Hello,

I am facing issues with service offered from reliance. Please help me regarding the same.

Current bill plan : rs.149, add on pack: rs.149

Requested bill plan : rs.299, to remove add on pack.

Request for change bill plan & to remove add on pack was made on 30th april 2016. Request made to change bill plan from next day.

Customer care confirmed that bill plan changed.

On 18th may, 2016, monthly bill received with no change in bill plan.

Raised complaint to customer care. Again representative changed bill plan from next day effective. Raised complaint for over charging of monthly bill.

On 27th may, 2016. Customer care told, no change in bill plan till this date. No status on previous complaints. They are charging without my consent by not changing my bill plan.

Requested to barred service, they still are not helping.

Please help me

    I have terminated my reliance WIPOD contract from FEB 2016 end. There after I got bills which I haven't used any kind of data as I was not in India. Secondly I got sms from IRFAN stating that I should pay 2050 Rs otherwise they will send me legal notice or something like that. He had all information about my account and I thought to sort this matter as soon as possible, we both agreed on to pay Rs 1500. I have that email as well. Then after I paid amount BY NEFT

    Account Name Reliance Webstore Limited, Account No. [protected], Bank Name Standard Chartered Bank, IFSC code:SCBL0036084.

    After one day I got msg that I should pay 2050 Rs., Then I called IRFAN, representative of reliance, about it, he told me that he haven't got my money. But I have paid on above mentioned account.

    AND inspite of NOT using the data card, Reliance kept raising FALSE bills for MARCH APRIL MAY, They have been harassing me thereafter with calls and sending me email notices from some email account (reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com).. I have explained on phone on 21st MAY 2016 and by the full background. They do not read the mail but continue to harass me. Till today they continue to send threatening mails/SMS.

    They also have no speaking manners and do not listen properly when I explain to them. They also do not bother to check with Reliance Customer Services. I also wrote to Reliance customer Services ('[protected]@relianceada.com') for copies of email of my discussion of 27 MAY 2016.

    Such is the quality of Reliance services. Please initiate action for Reliance to cease and desist from raining false bills and harassment of customer. Thank you Yogesh

      My Reliance netconnect CDMA dongle is [protected]. After calling at the customer care no.[protected] on 26/05/2016 at around 8:00 pm from my mobile no. [protected], I was informed about the available packs by the customer care representative Mr. Shivankar (i dont remember the name exactly). I wanted to recharge for 4GB pack, so he suggested me pack of Rs. 797/- for 4.5 GB. I asked, "if i can use my dongle even in Delhi?" to which he said that use 1X mode to use in Delhi. Based on this conversation, I recharged online through http://myservices.relianceada.com/ on 26/05/2016 at around 8:15 pm. But was unable connect my dongle even once after the recharge was done.

      Next day i.e.27/05/2016 at around 10:45 am I called[protected] again and was informed by some other customer care representative that CDMA services are no longer available for Maharashtra and Delhi region and need to upgrade my dongle to 4G.

      I am not sure whether i was misled or deliberately denied true information from Reliance. But this is fault on Reliance's part and I want my hard earned money Rs. 797/- to be refunded ASAP in my account.

          Sir,

          I ravinder singh holding two gsm reliance connection with mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]. I have requested your customer care executive to club my both above mentioned gsm numbers and made combined bill with last date to pay by 7th of every month. I have been advised to visit reliance store and accordingly i did with written request for the same on 11.05.2016.

          Till date my request has not been entertained by your executive and balatenly refused to listen on the matter. This is the rude behaviour of your reliance store owner madam.

          Secondly, i deposited rs. 500/- under receipt no.4221023 on 11/05/2016 for the pending payment of gsm no. [protected] but your executives continuously harassing me and my son by calling numerous time threatening disconnection the number and compelled my son to deposit rs. 600/- on 17.05.2016.

          Unfortunately, your reliance store executive did not credit the already paid amount of rs.500 on 11.5.2016 till date. This might be the big fraud as you can access how much amount has been received by your reliance store executive and illegally holding the customers amount in their pockets/banks earning huge amount of interest monthly.

          It also brought to your kind notice that on gsm no. [protected], you have imposed penalty of rs. 200/- for late charges for two months i. E rs. 100 each month and confirmed to condone the penalty and promise to adjust the rs. 200 in further but no action has been taken till date.

          You are therefore requested to look into the matter being appellate authority as nobody is ready to listen on your customer care mail id i. E. [protected]@relianceada.com and bother to reply. Please adjust rs 200/- in my due bill of rs.701/- for gsm no. [protected] alongwith already paid rs. 500/- on 11/5/2016. Hence i have already paid the due bill of rs.701/- with you. Please confirm the same. Payment receipt enclosed.

            I am using Reliance no [protected] in prepaid sim card.Then convert to the prepaid to postpaid after your side televerification is ok, but your reliance person come to my home on the day out off home.Then contact my mobile I told today out off home so u come to tomorrow morning at Sangakiri.He is not coming to Sangakiri on next day.My no is disconnected at 30/04/16.Then many more time told in local office by mobile.More than 15days any other response in your local office.I am not interested in your network.so I disconnect my no & reliance Wi-Fi and my family & friends no also.I am attached our customers complaints recording calls and list of call durations.I am cancelled your reliance network with my relationship also...

              I am using reliance netconnect + data card no.[protected] in gujarat.
              They are going to launch 4g hence they have terminated high speed of current data card and forcing us to buy new 4g data card which is costing around 899 if we will not by then will not get high speed service on current device.
              We already have paid for netconnect + card how can they terminate service for same if they want us to upgrade it should be on free of cost basis or they should provide service which were earlier committed.

                  This is to bring your kind notice that I had taken postpaid connection of mobile no. [protected] ( GSM ) in kolkata, WB in 2011 and now, I have been relocated to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

                  I want to change the connection from postpaid to prepaid keeping same mobile no. Accordingly, I had been raised queries regarding the process of the same. It has been informed by customer care that I should visit Reliance Mobile Store and the same could be done after paying outstanding amount.

                  Accordingly, I have visited Reliance out late in Alpha One mall, Ahmedabad on 14th Apr16 for needful as per the customer care advise. I had paid the outstanding amount of Rs 400/- as said by person present there and he told, your connection will change from postpaid to prepaid within 2 hrs.

                  Since then, I had lost my Reliance mobile signal. Further, as the same was not activated within same day I called customer care on 15th Apr16 but they said that nothing can be done by them.

                  Finding no other options, I had again visited on 18th Apr16 & 20th Apr16. They had told the same will be done within 1 day. When the same could not be done they told me on 25th Apr16 that I should visit in Kolkata for getting the same done. I told that it is your fault and it is not possible to me for visit in Kolkata for activation but they did not replied. I have sent a mail regarding the same on 21st Apr16 but did not get a positive reply.

                  Further I had told some of my friend in Kolkata. He had tried to pick new SIM from Reliance store but unable to activate by Reliance Kolkata store also.
                  I have sent mail several times to Rcomappellate Authority & Customer Care regarding these problems but did not get any positive reply. On 11th May 16 a customer care person told me your now is terminated.

                  I called the Alpha One mall representative, how the same is possible? where there is no fault of Customer. They did not give any reply and now neither they pick my call nor response.

                  Please be noted this mobile no. is very much important to me as the same no is resisted in my banks, credit cards and other. My online transaction is hold up in many cases due to unavailability of OTP which is coming in my registered no.

                  Is this the way of service Reliance is providing? There is no fault of the customer and he got suffer like this way. The issue has told several times.
                  I require this no. immediately.

                  Request for help so that they will co-ordinate do the needful action with Gujarat/Kolkata/ Mumbai Reliance office for get the issue resolve.

                    My mobile number [protected], did my last recharge of rs.150 on 4th april
                    I am receiving messages from rm - reliance stating as "amount charged for vas techzone sms s rs:5.00 current main balance: rs:36.25"
                    Lastly on 19/05/16 sms received as "amount charged for vas techzone gsm rs:3.00 current main balance:rs:30.25. I hardly used rs.16.00.
                    Today my balance is apprx rs 6.00. I need all my balance back which is debited in the name of vas tech zone.

                    Amount approx rs 120.00 loosed.

                    I am amazed that this issue is with many customer on seeing with consumer forum. How bad this is gonna be with reliance comm authority. They are not bothering about problem.

                      I have taken reliance 7 connections out of which only 5 sim card where working and the remaining 2 sim card were not working, then to reliance has generated bill for all the 7 numbers, when i have not used the numbers why should i pay the bill for 2 numbers which i have never used...on fake basis they are generated bill for the numbers which were never in use, executives make false commitment us and then the senior persons say do u have anything in written, on the other end there executive come and say when only 5 sims are working the bill will be for 5 numbers only but later on bill is generated for 7 numbers

                        Am a reliance netconnect plus customer with hsd card from hyderabad.from past two days there is no signal and whenever i call customer care, i will get an answer that they will repair in an hour. every time am getting a different answer from customer care.one hour, two hours, it will be back by night.now they are saying 4g migration is going on.without internet connectivity what should we do with your useless dongle.these guys have caused lot of inconvenience, these are big time liars and insensitive rogues.do ya expect us visit internet cafe every day after paying 500 rs for 5gb data.third rate and characterless people are running this organisation.they caused same inconvenience in past too and forced me to buy hsd card to give up 1x card.you guys are playing cheap tricks.

                          Hello, this is prepaid reliance customer.I got a scheme of 10 gb 3G data for 359Rs.I thought that I will use it for 3-4 months by carrying it by other recharges because there was nowhere specified that I will get promo balance of 7.5 gb.Now the problem is I cant afford 7.5 gb data in 28 days.Kindly either refund me with my money or change my promo pack to normal pack.

                              Reliance is having a permanent booth in our company -Mindtree Ltd. Bangalore where they have displayed for mindtree employees a promotion plan for 999rs 40GBunlimited internet when buying Wipod for 1200rs. After purchased this not yet received this plan and customer care is telling in Karnataka it is not applicable.
                              My concern is by advertising wrong information how can reliance mislead customers?
                              Also reliance instacare app, not able to register due to otp not receiving to dongle or my registered phone number.

                                Just now I called to customer support Center and enquired about my plan details then he replied is not unlimited but it provides only 4000min
                                Even call will be charged for incoming
                                This is what the major fraud done by Reliance
                                Fraud by all the Reliance people
                                Forces people to port but later on donot responds to the call
                                Everyone says different answers
                                Even outlets also donot provide exact information

                                  Please note that i have sent sms to 1900 by typing port [protected], my message was delivered but i have not received any sms regarding my upc code, why??? It's urgent please.
                                  The network on my phone shows full.
                                  I am able to receive and make calls but why i am not able to receive the upc code, please clarify.
                                  Earlier i have requested you to send me 4g upgrade sim to kolkata but you have not sent that also why??? I need one thing either port or to upgrade but why you are not allowing me to do so.
                                  Either you send me the 4 g sim to my kolkata address or give me the upc code as i need to preserve my number.
                                  If it's fail i will held reliance responsible for this.

                                  Why they are doing like this. We must approach TRAI and seek justice. We should not take this lightly and strongly protest as there are lot of subscribers who are not aware of this and Reliance is taking advantage of this. Are they not upgrading as they have to give 10 GB data. Please note I don't want any data n all I want my service to be active.

                                  Will the problem be solved?? Which reliance store I need to visit in Kolkata or west Bengal?? Is there any time limit to visit ie within when should I visit ?? Please note I am not interested to port to 3 G as the service is very poor. I want to upgrade to 4 only. Or to port to other operators for that I need porting code. So kindly give my UPC as I have generated porting request long time back but still not received that response for UPC

                                    There is no vas services on my number as per the reliance people (Through sms), still amount has been deducted for multiple times from my balance amount.

                                    Please look into the matter and deactivate this service. Deactivate it asap otherwise i'll have to switch to other service. I am deeply unsatisfied by reliance communications. When i tried to contact call center they say that they can only check deductions made in last 24 hours.

                                      I tried recharging my phone connection [protected] and it failed, but i see that money has been deducted from my bank account. Following are the transaction id's
                                      Ist trxn pos[protected] rs.700/-
                                      Iind trxn pos[protected] rs.700/-
                                      Total amount 1400/- deduct my saving account from sbi ([protected]) ifsc code sbin0000733

                                      When a complaint has been raised they asked me to use the money in ewallet to recharge the money again. I don't see ewallet option when i login to the website. Request you to take immediate action to refund the money, in my sbi saving account else i have to take action against it...
