        I got a call from reliance telecom sales department(Mob.No-[protected]) situated at dadar, mumbai on dated 24 feb 2016 and offered me jalsa 599 unlimited plan which have unlimited local std with all india roaming free and 1gb 3g then 2g unlimited. I convinced and port out my vodafone sim to reliance jalsa 599 plan on 24 feb 2016 vide upc code vm453768 having validity till 10 march 2016. I submitted my documents and photos to the concern person coming from their office on the same date i.E. 24 feb 2016. But i couldn't get any response from there side till a week. When i called them and asked about the processing they played with me and lied again and again. After passing 15 days they login my number on 10 march 2016 and assured me to provide the same plan which they pitched me. On 15 mar 2016 late night my reliance sim was activated and when i inquiry about my plan, i got to know that they activated my number with the alternative plan, which have not the same features. I called to that sales dept. And ask about the reason for change that. A lady named rita* told me lie and said they activated the same plan. But when i inquiry from the customer care executive, they told that my plan has only 4000 local std minutes and no 3g date provide in this plan. Again i call to the sales dept. But they did not pick up my call. Then i registered a complain against my plan on dated 16 march 2016 vide complain number[protected]. But after 3 days they replied me that they couldn't provide the existing plan.

        Asper you replied on 21st March, i didnot get any call from the company side till the date for solving my problem. Even i was calling that sales department person named Akash many times, who sold that product. Also i gave my alternative number i.e [protected] with the documents. All the two numbers are available in 24 hours. Don't give any false statements to the customer for hide your guilty. Howmany times your concern person called to me ? I am very surprised to see your response.
        I am requesting you again kindly verify that matter again and give the actual justice to me as i am also a valuable customer of Reliance. Otherwise i will complain to the consumer forum for harassing me since a month. I hope reliance company will give me justice

          I am in receipt of a on Sat, Mar 19, 2016 at 1:05 PM from one Shadaab Peerzade on behalf of RCOM. This communication (Legal Notice as he calls it) is dated March 10th, but was sent only today (March 19, 2016) to me. And the mail cslls upon me to pay Rs.1200 plus rupees or else legal action including civil and criminal action would be taken. I am put to great mental distress and anguish in receiving mail (previously I had received a call too on March 7 from his Office threatening 'legal action'. RCOM too has been sending me mails and calling me I have been explaining the position in writing and over phone, but to no avail. Now this 'legal notice'.

          The position is explained in my mail dated Mar 8 2016 too RCOM and substantiate that no amount is payable by me. I have sent many reminders to RCOM but regret to say, there has been stony silence - not even an acknowledgement.

          On Tue, Mar 8, 2016 at 5:00 PM, Aloke Dasgupta wrote to RCOM:

          Yesterday evening at about 6.30 pm, I received a phone call from a lady from number [protected] saying in hindi to the effect that:

          "I am calling from the Legal Dept for Reliance. There is a default by you of Rs.1200+. Please pay up or we would take legal action"
          1. I told her that the records would certainly show that the services are discontinued from October 2015 and that no amounts are payable. But she went on and on...then she said she was calling from a Law Firm and that Reliance has referred the matter to them for "legal action". I asked her to let me know the firm's email address so that I could send clarifications and that if the Firm thinks it for, they could send the legal notice!

          I do not know if it was threat but surely the tone was threatening.

          I am reproducing certain emails exchanged in the matter of "dues". Let me know what you think of the behaviour of your "legal department" or the "law firm" - thereafter I would take up the matter with the seniors in Reliance

            I didnt get any reply from them i just quit the service, but just to see the option " Mark as resoved " i choose it, thank you to complient board for this facility but a strong force is needed to save customers from frauds and poor services by this board.

            The setup box was failed to work bcz of technical problems, which is under warranty, we complained on that issue but we couldnt respond from them, such a damn delay it is..no proper responce from customer care, we want to quit the bledy reliance big tv service.

              Today i am writing you with an unfortunate and unexpected incident. I always recharge my wife’s 3g dongle having reliance gsm connectivity bearing no. [protected] online using your webportal www.Myservices.Relianceada.com/captureinstantrecharge.Do under option gprs/data. Today on march 16, 2016, at 20:45:10, i have also done the same for rs 255 with transaction reference no.[protected]. Your portal as usual shows the promise that i will get 1gb 3g data for 30 days.
              After successful recharge your promise got lost and my account got credited only rs.219.19 as talktime!!! What a service i got from reliance!! I am attaching the screenshot taken today showing the option still alive on webportal and also attaching your web receipt.
              I talked with your customer care services. Someone named subhodip answered the call and to my utter surprise he simply shouldered off the responsibility repeatedly saying that no such option is there under relianceada.com. I asked him to visit the website to see whether i am wrong and either to credit 1gb 3g data at the number or refund the entire amount at my bank. He refused to comply with either of the options.
              Once again i am requesting you to do the needful so that i would not be a victim for a circumstance for with i am not at all responsible. Either please provide me your promised 1gb 3gb data along with crediting the remaining balance with the account or please credit the entire recharge amount of rs. 255/- to my bank account from which it has been debited.
              A positive response from your end at the earliest is much appreciated since i will lose all the data balance today for your whimsical activities.

                Sir,
                I must be a real fool to have listened to your Reliance store owner, after having suffered on a previous occasion from over billing for my Data connection, two years back.
                At that time also I had to come to this Consumer complaints forum to get my issue resolved.

                I had asked for a prepaid connection (Wipod max) But your Reliance store owner instead persuaded me to take post paid connection of Rs 999, as the same was offering Rs 500 cash back each month for three months. (12 GB day & 12 GB night usage, after which it was unlimited.

                My device was purchased on 14th/15th of Jan 2016, & activated on 16th Jan. I received a bill of Rs 304 for the interim period uptill 26th Jan & paid Rs 310 in mid Feb, when the due date was there.

                My billing cycle was from 27th Jan to feb 26, for which ideally as per plan I should have received a bill of Rs 999 plus taxes minus Rs 500 = Rs 639. payable uptill 16th March 2016.

                Horror, My services were deactivated. On enquiryfrom customer care, I was told that a bill of Rs 2404 has been generated against this number. I could not believe this. So I contacted Reliance store from where I had purchased this HSD wipod. This was on the 27th Feb 2016.

                I was informed that a different plan of Rs 999 had been activated for which I was getting 20 GB & Rs 250 cash back for 12 months. I ask you sir, why wasn't I informed that by either the store owner or the customer care ppl.

                There is no 999 plan on your site which has charges post usage of data.
                There's a serious mis communication between the store & the back end.

                I am visiting the store regularly each single day to get my services restored & get a waiver of this faulty bill generated. They have tried to get the plan changed, but it's been 20 days now & the problem doesn't seem to be sorted out.

                As a last resort, I have deposited an amount of Rs 700 with the store owner for the bill as per the plan I had opted for. (which I am told is not available for our circle now)

                This Rs 700 is for the period from 27th Jan to 26th Feb. After which the device is lying in custody of the store owner.

                I was told by the customer care to visit the store & get help in bringing this mess to an end.

                Please do not fool regular customers. If you are not able to fulfill your promised services, then do not create fictitious plans & bring a lot of mental agony & harassment on your unsuspecting consumers.

                I am at a great loss, as I had paid Rs 2100 up front for the device. Now my device is stuck. The plan I was promised has not been accorded to me.

                I am being made to visit the store again & again. My whole work is in disarray. Thanks Reliance. You really know how to make customers run away from you.

                One last request. From my side I have done everything I could. Please restore the device as a prepaid one. I have made all the payments possible.

                I do not want to pay for the period I am not using the services. I am not even in possession of the device.

                In business one has to be flexible & listen to the customers & strive to see happy customers. You are doing exactly the opposite. Being rigid. creating complications with your plans & customer services.

                I hope you resolve this issue amongst yourself (Company & store) & give me a new device, or refund the amount I have paid for the device. (Rs 2100)

                Kindly do the needful on a priority basis & put an end to this nightmare.
                I swear I'll never ever ever again use post paid of any provider, especially Reliance.

                  I have used reliance broadband internet connection with customer id #[protected]new) and[protected]old). I gave termination request for both the connections in one after the other in 1 year gap. As per the company policy any customer after termination of his service, he should get refund of some amount with in 45 - 90 days but after crossing the given time limit also they are not refunding the amount. I called their customer service center several times and each time they are saying their representatives will call back and resolve my issue but still its not happened. I want a resolution to my problem through the consumer cell. Please help me to resolve my problem ASAP.

                          I am reliance postpaid customer from maharashtra circle.

                          Recently i ported my number from tata docomo prepaid to reliance postpaid.

                          The plan given to me was jalsa998 with a validity of 24 months with the benefits - unlimited voice calls, unlimited data & unlimited sms's.

                          The plan was offered to me with 50% discount rental i.E. 572rs. With taxes.

                          Just after a month, on 18 march 2016 reliance has blocked my services with withdrawing the plan saying its not applicable to me contradicting to 24 months commitment which was given at the time of porting in reliance services.

                          My service activation date is 16 february 2016.

                          I have confirmed with reliance postpaid maharashtra customer care executives & the dealer for my plan and both verified & confirmed the plan benefits will not change until 24 months of time from the date of activation.

                          I have already paid partial 1st month bill which was generated for 16 to 26 february 2016 of 203 rs.

                          I am mentioning more details about the communication with customer care executives.

                          Plan name: jalsa 998 (With 50 % discount for first 24 months) for customers who will port in into reliance.
                          Plan benefits: unlimited data, unlimited voice, unlimited sms

                          Plan modified & withdrawn on 18 mar 2016 as

                          New plan name : jalsa 998 new

                          Voice calling limit : 20hrs per week (85 hours (Or 5140 minutes) per month)
                          No capping on data & sms's


                          Suggested plan is

                          Plan rental :monthly 899 rs.

                          Free minutes : 6000 min local/std and overage will charge 1p/s
                          Sms rate : 50p/sms
                          No data benefits will be given

                          Now, i am expecting solution of my problem in one of the following manner.

                          1. Immediate restoration of my services with the committed original plan
                          Or
                          2. If not possible then return my 350 rs. Activation charges and port me back in tata docomo maharashtra prepaid immidiately
                          Or
                          3. Penal action against reliance postpaid maharashtra for cheating, fraud & fake advertisement with reliance maharashtra telecom circle.

                            I am in reliance circle hyderabad.I was port in to reliance cdma prepaid o on[protected] and i received sms that sim will be activated from[protected] but till today the sim is not activated. I am trying to solve the problem through reliance store ameerpet hyd.The hyd reliance tecnical department send the problem to bombay office.But there is no result. Idont know why this problem is arrived and how can i get my 25 years old no.[protected].I am planning to complaint to trai to solve the problem...K biksha pathi [protected][protected] hyderabad

                            Well this is 17th day to avaiting my cdma mnp sim activation.In india the biggest communication going to launch 4g net work in comming days, and how the technical issues comming from custumers and how they are giving most priority to custumers.Here i am suffuring since 20 days and loging several requests online by like this wedsites and also on reliance appellete phone line.I cant find the way to reach correct reliance authirised personal.finally if the sim is not activate by this evening i decided to ask justice from consumer forum, hyderabad...kb pathi [protected] pm

                            to day is[protected] yesterday evening at 8.30.pm at last tele verification is done. and i hope and believed that my problem is over.But suprisingly from today when i went reliance store to recharge the [protected] and there is no responce from phone that means no incoming calls and no out going calls again the reply is contact custumer care.Then i called star333 to custumer care and they says there is no problem service will start after one hour.I wait 5 hrs and same position.And i called reliance appellete [protected] and they also calledup to [protected] and hearing engage sound only.and they taken one more complaint on no incomming and out going.and they next 24 hrs the problem will solved...days count down is still going on day by day ...and still i hope and waiting ...

                            At last my problem is closed today[protected]i.e 20 days suffuring) morning after calling to reliance appellete and star333 custumer care to talked seriously.But franklie saying that i am hurt so badly and dont want to stay with reliance in future.After some time i must leave from reliance service and go to other net work.Because reliance is welcomming portin custumers with lot of harracement taurcharing like enimie...i cant forget my experiance with reliance... even i am very long back custumer having more reliance connections to my family menbers, we all leaving within shortperiod...buy buy reliance...[protected]

                            the de-activation serial episode complited 18 days from 20th april which my mnp cdma no.[protected] is deactivated.I am always touch in with relince store ameerpet hyderabad and also reliance appellete, madhapur, hyderabad.But there is no result and more interesting is nobody from reliance authority serious about my problem till today 8th may 2016.Can my no. is survive and can i getback myno, and the reliance is abale to solve the problem?//????and there is no technical person in reliance to solve the same?????? can i go to publish this problem throuth print and electronic media, hyderabad...kb pathi..[protected]
                            my sim no [protected] till today i.e 16 may 2016 is still not working.i am waiting since long time the same.appallate gave me the reply that on or before 14 th may sim is activate with 100 percent.

                            but reliance is not interested to solve customers problems immmediately or late or their own time also.

                              I called customer care three times to close my postpaid account, they also took note of it but no action was taken.

                              I denied to pay the bill for the month so they have send me a notice .
                              For now I have payed the bill but I didn't like this behavior.

                              I was there customer for more than 6 years and have payed my bills regularly.

                                I have contacted reliance for 15 days the service has been down they always say the problem will be resolved by 24 hrs but it still hasn't.

                                  Hope you are good, i gotcha call from reliance since 10-20 days ago. And someone committed from customer care reliance launched a 599-699 plan therefore you can get unlimited std, local, romaing 1 gb 4g and rest unlimited 2g.

                                  They charged me 300/- rupee and gave one of the slip and reliance sim, told me to that sim will work within 4-5 days as well as verification is also done but it didn’t work at all.

                                  I tried to call them but no luck or not picking my call.

                                  Can you please take necessary action on this. Find the below require information.

                                    I have recharge my acxount on 14th march with 149, which give 1gb 2g data for a validity of 30 day and on 18th march, while emergency need of high speed data i made recharge of 22 which give 80mb 3g data for 1 day...
                                    Now on 18th march my account only showing that 3g data and validity of 18th march... it means my 2g data has been forfited for no resons...
                                    Kindly look into matter and help me to slove my problem...
