when no use even started) and again for another 23+ hours 0-64 Kbps speed will continue.

                          Please stop playing the foul game.
                          Solve the problem immediately.

                          There are ample proofs of your deficiency of service.
                          Over 4 days continuously, 5th day now, like previous time, again you are sending warning notice simply to sell your Data Booster.

                          Without providing service, just trying to deceive.

                            M abhijith, a student living in kerala, india. My place is far away from our city so our place is kind of rural in every aspect. There is literally no signal for bsnl or any other operators which leaves with no way of calling other than landlines. But guess what, landlines are not reliable. It's usually complaint most of the time.

                            There is literally 0 strength for the signals.

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I want to disconnect my 4g wipod connection number 93...44 as i am not interested in your service since your data tariff are very high.

                              I have called lots of time customer care and tried to reach representative from last 4 months but always auto answering machine disconnect the call with this message (Due to emergency call can not be completed).

                              As per my personal visit and search all reliance outlets are closed in new delhi and costumer care number are not reachable.
                              Any person or web sites not knows if any reliance store running in new delhi.

                              Also i have tried to reach reliance web sites (Myservices. Relianceada.com) but there also no result. After all i sent a mail to r com. But no reply form them.

                              Please help for disconnection and stop invoicing to me.

                              This month jun 2018 my invoice has been generated, i want my connection disconnect immediate because already i have paid without mean from last 6 months before next invoice i want stop my connection other wise i will not pay any money.

                                My number is disconnected in reliance gsm prepaid which is ported from airtel.
                                Its about 6 months of disconnection of my number [protected] but still its not available in airtel.

                                As per policies if any ported number disconnected in any operator then after three months of disconnection the same number is available with their base or their old operator.

                                From last 4 months, i regularly visited on airtel store for my number but they still says that this number is not available with us.

                                Please help me on this case asap.

                                  Your technician visited my house and he opened my split ac and tried to clean it but by him my blower broken by him after that he told me that it will be replaced by the company at their cost and after three hours they told me that the expenses will also be on my side and i called them after that 20 times and their is no response from their side. This is ridiculous from such a brand reliance resq team... Solve my problem as early as possible otherwise i will raise my voice to higher concern...
