    Respected sir,
    On 12/03/2016, on my reliance mobile number ([protected]) I checked my offer by pressing *129# then it shows Recharge on Rs. 198/- and get 1.5 GB 3G data for 28 days but when I recharged with Rs. 198/- I get 1 GB 3G data for 21 days. In this regards I think consumer court can give justice against their fraud offer.

          My number is [protected]. I'm fed up with the regular deduction of money from my balance. The details of deduction are:
          1. 10-03-16 VAS ShemarooVS Rs. 20
          2.[protected]do-- Rs. 20
          3.[protected]do-- Rs. 20
          Total Rs. 60 has been deducted from my balance. I never subscribe to any of this service and I don't want any of this service. And the customer care centre 198, *333 and 30333333 never provide me any option to speak with customer care representative. What is wrong with this service. I want my money back. Otherwise I will change the service.

            My reliance wipod number: [protected]. I started using reliance wipod since january 2016. The plan I chose is 999 rental plan for 40 GB data usage per month. This billing month my usage was just 24gb of data till yesterday but i received an sms that 100% my high speed quota has been consumed as of now. I am getting only 20kbps data speed now. This is unfair. Please do needful help asap.

            Also the high speed quota is not being reset properly on the bill date. So please take care of that too.

                Actually i buy a reliance 3 dongle with a postpaid plan of 1150 one year back so now this dongle from last 5 months this dongle has a connection problem. this has a speed of 3.1 mbps which is perfect for my medical transcription work but the dongle works from 5 month with a speed of 1 mbps which is a big problem for my work but i am managing this from last 5 months because from 4 am to 9 am dongle works with a speed of 3.1 mbps so i am manage but i has a lot of issues regarding it would not works full day only works for 5 hours on night but i has another this dongle does not work in every place only works in window side of kitchen in my home this i am manage this when buy this dongle. in my my city mandya, karnataka state there is no reliance store to go and deactivate this dongle. for deactivating the dongle i have to go to bangalore or mysore but i have no time to go thier because ny medical transcription is now i am doing full day work so please deactivate this dongle. i will buy better than this dongle. please deactivate this dongle. the dongle MDN NUMBER [protected]

                        I had made the following complaint. Since that day the company has reduce the speed of net on my number drastically, where as my neighbors are getting full speed.
                        My complaint was :
                        I had checked the special offer on my number [protected] using *129# it show i have an offer of recharge 198 with benefits i[censored]nlimited 2G data for 28 days, image attached for your reference. But after recharge i got only 2.5gb data credited to my account. I called the customer care but they refused to take my complaint, when i asked for a complaint number they said that they cannot log a complaint for the issue. I want to make a complaint about the same.

                          Then i recharge of 197rs of 25 feb and i used 85mb but all net balance is deducted on 5 march when i call they dn't listen...no registered my complaint

                              On 13/03/2016 they messeged me that "you have been successfully subscribed to ndtvglamsub30 service for 2 days.To un-subscribe sms unsub 4018 to 155223(Toll free)." at 06:44 am even i didn't requested it.
                              At 06:49 am
                              "amount charged for vas ndtv glamour rs:4.00
                              Current main balance : rs:0.35"
                              Again messege came at 07:01 am"dear reliance customer your subscription renewal for ndtvglamsub30 service for rs. 30 is due on 16/03/2016.To un-subscribe sms unsub 4018 to 155223(Toll free)."
                              I tried the no. 155223 to deactive . I found out there is no activation. Then i try custmore care 198 for complain, i have not find option to talk customer care officer.Then i tried [protected]
                              It was going to connect but before connection every time dissconnected.
                              This is not first time i expericing it.It happened before.

I had done a recharge of 149 according to my special offer (by *129#) which expressed Recharge ₹149 to get 3GB 2G data for 30 days. But I get only 1.5 GB data. I called customer care and Senior offer who advice me to send mail and give the secretary no. I 3 times send mail with screen shot of that offer.                                     I am Akash Goyal yesterday on 11th march 2016 my father received a law order from lok adalat agra. This is regarding which that was not even mine.

                                    [protected] this no. which is not even mine I got a lok adalat court notice to pay you a bill of 870rs for this postpaid no. I and in my family no one uses this postpaid no. but I got this notice to pay this in court. I am attaching a court notice with this mail please check.

                                    The email id which was mentioned in this connection [protected]@gmail.com at the back side of notice does not belongs to me. You people telling me this is my connection which was activated in 2014, I dont know who did that and now after 2 years I got this court notice and within that period I did not got any postpaid bill of this no. and now directly this court notice in my address.

                                    So, finally I am going to register a FIR against you people and I want all the details like who took this number with which Id proof and photograph and the signature that person uses and from where this no. is activated as soon as possible.

                                    And even I am going to register a complain in consumer forum to activate a fake postpaid sim to anyone and you even not verified properly that anyone can get a fake sim from you with anyone's id. These are you people who give importance to the terrorism in india by issuing a fake sim. I am attaching the snapshots please refer.

                                      Yesterday these fools refunded 5 rupee which were wrongly deduced by them. Today they again charged me with Rs5 for some service named VAS Techzone which I've never subscribed and I've no idea how they deduct the money themselves. Plus there customer care centre 198 number never provides me the option of speaking with some customer response cell member. I'm fed of oll this. U deduct the money. U then refund the same. What's going on. R u playing any deduction deduction games with your customers. Last warning.. .. U deduct my balance this time.. I change the service provider. Done with u guys now.
