Sir, I urge you i'm very very frustrated with reliance services they again and again ded. My balance. Recently they deduct 90rs. On 25 Feb. 2016. On same day I registered compliant but till now they didn't refund me money. And now from 3-4 days I regularly trying to call them but they block me to talk with customer care executive.
And I finally I required ur help otherwise I deactivate reliance services. My mobile no.[protected].

    The reliance telecom company is unfairly deducting my balance continuously. I have contacted customer care several times but they are making fool of the customer my providing VAS activation reasons.But according to me it's totally inappropriate. Till now I have not received satisfactory answer to my request.

      My bill payment for Mobile No [protected] done on 15th Jan 2016 by Cheque No: 071008 and was cleared on[protected]. Bank Details as below my company bank statement is reflecting that the check is being cleared in Account of RELIANCE COMM INFRA LTD. In spite of paying my bill still it is not reflecting in my account and the services are stopped. The next bill of Rs. 1622 also has been paid on[protected]. and have received confirmation SMS. I am still awaiting reply that why the services were stopped? I have even drooped mail to the customer care but still reply is awaited.

        I have a postpaid connection of Reliance and the number is[protected] and have the problem that sometimes it's not working i.e incoming or outgoing not work but it was working after switch off and switch on but from today morning it's fully stopped working even *222 and 198.I called two times to [protected] but replied that is only for prepaid and after a lot request he transferred my phone to tamilnadu but that Faltu girl don't know any language except Tamil...
        . So, dears please do something at the earliest to solve the problem...

          I should get 1.5 GB 3g net pack on recharge of 198. But I m not getting it. When I dail *129# for offers it shows me that I will be getting the benefit on 198. This information is been shown in my account from last one year. I m rational customer and the place where I will get the maximum satisfaction I will approach that thing first. So please solve my problem because call centres cannot help me with this problem..or otherwise please update my system and remove that false information from my account..and I want benefit as soon as possible as I m very old customer of reliance..this was your system problem not mine. I should get my 0.5 GB .

            Hi reliance communications my id[protected], Name Harpreet Singh, i am facing a problem from the last four months of extra payment and nobody in your customer care solve my problem, and one thing do u have any collection department coz i had many calls from[protected] and they dont have even manners how to talk with the clients, and even now i did calls so many times in your customer care but they even dont have the ethics to talk. i think you dont have any quality department dats why this happen. if you read this so take some actions on it for your company sake not with the personal issue.,

                i have put up request to cancel reliance net setter that i have taken up.the request no being[protected]. but they are saying that they will take around seven days to cancel the connection and for that i will have to pay the bill for that. the net disconnection is from their side and thy are asking me to pay the bill for that. any way to resolve the issue??

                Thanks for forwarding the call. but still the issue is not resolved. Just because the company takes 7 days to deactivate the device doesnt mean that the customer/consumer should suffer. The first time i called customer care today and asked them to deactivate the device, a lot of other offers were put forward with a pleasant face but when i said deactivation has to be done and i wont be using the device, they argued that i will have to pay for the device even after the deactivation request has been put forward. the deactivation process is not on the consumer side and is from the company side. the company took only 24 hours to activate the device and all bills are generated so on the exact time without delay.so asking the customer to pay for the time the company takes is just plain cut throat policy.

                i would not be recommending reliance or any of its services in any form to anybody.

                  I have a very serious complaint to register. i called to reliance customer care on 198 and some someone received the call today at 11.30 A.M and the person in place of resolving my complaint, abused me with such a bad words, i have to register complaint in TRAI and to the police. He said that his name is "Nagendra:" and abused and threaten me.Please do needful otherwise have to go somewhere else for the complaint. I called at 198 to register my complaint about my UPC code generation. But he abused .

I have been a trusted customer of reliance for last 9 yrs . but now fed up with its customer service, everyday they r deducting 10rs frm my account whenever I recharge, I can't even recharge, I am a corporate professional needs balance for calling everytym I check for balance I found it less den 10rs, all others deducted by reliance in name of value added services, earlier I used to get refunded on calling customer executive, now my sim is in roaming so I dnt get service as they say u r not from our circle . just disgusting service .

                      Ive purchased a data card 7 month ago.. after 2 month i start facing thr problem regarding speed capping... that 14.2 Mbps reliance data card never gives the speed more then 2 mbps... and the second weird thing is speed capping... the always capped whenever they want... i have plan of 5+5 gb day and night... and the can cap your speed after 1 gb usages also... cause is technical problem... and this techinal problem occurs 5-6 times every month... yes every month... already i registered complaint 2 times this month also... and guess what ...? The problem is same.. cc always says me the we are registring your complaint. U will never face any problem further... but sometimes problem occurs just next day... data card no is [protected]

Date 26.02.2016 i have recharge with a paper voucher coupon due to the coupon damage i have entered wrong number then my account has been locked after that my all calls stops i do call against this customer care they said call after two hours then i call after they said after two hours call our server has down i do call in many time in all time they said server down i have in problems due to this because i have not do call due this problem.I do email regarding this but no response comes by the company after twenty four hours left customer care executives not give response please solve my problem as soon as and open my account lock.                               I am using reliance netconnect+ connection. I am observing from last 3-4 months reliance is lapsing my data. I checked CDR details which had got from reliance last month. For this month also i am facing same. I got 1024MB data on 26th Feb. According to connection log in netconnect settings i used only 95MB but reliance has been deducted around 190MB data from my account. Is this cheating with customers? Last month i complained to reliance but not getting response from them.

                                  I have purchased a Reliance wipod new connection with a plan of rupees 599 at speed of 3.1 Mbps and post usage with 144 kbps. The retailer It spiders, LGF-11, Shri Hari Towers Mirabai marg, Hazaratganj, Lucknow said the above things and now not solving my problem as the device is only giving 16kbps speed my bill tin no is [protected]. I have also checked my cleared dues on the Reliance mobile store where i have purchased the wipod. However during the month of january, 2016 advocates from reliance communication keep calling me claiming that i have not cleared my dues as of now whose balance that needs to be paid is approx 1800. They are threatening us that they are going to file a suit claiming damages of Rs. 25, 000 if we do not clear our payment which we have already paid.

                                      Sir, an amount of Rs. 66/= is deducted from my account, Dated:27.02.2015. Without my concern. I got only a message to inform VAS ADPAY. Whereas I never subscribed any kind of VAS or never been asked. Also I have DND turned on in this number. Please inform me as quickly as possible. I need a refund of this amount. Your telephonic Customer care service said they can't do anything on this matter. So looking for justice from your end. Thank you.
