I was a customer of Reliance 3 USB Netconnect and My subscriber number is [protected]. I was not able to use the device since the very first day after my subscription and I have been contacting the customer care since then for help and they are not giving me proper help. I asked them to disconnect the services 3-4 times but they ask me to come and meet them personally in their office which they itself has no idea where it is located. Every month I have been paying the monthly bill without even using the device a single time and I have decided not to pay the bill like this until they disconnect my service. Now they have send me a legal notice for not paying the bill. Should I pay the bill without been able to use their service even for one single time.

I am calling 3-4 timers in customer care but every time i talk to very lazy person. because he don't know our responsibility.

Please Check Mention Below issue:-

1. Range issue
2. 1st tym deduct 3 RS & 2nd tym 40Rs something.
3. automatically call disconnect.

    I have purchased a Datacard (upto 14.7mbps speed they say) from reliance on September 2015. But shockingly it never gave me a speed more that 10Kbps. I started making complains and everytime they say they have taken a complain and wait for 72 hours, 1week ect to resolve it. But
    never gets solved.

    You have to wait for atleast 20 mins to open a mail. I am freelancer, and i do work from home and this relaince completely spoiled my buisness and earnings by telling me to wait for a week everytime. And finally they told that there is a maintance issue in tower in my area which will take 90 days to solved. Had they told me this earlier i would have switched to other network.

    And I have to mention about the customer care. It is the worst one anyone can see. It employs people only to remind bill payments and not to solve issues.

    I have send request to disconnect 2 times. But no proper response.so atleast through this forum i want to see if they do provide me any good solution. I have to say that it is completely reliance responsibility for all the miseries i had in past five months since september.

    Kindly disconnect my number [protected] immediately. I do not want to be part of this.
    I have records of all the complaints i have made since October 2015
    and a record of more than 40 hour, i spoke with your customer care to
    solve my issue. But nothing solved. Such a cheap customer care &
    service that I never imagined. Would definitely not recommend reliance
    to anyone.

    How do i know it has been addressed or not. I waited for 6 months and it was the same till the final day i stopped using. No calls or no one has visited to solve my complain..

    Now people call to remind bill and visit to collect bill. How can you employ people only to loot money and not to solve signal issue..

    It is only through this forum i am being informed that my complain is addressed. But i doubt it.

    I have switched to airtel and i think it a good network. Had it be relaince, i will not be able to put mails or write in forum also. Because that is the speed it provides most of the time.

        I have recharged my Reliance Mob. No:[protected] for 92 Rupees from Paytm site with operator Reference No:[protected] on 27/02/2016. Before recharge I have confirmed with customer care executive of Reliance by calling and He had confirmed that I will get tariff for TT RS 60, 100 MB 3G Data, All reliance call @10P/min, Other Calls @25P/min valid for 180days, but i have not received any amount in main balance or any other special tariff balance. I have talked again with Customer care and they are saying that this plan is not applicable on your mobile.

        Please do the needful as soon as possible.

          Last week i have portable my number from airtel to reliance.Reliance executive call to me that and assure me that our reliance network working proper but problem are coming on same and i am trying to call reliance customer service so they are not supporting to me sometime call my transfer to hold and after 20 minute transfer my call main menu and sometime said to me that our server down at 4 hour not anyone to support so please help me i waiting for your best response.

                  Hi team,

                  I recharged mobile number 933153***1 on 17/02/2016 from reliance portal
                  http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do

                  However, the mobile phone is not recharged and the account balance is showing as Rs. 1

                  I tried to contact [protected]@relianceada.com and spoke to a few customer care representative and they mentioned that
                  the rechrge was done but when i check my balance it is Rs.1. I did not use the phone to make calls after 17/02 and the Cc representative says you must have used up the balance as a guess without any proof.


                  I find the response really unproffesional and, I am surprised how come the balance went to Rs. 1.

                  Could you please look into the matter as it is very disappointing that the CC representatives can only see the last 3 days data for calls
                  and mention that yes the Rs. 500 is lost !!!

                  So I need to know why my balance is showing as Rs.1 whereas I recharged the account with Rs. 500 and did not use the phone after that. Please initiate a refund or top up my account with correct balance.

                          I paid bill of reliance gsm gujarat surat of rupees 410.
                          In this i get 100 rs of discount by paytm valut. But the same transaction was canceled and i did not get revert of money nor recharge.

                              Hello, I am Arun from Bangalore... I have Ported from Airtel to Reliance...My sim has been converted to Reliance & immediately Outgoing & Incoming calls has been barred. When I call up customer care & ask..They says its due to address Verification failure...Actually no one has come for Address verification & even called for me...Without doing the address verification it has been deactivated...Due to this nonsense Job from Reliance I am facing so many problems. I have attended 3-4 job interviews & was expecting the call from them.Due to my sim Inactivation I am not getting the call now.
                              I am not able Pay my credit card bills, as I am not able to recieve OTP.
                              Also when someone calls to my Mobile it says Temporarily inactivated, this spoils my reputation. Regarding the same I have visited Reliance outlets & submitted documents 4 times(Maarenahalli store & Jayanagar 4th block store. here is the phone number[protected])...Also contacted customer care(198) more than the customer care number times.
                              Reliance Network _ Worst
                              Reliance mobile store Service - Worst.
                              Reliance Address verification - worst.
                              Reliance customer care - Pathetic.

                              I would Sugesst Reliance Communications to run Saloon businness instead torturing the mobile customers.

                                  I using reliance gsm, VAS active every 2 days once, I call customer care and they refund, today same like that 45 rupees gone, when I ask in customer care, they not proper respose, poor reliance customer care service . . Amount not refund . . I spoke with higher officer also they also not respond about refund.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am using reliance 3g data card but where I stay there is no network coverage at all not even for mobile also and for that reason I called so many times to resolve this issues but nobody is giving proper input they keep on saying that we will resolve this issue and we are trying to increase the signal strength in that area but still same issue is there but for taking bill from customer they are keep on sending the bill in irrespective o[censored]sages.

                                    So, request you please look in to this issues asap.
