Since i hv ported into reliance gsm, i dont get any network anywhere . Usually i get * No Service * under network . No one listen . So i went to customer care shop which is situated at new cloth market, ahmedabad

He was so rude to speak and literally he was arrogant . He dont know if customer has come he shld resolve rather he says its my shop not of reliance . Is this a way reliance is?

I want this to go to high level . Or inwll file a big complain for these

    My mobile no is[protected], Approx 350 rs has been deducted without any information and whenever i make any call ivrs says "u have insufficient account balance" but still i have 17 rs in my account.. i have call many time on 198 and *333 but no action has been taken yet.. plz refund my balance and resolve the problem.

        After talking lots of time to your appellate office i think relainace dont need a business and customers coz they think duffar is a bad word and they warn me and disconnect my calls i m just demanding a nano sim which is not available in any of store in nasik and normal delaer are selling it for Rs500 which is not worth sir last month i portin my number from tata to reliance but after all this i dont want to be with reliance so i want my number back so that i can take that to some other provider which is legally my number

          I am using reliance mobile network for the past 26 months, which was bought under iphone plan. the plan was over by nov, 2015 and they did not bother to activate a new plan based on my requirement. I have recived a bill of Rs 1893/ for dec, 2015 and made the payment too. When i am trying to get their customer care executives, i am unable to succeed even on succeful contact the executive are all useless and they does'not know the language, product information and understanding the issue. hence i have opted for porting the number to Airtel, for which one of the executive called and offer me that a special plan with the monthly rental of Rs 598/= for unlimited call and net and i have accepted the said offer.
          To my surprise i have receved a bill for Rs 3457/= for the month of Jan, 2016. On my endless try, finally i have catch hold of one of the executive and she told the 598 plan is effective only from feb and i have to make the bill of Rs 3457/= upon my denial she told that she will send my concern to the concerned department and revert me back soon.
          Since from that day i am keep send mails to customer care i.e from 5th Feb, 2016 almost every day and no response from anyone.
          I am afraid is reliance close down the customer care department itself.

          Though i have taken up this with their aplite authority, till date i have not gor any communication from him, seems to resolve the issue he need to have 39 days (as per their website information)

          My phone is curreently on barred services, kindly help.

            I am using Reliance3 wireless internet ([protected]). I am complaining many time against poor connectivity of Reliance3 internet. But after giving many assurance you still did not solve my problem. Since from last 2 months i complaining regularly at reliance tollfree no[protected] regarding connectivity problem. In January 2016 i lodged the complaint no.[protected] dated 29/01/2016. They committed me to resolve the problem with in three days maximum. But after two months problem is still pending. I am fed-up to lodged the complaints, but they do not care. Pl tel me what can i do ? :(

                  I am complaining about you that the internet of reliance is very bad in my area . i am from Village shaina, District Barnala, in punjab . first of all other companies started the 3G Services in my area but reliance don't . infact, the 2G network is very discusting in my area . in Barnala the 3G service is activated but the 2G network speed of other companies is more than your 3G Network speed . AND my number is [protected] the other complaint is about that my lots of balance is cut in the VAS Service but your custumer care is not helping me . everytime i call they say that our system updation is going on please call us after 2 hours . i mean to say your company talking about 4G Service in Punjab But the 2g and 3g SERVICE IS BAD HERE. please do something now your RELIANCE is going down in punjab.

                      I am a reliance netconnect wireless dongle user and my dongle number is [protected] postpaid connection and my credit limit is Rs 2600. I got an email from Reliance customer care on February 17 2016 stating that my current unbilled usage for the month of february is Rs 5500(more than twice the credit limit) and my connection had been made to call barred state. Then I got another email saying that my bill amount is Rs 1003 and due date is on 25 Feburary 2016.

                      I called up the Relaince customercare[protected] on 18th february 2016, during which they confirmed that the only ooutstanding amount from my side is Rs 1003 and the due date is 25th February and that my connection was mistakenly moved to barred state and the incorrect amount of Rs5500 received in email could be ignored. They said they will release the connection barred state for my connection in 3 hours.

                      Again on Feburary 19th 2016, my connection was again moved to barred state. I called up the reliance customer care again. I called Reliance customer care again on 20th Feburary 2016 and as per the customer care escalation department executive Aishwarya, my connection was being moved to barred state due to the unbilled usage for the month of February. When asked why I wasn't notified for the credit limit exceeding and as to why the connection didnt get barred after the credit limit got exceeded, she told me I had to email the complaint to their billing department on netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, and that there was no way to raise a compliant in their customer care for this. So I wrote the attached email to the same email id provided explaining my problem and asking for an explaination on 23rd February 2016. I never got any response from them.

                      I called up their customer care again on 25th february 2016. The customer care executive Sathya, heard my issue and mentioned that they had never faced such an issue before and I finally got him to file a complaint and provide me the number for tracking. The complaint number provided by him was[protected] and was promised to be resolved within next day.

                      Still there was no resolution for this complaint and I called the Reliance customer care, but according to them, the above complaint number was a process id rather than a complaint number. I demanded to talk to their escalation department and finally I was transfered to the escalation department. I spoke to Arun, from the escalation department, and after checking my details, he mentioned that already many of the customers in this plan are facing the same issue(of incorrect bill amount) and this would be resolved within 48hours and that I do not have to pay an amount greater than my credit limit of Rs2600.

                      On 29th February 2016, the issue was still not resolved and so I had to call Reliance customer care again. I spoke to Vinod. The IVRS and the internet my account still showed my unbilled amount as Rs 5500. But I asked him to check his database for the value, for which he said it is Rs 8000. I explained o him this discrepancy and he openly admitted that his database server is wrong and the amount in IVRS was proper. This time, he created a high priority complaint for my issue and promised to get this resolved by next day afternoon. The complaint number was[protected].

                      After receiving no response for my complaint, I called Reliance customer care again on March 1 2016. I spoke to Vinod Kumar. He was very rude and said that the complaint would take another 3 days to be processed and that I could raise a complaint in any forum. It was as if it would not matter to them.

                      As on today, 3rd March 2016, my netconnect dongle is in barred state for 17 days.

                      Reliance Netconnect is clearly violating the TRAI guidelines, cheating and denying service to customers. On top of this, they are charging fraudulent bills to their customers and making them suffer for their database errors.

                      I request immediate attention on this and to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

                      I haven't received any resolution, call back or even an email from Reliance on this matter. As per the Reliance customer care IVRS on 05 March 2016, the issue is still in processing stage. It has been 3 weeks since I have used the product. This is just blatant denial of service and absolutely no care for costumer grievances from Reliance. Shame Reliance.

                      I received a callback from Reliance customer care number[protected]. I explained to her about the issue of incorrect unbilled amount due to their data server issue and gave the process id[protected] and complaint number[protected] I had obtained from customer care regarding this.

                      She said that the complaint has been escalated and that she would only be able to provide assistance after the bill has been generated on 07.03.16 and that she would callback and resolve this issue by 09.03.16 EOB. I also told her to send a detailed usage detail on the bill to my registered id. I have not received any callback or resolution on this matter till nw.

                      I have also written to rcomappellateauthority and rcomnodalofficer TamilNadu but no response or resolution on this either.

                      It has been 24 days since I was able to use the Reliance Netconnect and since I first logged the complaint about this and still no resolution on this matter. If this is not denial of service then what is.
                      I received the Reliance Netconnect bill on 09.03.2016 to my registered email, without the detailed daily usage information and explanation for violation of TRAI regulations, which was requested multiple times to your customer care number, escalation department officials, billing department offical etc and also filed as complaint weeks ago, as part of process id:[protected] and later as part of complaint number[protected].

                      As already explained and also confirmed by your customer care officials, my Netconnect dongle [protected] was put into call barred state on 17.02.16 at 16:30 hrs. It continues to be in this state till now.

                      Now please see the screenshot of the bill provided by Reliance. According to this, the total Netconnect Day usage minutes is 14455 and night usage minutes is 306. Note that this is till 17.02.16 till 16:30hrs as after this the Netconnect cannot be used as it is in barred state. Now as per Reliance website for tariff plans(snapshot attached), for my tariff plan, the day time usage is the usage from 6AM - 10PM and night usage is from 10PM-6AM. Now calculating this during this billing period from 07.02.2016 to 17.02.2016, the number of day time minutes physically possible is 10206. Please see the screenshot of the calculation.

                      Please explain how is the daytime usage then charged for 14455 minutes when the actual physical day time minutes during this timeline is only 10206 minutes? This is a clear database error. The database error from your side was already confirmed by your escalation department executive Arun during my conversation with him on 26.02.2016. The audio logs of the conversation is available. Screenshot from the device which shows the hourly day to day usage for the month in question is also attached.

                      I am entitiled to get the detailed daily usage for my connection and the explanation of why no notification wsa sent to me after 80% of my credit limit (Rs 2600) was elapsed and why the connection was not disconnected when the credit limit was elapsed.

                      As you probably know, all of this is a clear violation of TRAI(Section 11(1) (d) of the TRAI Act 1997 - Credit Limit for Post-paid subscribers) and I expect a resolution on this matter as early as possible, barring which such malpractices from Reliance shall be duly reported to the respective authorities along with all the proofs.

                        When I check *129# in my mobile see the super data offer(*129*4) specify got my number recharge for 131 and get 10gb 2g with 28 days validity so I recharge for 131 on Tue Mar 01 2016, 5:56:55 PM.But I get only 600mb internet with 14 days validity.I ask the customer care they say this is specially for your number so wait for 24 hours but I didn't get anything.So I again call to customer care they take this as complaint also give the complaint number[protected] after few hours later I get sms your complaint is resolved. Check the internet balance 500mb 3g internet is added in my account.But you promise 10 gb 2g net for recharging 131.

                        Reliance is very pathetic every time I recharge and follow-up in costumer care this is not good for best network.also your customer care representative did not give proper respect and suggestion.

                        Give remaining 9gb 2g internet . Or better switching my network.


                        Also say missed to say onething if I check *129*4#now (from March 2 onwards) super data offer for my number is recharge for 195 and get unlimited internet.BUT AT THE TIME I RECHARGE MARCH 1 . 131 to 10GB INTERNET ONLY.

                        No not the mention benefit I get.

                          I recently started using the Reliance broadband connection.
                          My customer id is –[protected].
                          Around February 13th, 2016, my internet connection stopped all of a sudden.
                          Initially i thought it might be a temporary issue which might be fixed in sometime which was actually not the case.

                          I rushed to the nearest customer care center at Gangapur Road, Nashik & checked if any bill amount was pending to which they said there was nothing as outstanding on my part. I took a customer care no. from there.

                          After calling the customer care no. “[protected]”, i informed them about the service being down & i was given the complaint no. "[protected]" and was assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
                          As the issue was not fixed in the 24 hours after the initial call, i again ringed the same customer care no. and again got the same assurance of getting the issue fixed in another 24 hours. I asked the customer service executive / manager / who so ever was on the line that i was assured the same thing yesterday and please let me know the status at once. He then kept the call on hold for some time and then said that there is some commercial issue from Reliance Communication's side in regards to the area where I am located – “Parijat Nagar, Nashik” and the issue will be fixed soon but he can't even say when. So there was i, left without any concrete communication as to when will my connection be restored.

                          It’s been more than 2 weeks since the last call with the customer care and still nobody has got back to me over the issue. No phone call, no email, nothing.
                          In the meanwhile, however, I have received a payment reminder call and even an email titled “Due Date Reminder. If I can get that call and an email for which I haven’t even personally asked for, why am I not getting a call or an email in regards to the complaint that I have already registered more than 2 weeks ago?

                          I had not defaulted on any payment till the day my net connection was stopped. Then why should my internet connection be stopped without any issue on my end? If there is some internal or commercial or whatever issue at the end of Reliance Communications, why should I suffer for that?

                          It’s been more than two weeks that the internet connection has stopped without any issue from my end. My entire work revolves around a continuous usage of internet & without it my entire work has come to a standstill since more than 2 weeks now. Who will bear the loss of working days and the monetary losses that I have had to face because of some issue at the end of Reliance Communications?

                          I need a prompt reply from Reliance Communications on the issue and each of the questions that I have raised above, today (March 3rd, 2016) itself.

                            Reliance is not paying me the rent of 500 per month for 14 months as per the contract. They have installed distribution box in premises. Despite complaining about it many times they have not paid any amount.

                              Hello,
                              I had recharged my number [protected] with Rs500 on 17Feb 2016. I have used this number very rarely after this recharge (no usage since then). The balance on this number was rs. 1. when I checked it a couple of days back. So, I called the Reliance customer care because I believe i should be made aware as in why the recharge has not reflected or why the money has been deducted.

                              They didn't give me any information about why my balance was deducted and said they can't do anything about it. Their solution is that i should be careful next time and should check with customer care within 3 days, to make sure that reliance doesn't deduct money from my balance (Is this what I am supposed to do? Do I need to check my phone everyday that reliance has not deducted anything from my account by mistake !!!)

                              The conversation with them was very irrational and seemed the guy was drunk and they were not at all supportive.

                              Worst experience! Keep deducting balance from account themselves without any notification and don't provide any information about it. Brilliant strategy to befool the customers by deducting money and keeping them in the dark.

                              I also submitte another request on this forum and they ask me submit a form on facebook.. Are you guys serious ??????

                              This needs immediate attention or i will escalate to higher level

                              The balance was updated on my account .. instead of 443, my account was credited with Rs 423..
                              And since yesterday I am unable to make calls, when I checked my balance, i found that the balance is 353.27.

                              How and why are you guys deducting money without any basis ????
                              I did not use the phone to make any calls.

                              When i ask the Customer care representative as in why the money is deducted, they say they cannot check the data as the system is down.

                              Do you expect me to check my balance everyday ???????????????????? to see whether the balance is still intact or not ??

                              WHat kind of serivice are you providing.

                              DO NOT TRY TO REACH MY ON THE PHONE BUT CREDIT THE BALANCE TO MY ACCOUNT !!!

                                      I(Rufus Nayagam) bought a Reliance Pro3 broadband internet dongle(device no: [protected]) around March 2015 from a reliance store in Anna Nagar Chennai.

                                      I stay in a small town of Ennore (suburbs of Chennai). And I started using the device for Internet connectivity. The device worked nicely for 4 to 5 months and then around the month of September the connectivity issue started. There is poor to no connectivity from the month of September.

                                      I started calling Reliance Customer care[protected] and the representatives just takes the complaint and says the issue will be resolved in 48hrs, sometimes they say 72 hrs. I have called them innumerable times over the period of this six months. Nobody from Reliance will come to fix the issue or call me and update what the status is. After waiting for 3 to 4 days again I call the representatives and they say the same story take the complaint, say it will be fixed in 48 hrs. Amazing experience!

                                      I mean there is a limit to cheat a customer on fixing an issue. Making fool of the customer is what this Reliance company is doing. I want justice in this.

                                      The next big thing is its a post paid connection. So even if I use or not use it, connectivity issue or no issue the bill for every month is getting generated and they keep pestering me everyday! literally everyday different person calls me and asks for payment... For heaven sake this is toooo much of an agony. How can I pay around 500 rupees every month without even using it due to connection problem. I don't understand the logic. The carelessness of this company is something ultimate.

                                      Then again I have to call the customer care and beg for waiver from paying that months unused bill(Literally anybody can check my usage it will be 0Mb used). I have to beg and get waiver. This was happening for all these months.

                                      Now, this time again(February month) the base fare amount is 528 without even using a single mb of data. I got fed up.

                                      I got an idea. Instead of waiting for these guys to fix the issue, I can transfer the device to my brother who is in a different area where the connectivity is good.

                                      So, I called the customer care again to help with this request to transfer and to make it into a pre-paid mode. The big surprises are
                                      1. There is no waiver this time, according to them 3 times waiver is given so no more waivers. (I am not asking waiver after using/consuming data, I am not able to connect for the past six months and just the bill generates automatically everymonth and this time I should pay itseems). How fair is this?

                                      2. Without paying the money I cannot transfer to anyone.

                                      3. They say just before 6 months they put a rule itseems. this particular pro3 dongle device users cannot convert to pre-paid mode. Its a new rule! Awestruck!!

                                      Someone please help us from this mental agony. I hate myself, why the hell I bought this useless device from a useless/worthless company(Reliance).

                                      All they care is money from customer, they don't care whether its connecting or data is being used or anything.

                                      Is still laws are there for consumers who are suffering like this?

                                      Please, help me with some solution. I need this to be converted into a pre-paid mode,
                                      I don't want to pay anymore for no connectivity in my Area, I want the waiver, Or I can return the device and I get refund, I will be happy if I get atleast half the amount refund.

Rs.60-70 o[censored]sage since then). The balance on this number was zero when I checked it a couple of days back. Earlier, reliance had activated a VAS without my permission and deducted money from my account. So, I called the Reliance customer care because I believe they have done it again. They didn't give me any information about why my balance was deducted and said they can't do anything about it. Their solution shocked me, they told me to keep checking my balance everyday!, to make sure that reliance doesn't deduct money from my balance (Is this what I am supposed to do? Do I need to check my phone everyday that reliance has not deducted anything from my account by mistake !!!) The conversation with them was very rash and they were not at all supportive.
