Sir,

many times an amount of 5 or 10 or 15 rupees is deducted from my phone.
this time an amount of rupees 10 is deducted from my phone.
my phone number is [protected]. Every time i have complained but i did not get back my amount back. either you do not pick up the phone or you dont give the money back. this time i will not tolerate it. I hope you look into this issue and pay back the amount and see that this mistake does not happen again.

      Hi,
      I received a mail for concilliation this morning.
      I am no longer in the said address, and I had moved out of India 4 years ago.

      This is the first time I am hearing from Reliance, and I was under the assumption that I had paid my bill in full.
      When I took the number, I deposited 1000 Rs, and never got that back.
      So, rather than me getting the 1000 back, I get this mail, threatening of legal action for non payment of bill..

      can you help me out here.
      I am sure I should not be charged for anything, and even if I am, can I get the detail of the bill.
      This is a mail I got from an advocate asking for Rs 1996, not having any details of the 1996 - which is way more than my monthly bill was..

      can you also let me know a number I can talk to.

          There is a massage of amount charged for vas one97 subscrip rs:10.00, but i dinn't apply for this vas, the massege was on 7/3/2016 at 7:58 pm. My mobile no- [protected]
          I need my refund . At any cost with in 24 hrs.
          Otherwise i will port my no. To airtel, they have better coustomer care, while it is difficult to talk to your customer care executive.
          In 24 hrs if the money is not refund then i will defenetly port my no.

                    I have recently ported my mobile no. [protected] to reliance. I had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan Named jalsa with unlimited calling facility and the monthly tariff for the Rs.998/- and 50% discount so finally tariff for the after discount Rs.499/-. He told me that collection boy will come and pick the document and will get the application form signed. They asked me the porting code i which i provided, Guy came to my office and collected the documents And special i am whatsapp the guy porting code and humble request please process plan only Rs.499/-. Yesterday i received a sms that my porting request is accepted the reliance which shows my plan as jalsa Rs.599/- with monthly rental Rs.599/-. I fail to understand Who guy signed my form for this Rs.599/- monthly rental plan. I can't afford for this plan & its a case of fraud, do i need to register an FIR against RCOM. Kindly get me a copy of the application form and address of the concerned vendor . I can't stop using my phone, who is going to bear excess amount untill the issue is resolved?. Request you to take strict action against these people & cancel the licences.

                      For last one days i am not getting any range for one of my reliance gsm mobile sim.the sim is completely ok and no damage is there on the sim card .that sim was working fine day before yesterday. I don't know any process of you to inform you for that problem.But i really suffering a lot for the same issue because the sim card is not working at all because of the range.
                      Can you please tell me why there is so many problem for this sim card??
                      Should i chang it??

                        I have been using reliance 3g for last 1 year in the same number [protected], in my 3g phone micromax a311. When i first started using reliance the service was good 3g speed was perfect. All time i had reliance 3g signal. So i am sure that i was in 3g coverage area. But i dont know what is happening. Now i dont get Reliance 3g signal. When i called customer care they said to manually select aircel orrisa 3g network to use 3g service. But its roaming service is THE WORST.when connected to aircel roaming i get 3 stick signal strength. However when i try to access the web highest speed is 10kbps and that is there 3G. 3G with 10 kbps speed. Great!. Also if you call any one while on this roaming the voice is not clear it is inturrupeted frequently. If i give complain in care they say u are not in 3g coverage area.Am i fool?? I was in 3g coverage area before 2 months now i am not . is the tower has displaced or my home has shifted its location ??. If the provider is not able to provide service in a whole town why do they advertise "Reliance 3g in Now in Baripada".They must specify that u will get 3g service only this portion of town. Monthly 259 rupees of net pack and may be more is wasted up ???. I need clarification that why i am not getting reliance 3g signal.And if am not in 3g coverage area then how i was 2 months before in the same place ? They

                          Case: I m trying to make payment for my 1st invoice, via Instant pay, however i am not able to do so as Error appears which says " mobile no is not subscribed"
                          Same has been intimated over multiple calls to the customer care personnel. However reliance team is unable to resolve same at there end, but i am receiving multiple calls for making payment and that too the caller is too rude.
                          I have also shared the Error Screenshot shot to the Senior Customer Care Executive @ [protected]@gmail.com on 27th Feb'16.
                          Now the situation is nobody is resolving same, but i am receiving calls daily.

                          I request the authorities to discontinue the number as, I am no more interested to take forward same and adjust my initial amount against same.

                                My Reliance GSM no. [protected] (Andhra Pradesh circle) Rs. 60/- deducted on4th 5th, 6th or7th march2016. When contacted 198 executive refused saying no amt is deducted and no records available more then 2 days old. Call was forwarded to senior Mr. Irfan . He replied presently System is not working hence not able to verify. Call again after some time. This same reply comes every time When V call to Reliance customer care. This is our experience more then 100 times. Frequently they deducted the amt and When V call them their executive /senior will reply in the same way.
                                In January apps 70/- was deducted from my another no. [protected] (reliance GSM Andhra Pradesh circle) then also almost simillar replies where given. Besides this V r facing call termination problem frequently on both the above numbers

                                    I submitted my proofs in the reliance outlet for migrating my post paid connection of data card to prepaid.But it will not migrated till now and i received calls from reliance for bill payment frequently. I went to the outlet and inquired about status of my request he had not giving proper response .

                                    Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Reliance customer support and response sucks.. They don't have any coordination between complaints registered and bill payment. They keep calling you everyday without even bothering what complaint we have already given. I am also facing a similar issue.. Reliance cares only about money... Please share these experiences with your friends so that nobody is buying reliance products anymore...

                                    i have given complete details regarding my issue on email to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com on[protected] . customer care simply call to me and ask for payment they do not listen what i said.

                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Reliance customer support and response sucks.. They will say issue will be sorted out within 48 hours but no one will come for checking or repair. They don't have any coordination between complaints registered and bill payment. They keep calling you everyday without even bothering what complaint we have already given. I am also facing a similar issue of non connectivity for more than 6 months. No use of calling Customer care N number of times... No refund policy, nothing.

                                        Reliance cares only about money... Please share these experiences with your friends so that nobody is buying reliance products anymore...
