    Dear Sir,

    My MDN number is [protected]. The technician named Pawan (+91 [protected]) visited my place for a speed related issue around 4 weeks back for complaint #[protected]. He assured that the issue will be resolved within 3 days through installation of tower. But it has been now nearly 1 month and still the issue is unresolved.

    I have written to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com multiple times but they were simply deaf to my plea.

    I request you to kindly stop providing misleading information to customers. If this continues then you will loose valuable customers going forward.

      I had requested to port out my number [protected] from Rcom to BSNL on 16th Feb 2016. On 19th Feb 2016 I submitted my documents to BSNL. Till date Rcom has not allowed my number to be ported out. Their customer care is giving me silly excuses.

          Hi,

          I am a regular user of Reliance Netconnect device. I recently updated my netconnect device to WI-POD. Since then the device has stopped working and no one is able to fix the problem, its been over 30 days now. I have contacted the customer care number and registered complaint 5 times and every time the compliant is closed out without any action. Its been really frustrating. The latest complaint number which got closed today without any action is[protected]. My device number is - [protected]. My contact information is - Vaibhav Mishra, PH - [protected].

          Can someone explain why the complaint is being closed out without action and why Reliance has been so unprofessional? I have been patient for more than 30 days and constantly registering new complaint number each time.

              I was using R-CDMA postpaid mobile no. [protected].
              I have paid all my dues till Oct'15.
              In Oct'15 I requested R-com to convert my no. to prepaid.
              Subsiquently the services to mobile was stopped and I could not receive/call from the said no.
              After a week I had to go outstation for professional reasons for two months
              and could not do the the tele verification of prepaid no. as I was not in home network
              I visited the local R-store while is was outstation and asked them to terminate the no. but they said this could not be done as tele verification was pending.
              On returning to home network, I went to R-store and asked them to terminate the no.
              They told me this could not be done as bill for the months are pending.
              I questioned that since Reliance has stopped the services to my number, they could not ask me to pay for services which was not provided by them .
              but they were not ready to here and asked me to pay before closing the account.
              I refused to pay.
              I did not receive any bill nor any communication from reliance till date.
              On 27.02.16 some department of R-com suddenly starts calling my relatives no. from my call details and started harassing them with threats of court/police action on them.
              When I called back to the number and enquired, they replied that company has Rs1700 pending on my name and I have to pay or else be ready with consequences.
              I complained about the same in relaince site but my complaint was deleted.
              I tried to contact customers care from other no. but it says I am not authorized.
              This is complete "gundagardi" by reliance communication.
              First they ask for payment of services which they have not provided and then they use my personal call details for their own benefit, which I think is a criminal offence.

              Please look into the mater.

                Vouchers not work, please help me...
                I was happy to buy 10 vouchers of 1 Gb 3g data 7 day validity at Rs 29.
                But I get only 100 mb of data.
                I call to 198 for complain.
                But they said the offer is changed. They doesn't register my complaint also.
                How this can be happend.
                If a voucher say 1 gb 3g data expiry- 11, 2017
                Then, what i do the remaining vouchers. I am lost...?

                  I recharged with Rs.57 which is mentioned that i can receive the core talktime as Rs.47 but after recharge my mobile via rcom website . I only get 400 MB instead of 47 rs talktime. I try to call their cc but they were not aware of it . Omg i am really struck with reliance.I need the resolution at the earliest .My no : [protected]

                    My Id is[protected] my connection has not been working from 26th september 2015 and I waited for 5 months for you to fix it but that did not happen as you cited rental or commercial issues. Now I had to take a waver in December cause I did not pay the bill for October and November as the net was not functioning and the applet or customer care could not register the complain. Same goes for the month of december. Now I had to terminate my connection cause I have to call you Customer service time and again cause you closed the complain without fixing my issue and I do not want that headache. Now even after the waver you are asking me to pay an amount of Rs 243 for the month of January on the basis that I had used the internet connection for the month of January and another time the appelate officer told me its according to tria rules that we cannot give you the full waver now. Whatever the cause pls give me a full detail regarding the same as to why i have to pay for the month of January even though there was not internet and the internet was disconnected for the month of January. I have mailed you many times previously and have yet to receive a reply from your end or a call. I do not mind paying if it is a proper payment that i have to pay as you can check that i have never paid a late bill or anything as such when I was using your connection. Solve this matter as quickly as possible as I do not want to ruin my impression of reliance so far which has been good other than the past few months. Regards

                      I am using Reliance Broadband service from last one month but Broadband is not working from last 11 days. I Call to the Service Center and Register the complaints about that, but still the internet is not working. I paid the 3 Months Advance payment and Installation Charges. On Friday(26 Feb, 2016) Reliance Customer Relation officer makes the Commitment with me to fix the issue with in 48 hrs. But still its not working. My User id is :[protected].

                      Now I don't need this type of service and need the full payment back ( 3 Months Advance Rent + Installation Charges)

                        I was using the reliance number [protected] since 30/09/2002, then in the year 2010 I shifted to bangalore and was using the same number, but suddenly in December 2015 the number was not functioning then I contacted the customer care and all my efforts went in vain, then I went to reliance store bangalore and they told me to bring a blank sim from Odisha, I did that too.
                        Can any one help me getting back the same number, I was using the number since last 13 years.

                        @ Dear Team - This number is in my mothers name "Purnima Acharya", Please do the needful. I was using this number since last 13 odd years, you can check the history. There was more than 300Rs balance in that number.
                        This cannot happen to a customer who is there with reliance since last 13 years.
                        Please suggest me the steps to follow to get back my old number, I am ready to follow the steps. Please consider my complaint seriously and treat it in a high priority basis. As I was using this number since last 13 yrs, you can imagine the situation if you loose a 13year old stuff.

                            The reliance network provider, activated a VAS service on my mobile number and dedicated 30 RS. from my balance. ..I complaint to customer care, he argue to me that my balance will be refund within 2 days...but balance still not received.

                              Inspite of lot of follow up, my broadband connection is not get cancelled.

                              Even reliance broadband team giving false statement that they called me and I said I would like to continue service. In fact I had no call from anyone, I was waiting from many days. I paid full payment for this quarter. Request to cancel my connection ASAP and revert my money on pro data basis.

                                    The relaince CDMA network is really big, but yet it lacs about proper connection in many areas, and the Internet speed is really not at all satisfactory, would not refer any one for a new connection to relaiance nor a MNP.

                                        I raised a request to deactivate my reliance postpaid sim [protected] and the service request number is[protected] on Feb 23rd due to my transfer to another city. And they called my other number which an elder at my place attended, they said they ll give offers and changed my plan to a basic package. Now, even if I call back they are not accepting my request to deactivate my sim. I want Reliance Communications to take immediate action to terminate my postpaid Reliance sim.
