I have a reliance Gsm No. [protected]. Last few days it show roaming
signal but i used in home network area in Bathinda. When I contact to
customer care this service deactivated last five months. due to
roaming signal my balance is deduct by Rs 30 due to your Fault .

I m using no. [protected]. From last month i m facing problem o[censored]nnecessary deduction of VAS charges. Fyi from 9th Marg onwards a total of rs. 200 has been deducted from my account of VAS CHARGES. for which i never applied. I m being harassed.

We raised many complaints but there is no response from customer support no technical person comes to fix our problem very worst do not take any connection with realiance very worst customer support. It promised to offer 2xmb of data on recharge of rs. 198 (1.25 gb for 28 days) and rs. 259 recharge.

Sir my number Is [protected], , In short i only want to say that in the precivios three months . A huge unfair deduction of rs. 500 Approx. In many steps has been deducted from my balance of so called internet using but my net pack was activated all the time. Lot of times i called the customer care to resolve this. Even after they say to solve. But it was not solved... Even a new deduction of rs 80 Occurs two days ago. This is totatlly unfair...
