Reliance communication.Three weeks ago i had requsted to company to port my vodafone postpaid number in reliance postpaid number and u i am desposited the porting fees which is Rs 300 but after several reminders they are not porting my number.
Now tha company executives are not responding to my call.I am fed up with reliance nw i am not interested to port my number...

However, the mobile phone is not recharged and the account balance is showing as Rs. 1

I tried to contact [protected]@relianceada.com and spoke to a few customer care representative and they mentioned that
the rechrge was done but when i check...

I recharged for 296rupees it was for unlimited 2g Internet for 2 months but it's not even 1month they say data is over but it's unlimited valid for April 8 of 2016 please resolve as soon as possible...

In July 2014 one postpaid fake sim issued in my name without consulting me or verification at my registered address the mobile number is [protected] and the is issued by Reliance. The number was miss used by criminals by giving fake documents please look in the matter and identify the actual user and take criminal action against issuing authority.

As i have been deactivated the service the very next day .I want to complain a register for refunding my money back of Rs 30....

I paid bill of reliance gsm gujarat surat of rupees 410.
In this i get 100 rs of discount by paytm valut. But the same transaction was canceled and i did not get revert of money nor recharge.

Please do need full for the same as soon as posible...

Hello, I am Arun from Bangalore... I have Ported from Airtel to Reliance...My sim has been converted to Reliance & immediately Outgoing & Incoming calls has been barred. When I call up customer care & ask..They says its due to address Verification failure...Actually no one has come for Address verification & even called for me...Without doing the address verification it has been deactivated...Due to this nonsense Job from...

I using reliance gsm, VAS active every 2 days once, I call customer care and they refund, today same like that 45 rupees gone, when I ask in customer care, they not proper respose, poor reliance customer care service . . Amount not refund . . I spoke with higher officer also they also not respond about refund....

I am using reliance 3g data card but where I stay there is no network coverage at all not even for mobile also and for that reason I called so many times to resolve this issues but nobody is giving proper input they keep on saying that we will resolve this issue and we are trying to increase the signal strength in that area but still same issue is there but for taking bill from customer they are keep on sending the bill...

My MDN number is [protected]. The technician named Pawan (+91 [protected]) visited my place for a speed related issue around 4 weeks back for complaint #[protected]. He assured that the issue will be resolved within 3 days through installation of tower. But it has been now nearly 1 month and still the issue is unresolved.

I had requested to port out my number [protected] from Rcom to BSNL on 16th Feb 2016. On 19th Feb 2016 I submitted my documents to BSNL. Till date Rcom has not allowed my number to be ported out. Their customer care is giving me silly excuses.

I am a regular user of Reliance Netconnect device. I recently updated my netconnect device to WI-POD. Since then the device has stopped working and no one is able to fix the problem, its been over 30 days now. I have contacted the customer care number and registered complaint 5 times and every time the compliant is closed out without any action. Its been really frustrating. The latest complaint number which got closed...

I have poor network signal, if problem will not solve then i have to join other best network providing company.

No satisfactory response from your end, as i activated miss call alert service at my number, but couldnt get notification.if you are able to solve this problem then tell me, if not able then i have to change my number....

Subsiquently the services to mobile was stopped and I could not receive/call from the said no.
