My data card no. [protected] ... I have recharged it with FRC 224 Guj . cercle ...it was unlimited data for 28 days as per reliance customer care representative suggested me. But today I m not getting unlimited data after 15 days use dongle is not working. And reliance not responding any positive response..

My reliance 3 dongle not working.. Hence I have paid rs. 999 for dongle n FRC Rs. 224 which reliance give unlimited data for 28 days but from 29/02/16 dongle not working n have complaint at reliance care n also here but they have not provide any positive response

    I have a reliance gsm no. [protected] haryana circle.I recharged the no with Rs 53(special rate cutter) on 02/03/2015 by paytm. i checked my best offer before recharged on *121# it showed that in Rs 53 all std and local call rate rs.25. I recharged the plan but benefits of this plan does not credit in my account. when i contact the customer care this service is deactivated last six months . Due to this recharge my balance deducted Rs 20. I request to you please look into this matter and do needful.My recharged benefit credit in my a/c as soon as possible

      My name is sunil, i'm using a reliance sim of number ([protected]), for this number today morning i was check the data(internet) offer by using (*129*3*1#) this number in that it shows for 195 Rs 2G unlimited data pack. so i was recharge the amount of 195 Rs at 10.45 am, but i'm not getting the 2G unlimited data instead of that they provide only 3GB of 2G data so i kindly requesting you to please give me justice from reliance mobile service.

      I had been having the data net problem incase of reliance all the time. i recharged my net pack with 93rs where the offer said i would get 28gb 3g for 28days on june 30. i was not able to get any network signal of 2g or 3g. the next day i recharged it again and somehow by midnight the data net came back. And now again its been 3days that the data net has been gone from the reliance sim. what is wrong with this company..

        Hi,

        I have more issues with your customer service than your network. I received a bill for the month which I never used and they said because prevoius month's payment has been received it was disconnected and they said I should be the particual month bill and I received next month bill too when I called they said it was not working because of network issue and they have disconnected. I said i cant pay the bill until they give a proper justification. Today i received a call from [protected] a poor lady how cant even spell my take said they calling for a settlement i said send me the usage bill and she sent me a bill which it was showing empty tabular columns and when I tried explaining her she started commenting about me to her collegue that I cant even open the pdf who asked him to purchase the card. Her supervisor was souding in the same and she is challenging me saying do what I can do.

        Paying 1000s is totally not a concern but i cant simply throw to your blood suckers. I dont to whom should I talk to in reliaance but it is just a awarenes for all the customer who are trying to purchase your so called dustbin data card.

        I have all the recorded conversation and let me see when you meet me in a legal way.

          I recharged for Rs. 43 on March 01, 2016 at 09:43 AM which makes the roaming free, however company is deducting the roaming charges on my reliance smart Number :- [protected] and has deducted approximately 70-80 Rs. from my balance, even after complaint to reliance customer care, they asked me the grievance but has not refunded the amount as well as still roaming charges are being deducted .no one is addressing the complaint properly


          i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest please

              Three month ago..reliance promised to give one year all local calls+1 gb 3g at 201rupees for the customer who have ported their number from different operators...but on 25/02/2016 there was a message from relaince that there will only 950 min local calls at rupees 201 as the previous rate and facility revised..
              when i called them and asked them what about their promise they refused about their promised and said that we cannot do anything..this is company rules..

                  One fine day on 2/28/2016, reliance temporarily blocked my prepaid number : [protected].It was being used actively .I have recharged with both top up and tariff 2 weeks back only, The number has been registered in many institutions .customer care has usual unsatisfactory response .How can you block an active number without any intimidation and now you are asking identity documents causing un neccessary problems for customer, Customer care rather than solving problems and suggesting a solution have always have illogical answers .
                  I demand number to be restarted and refund complete amount of topup and tariff in cell number and provide an explanation for such inconvenience .Revert back at [protected]@gmail.com for any questions and explanations

                  That's the resolution step customer care suggested. But could you let know why this situation occurred and why number(which was actively used) has been deactivated at first place .If you say that it's the government rule, then could you point me to the Government circular/webpage/website which allows Reliance to close any number as per their wish without any intimation and caused trouble to the customer . Why Reliance did not call and verified the details if there was some doubt /questions?
                  Nonetheless, what will happen to the balance and top up being done in this number .What is the status of that ?

                    The distribution box of reliance broadband in front of house gate at property
                    HN0:- 349 Sector 8 Old Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur, is causing lot of problem in parking. Distribution box location is causing disruption of movement of house gate. That why i want you to relocate distribution box.
                    Regarding this issue i have talked to your business head and send repeated mails to corporate headquarters. But since feb 4 2016 no action was taken on this regard.

                        I remember paying my last bill and closing the connection way back in 2009 in Mumbai. Why am I getting these nonsensical mails? Even if I have missed any payment, what were you people doing for 7 years??? In the mail it is mentioned that "Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you.".. I have never ever received any communication from Reliance....

                        I bought a reliance wipod in allahabad, UP cos i study here. Retailer said this service is working here. So i bought one. It worked on the first day and suddenly the internet stopped the very next day. Ccare executive later told me this service is not launched in allahabad. 7.5gb still remaining. Its been 45 days since the purchase and 44 days since i had a connectivity.

                          Stop harassing common man.

                          These reliance people are harassing me every time by threatening through emails and SMS's and through legal notice.

                          I have not used bill of 1018Rs. I have talked to customer care service several times to close my internet connection.

                          I conveyed several times that I am not using connection and close the connection and do not send me the bills .Reliance communication can verify the records . I raised ticket /request at customer care multiple times . They have not listen and clarified the matter .

                          I don't want to give any money illegally any body like reliance people for the service that i never used.

                          There has been multiple communication with Reliance customer care to clarify the matter .
                          There is limit to every thing.

                          I will not pay for the services of closed connection. Same thing had told by customer care and agreed upon.

                          Then again I got the call from reliance recovery department a girl called me I clearly mentioned that my net is closed long back as my dongle is not functional from long time and I have already request to reliance customer care to close my connection But she didn't listen anything and said we will take money by any how. These are behaving at there will and threatening every time.

                          I told them I that if required I will pay basic rent that should should be ~300-400Rs only. and I am ready to pay that but I will not pay the money for the service that I never used.
                          Also I need no due and clearance certificate from the company, as I don't believe them .


                          I hope my case will be resolved and I don't have to put this to social networking sites and ask all my friends and there friends to boycott reliance communication] as they are making traumatizing people illegally every time for unused amount/ Bills

                          Sub: Demand Notice cum intimation Letter

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Under Instruction from and on behalf of my client Reliance Communication having its office at KUBERA PARK, A1/B18, NEAR LULLA NAGAR CHOWK, KONDHWA, PUNE 411 048

                          1.My client is in the business of providing Telephone/Data Card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the CAF FORM hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

                          2. My Client further states that as per the running account maintained by My client total principal amount of Rs. 1018 /- is outstanding against your, CAF No:[protected], My Client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                          3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a Pre Litigation Lok-adalat 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 for final determination . Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (LOK-ADALAT NOTICE)

                          4. You have duly received the Lok-Adalat notice but you neither appeared for Lok-Adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

                            Reliance is biggest fraud in market it is proved.they are deducting rs 20 per day from my mobile no-[protected].first I complain they refund my money but balance deduction is not stopped.I have called customer care everyday they said service is stopped and your balance will not deduct in future but balance deduction is not stopped.I have 3 call recordings of there customer care executive that your balance will not deduct in future but balance deduction is not stopped.if you don't stop service I will go to consumer Court with all proofs as I have valid proof.and I have also activated dnd so you can not deduct my balance.

                                I had taken a postpaid no for my mother from reliance. With a minimum monthly plan as she doesn't use so much, it was all good for 5 - 6 months after that all of a sudden they started charging around 240 for Value added service which they dont know which service it is & we never asked for.

                                Later i see an addition for 1200 + internet charges which she has no used/nor does she know.

                                They disconnected the service & not willing to speak as well.

                                This kind of a service is totally unacceptable & charging without our knowledge amounts to a case. I need to take up a case against them, please advice.

                                  I give request port my sim ([protected])from airtel to reliance cdma last friday(26/02/2016) in night airtel sim deactivate automatically but reliance sim not activate that incident was 26/02/2016 but still 3/03/2016 sim is not activate day by day making fool the distributor of reliance and also all coordinator who are handle haryana distribution .without number i m feel like disable...so please make a file against reliance in court ...

                                    Many times balnce deducted even my data plan is active..after getting compln no. N ensued by custmer care member again balnce deducted while using internet data ..this happens many times..i m trying to contact at 198 again not connecting...plz provide me soln n refund my balnce 70+ 16 same day twice
