Hello, My number is [protected], Yesterday night on 6th March 2016 I have reacharged Rs 130/- FT, after that I have main balance on Rs 135/-...after 3 hours when i checked my main balance suddenly it shows Rs76.78/-. Automatically my balance has been deducted. I dont have any activate VAS product.
So, I request you to kindly solve this matter and refund my deduction amount.

    I have been using reliance broadband from the past 6-7 years and their service is getting worst day by day, my internet plan is 2 mbps and it works only for 8 -10 days a month and when it works speed is so poor that google won't even open .

          My reliance number is [protected] and from a past few days I''ve been facing few issues regarding the speed of 3g net pack. although my signal strength is complete but i am still not getting speed above 50 kb i don't know what the problem is my hardware is properly functioning and my software is also latest and please this time don't try to contact me, just solve the problem if you try to contact me than i'll simply start my mouth and i know you don't want me to do that.

            Sub: Cheating on mobile charging
            I am using Reliance mobile No [protected] on 03rd mar 2016 while checking call rate offers I found Rs 8/- for R2R 1p/6s and all other local at 25p/M . for activating the amount required is 13 Rs.
            Then I check other offers and I found Rs 74 for R2R 1p/6s and all other local at 1p/2s and validity 180 days (same message I am unable to save) so I recharged with the same, and the conformation received by SMS without validity. several time requested for validity but the result was “unable to process my plan” finally I called customer service they said all these offers are old and as per new offer for 74 Rs validity only up to 1st May 2016. Today also I checked the plan and still showing 180 days.
            Sorry to inform that many offers they are giving is wrong and are not able to save as proof .
            As a normal user I need to charge only 8 Rs for 1 Month I found a hidden charge so I did fo Rs 74 for
            6 months,
            I don't understand how they can gave offer 1 Month 8 Rs and Rs 74 for 2 Months, after confirming this simple cheating I request to return the offer amount they said 'there is facilities available',

                  I have recharged my reliance GSM No [protected] with roaming pack Rs 43, money paid but service was not activated, then . again I recharged the no with Rs 36, yet the service is not activated, then, again I did top up of Rs 50 after this my incoming and outgoing resumed but roaming service is still not activated. I tried to contact your service centre with *333 and 198 but it is not getting connected to your customer care service centre.

                  Kindly, resume my roaming services or return my money. Your customer services are worst compared to other operators in India.

                    Then I got a call from a lady, who could not speak English properly, saying "You complaint will be resolved in top priority very soon". I asked the definition of "very soon"... I asked her to call me back and give a rigid timeline. Though I felt hopeful, but now many days passed and I did not receive no call... nothing.

                    I am waiting for the definition of "very soon"

                    DOCOMO and AIRTEL has much better customer support

                      This is the first time my son bought reliance wi-pod pro 3 for working online. Felt really frustrated since the day 1.Till now we could not excess internet even not opening Gmail. No proper response from the DSA at Bangalore very next day. He is one nuisance, does not know much about technical side of the wi-fi. Got really frustrated. The person who sold me this product, his shop is near Manipal Hospital opposite Hotel Leela Bangalore.Said, he cannot help because his work got over only till he sold d product. And when tried to reach the customer care and raised complaint. They never resolved it. I just wasted my time in calling them and was on hold for 12 to 15 mins. No response from any of the people from customer support side. Such a waste product and its speed is less than 1mbps. Worst network and people i have come accrossed. My humble request is not to buy this product. The company refused to take back the product. To see the problem we brought is to Udaipur.here also not working. Relience being such a big company shouls not cheat public by selling low grade products. If the problem is not resolved we will be forced to surrender the connection.

                        Relaince is continuously deducting my balance since a month for some services which I haven't applied. This happens with lot of people, reliance deduct balance and when consumer complaints then it returns amount for some people.but people who doesn't complain, at the end reliance get profit from these customers.
                        Conclusion is reliance is cheating with me and several other consumers. Their customer care services are worst.
                        Resolve my complain, I want all of the money which reliance deducted from account .

                          My name is santosh anand and i am the most dis satisfied customer right now. I really hate talking to your telephone customer care guys as they are pathetic like hell and must have never helped anyone till now i guess. Now coming to my issue...

                          What i usually do is open your website rcom.co.in and check for the data plans and recharge the same. This time i tried a new plan on my phone number [protected] for rs.175. I was supposed to get 3gb data with 3g like speed as this is what it shows on your website. I am sure u need screenshots so will attach them too. Surprisingly what i got was 1.25 gb 2 g data. In case you have made changes to plans who the hell is going to update it online on your website. On my other relaince phone number [protected] the same happened again as i made this recharge for rs 247 and i should have got 1 gb 3g with rs. 100 promo talktime but what i got was 1 gb data and 50 promo balance. Is this how you guys are running this company. Shame

                          And then no one to listen. Just heard one thing from the cc guys that they dont care about what shows online. They have a different story with them in their system. Ab kya recharge bhi customer care se puchke karvana padega. Website ko aag lagado agar aisa hai to. I am surely going to make complaints everywhere about this pathetic thing that has happened to me and will make sure everyone knows about this. Keep a look on your blogs online coz some harsh comments are coming soon in case this dosent gets fixed.

                                      I am Md Abubakar, I have port the Mobile number([protected]-Telenor) to Reliance that time give me a plan Rs. 201/- Unlimited local call any network & Rs.- 301/- Unlimited STD & Local call any network in one month by reliance communication. But next month change my plan without any information Rs.-201/- & 301/- only 41 hours. once again next month plan change Rs.- 201/- & 301/- only 1000 minutes in a month Why? this a miss guide by reliance communication.

                                        From past 2 months I am facing network issues. I have submitted complaints many times but nothing is being done. I can't receive calls. I have visited the store several times but there behaviour is just not acceptable. They always say that the server is down and they cant lodge a complaint. They just dont coorperate with the customer, instead of providing solution they say we cant do anything. Buy a new SIM may be the problem will get solved. Along with this they say the company is planning to launch 4G so the network will not be available. On asking till when the problem will be solved, they say after May when the product get launch. The store owner is never in the store and the workers are just too arrogant. They have zero etiquettes.
