Today I have received call from bajirao road webworld number is [protected]
they informed me about upgrading cdma sim to 4g which will be available from Tuesday kindly collect it.
When I asked for the charges they said I have pay rs 100 and I won't get a single receipt of it because its as per company policy.
now two things you may have to face legal action if you don't provide receipt and as per your website it's says sim replacement charges is just rs.4
I m fine to pay even 100 rs but why I cant get receipt
and there is different charges as per website and as per web world
I m using your service from pretty long year so hope to get proper solution and explanation

      I have bought a new relaince sim gsm once the given talktime is over i have recharged my number and got a message as recharged but when i am trying to call it was saing as sorry temporarily service not available i have already complained about it but no action taken.
      atleast refund the amount which i have recharged
      this is not the first time happening like this

        Respected Sir/Ma'am,

        This is with reference to the fraud which the reliance agent has made.
        This is the second time I'm filing complaint against the same issue which is not getting solve from a long time.
        The Reliance agent told me that if I port my sim to Reliance there is a plan of 499/- in which i will get the benefits o[censored]nlimited 2g data, unlimited calling, unlimited roaming and unlimited messgaes i.e. 100 messages per day.
        But when I successfully ported my sim to Reliance, the reliance agent activated 599/- jalsa plan stating sir this is sufficient for you. After again and again asking for 499/- plan they ask me what you want to do from unlimited plan. Do they have any rights to ask me like this. If the reliance has said they will provide me with unlimited calling facilities they should provide the same.
        And after calling them daily for the compliment they say your work will be done in 2 days and daily they postpone this. It is been 7 days and still i am left with using 599/- jalsa plan.
        I want the issue to be solve as soon as possible.
        The complaint which i filed earlier it is still not solved due to which i have to again complaint about the same.
        I have written a mail to reliance communications and they have also not responded to the complaint.
        I hope the complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

          The Data Card Number [protected] was taken by me through your representative who visited my office, but due to my recent official transfer from Kolkata to Muzaffarpur, Where this data card was not working, I visited your Reliance Store at Dharmtala, Kolkata and got it converted to a prepaid number by paying the balance proportioned post bill and by submitting all relevant documents
          I was told that no further Billing will be done on this card.

          This Number [protected] was duly Teliverified on 04.03.2016.

          But to my surprise i found that in spite of converting this number to a prepaid number an amount of Rs.591.25 has been demanded for March 2016.
          Today I got a call from [protected] asking me to deposit the money by today, when asked to explain the details of bill and how it is demanded, when the number is already converted to a prepaid number neither she could explain nor she had the patience to tell me mail id, where this grievance can be escalated.

            I have call many times in reliance custumer care but when i am clicking 9 for talking to executive then the computer says thank you and call ended
            They are not providing details and not returning the money
            The time they have taken from me is
            3 days
            Today 1 month is over
            I have complaint many time in you site that is consumer complains
            But they have not cal me yet
            Plz take a big action

              Dear sir

              Its information about me, that i m using reliance data card(Huwai ec150) for longtime.
              After 1st march-16, when i have recharged data card, not getting network.

              Initially, when i called to customer care toll free number, replied me that data card blocked due to haryana jat movement till 5th of march.
              Again i had contacted on 6th march but problem remain same, after that have daily called customer care but no any satisfactory response given.

              On dated 11th march, i have registered complaint with local customer care centre, but still on today there is no any feedback to me..

              I have tired to call many times at customer care, also expired my data validity on 29th march-16.
              During end of financial year(March month) lot of my personal work hammered due to unavailibity of net connection.

              I have paid recharge rs. 255 but not used, also fatigue with reliance services.
              Pls confirm, whether my data uses transfer, carry forward or not?
              Also till when problem will be resolved ??

I am using reliance gsm prepaid service, my number is [protected], from 5 to 7 days company deducting some amount of my balance trew data charges but i have not used any data sicne 25 days and i m using only wifi data at my work place, even i already set off my data connection option in my phone.
                  I don't know why company deducting my balance contusions without any uses of its Internet service. They have charged me almost. 100/- Rs from my main balance.
                  Please halp me to sort out this problem any refund my balance.
                  I am feeling so cheated.
                  My number not even connect with company coustmer care executive to solve this.

                    I have purchased a new sim three days before but i am not able to access 3g network inside home due to network failure of 3g. I contacted reliance customer care but after 10 mins of waiting customer care executive picked phone but not responded well and refused me that he is not able to resolve this problem and transferred my call
                    to their senior executive and again i awaited up to 50 mins to receive my call but nobody was there to hear me, i have that recording also after 1 hour holding phone i m going to complaint online, kindly solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I am going to quit reliance

                      He's told me we have the new jalsa699
                      Plan with unlimited talk time, unlimited sms, and unlimited, internet
                      I have been believe on him
                      And successfully ported my idea postpaid to reliance postpaid
                      And today i called up to customer care he's told me you have only 4000 minutes, 100sms/day and 1gb 3g data for a month its totally frauds with customers.
                      I have been complaint to customer care they ensure we will resolve this problem within a 4 days
                      Lets see what will be happened
                      And i suggest to all beware about this fraud
                      I have been search on google so many complaint file within 2-3 days in delhi and delhi ncr
                      I'm also a victim of this fraud.

                        I am using reliance CDMA number [protected] i recharge it with 140 rs
                        and 82 rs tariff one week before after a long time hoping that i will
                        enjoy cheaper call. After 2 days (10/04/2015) i got message of
                        deduction of 5-5 rs for some xyz service which i never activated i
                        hope you could understand that i am technically so sound to know how
                        to operate mobile and don't think that i activated it by mistake as
                        tell by your customer care. I call to your customer care on 198 and
                        tell my problem he just reply sorry i can't do any think you have to
                        do bla bla to deactivate your service i ask him i did not activate
                        any service so why i deactivate it i request him to transfer my call
                        to his senior i again explain my problem to him and tell him either
                        you return my money or not you just guarantee me that you will not do
                        such a cheating in future so that i can continue to use this number
                        rather than wasting my 1/2 hr. time every day after office for refund
                        of 5-10 rs. He assure me that no service is activated on your mobile
                        now and no further such money will be deducted from your mobile and he
                        also refund my 10 rs and the total balance in my mobile is 120 rs. at
                        that time.

                        After that went out of station (10/04/2016) for three days and keep
                        this mobile in almirah by keeping it switch off ( this is my
                        secondary number), after 3 days when i came back today and check my
                        balance only 15 rs. left in my account i am totally frustrated and you
                        think my mental condition. I call to your customer care immediately
                        and talk to Mr. PRITIRANJAN after 10-15 min wait after telling all
                        issue in 5 min explanation he reply in only one sentence " Sorry sir
                        mai kuch nahi kar sakta 24 gante se jayada ho gaye hai" and
                        disconnected my phone. Now i want to tell this the hell service you
                        are providing you the people cheating your customer and we are
                        helpless. I don't know what action you are going to take but i will
                        try my best to raise my issue. This is not matter of 120 rs. there are
                        no. of operator in market some will be definitely fare to there
                        customer but you can't allow to do this type of foul play.

                                मेरा नाम अमित कुमार है मैंने अपना नंबर मतंल से रिलायंस में पोर्ट करवाया रिलायंस स्टोर से जिसका एड्रेस है Perfect Infocom (Reliance Store Shop No. 30, GF, Deep Complex, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi ११००५२ मेरा कम्प्लेन ये है जब मैं पोर्ट के लिए जो एड्रेस मैंने दिया वो एड्ड्रेस रिलायंस स्टोर वाले फॉर्म गलत फीड कर दिया जिसके कारण मेरा एड्रेस वेरिफिकेशन नेगटिव हो गया है लेकिन उसके बाद भी मेरा नयंबर रिलायंस में पोर्ट हो गया है। लेकिन जब एड्रेस वेरिफिकेशन के लिए फ़ोन क्या कस्टमर केयर पे तो पता चला की मेरे एड्रेस गलत है तो में विजिट क्या रिलायंस स्टोर अशोक विहार ब्राँच में तो वहां पे रिलायंस स्टोर वाले नई ही कस्टमर केयर पे फ़ोन कर के गलत एड्ड्रेस वेरिफिफकशन करवा के फ़ोन मेरा चालू करवा दिया उसके ३ से ४ दिन बाद मेरे फ़ोन का आउटगोइंग बंद हो गया तो फिर मैंने विजिट क्या रिलायंस स्टोर पे तो बताया गया के आपको एड्ड्रेस प्रूफ और एक फोटो फिर से देना होगा उसके बाद चालू हो जायेगा लेकिन ये सब करने के बाद भी मेरा फ़ोन का इनकमिंग और आउटगोइंग दोनों बंद कर दिया गया है. और मेरा वेरिफिकेशन भी दुबारा सही हो गया और रिलायंस से मेरे पास मैसेज भी आ गया है सक्सेसफुली। दुबारा रिलायंस वेरिफिकेशन डेट है ५/४२०१६ लेकिन मेरा फ़ोन अभी तक चालू नहीं हुआ है अब तक मैंने ७ से ८ बार रिलायंस स्टोर पे visit कर चूका हूँ तो भी कोई रेसपनस नहीं दे रहे है. आप इनके ऊपर अर्जेंट एक्शन ले ताकि और कोई कस्टमर को ऐसे परेशान न करे. जिसमे मेरा गलत नंबर फीड क्या है उसका नाम है सुनील जिसका नंबर है [protected],[protected] और फ़ोन भी नहीं उठाता है और इसका ऑर्नर का नाम है धीरज गुप्ता जो की सही से बात नहीं करता है. और मैंने कस्टमर केयर पर भी ५-४-१६ से अब तक कई बार कॉल कर लिया वो बार बार एक जबाब देते है की आप अपने नियर रिलायंसstore पे जाये। मेरा पोर्ट मोबाइल नो.[protected] प्लीज इनके ख़िलाफ़ अर्जेंट एक्शन ले. date of the incident 4 april 2016

                                  I was shocked the bills he attached was up to nov'13 where as i dropped mail to reliance customer care several times to disconnect internet on may'13 as i had to out of country. Also as this is post-paid so i paid the money before date and asked them to disconnect. There was no response from reliance customer care for several months and after 3 years i'm getting the mail from advocate stating to pay 1210/-
                                  I was unable to connect reliance customer care over phone from out of country therefore i sent them mail.

                                  Please help me here, what needs to be done as i was thinking i'm clear from my side but reliance communication has disgraced me by sending such mails by an advocate after 3 years

                                    I just bought reliance data card wipod...i couldnt establish to a faster network...though i get full signal, the bandwidth is very poor...just 10kb\s...i have raised a compliant regarding this...but no one is ready to so;lve...no proper response from the technical team aswell...this issue destructed my trust in reliance...kindly take steps for the same

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      This is to bring in your notice that there have been a fraud that has been taken place with me.To take you through the case there was this guy from reliance name sagar rampelli who had come to our residence to sell the reliance pro 3 wifi pod with the offer of rs 6000 for the whole year (Ie 12 month unlimited access) and because of the offer we went ahead and brought the connection the next very day the same guy got absconded. We were not aware of the process to get the same activated we went to the nearest store and got the same activated. Everything was working fine till one very fine day our connection got barred stating there has been an unpaid amount. To our shock we came to know that there has been an unpaid amount within 2 months of our usage and our 6000 was already consumed plus there is additional charges to be paid to activate the account.
                                      We never expected such kind of fraudulent activity to be done by reliance, and hence we also paid 6000 rs in cash believing in the company and the brand
                                      I hope there would be action taken and my appeal will not go unheard at your end, as its been 2 months now and company have not even taken or called us to let me know on the action they are taking.
                                      Attached are all the proof along with the actual reliance connection form which was filled by the companies employee in front o[censored]s to confirm the service for 12 months with unlimited usage. I hope to get the feedback on the same earliest as we are facing a lot of inconvenience due to our connection being barred. And the action will be taken against such unfair practices done by such companies.

                                        I had applied for mnp in reliance cdma from mts of mobile no [protected] via port code YR722788 on 2 april 2016 it has been since 12 days, but mnp is not done, i contacted reliance but they give me unsatisfactory answer, so plz help me, aarav muradya, contact no [protected]

                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had applied for mnp in reliance cdma from mts of mobile no [protected] via port code YR722788 on 2 april 2016 it has been since 11 days, but mnp is not done, i contacted reliance they said that they have completed all their formalities from their end but mts has not send mesage to TRAI about releasing their customer from mts, so mts has all the fault, so plz help me, aarav muradya, contact no [protected]
