I am using my reliance sim no.[protected] since3.5years last year I had change my sim from reliance CDMA to reliance GSM. After converting I lost mobile balance and tariff I tried 5 time customer care but the executives not able to resolve my query. Before converting sim mobile plan was 1praise/minute. Now1rs/m. pls do the needful asap....

Firstly, I am not getting the promised high speed internet i.e., 2 mbps to 5 mbps. A technician was supposed to fix the issue in 3 days which did not happen. I raised a request to cancel the connection. After talking the following people my request for cancellation is still not done.

i got reply that no service is subscribe from my number. now how i stop this VAS service and refund all my deduction amount.
