Dear sir,

i have 2 prepaid reliance numbers. but alling towers are coming too low (only 1 or 2 ) from past 1 week at my residence address.i also change sim to other mobile but still same problem. i already call to many times to customer care, they said some upgradution is running at ur area location and also engineers works. but already one week past nothing resolved yet. i have already lost to many important calls and also my 3g internet data. pls do something and resolve my problem as soon as possible. my residence address is :-

    Dear Sir,

    This is bring to your kind notice that I am facing problem to activate my reliance number.I had ported my Vodafone number ([protected]) to Reliance postpaid on

    25/02/2016 .My number is successfully converted on 4th of March but next day my service was stop.I am not able to using my no so that I am facing lots of problems.

    I have given all the relevant documents which is necessary for activation like Aadhar Card and Bank passbook photocopy..

    I don't know whose fault is this but all the information are incorrect even my alternate number is also wrong.

    The representatives are not giving proper response. Every time they try to manipulate me and tell me we will take action soon to activate your number.

    It's going to be almost 2 week and I haven't get any solutions from your side
    And i have paid 300 Rs. for this

    Please help me out from here and activate my mobile Number ASAP.My alternate number is- [protected].

      Our broadband connection is not working . We raised many complaints but there is no response from customer support no technical person comes to fix our problem very worst do not take any connection with realiance very worst customer support. I'm fully dissatisfied with reliance we pay amount for no use so we are planned to quit their connection

          On 15.03.2016 i received an sms from reliance regarding a new offer for the t20 world cup series.
          It promised to offer 2xmb of data on recharge of rs. 198 (1.25 gb for 28 days) and rs. 259 recharge.
          I did the recharge of 198 seeking the offer, just to realize later that i had been fooled.
          I talked to the customer care, and although she answered my most of the other queries but transferred my call to his manager when she could not sort the issue.
          The manager with whom i could not contact as the number was kept o waiting for long and i had to disconnect at last.

          I am not able to upload the screen shot of the message but the messages were as follows:

          The offer message : -

          Get extra data worth 2xmb & if india wins get 4xmb of runs scored by india.
          Applicable on recharge of mrp 198 & 259 on india match days. Reliance gsm

              Sir my number Is [protected], , In short i only want to say that in the precivios three months . A huge unfair deduction of rs. 500 Approx. In many steps has been deducted from my balance of so called internet using but my net pack was activated all the time. Lot of times i called the customer care to resolve this. Even after they say to solve. But it was not solved... Even a new deduction of rs 80 Occurs two days ago. This is totatlly unfair n irritating. One thing i would like to tell if this is ur regular scenario in ur service. Peope will loose their faith in u.                 One of the worst service from reliance... Very very lazy customer care and technical team... Issue raised on 7 march 2016.. Complaint id :[protected]. Unable to browse at any location. But still unable to solve by technical team... Reliance company cheating the customers and grabbing the money from subscribers and running ipl... Bull services. Not able to write complaint i feel shame to mention... That much fed up on your service... Better just close the company and start farming in cultivate land...

                Reliance is one of the best cheating company in data card service especially post paid

                    I received this email today stating there is a due amount of Rs 3245/- towards my data connection which was closed long back in 2012.

                    I went to pimpri branch from where I had taken the connection and requested to close it as I was not happy with the services, and at first they try to avoid, and then said that I have to pay extra amount as the bill was not generated at that time which I agreed and paid them an amount of Rs 1000 approx. for the month.
                    Also, gave them a written letter, and left the place.

                    I had been given a manual bill for the same which I do not have with me anymore.

                    After a month, I moved from that location to a new place and since then never really know about this connection.

                    Today, suddenly I received below email as notice which is not at all a pleasing one.

                    What happened finally? I received a similar mail today for a connection that I have closed way back in 2012 (don't even recall now). Suddenly after so many years, I am getting this mail asking payment of billing amount of RS1587. The mail format is exactly same. So it looks like a fraud mail trying to extract money in whatever ways.
                    It would help if you let us know what happened finally.

                        Hi,
                        I last month I has some connection issues with Reliance Communication Broadband connection so I raised a request on same on which I got a response that the problem will get resolved within 24 hours. I waited for 48 hours but there was no positive output. So, I again raised a complaint on which I was guaranteed that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours else I may apply for termination. Next day again there was no positive response to I called to customer care again and when I was asked for the subscriber Id, I entered it but the response that I got was that the subscriber ID is invalid on which we assumed that the connection has actually been terminated. But, today I received a mail regarding monthly bill. Then again I called customer care entered subscriber ID and it was again giving it as an invalid ID. Then again I tried with my registered mobile number this time it worked.
                        Now, the question is if my connection was not terminated then why the subscriber ID is invalid and if my complaint was not given any consideration, why should I pay the bill?

                            I have also facing with other problem look out from 10th of march 2016 that is

                            The company deduct my main balance every 5 to 6 hours with 3 to 4 sms

                            Showing that last sms charge from main balance:1.00 avaliable main balance is ...

                            Timing duration is


                            Between 4 am -5 am 3-4 sms

                            Between 10 am- 11 am 3- 4 sms

                            Between 4 pm -5 pm 3-4 sms

                            Between 10 pm -11 pm 3-4 sms


                            & these sms are sent me from 55123 to [protected] till present there is no any solution provide about this problem fromyour side if any customer like me lost 12-16 rupees per 24 hours for unsubscribe messages, you can under stand what he will do.


                            And deactive all the such type of services from current.These services are use less for me & also it is noted that in future such type of diduction could not created with me from your side.Also provide me the detail 0f 55123, for wich service this number is used

                            So i request you plese solve my problem on prority basis .

                                I have been using reliance gsm number [protected] for the past 5 years. I have been a problem for the past 1 year, you are deducting rs. 3/- for every alternate 3 / 4 days . I have completed 3 times in this website regarding vas ussd services, they stopped deducting money when i put complaint in this site and started again without activated any services. This ia a funny thing, i would like to change my network due to this reason. Earning money by cheating people is not right!!

                                If it repeat again, i will put the case in consumer court regarding this issue.
                                I am not requesting you, i am warning you. Refund my money as possible as early.

                                        My bill generated for account no. [protected] dated nov 18 was paid late - however, my credit limit is supposed to be rs.2000 yet my connection was unrightfully banned. After clearing my bill, my connection was not yet activated after multiple requests. Eventually i sent a request to terminate the connection as they had failed to re-activate it.

                                        The next bill was generated for dec 18, which i am willing to clear. However, i have been billed till jan 18 and feb as well during which usage was 0.

                                        When calling the customer care, and mailing them, they do not acknowledge my initial termination request. All the calls are recorded - i have been asking them to please tell me when my first termination request was made - if i am at fault, i am willing to clear my bills.

                                        I have also been getting mails and calls from a certain reli.Zen.[protected]@gmail.com who are telling me that they will send an executive to make the settlement, and also who have been sending me a notice - i have no idea if this is legitimate.

                                        When calling customer care they are absolutely no use.

                                        This is terrible service as my connection was unrightfully banned, my activation/termination request was not taken, so i have to pay for an inactive connection. Additionally customer care is no use in this matter. Why do you have a credit limit if you do no abide by it? If i know that legally i must pay this amount, please show me where it says that i need to pay for an inactive/barred connection?
