One of the worst service from reliance... Very very lazy customer care and technical team... Issue raised on 7 march 2016.. Complaint id :[protected]. Unable to browse at any location. But still unable to solve by technical team... Reliance company cheating the customers and grabbing the money from subscribers and running ipl... Bull services. Not able to write complaint i feel shame to mention... That much fed up on your service... Better...

I received this email today stating there is a due amount of Rs 3245/- towards my data connection which was closed long back in 2012.

I went to pimpri branch from where I had taken the connection and requested to close it as I was not happy with the services, and at first they try to avoid, and then said that I have to pay extra amount as the bill was not generated at that time which I agreed and paid them...

I have applied for port on my airtel no [protected] to smart on 4th of march 2016and it was not be done port till know
Thats why i am facing lots of problem because my no is off from lots of days if it will not going to on then i will sue for it

I last month I has some connection issues with Reliance Communication Broadband connection so I raised a request on same on which I got a response that the problem will get resolved within 24 hours. I waited for 48 hours but there was no positive output. So, I again raised a complaint on which I was guaranteed that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours else I may apply for termination. Sir, from last 10 days reliance activating unfair hungama service without my permission they are just deducting 20rs every day and after complaining they refund my money and from next day same they activating the service and deducting my balance.
I have talk many times from customer care that what's happening but they just ignoring that.

My bill generated for account no. [protected] dated nov 18 was paid late - however, my credit limit is supposed to be rs.2000 yet my connection was unrightfully banned. Reliance Smart GSM has deducted Rs.597 from my No.[protected] between 12th march 2016 to 14 March 2016. When I made a call to the customer service no. They are not providing the details for the deductions neither they are reimbursing the same....

I have registered complain of my cdma data card no [protected] 23 February compalin no=[protected] till now problem has not solved . i am requesting to you please look this issue on top priority . otherwise i will complain in consumer court against reliance....

A big fraud done by reliance communication with me, I was using TATA DOCOMO postpaid unlimited calling plan three months back then some reliance executive called me
and introduces a new 599 RS unlimited calling plan (was using 1100 RS unlimited plan of tatadocomo) due to low cost I decided to port my connection and joined reliance communication
