I am raaj my reliance mobile number is [protected], i made a complaint to the customer care representative through 198 toll free regarding issue of incoming calls for my mother number, but the representative named karthi used bad words, misbehaved and blocked my number from contacting the customer care further, i checked the customer care number and called 30333333 and a woman representative took the phone and did the same i raised the complaints many times, so she also blocked my number. This is not fair. I need a real solution for my problem theses people doesn't know to behave with people.

I don't know how reliance is giving the voice support contracts to these people. I need the solution for me and my mother number. Please remove the block you have made and rectify the incoming calls issue in mother number. I am ready to give further complaints to court if it is not resolved further

    I have purchased ​​wipod device on march22, 2016 from reliance store, after buying the product, i came to know that reliance will discontinue its cdma service and upgrading to 4g for this i will have to buy new device and price of new device is 2699inr for me, the price of same device is 899inr for old customers who are using more internet data.

    I have mailed to every one i am giving all the email address'

    Nobody is replying. Customer care is saying that they do not have any authority in this matter that means they can not do anything in this matter.

    I have also mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com, they told me that they are providing discount 899 to those who are using more internet data and are old customer.

    They should either give my money back or give the device in 899.


    Speed is also decreased in cdma service to which customer care is saying that due to up-gradation from cdma to 4g speed is slow and kindly upgrade to 4g.

    Who is going to pay for 4g device as i am not a son of billionaire.

    Hi,

    I have 2 Reliance dongles ( Wifi [protected], Netconnect [protected]) & 1 CDMA mobile. Now as Reliance is upgrading to 4g, I have to buy 2 new 4g dongles from them & a new GSM mobile phone because my phone is only cdma compatible. If Reliance wants to upgrade their technology, they should provide free exchange of the devices ..right !!! Why should I buy all the devices!! At the same time I have to go through the inconvenience of not having the internet connectivity. Have been with reliance since 2004. Totally disappointed !!
    I have Reliance Phone CDMA for last 15 years. It is not a Smart phone. I cannot afford. - Now Reliance says that they have allotted 4G to me. They say - to get Registered / Confirmed. They have given a Phone No. 1299. - I am unable to Register it. this 1299 - it goes on telling but it wont listen to us. I am unable to UNDERSTAND and get it Registered.     Why is not reliance giving 4g dongle at reasonable rate? I am using your cdma service from last 12 years. Isn't i am your old customer? Your cdma service was excellent, then why are abondoning it and throwing us away? I had purchased your hsd cdma data card dongle at Rs.2000/-. What should i do with it now? Why don't you replace it with 4g dongle after charging some amount. I have learnt you have given it at Rs.899/- then why are you telling me to purchase it at Rs.2699/-. Pls give it at correct rate.

        I have been using reliance prepaid since almost last 10 years but lately since last few months i get no network in the unitech rajarjhat area of kolkata
        I work here and hence spend maximum of my time here in the day and im unable to make or attend any calls or use my interent.
        This is causing lot of problems and if this is not resolved i will have to change my service provider.
        Reliance has not provided me any assistance in this

          I called to customer customer care Feb 2016 and said terminate my connection, he dint terminate my connection. then i received bill then after i mailed to customer care I don't want to pay without using your network.
          I am not using your network so please terminate my connection.
          Still They didn't terminate my connection.
          Once again they added the amount in bill without using.
          Every month they adding the amount in bill.
          I am getting torchered Regarding issue.

          Finally one mail & call came to my no. "Sir this full and final settlement offer you just pay Rs 1000 (actual bill is 1400) is enough. then i decided And paid Rs 1000". But Still they didn't Terminate my connection.Still they adding a money.now he terminate my connection"

          But they asking again Rs 600 something, How many times i pay without using your network.

          In some other networks your not using paying the bill they stopped. now adding a money.But Reliance communications Cheating us.
          I have all the proofs. Please find my conversations and attachments(proofs).

            This is to bring to your urgent attention. I haven't received any response yet on the below complaint. I contacted your help desk many times, my complaint #[protected] registered on 23rd march is not resolved till date.

            This is a complaint about reliance no. [protected]. I called reliance customer service center but it seems representatives are not trained to provide complete/correct information to customers!!!

            I bought this cdma wi-fi portal last year from delhi. I was told that it will work fine while roaming and it was working fine till last month. However, issues have cropped up almost 40 days back where i am unable to use it.
            I needed internet access urgently for a business requirement and tried using your wi-fi dongle in rohtak (Haryana), which didn’t work!!! This resulted in a business loss to me!!! (All thanks to reliance).

            When i contacted customer service center, the only thing representative kept repeating was: cdma service is being shut down in rohtak, thus you need to switch to gsm (4g) dongle (Do i have to??? Isn't it the service provider’s responsibility).

            Now, what i want your help to do is: upgrade my current reliance no. (Mentioned above) and ensure its up and running without any additional cost.

                Service Standards of reliance are worst, i have submitted a service request but they did not bother to provide any solution. I am trying to convert my corporate no. to my individual name but they are so busy in there so called 4G Service Launch they didn't bother to provide service to their existing customer

                I have mailed them on there customer care mail id on 19/05/2016 and sent reminder on 26/05/2016 but did not got any reply from them.trying to contact to customer care but the also not responding.also went to their customer service office in sector 9 d but each and every time they said that they will call me but i didn't get any call from there side.

                  I am using reliance cdma dongle since many years. Twice i have purchased the cdma dongle which keeps on changing as per reliance schemes. Now reliance informed through their website about the upgradation of cdma to 4g with no date intimations. Still they haven't started the 4g service and prior to that they shut down the cdma service on 25th may 2016 without any intimation. What sort of policy is this. An open loot!!!

                  1) what will the cdma customers do with their existing dongles??
                  2) if you are upgrading the system, you should do it for free. You people are giving 4g sim for free but charging thousands for buying the new 4g data card.
                  3) why the cdma service was closed prior starting of 4g services???

                  Pathetic policy... Pathetic ethics...

                  I have prepaid account [protected], using it from more than 3 year. My service has been blocked. i am not able to use net service although i have recharged it for 3 month on 14 Mar. Why i am being forced to forget my money. if i don't want to upgrade to 4G that too on paying 899, I should be allowed to use my data till validity end atleast, even if i forget the dongal cost.

                  Even I am a CDMA user from gujarat. They said if i dont upgrade to 4G i wont be able to continue. They said the cost of the dongle id Rs. 2700. They re upgrading the network, its their problem. Why should we pay the charges for new 4G dongle.

                  Lagta hai ANIL ki market me udhari jyda ho gai hai. So usne paise kamane naya tarika dhundha hai. He is afraid uski halat Maliya jaisi na ho jaye.

                    I (R ravi kumar) mobile number [protected] cdma phone have not been able to either make calls or receive calls on this number, few days back customer care person from chennai called up that i could upgrade 4g services which i refused saying that i was fine with this as my hand set is simple and i didnt require any upgrdation, since that day i have faced high level torture as i am not getting incoming calls nor i can make calls outgoing, finally i went to reliance outlet and took the gsm sim as then they informed reliance is closing cdma services and will have to shift to gsm, its like forcefully doing what these people want, finally now with the cdma sim in cdma phone gsm sim in gsm phone the number is not working at all, funny part is you have no customer service executive to talk to and even you call 222 nothing comes except a message that your bill is generated on so and so date and the payment last date is so and so, we are aware that ambanis are like worst business houses in india unlike highly reputed groups like tatas and birlas why these tricks with users if they have to cheat let them cheat govt as both are same category cheats kindly see to it that justice is done i will not pay the last bill as i could not use the number for their own cunnigness

                      As i was not having documents to purchase a new sim. So i asked my friend for help regarding to sim. He is a kind person so he helped me out. For a long time for nearly 3-4, i was using the sim. Before reliance it was airtel, but because of network issue, i switch to reliance, all the service were good, had no issues with the services. But on 23/05/2016 i got this message (Screenshot 1). After which i lost my network. But as i checked my phone, i came to knew i got call from [protected] on 18/05/2016 i do have a screenshot for that (Screenshot 2).& the conversation i had with ur representative.In that u can understand i did not passed the password. According to which u can not port the sim in another network. Its very important for me to get the no. Back. I kindly request u to look after the matter asap & react to the issue. Sir currently i am a job seeker. Hope u will understand my situation. & it is also important because i have added the same no.In my resume. If not taken any action, i would connect to social media & have to take help of respective police of mumbai.

                        Sir main is company ka naya grahak hu. maine[protected] ko 130 ka recharge karaya aur mere sim me data balance bhi tha, but jab maine[protected] ko data on kiya to mere mobile ka pura balance 147 rupees cut gaye . jab maine costumer care main complain ki tab unhone bhi bola ki aap ka balance kaha cut hua hai pata nahi chal raha hai .
                        sir aap please mere balance ka pata karayen ki mera balance kaha gaya aur maine to use bhi nhi kiya . so sir mujhe mera balance dilane ka kast karen .

                          On a very disappointing note I have to highlight many of your failed services in just 1month of experience.

                          1. It starts with taking a connection of reliance from your local branch at Rourkela, Odisha, on 6th april. Amount taken rs350 by RELIANCE AUTHORITY.
                          However connection could be possible after 4days. And plan as promised for Rs650 was given to me of Rs750.
                          2. Even after filling after the forms, the correspondence is written as wrong, my mail id, which he never could correct at his end, neither he denied he cannot do.i continued to ask billing date and he said ‘I ll correct the mail id and it will be sent to your id’. He never did that and slapped me a late fee further.
                          3. On a later date I get a call from reliance saying why I did not pay bill, but when I asked for bill they say, its sent on my mail id, when verified, it was wrong, and corrected telephonically, and bill was then received. On confirmation from their Rourkela local store, as late fee will not be taken- amount paid quickly rs222 on 9th may, billAM83399882, TXN[protected] .
                          4. Since then my connection has not resumed. Called up your helpdesk on 10th, got a ticket number[protected] saying it will resume within 24 hrs – but no result. They cant even locate that I have paid my amount or not.
                          5. On 12th again I tried thru chat service and he said it will resume in 3hrs, as bill is paid, but that that data connection never happened.

                          6. Considering such great experiences, I requested helpdesk to disconnect my number and don’t disturb further, but then helpdesk said that they are giving a special offer to me and not to disconnect services and it will resume in 6hrs.
                          I had asked them to disconnect my service if they are unsuccessful to give me service. Neither happened. ticket number[protected] dated 14th.

                          7. I get a bill for the complete month 13 apr - 14th may, though my connections are off from 9th. They should have prorate bill sent.

                          8. after that again called up on 19th to do the same but same helpdesk story.

                          Since then I am using a prepaid service.

                            My name is Jaswant and no [protected] and today I got a message "You have been successfully subscribed to Video54646Sub60 service for 30 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4033 to 155223(Toll Free)." and an amount of Rs. 60 has been deducted from my account which I did not request nor did I replied to any of such messages. But amount of 60 has been deducted. For this I called at 198 and *333 but it is not connecting and when I called from my friends number the call was disconnected from your side. I tried to register complaint at "reliance insta care app" but it is not being registered. I called nodal office but they said amount is non refundable and when i asked them what type of service it is and what i will get from this service they said they dont have any information about this. So they neither return money nor do they know anything about service. Earlier also I registered a request SR No.[protected] but no resolution to that. This is my final warning and if my request is unresolved this time as well I will port out of the reliance and move to consumer forum for this complaint

                              My subscription to cug_vaspack service was renewed at rs 16 on 13 th april for 1 month. But since 17 th may more than 10 times this service has been charged and refunded. So i get frustated & nil my balance. Now after gap of 2 days when i recharged talktime, the deduction started again.

                              Even my family & friends are fade up of our service malfunction.

                                    This complaint is about the Reliance Communications that is providing the CDMA Mobile services in Maharashtra. I have a Reliance mobile Prepaid connection. Currently the service is CDMA.

                                    From last 3-4 days Reliance is continuously giving announcement on phone that their service is being upgraded to 3G/4G and need to collect the sim from the store. When I enquired on customer care at [protected], care executive confirmed the same. When I asked "what about the present handset? Whether I will be able to use it or not?" then Care Executive confirmed "You have to buy a new GSM handset as current CDMA services will be stopped"

                                    I[censored]pgrade is done by company then they should either provide the GSM handset for free of cost or continue the existing services or give the refund of the previous CDMA handset that I had purchased previously to use Reliance mobile services.

                                    This is an extra cost that Customer has to bear which is forceful.

                                    Please help.

                                      Reliance Communications is upgrading its services from CDMA to 4G including its Netconnect (Internet Division) & asking its customer to discard the older Dongles & buy new ones which are 4G enabled from them.
                                      Complaint - I had purchased the Netconnect dongle very recently not even a month before & now they are asking me to buy a new one which is 4G enabled. While purchasing the earlier one they said it can be used for Lifetime, They are If they want their existing customers to go for up gradation then should provide the dongle for free. Why should the customer bare the charges for buying the dongle. Or the company should exchange the earlier dongles.
                                      Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The Company should have thought for its existing customers & should have arranged for exchanging of Dongles. With technology & latest trends the company can walk an extra mile & take a list of all active users & send them a 4G sim along with the device & arrange for the reverse pickup of the older dongles.
                                      As of now it has become a mess, 4G sim has to be collected at the retail store by paying Rs.20 even though the company says its free, customers are charged 20 Rupees. After collecting the 4G Sim the customer has to fill up a form & also place a request to send a new dongle at extra charge.
                                      The company is not disclosing the date from which all its existing services on CDMA will be discontinued. Its going to be like waking up on one fine day with no internet services provided by Reliance on your CDMA dongle.
                                      Is the company even bothered for its existing customers.
                                      Any Company should not take its customers for granted. Was there a survey made by company if the existing customers are willing to buy or would like to exchanges their devices. While purchasing the device, it comes with lifetime usage & all of a sudden just because the company wants to upgrade your earlier devices are to be scrapped. Can any of top officials at company address this issue on priority.

                                      Reliance Communications has no answers on when the 4G services will be launched in Maharashtra, but simply got all their customers to forcibly upgrade to 4G. I am neither able to use Reliance's CDMA Netconnect Dongle nor the 4G upgraded Card & Device since last 1 month.
                                      When I asked the Customer Care dept they simply ask to wait without any time limit & when I asked should I register a complaint in Consumer Court, they said you can.
                                      This shows how careless they are & how bold are they to go into court.
                                      I wonder how TRAI can entertain all this.I tried to register a complaint with TRAI but they do not have that facility on their portal.
                                      Our Honorable PM dreams about Digital India with seamless connectivity, that's only possible if we have strict measures to implement policies in a timely manner & also take action against people / company who take their paid & valuable customers for a free ride.
