My sel[censored]mesh Kumar and i am using Reliance Postpaid Data Card #[protected] from 3 years. And, now, i want to discontinue by the following reasons:-

(1) I have sent you the mail on dt 19.05.2016 time 11:15 AM & on dt 17.05.2016 time. 05:23 PM twice but nobody replied on that. It means, how much loyal you are for your customers.

(2) When i tried to connect my Dongle on dt. 21.05.2016, it was not functioning and when i tried to contact the customer care, they said Reliance CDMA is no more in Haryana.

Reason of discontinue - you are stopping the service without giving any prior intimation but i am giving you in writing that i want my connection to be closed.

(3) when i asked about the security amount, they said we have no record for the same.

So, i request to you, please confirm me the last bill amount after deduction the security amount.


At last, i want to say you have lost a valuable customer.

i hope, this time you shall reply.

    I was using the reliance data card number [protected] till aug 2015 (For more then 2 years).

    On aug 25th 2015, reliance customer care called me and suggested to use wifi-pod so multiple devices can be used. I submitted address proof documents to [protected]@gmail.com

    They called me after 2 days saying that i must use a newly provided data card number ([protected]) for wifi-pod and my old number will be closed automatically.
    Yes. This is confirmed on phone by the girl from customer care.

    (I asked many times this before saying yes to new data card number [protected])

    But after 1 month, i got a bill for the old data card [protected]. I told them customer care told it will be closed automatically. But they change words after that.

    Again for second month also bill came for [protected] and total 1400 rs demanded.
    Even after telling so many times the situation, they made me look like an dumb, who got fooled by reliance.

    To remove this unnecessary weight on my head, i paid the amount 1600.

    Again, without me asking to activate the number [protected], reliance customer team activated and send the bills again.
    This is real utter nonsense and cheating and fraud from reliance.

    Since then, i sent so many emails to customer care and they never reply.
    I'm tired now and started preparing legal action against reliance.

    I ask reliance to send me the address to where my legal notice to be sent.
    So I can start legal action.

    Reliance says issue is closed and amount is waived.. BUT there is no confirmation on this.

    I ask Reliance to send a confirmation Email on this ASAP.

    If Reliance stand by their word - I expect them to close this issue immediately.

    Making customers very unhappy this way would have greater impact in the future.

        Reliance Telecom has the worst customer care service. I called their customer care number and they do not transfer the call to any customer service representative. Instead they keep on playing recorded audio, "Our all the customer care representatives are busy on other calls. Please stay on line. Your call is valuable to us. Our customer care representative will get back to you soon". Fools! I held up the line for more than 5 minutes and still the same recorded audio is kept on playing. I called them more than 3 times and everytime they care busy on other calls and keep on playing the same audio.

        I wanted to ask about the Relaince 3 NetConnect dongle that I have purchased. There is no network since 3 days and the dongle is not working work. It was working fine till 21st May 2016. Since 3 days there is not network available for the dongle to be connected to the internet.

        I am going to deactivate the service and move to other operator now. And I won't ever recommend Reliace to other people.

          Ek hafte se 10 baar complain kar chuka hun but problem ka koi solution nahi mila 3 g pack hai aur speed 2 kb 3 kb ki deta hai complain karo to bolte hain k problem hai check nahi kar paa rahe hain 2 hr baad call karna aise hi kitne baar call kiya but hamesha yehi bola jata hai koi puri detail le leta hai k kya no hai kaunsa phn chala rahe ho kitna network ata hai imei no kya hai fir bolte hain thk ho jayega but abhi tak kuch nahi hua hai main itna frustrate ho gaya hun k gali bakne ka mann kar raha hai but yahan gali nahi bak sakta

                    Hi,
                    I'd like to complain against Reliance communications for cheating as well making vulgar calls through the number [protected]. 4 years ago I used the broadband service and I disconnected it and paid all the dues. When I made the last payment I was not given NOC and it hardly mattered for Rs 600/- but they continued billing me though I lest that place and disconnected everything for next 3-4 months and made a bill of Rs 2700 around which is impossible because they disconnect after a month only if bill is not paid and rental was around 600/- only. Now they are calling and making seriously vulgar talks which is intolerable.

                    3 years ago also I explained to their customer care everything but every time I got a call from new and low level knowledge employees and they were highly stupid as many of them didn't know that my connection is not there anymore. Such lack of knowledge and information they had and every time different information.

                    Now I request to file a case of mental harassment and cheating against the company for making false bills as well as abusing on phone by different representatives. This is not acceptable at all.

                        Hi concerned


                        This compliant is regarding poor service provided by reliance communications - i am using reliance cdma phone since february 2015. I have purchased cdma connection (Zero rental plan) along with handset from shop. Rcom.Co.In and paid 2 years advance rental under that scheme.

                        Last month reliance communication forcefully shifted me to its gsm network from cdma saying i will get the same plan running up to february 2017.

                        But to my surprise bill was raised for my usage despite of my advance rent paid to your company. Then i started getting calls from your recovery department.

                        Once again i registered my complaint in front of recovery deptt. But now my outgoing has been barred. I have made several requests to reliance model town office but only assurance have been given to me.

                        Once again i am requesting reliance to resolve the issue asap as now it is painful for me. Or else i have to see other option of recovering my money and losses bcoz of this unprofessional behavior / fraud by reliance communication.

                          I Have a reliance cdma netconnect in which i had recharged for 1 year . but now reliance has shut down their cdma network in punjab. i contacted customer care to refund my advance balance . but they are not giving any response to my communication.
                          datacard of reliance also become obsolete because of cdma. which i had purchased for 1400 rs.kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

                            Whats happening with rcom?
                            Are u people had made a routine business of cheating the customers by activating the vas services for my mobile no.[protected] without the customer`s consent and then send an message asking to send an message to concern number if we need to deactivate the same. And if i send an request sms to deactivate you will send an reply sms stating that it will take another four hours to deactivate the same and in the mean time you would have already sucked our money! If we had not noticed it then we would have been cheated permanently.
                            Thsi is happening for a long time. And this time ie on 20th may 2016 night i got an message stating that
                            `you have been successfully subscribed to video 54646sub60 service for 30 days. To unsubscribe sms unsub 4033 to 1552233. And in the mean time you had also deducted rs.60/- from my account.
                            Within few minutes i had to send an request sms to deactive the same as mentioned above and i got an reply as ` dear customer, your video54646sub60 unsubscription request has been processed successfully. It will be deactivated within next 4 hours.`
                            Had waited for more that 3 days but till now i did not receive the amount of rs.60/- back. I tried to call the customer care no *333 but yesterday the whole day it was not reachable to the customer care executive.
                            Today around 20.30 i tried to reach the customer care executive and asked for the refund amount and he said there nothing active with my mobile number : [protected]. When i said i have the proofs of sms received and sent, he was just keeping on irritating and said that i should have called the customer care no and should have placed an request within 24 hours if need the money back into my account.
                            When i questioned that whose money is it and who the hell he is to say that i need to make an request within 24 hrs even though i explained him that i had made an request within 5 minutes the vas was activated.Instead he was not willing to listen to me. When i started shouting he just disconnected the call.
                            Whats happening with rcom?
                            Are you trying to earn money by cheating the customers?
                            And do u want the customers to beg you to get back our own money that too without making any request you people suck our money without our consent and you want us to waste our time by calling your customer care number and wait in queue for more thatn 10 minutes by wasting our money for which u charge and finally your executives will irritate us and we need to beg u?
                            First of all ensure that the amount is credited back to my account immediately along wiht the other call charges and educate your executives to not irritate the customers.
                            Since this tyes of mistakes are your routine practice i will be approaching the consumer court shortly for further actions and all the damages will be claimed according as it had not only caused loss finaclly but also mentally.

                              I have purchase post paid data card from local relaince store before 6 month,
                              i had paid 1300 rs. for data card, & then choose monthly rental plan,

                              now Big Cheater Relaince comunication is saying your data card & monthly service is not valid because they have stop CDMA network & shifted to 4G,

                              to continue your service, you have to buy new device for 1000 bucks.
                              this is purly cheating, company is responsible & its Reliance look out to exchange devise.
                              my service has been stoppped before any priore notice/ call / message / mail.

                              one of the worst service & experience, i am planning to file FIR against reliance communication.

                                I dr. Asit kumar dash was using the rcom cdma number [protected] in my cdma mobile for more than 10 years. This number was linked to my gas connection as well as banking operation. All of a sudden i found that the company has stopped proving service without giving us a chance to generate the upc code for mnp to other service provider. On contacting the customer care people of reliance communication they are advising to switch over to reliance gsm service. I applied for the same with all required document like voter id, pan no, residential proof and photograph with a payment of rs.160/- with an assurance that the gsm sim will be activated with in 7 days. I had applied on 16/5/2016 in the gadgets for you (Reliance outlet), sahid nagar, bhubaneswar but till date nothing has been done. To day i had live chat with a person called abhisek of rcom and he advised to go for 4g. My question is why should one be forced to go for 4g and even they are not allowing to generate upc code by stopping the cdma service.

                                    Today an amount of Rs 35 appx was deducted from my mobile account even i have 2.11 mb data balance and 1.82 promo balance and also Rs 30 was deducted for VAS plan which is not requested by me. And i have tried to call customer care since last 1 week through 3 phone numbers but it is not connecting. Pleaae look into the matter immediately. Already i have complained about late updating of net balance availability for whixh u have deducted an amount Rs 41 appx which is also still pending

From last 2 weeks company start deducting balance automatically without any reason when I complained in customer care they returened balance but next day again deduct same way . Now company become habbitual . Total amount deducted around 50 rupees . They also block customer care service on my number now I don't have any way to complain . I request you pls help .                                         Its very disappointing and harassing that companies like reliance communication making fools to their customer and snatching their money through fake bills.

                                        My reliance cdma post paid number is [protected] have brought on january 2016 for some official purpose as am doing work from home so have taken monthly charges of 1000 rs unlimited calls plan but after using this got disappointment and difficulties that phone was disconnect after 2 second in between calls as a result lost my valuable clients because of interruption of calls anyways i continued til february 2016 end this number and did not used any call from march onwards from this reliance cdma phone and not used any call in march from my plan even though i got my bill on 26march 2016 of rupess 931 because i have taken unlimited calls plan of rs 1000 but did not use a single call which reliance telecomm can check from there portal but as iam very sincere customer always paid my bill on time or before time so on 13th april 2016 i paid my complete billing formalities along with next 7 days rental charge of blocking period and its total amount was 931rs till march and from thath day to till 13th march plust nect seven day charges customercare executive calculated 1382 rs which i have paid to near by dilshad garden reliance mobile strore from there i have purchased my reliance cdma and postpaid connection donot want to continue this number more and discontinued my number from that dilshad garden store pdms code is n[protected] channel partener ak telecom address is 5a pocket h dilshad garden delhi 95.

                                        From that dilshad garden branch contact person they have called to reliance customer care and i spoke to customer care and lady has given me refrence id of[protected] against my query she told me that my sim has been blocked from 13 april 2016 onwards as i have paid bill of march including balance days bill of april 13 2016 including next 7 days rental charge its total 1382 rs. I have signed stamp copy of my bill payment from dilshad garden reliance store locator.

                                        As i have paid advance of rs 850 rs which reliance communication has to give me back in next 30 to 40 days by cheque as my given address till now i have not recived my money from them but they are still sending me fake bills as i already surrender my nuber there is no signal on my phone due to disconnection and paid all full final payment. Whta going wrong here its really veru disappointing and harassing that they are not paying mycheque advance money of 830rs but sending bills fake bill of april may 2016.

                                        It my humble request you that kindly take serious action against this as soon as possible.
