On a very disappointing note I have to highlight many of your failed services in just 1month of experience.

1. It starts with taking a connection of reliance from your local branch at Rourkela, Odisha, on 6th april. Amount taken rs350 by RELIANCE AUTHORITY.
However connection could be possible after 4days. And plan as promised for Rs650 was given to me of Rs750.
2. Even after filling after the forms, the correspondence is written as wrong, my mail id, which he never could correct at his end, neither he denied he cannot do.i continued to ask billing date and he said ‘I ll correct the mail id and it will be sent to your id’. He never did that and slapped me a late fee further.
3. On a later date I get a call from reliance saying why I did not pay bill, but when I asked for bill they say, its sent on my mail id, when verified, it was wrong, and corrected telephonically, and bill was then received. On confirmation from their Rourkela local store, as late fee will not be taken- amount paid quickly rs222 on 9th may, billAM83399882, TXN[protected] .
4. Since then my connection has not resumed. Called up your helpdesk on 10th, got a ticket number[protected] saying it will resume within 24 hrs – but no result. They cant even locate that I have paid my amount or not.
5. On 12th again I tried thru chat service and he said it will resume in 3hrs, as bill is paid, but that that data connection never happened.
6. Considering such great experiences, I requested helpdesk to disconnect my number and don’t disturb further, but then helpdesk said that they are giving a special offer to me and not to disconnect services and it will resume in 6hrs.
I had asked them to disconnect my service if they are unsuccessful to give me service. Neither happened. ticket number[protected] dated 14th.
7. I get a bill for the complete month 13 apr - 14th may, though my connections are off from 9th. They should have prorate bill sent.
8. after that again called up on 19th to do the same but same helpdesk story.
Since then I am using a prepaid service.
