    I have a reliance GSM no which is in roaming now.they have deducted 9 rs from my balance in 16, 18, 20 FEB as some VAS USSD deduction.but when i contacted their customercare they told that ur deducted balance will be refund in 5 mints but after 10 mints when i contacted them again their senior executive said that we don't had ur records it only last for 3 days not more than that.very very poor service.

      Hi'

      My name is vinod, I recharged my reliance no with rs 78 on 13 feb and get 250 mints for 28 days, I hardly used 30 mints and all bal become zero...

      I m in touch with reliance customer care over the chat and email, since15 feb still rcvd no response, today when I chat with a lady they told me that they do not any any request, I m very frustrated, .

      They are not going to raise complaint as well, I told them hundred of time in my conversation.

      I want to resolve it urgent basis and looking for compensation as well, due to inconvenience...

      I m not able to connect them over the call, I m facing this issue for very long time.

        Hi Team,

        This it the complain#[protected], I registered this complain last week 02/19/2016 but i haven't heared any thing back, when ever i call them, they are just saying it has been forwarded to concern dept and i will be getting call back from that dept, but as of now i havent received any call back from that dept... i dont know how long i have to wait... i you guys cant provide proper service kindly let the customers know so that we will look for better provider..

            Sir, my reliance no. is [protected]. reliance made an offer to me saying that they give rs.150 on recharge of rs.125 and i did the recharge i got the money as promo balance that i never wanted and i can't use it to activate any pack like message or internet but it can only be used for calling. note that this was never ever told to me or mentioned in the offer that reliance claimed and when i called the customer care they said i can only use it for calling when i asked the executive to transfer my call to his senior he kept me on hold for 9 minutes and than they just disconnected my call. this was a very disgraceful act. i just want them to transfer that promo balance to my main balance which they are not doing and they should stop troubling customers by doing this fraud.please please make that promo balance my main balance this is my only problem.

              I am a reliance prepaid user mobile No. [protected]. On[protected] several time amount deducted from account in small part ie. 20, 40 60, 10 . Total amount that was deducted approx 130 Rs. First time when Rs 20 deducted from account, I called customer care executive and he/she told me yes this is wrong deduction on the name of data usage while your data pack is activated, the amount will be refunded to you with in 24 hours, complaint number was[protected]. After few hours again Rs. 40 deducted from my account and again I called reliance customer care executive. She/he told me your complaint is already locked we can not locked another complaint till first complaint have resolve. You can wait you will get all wrong deducted amont. After that again 60 Rs deducted and so on. Total amount deducted Rs. Approx 130.
              After a long wait(60 hours) I have got only 20 Rs.
              And now they told me we refunfed you all wrong deducted amount, And we have only last 3 days information we can't help you anymore. I want to know where is my another 110 Rs.
              I want you to file mental harassment, forgery case on reliance communication.

              Thanks you for your support and I have got my all my wrong deducted amount. But I still want you to file a case of mental harassment and forgery on reliance communication. Because 100 Rs. doesn't matter for me But the way they were talked to me are not tolerated. They refunded my 100 Rs. Because they was wrong. They have a worst technical supporting staff.I had call several time but they was not taking my issue seriously.
              So it's my request to you please file this case on my behalf.

                Product was very good but there customer service is very bad, they work only for money I think, I have paid
                all the bills when I was using the device but last year on may 21 I paid all there dues on that day and disconnected the connection but after 3 months they are sending me the bills for the connection which I am not using, if even 1kb is used after that I am ready to pay double amount as penalty, please consider.

                        I bought new reliance wi-pod connection on December 2015 from retailer.
                        I have opted for Rs 599/- unlimited plan, but the retailer choosed Rs1999/- unlimited plan. After bill generation for 1st month, i got mail from reliance for payment of 1999/-. As i bought notice this problem and presented to the retailer, he passed the time without paying. After 1 month he paid Rs841/-, but not full. I asked him to change the plan to Rs599/- as the problem could repeat for next month. He did not show any concern in changing the plan. And so the bill got generated for 2nd time on jan 25th 2016, with total due Rs1705/-. I asked to resolve this issue before my services get barred. But he did not. he asked me to have patience till 19th-feb-2016(fri). And on saturday reliance barred me from using services. As i reported the same to the retailer, from the very next moment he did not respond till now. Retailer name is GOPI(cell No.[protected]. Retail outlet location : Marathahalli, bengaluru. I want to continue my relationship with reliance as i am using its services from 2012. And i hope some action will be taken against retailer.

                          Firstly, I am not getting the promised high speed internet i.e., 2 mbps to 5 mbps. A technician was supposed to fix the issue in 3 days which did not happen. I raised a request to cancel the connection. After talking the following people my request for cancellation is still not done.

                              We have been repeatedly calling reliance for the past one week as Broadband isn't working. However this is the only response we seem to be getting! Are you ever planning to sort it out? At least have the decency to inform us honestly when the issue will be sorted instead of lying every single day that it'll be sorted out in 24 hours. I hope the bill amount will be deducted as it's not fair for a customer to pay for a service never bloody received!!! Get your act together or cancel my connection as we're NOT going to pay unless my internet starts working in the next 24 hours!!!

                                  I had purchased the reliance Pro 3 device at around April Last year. I was promised a speed of 14.1 MBPS however i was getting speed around 300 KBps. After making several calls to Support team to resolve my issue, i had finally decided to cancel my service at end of 3 months (for which i had paid in advance while purchasing device) I had called support to cancel my service and they asked me to give them one more chance to fix the issue which never happened. Finally on 20th July i emailed them to cancel my service. They kept generating bills for my number even though i was not using it. Now they are saying that i have to pay 2414 RS. I am not ready to pay this amount as i have not used the service. I request Relaince to check usage for my reliance PRO device and if i have used it i am ready to pay whatever amount is outstanding. This is the worst company that i have ever delt with. No one is ready to understand my situation and find out a solution. they keep sending me COURT NOTICE. I had emailed their NODAL OFFICE : Mr. Kamlesh Melvani about the issue that i am facing and he is least bothered. I have not even got an acknowledgment from him for my email. I am really fed up of reliance and i am hoping for a solution asap.

                                  Do you mean to say my charges have been waived off? Bcoz that is the only issue that I have right now
                                  I made an online payment for my subscriber number [protected] on 2nd February 2016 at 14:08:39 for which the transaction was successful with the transaction reference number as 99833952 . The problem here is that the receipt is showing incorrect customer name as Ravi Krishna Reddy where it should have been Saket Karnik. Also the receipt is showing incorrect relationship number as[protected] where it should have been[protected]. Due to this mistake done by reliance "MyServices" online portal, the payment status of my subscriber number is still outstanding.

                                  Inspite of sharing the receipt and the bank statement showing the said transaction with their appellate authority, they didn't do anything on my complaint. Till date I've sent them six reminders also after my original mail but to no avail.

                                  On the top of that, their people have continuously harassed me for making the payment again to clear the dues. It's been over month now. I don't know what to do.

                                    Hii, this is in regarding waived off my bill which is generated by reliance scheme.
                                    as I bought a scheme provided by Reliance Communication along with Apple iphone. In the scheme, I bought Apple iphone 5S with Reliance GSM Connection and offered which was given by reliance communication was that consumer will get unlimited calling (outgoing & Incoming), will also get unlimited Incoming outgoing calls during roaming, 3 G internet unlimited, SMS unlimited and if you use any VAS (value added services) than consumer will pay for the same.
                                    I bought this scheme on 18th January 2014 and Paid Rs. 74, 000/- approx one time via my credit card dated on 18th January 2014. My Reliance GSM connection activated dated on 20th January 2014. According to the rules till 2 years i.e. 19th January 2016, I need not to pay any bill for the same provided VAS services which were used by me.
                                    everything was going on proper manner but after initial 4-5 month a bill of approx Rs.130, 135, 140 has been generated every Month. for waiving this I used to compalin to Reliance Custmenr Care, after a long discussion in custmer care, some bill hasbeen waived off but some not.
                                    Recently, in Nov 2015, day time I called to customer care for not getting proper network from Reliance but by evening what i saw, my 3G network has gone than again I contacted to reliance Custmer care for the same.
                                    executive told me that sir in morning you contacted reliance customer to change your terriff plan, I told him that I Have already paid the amount till 2 Years than why I changed my plan till 19th January 2016. After talked any senior person, they told me that within 48 hours, your service will be resumed.
                                    Now Concer is that From November 2015 onwards, I am getting a bill of Rs. 1835 Approx every Month while I have already paid to use the service than Why I pay the bill.
                                    I am getting calls on frequently basis to pay the bill for the same but I want that i will not pay any bill till 19th January 2016 for which I have Already paid. i am continuously paying the amount of Value Added Services which I have used during the scheme.I am ready to pay the bill after 19th January 2016. Now Today, My outgoing services has been barred by Reliance Communication.
                                    I am getting messages from Reliance communication for last 4 Months to pay the bill.
                                    This is not ethical and against the professionalism.

                                      I have rechage an amount of rs 91 for data balance on[protected] through net banking. The recharge was unsuccesful but amount was deducted from bank account and not refunded.When i called the customer care, they said that the amount will be refunded within 7days. Now 7days is over and no refund is done.Today when i spoke to customer care, a customer service executive said that the amount will not be refunded as there is no rs 91 pack.I received message from reliance about pack 91 and before recharge i have also checked reliance website for confirmation which i found was correct. Please help me to get my money refunded.
