Dear sir, my reliance no. Is [protected]..i m using reliance 3g data pack of 10 gb.but my speed is too slow.i already do complaints two times..but cant solve...pls solve the problem and increase speed like 3g...other by god from our family we cant use reliance connection in future....

I have purchased reliance 3 prepaid data modem. I have recharged for for rs 3001/- for life time validity on 10/01/2016. Dear Concern

I have recently ported my mobile no. [protected] to reliance. I had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan Named jalsa with unlimited calling facility and the monthly tariff for the Rs.998/- and 50% discount so finally tariff for the after discount Rs.499/-. He told me that collection boy will come and pick the document and will get the application...

For last one days i am not getting any range for one of my reliance gsm mobile sim.the sim is completely ok and no damage is there on the sim card .that sim was working fine day before yesterday. I don't know any process of you to inform you for that problem.But i really suffering a lot for the same issue because the sim card is not working at all because of the range.
Can you please tell me why there is so many problem for this sim...

I am using Reliance GSM number [protected] ( Haryana) dated between 4 and 5 march 2016 Reliance care deduct balance something 13 rupees without any reason when i do call in care they said you use internet and disconnect the call without solution and understanding without without problem, After that my customer care number close So i request to you open my customer care number and refund my balance....

I submitted my proofs in the reliance outlet for migrating my post paid connection of data card to prepaid.But it will not migrated till now and i received calls from reliance for bill payment frequently. Hello, My number is [protected], Yesterday night on 6th March 2016 I have reacharged Rs 130/- FT, after that I have main balance on Rs 135/-...after 3 hours when i checked my main balance suddenly it shows Rs76.78/-. Automatically my balance has been deducted. I dont have any activate VAS product.
So, I request you to kindly solve this matter and refund my deduction amount....

I have been using reliance broadband from the past 6-7 years and their service is getting worst day by day, my internet plan is 2 mbps and it works only for 8 -10 days a month and when it works speed is so poor that google won't even open .

I am using Reliance mobile No [protected] on 03rd mar 2016 while checking call rate offers I found Rs 8/- for R2R 1p/6s and all other local at 25p/M . for activating the amount required is 13 Rs.

But when my service starts, after three days, its incoming and outgoing calls facility is not working. And again reliance vendor is demanding rs. 500 as a security money, i want to know that what is security money, when i had paid 650 at mnp time.
