Hi ...
We met one reliance executive(Jegan) last month(Mar-2016) in chennai, also we have checked the signal in our home.
This month(2016-apr-11) we gave money to him for reliance wifi pod max.

Amount:
Reliance wifi pod max - 2100rs
Activation charge - 150rs

Today we have called to him, he said i am not working in reliance, you can raise a complaint or do what ever you want.
Reliance company have my last month salary & my pf amount also, you can call them and get amount to them.

      Some days ago i went to the reliance store... i bought a plan jalsa 599... they said that u got unlimited outgoing and incoming...in just 599.. after some days the number has been stopped due to verification ... now i found after 15 days that here is not any plan o[censored]nlimited calling... and they provided me 4000 minutes ... what the hell it is ... it is totaly fraud they said that unlimited calling means is just 4000 minute ... i just want a strict action for those bunch of crooks...i am sending u a pics... just see it ... and the reliance store is in meerut mall... meerut 250002 uttar pardesh...

        I have been asked to pay amount of 3400 for my data card. I used it in January and around 127mb in February. I had a plan of 1200 and was complaining about the speed issue from August 2015. Nobody cared from your team and the device was just being used under false information from your executives. I have received the notice from a gmail account which seems inappropriate to me. I have always said to pay the bill as per your pathetic speed and usage.

          I have bought the postpaid sim card from reliance mobile store on 22 february 2015, now i want to change that postpaid sim to prepaid sim but the reliance company not making of this process and also not provide correct reason, when i give the same id proof which was already submitted for this postpaid sim card, for the conversion of prepaid, they said this is an fraud id proof due to the more sim cards provide by them by miss use my id proof without my permission, there are 9 sim cards are issued by reliance network by miss using my id proof, i need the reason who gave the permission to miss use my id proof????

                  I have received below mail today asking payment of rs 2792 or appear in lok adalat. It looks like a fraud mail as i have closed all my reliance connection way back in 2012. Since then i was in belgium, therfore notreally sure why this mail has come. If its a fraud mail, pls take appropriate action.

                    We have requested the customer care service to disconnect my number [protected] on 9 feb as per them we have paid full and excess amount to close the connection and also we have visited the reliance store to request the disconnecting my number but none of them not responded properly we have called again to customer care number but they kept hold for 90 mits after that they disconnected our call, after trying plenty of time finally we got one reference number #[protected].
                    In march again we got bill from reliance that we have to pay rs.2800, we didnt used the number still they have sending us the bill and we are getting calls from customer care to pay the bill.
                    We are visiting reliance stores in ludhiana regularly but none of them are not responding to close the issue.

                    Kindly help out in the above matter

No is [protected].I made request to port this cdma no to gsm on dated 4-4-2016 at om enterprises, urban estate phase-2, patiala.But dealing hand of abovesaid agency/center did not comply all required formalities which resulted into rejection with donor rejection comment.She charged rs.110/ for gsm plan and i submitted id proof alongwith snap.She gave me assurance to complete the process within 48 hours.When i visited centre on[protected] to enquire my request.She told me that your request have been rejected.Then she gave me one more sim and promised me to accept your request within 2-3days.But nothing concretehave been done so far.I am in lurch due to irresponsible behavior.Please put corrective measure to retain the faith of contomers

                        Good day,

                        It's disgusting to repeatedly complain about a company like reliance and now starting a new service called reliance jio but it's unfortunate for me to repeatedly get my balance deducted, May I know the reason why????
                        My balance was 191, I made a call for 1 min and charged 1 rupees for that so the balance should be 190 but I was shocked to see my balance was 168.50 on screen who took my money.
                        Mistakes can happen once or twice but repeatedly if it's happen then it's a crime.
                        See my SMS for my present balance as it's shows on screen.
                        Kindly refund my lost balance.
                        and kindly give an assurance letter that it will not be repeated in future

                          I recharged my reliance number [protected] with rs. 9 for 2g/3g one day data pack offering 50 mb from paytm. However, upon recharging no data benefits were received, instead free reliance to reliance calls were given which were of no use to me. As per reliance website also, there is 50 mb data on recharge of rs. 9. I have been unable to connect to reliance customer care on this. Either i need the required benefits or cashback.

                            I am using Freepaid395 and 99 data pack.and my question is that when i am using date 99 (500 3G & after 500 2G unlimited) then why you applied Data and value added services (VAS) charge Rs 857.03 in my current bill.my outgoing facility has been barred due to credit limit exceeded where as I was out of station and I didn't have any other number to make a call.Yesterday i logged a complaint (complaint number:[protected] for same issue.

                                Wrongly charged my number [protected] with rs 174 instead of deducting data they deducted my balance, after a lots of complaint no solution. Total;y fed up with this . I got 500 mb for the insta care app registration where my data was low i got 70 mb from free charge on 9th of april 2016 about 1:00 am . Till data have 25.4 mb data valid till 23.4.2016 and while using internet they charged 174 rs for just 1.7 mb data .

                                  My mobile number is [protected] as a reliance customer, since 2009 they offer life time scheme for 500 min r to r for every month .For this scheme i have to paid rs-4444/- and up to march 2016, also get 500 min regularly, but 1st april 20016 not credit my account 500 min.So, i complaint to service care, complaint number[protected] on 2-4-16 &[protected] on 4-4-16 &[protected] on5-4-16 three time and also email dated 5-4-16 & 10-04-16 but no response till date.


                                  If long term commitment is not able stand and not able to provide services than why offer this type of schemes ?.All customer is believe only reliance name. In future we are believable or not.Because very very poor customer care.


                                  Please take necessary action where is wrong.I hope will be do better in future.

                                    Am a reliance costumer from past 4 to 5 years, i have noticed that am not getting any notifications regarding my special recharges, net balance and net validity.Today as usually i turned on my mobile data, unfortunately i didn't notice the recharge validity is completed(Due to no prior notifications or messages from reliance) and i lost all my main balance, how painful it would be. I request you to please maintain some notifications before a day or two day, that our special recharges and net recharges are about to finish as other networks do. Pls do the needful.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I, dr arjun shenoy, l trauma surgeon by profession currently working in thrissur kerala have been deeply disgusted and angered by the irresponsible behaviour of reliance telecom company at the nature of how they have treated me as a customer.

                                      Having ported 7 months ago, from airtel karnataka circle to reliance kerala, i have been facing horrible issues with network signal and call drops. As i am working in the emergency unit, my primary number [protected] was the one the hospitals and patients used to contact me in all scenarios. Due to the horrible relationship with reliance, i lodged a porting request several times after the 90 day protocol as per trai guidelines. However, reliance has been sending me the wrong porting codes, which have made my several attempts at porting to bsnl or any other operator unsuccessful.

                                      Currently since last 2 weeks all incoming calls and messages to my number [protected] have been blocked and i am only able to make outgoing calls. Several calls with reliance customer care executives have not resolved my issues as they have been absolutely incompetent at carrying out their basic duties. They have neither responded to my complaintg within 72 hours nor have they been able to find the technical error.

                                      Currently my patients cannot contact me, my hospital cannot contact me, emergency situations are getting out of hand. I would like to legally settle this issue with reliance in the court of law as per the non discharge of duties according to trai guidelines.

                                      Kindly do the needful if you are competent to do the needful
