In reference to my constant request for discontinuing Reliance Netplus + Service.

Here is the total history or logs of my concerns along with request id’s:-

On 26th feb, 2016 I spoke with reliance executive of reliance customer care to terminate our Reliance Broadband Netconnect + Service, and was assured termination of services...

I have already filed a complaint here regarding worst service they provide. My problem is not resolved and reliance simply posted here that it is resolved.

Apart from that, I have written 6 mails to

I have received reply only for 1 mail. For the rest they either don't reply or mail says''The recipient server did not accept our requests to...

I have not subscribed the adpay vas, 90 rs has been dedudted frommain balance, roll back the amount and remove all vas for my gsm mobile number.or else face the consumer court summons....

On 15th March, 2016 RS-16 deducted from main balance without any reason and I did not get any SMS for that.Please check this and inform me for deduction of money from balance .

Hello.
This is to request you to help me with an issue that is bothering me since last evening. My balance is being deducted unnecessarily about 9-10 times since last evening. About five rupees goes each time. I request you to please help me with the same and also refund my balance(₹100).

And on asking the usage of my data pack and the consumption of the data from the customer care center I have been told to call after 2 hours as some system...

I had pending bills for two months visited the reliance communication for the bill payment and closing account request at ulhasnagar.They made me to talk with customer care people stating that do not pay now and give the closing request only. Once the number will close you will get a call and pay after that.
So I gave the closing request. They took almost 15 days to process it and generated a new bill in between.

I have used Reliance dongal till sep 15 and paid all the remaining payments and requested to close the connection.
But at the time of closure call I have got option saying that you can keep your connection in safe custody, which will pause everything and you can start again it whenever you want .
Again my fault, I have shown loyalty to the company and chosen to keep it in safe custody mode.

My name is Manoj Kumar Patwa. i have been using reliance
mobile no-[protected] for 2 years.
Yesterday without my acknowledgement there was 3rs deduction from my main
account. i called at the night to reliance customer care, but now one has responded.
Today in the morning i have changed my SIM from nokia to micromax. after changing
my sim to Micromax, again there was 42rs deduction....

I had a purchased reliance 3 net dongle, last 20-25 days network in and out a single day 50-60 frequently disconnected we are several times contact customer care but not satisfactory answer every time they told your problem with max to max 72 hrs and minimum 24 hrs resolved but situation as it is my problem till date i.e. 21/03/2016 not yet solve or resolved at reliance customer care end.

I have port my Vodafone number port in Reliance Communications in the month of 14 January 2016. This time the plan is giving me is RGSMJalsa998N. In this plan is unlimited voice STD & Local calls, unlimited sms, unlimited 2g data.
