After payment of due amount on 29 th of Feb 2016, my out going service is not activated.Several times I called the customer care but they always advised me to wait for some time your outgoing will be started. Today is 6th of March 2016, after six days my situation is same. Now I become hopeless. I have only option to close my connection....

I have recharged my reliance GSM No [protected] with roaming pack Rs 43, money paid but service was not activated, then . again I recharged the no with Rs 36, yet the service is not activated, then, again I did top up of Rs 50 after this my incoming and outgoing resumed but roaming service is still not activated. I tried to contact your service centre with *333 and 198 but it is not getting connected to your customer...

Relaince is continuously deducting my balance since a month for some services which I haven't applied. This happens with lot of people, reliance deduct balance and when consumer complaints then it returns amount for some people.but people who doesn't complain, at the end reliance get profit from these customers.
Conclusion is reliance is cheating with me and several other consumers. Their customer care services are worst.br...

I needed 5 new connections for my work place and I had been to the new outlet at Madhuban complex, St inez . I am very shocked at the misconduct and abusive behaviour of one of the staffs. As customers

I am Md Abubakar, I have port the Mobile number([protected]-Telenor) to Reliance that time give me a plan Rs. 201/- Unlimited local call any network & Rs.- 301/- Unlimited STD & Local call any network in one month by reliance communication. But next month change my plan without any information Rs.-201/- & 301/- only 41 hours. once again next month plan change Rs.- 201/- & 301/- only 1000 minutes in a month Why?...

From past 2 months I am facing network issues. I have submitted complaints many times but nothing is being done. I can't receive calls. I have visited the store several times but there behaviour is just not acceptable. They always say that the server is down and they cant lodge a complaint. They just dont coorperate with the customer, instead of providing solution they say we cant do anything. Buy a new SIM may be the problem will get solved....

i have terminated my installation before 5-6 months,

i have come under problem after that
so nearly in month of july my broadband connection was not working nearly 45 days so i get waiver no.[protected] of rs.797.54 in 1st august
after using 45 days of broadband i terminated the connection...

This is to inform you that I have a reliance netconnect + advance rental plan on [protected] .my 5 gb data is over so speed should be reduced but my connection is not working properly . It is showing error that remote computer didn't respond.

I recharged a voucher worth Rs 29 - 1 Gb 3g data with validity 7 days.

But I get only 100 mb data.
The voucher say 1 Gb data...
