*The amount of ER balance shown in sr. nos. 3 to 6 in the above mentioned table are the balance as on end of 29.11.2017 . The exact balance amount on the day before the final statement date will be considered to be the final amount.

With regard to Paper Recharge (PR), please let us have the details of PR purchased by you after 1st April 2017 and held by you in the market which are unused/unscratched as on 30th November 2017 in the format given to enable us to quantify the amount payable to you thereon. Have send a mail to deactivate my wi-pod 4g but no response from reliance care i do not find any reliance communication gallery nearby location.

I took the reliance number from warna kulam when i worked with somaenterpriselimited. My cell number is [protected]. I was transferred from earnkulam to varanasi. I missed my above number and i contacted reliance communication varanasi and requested to arrange same duplicate shim but no body responding and my accounts are linked with the above number and iam unable to operate my account number especially my pension account. Hence i request duplicate shim number [protected].

I have reliance hello landline number but last 3 years there is not support from reliance company. Also charger not available in any side. It's was bad experience in company.

The jio wifi i am having is giving an average download speed of only 330 kbps whereas similar speed can be had even in 2 g and 3 g. The problem is consistent in day. Repeated checks trough speed test and netspeed reveals that peak speed of around 1.5 mbps is available whichis no where near the national average of 6 mbps, i got peak speed of 1.5 mbps for around a minute or two

I have not received product : reliance digital tv set top box after 89 days.

Sir, i have credited rs. 499/- on 19 aug 2018 through pre-booking tab of reliancedigitaltv.com website. After completion of 45 days, i called to customer care repeatedly through my registered mobile number. The service provider replied me to wait for 7 days. I have called several times for the same. But the product not yet reached to my address. Today there is 85th day from pre-booking process.

As reliance communication customer care is not working have send a mail deactivate close my wi-pod 4g but no response from reliance care i do not find any reliance communication gallery nearby location.

As they are promising high speed data till 1.5 gb and after that 64 kbps speed going to deliver but they are not able to make it and when i make that complaint to jio customer care and they replayed to me it will going to solve in next 2 to 3 days.
But still i m facing this problem and[protected] at 10:30 again made a complaint to customer care and they are not registering complaint.

Reliance Communication has started a tower installing a Tower.The excavation for Tower was done adjacent to residential buildings near by G+2 buildings and a Big G+3 School building are there, in polt No.30 saraswathi Nagar, Air port post, Trichy 620007.

Requested to stop the erection of tower in this location.

My mobile no.[protected] was placed in "safe custody" after paying the charge with valid receipt.co. Wrongly treated it as 'change of plan' and went on billing ignoring my objections.in sept 17 it recovered rs.1383.88 from my security deposit and blocked the phone. Balance rs.616 not refunded till now. No response to appeals to co. And ombundsman.
Receipt dated 05/05/17 for 'safe custody charges' rs.150 acknowledged by reliance. Enquiries objecting to monthly bills revealed the co.'s error in booking it as 'change of plan', but co. Went on billing till september.in bill no. Ap[protected] dated 15 sep 17"previous dues" of rs.1383.88 shown as 'adustment"from my security deposit of rs.2000. Repeated emails to their"customer care"and to"rcomappellate authority. Ap"produced no response. Holding customer's"credit" is irregular for mobile service providers.

20/10/2018 on this date. I saw an advertisement of reliance tower.in this pom plate ad written that if some one interested to give his land as rental for reliance tower... He would receive the benefit - 1. 60 lakh in advance, 2. 60000rs/month and 3. Fix the job of 2 family member.. They provided contact no. — [protected]

Then next day i contacted them by my no. They said to me that you have to send us your aadhar card photo by whatsapp.. I do the same.. Then nothing happened.

Suddenly today 29/10/2018 they called me and said to mail the original aadhar scan copy. I give him my mail id by text... He mail me that 'hi'

Then i ask about company's terms and condition. He shouting on me and used wrong words behave very rude. I cant understood what's wrong.

I request you that please take some action against these type of trap because some illiterate people fall into this kind of trap who doesn't know about and not so aware. And money of these naive poorer people is snatched and the image gets worse for you.

This is to adress an issue which i am facing due to the abandoned operations of reliance in last 2 years.

I was using a reliance cdma dongle for wifi 2 years back. When reliance shut their cdma operations, they have asked me to purchase another device, i. E. Wi - pod 4g lte. I went out of india immediately after buying that device, thus couldn't use it in last 2 years.

Now, i am back in india and when i am trying to use the device, its not working. The reason seems to be the shut down of reliance sim operations.

I have invested in this device and now it seems to be a sunk cost as its a waste for me now.

Please find the device's images as attachments.

Kindly resolve my problem and issue me another device which i can use against the money i paid for this device. Tried contacting atleast 15 numbers to get my issue resolved. But none was able to help me as the reliance customer.

Looking for a positive response.

Dear, sir your relience! Broad band connection box attached in my house, and i have received last cheque on january 2015. 1st week for the payment of before 6 months. From january 2015 till now october 2018 have passing but any kind of cheque not yet received.
Kindly acknowledge that and keep sending cheque for the for the same. Or i can go to consumer forum to solve this reason..
