    Hello,

    I want to complain regarding Reliance Broadband.
    They have promised me for good service and after payment they didn't provided me required services.
    After that i have tried many time to solve that and now i have disconnected their services. Still after 100 days i haven't get my refund back.

    I want to complain about bad service and i need my full payment back.

    I have already submitted your Modem to your person since 3 months ago. They have assured me that i can get my refund in 60 days but still i haven't received my refund.

    When i took internet you have promised me 2mbps and i haven't received that speed from day one. its always below 1mbps. I was trying to inform you that from day one but
    They have not noticed that. From the day 1 i was trying to inform them that i am not getting my service as you claimed.

        They unfairly charged Rs120. After calling the customer care they keep hanging phones and have blocked me from further calling. They do such on a regular basis. Pls help

        They refunded the amount which was unfairly deducted. As the process consumed most of my valuable time. This deduction should not happen in first place.

            I have done a recharge of Rs.399 for 4 gb for my Reliance Pro 3 data card no: [protected] with a validity of 28 days on March 01 2016 .Even a third party recharge website is answering a customer query but reliance customer care doesnt .

            I have tried to the maximum available mail ids in the net but still it have not even moved a inch towards the solution .

            I have raised a service complaint thru[protected] with Case Id no:[protected] . But the same was closed without resolution . The recharge web site have provided with operator reference id ID [protected] for the successful recharge .

            I have also wrote to Appellate authority which is also not even taken care and i have waited for 15 days for one recharge credit .

              I have purchased new prepaid reliance connection and they have deducted rupees 7 time with in 10 days and they are ignoring to reimburse the amount that has been deducted so i would like to complaint against them and i found nobody is regulating this thats why this is happening. they dont even provide the complaint number so no we cant do any thing so please help all the customer. amount deducted is approx 300 rs

                Today 14-Mar-2016 11:15 AM Reliance gsm charged Rs.60 from my mobile main balance account Below is the message of details and amount charged :- 1).Amount Charged for VAS ShortformatD2C Rs:60.00. 2). You have been successfully subscribed to ShotforBiscSub60 service for 30 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4036 to 155223(Toll Free).

                I have unsubscribed but it is not refunded in 4 hours as they replied. Last month too on 21-FEb-2016 I got deducted VAS ShotformatGSM Rs.45. Unsubscribed and from CC didn get proper response.

                Kindly clarify why my balance is getting deducted with my subscription and also refund deducted amount to my main balance again.

                Hi..Similar to the above customers I received a msg from RM 58787 stated as
                " Your subscription to ShotforBiscSub60 service has been renewed for 30 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4036 to 155223(TollFree)." Dated- 27/7/2016.
                Later when I tried to unsubscribe it the msg from their end shows "Dear Customer, Kindly enter proper Code. "

                  I am using Reliance SIM for quite sometime now, and they keep on deducting money for VAS, for which I have never registered. I have filed multiple complaints, to which they return my money. But the problem stays.
                  My mother faced the same issue, and so did many other people (A quick search gives me this insight).
                  I am fed up. I want a good strict action to be taken on this company. They are cheating on common public everyday.

                  I am attaching my mail conversation with the company customer care below. You can see how regularly this problem occurs.

                      Hi,
                      I would like to inform you that I had ported my number from Vodafone to Reliance based on the commitment from your executive that he is going to offer 499/- plan.
                      He offered me 499/- Basha plan but after movement I came to know that 599 Jalsa plan has been activated.
                      Immediately I spoke to your nodal officer Mr. Anees and explain the matter, he logged the complaint and provided me the complaint number[protected] and asked me to wait for 5 days and he told that billing team will change the plan and call me back.
                      On 10th March, I received an SMS stating that problem has been resolved but when I called up to Nodal officer Ms Meenakshi and she again logged the complaint[protected] and asked to wait another 5 days.

                      Here I am very much confused about the status of my previous complaint. I am really shocked when nodal office was unable to explain me about "action taken".

                      What is the reason of logging new complaint when already complaint was logged?

                      When I asked to Ms Meenakshi to speak floor manager/supervisor, she refused to connect me. This is the service I am going to get from Reliance.

                      Today again I got information from Nodal officer - Mr. Bharat that new complaint is also closed and as per their executive plan is correct and they can't change it.
                      Here I am very much frustrated with the resolution given by Reliance.

                          I had purchased one new wipod of reliance with advance rental plan of rs. 3000/- for 3 months which is unlimited download with download speed of minimum 4mbps.i had purchased this device with their assurity that it will give me minimum 1mbps download speed but it never give me even more than 300kbps of download speed from the begenning. i had done many complaints to their help line and also their persons but they dont respond me till now.last time the help line people heard my issue and dignose it accordingly and finally told me that their is issue with your wipod so go to our authorise service centre and take new device from there but when i go to the service centre as they told they demand me the purchase bill for the device. but actually i had lost my bill and i tell them to see my records and you will get noticed that it is not more than 30 days.but they ignore it and forced me to take bill with you and than we will provide you service and according to that i had contact mr.sandeep shinde, zonal manager of sales for pune and he commit me to give me the duplicate bill for the device but till now he do not gave me the duplicate bill and also not respond to my calls now.according to all this i had call to reliance help line further andfrom their i getting know that for servicing under warranty it is not necessory to have your bill for that as they have all records online.but till they insist me to take a bill and reliance persons dont respond me for this till now.please help me

                            I have got call from reliance customer care to port my existing Airtel number into Reliance Postpaid plan. Offer was 599 Rs for unlimited. I agreed to get this offer and a person from reliance store came and collect 300 rs from me with a promise that this is security money which will be adjusted in bill on for coming 3 months, 100 rs each month.

                            I gave my ID, Address proof, Port Number along with 300 rs but number has not been yet activated.

                            He gave me a SIM[protected] IMSN NO- [protected] and Receipt on 18 Feb, 2016

                            But I have not received any email, message or call. Please see the attached receipt

                                  Hi, I Ravina Vaghani, taken a Data Card from Reliance but that was not used due to coverage issue. It was not connecting as well. I made so many complaints No.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], . Every time they asked me to wait for 1-2 weeks engineers are working but no solution provided, No single call from their end for update . I was getting frustrated to make them calls and asked them to close the connection. They continued raising the bill post close request and now there executive calling me and giving warning for legal case. They are saying either you have to make a settlement or we will make legal case on you. In other means they are threatening me that i have to appear in delhi court and pay the fine. Please help me to resolve this matter. I am receiving calls from lawyer, Delhi based with mobile number - [protected]. Please help me. Thanks Ravina Vaghani

                                  I again received a call from Miss Mamta No. [protected] for the same purpose acknowledging herself to be representating reliance legally, I request Reliance Communication team to take a action against same. When i was facing the service related problems no representative was calling me for update on progress and now i get call threating legal calls again and again.

                                    My postpaid reliane sim card has been lost on 16 Jan 2015. I try to contact with customer care but could not suceceded. Then I send a mail to customer care to closed services. I receive a mail on 18/01/16 that your services has been barred. But bill continue with me I write many times and also called but no reply received. Bill charged monthly

                                      Data got 1.5gb only

                                      After about 30 calls to their custoner executives and appelate forum, my queries are not redressed.

                                      2 )Unnecessary VAS deductions

                                      For first 3 days they were not able to get the details from the server and after 3 days the server doesnot keep the information.

                                      Rs40 deducted which i will never get back
