There (#111, CKB Munnekulalla, Marathahalli, Bangalore-560037) is no network of reliance gsm and its happened many times in a day, i totally fad up with it- my mob. no -[protected]

    Hello sir, i have been facing lots of problems with this ADPAY Deduction
    Every time as i recharge there is a Deduction of 28 rupees every few days under ADPaYStrmgWlySubs without my consent.
    I tried to unsubscribe this before but still after few days it gets automatically renewed or something, i want all my money back!

    I have filed a complaint now under Complaint id is[protected]. The representative told me that my money would be refunded, Please make sure no more unnecessary deduction should happen in future from mobile

      Deduction of Rs. 5 from the Reliance GSM Daily What is going on? i havnt subscribed to anything. Why is that reliance is deducting 5 rs on a daily basis. until now 65rs has been deducted by reliance.

        SIM NO "[protected]" (GSM, Prepaid - Delhi)

        When i checked it at Reliance store, Okhla Road, New Delhi, they said that the number is not issued. There is no user in this number. its show empty.

        I want to get this number. Its my professional number

          Sir, I am using CDMA Reliance No:[protected] since several months. You can verify it from my Call records that i am not using your phone no. from last few months. i want to port my no. in other company because of your good services.i many time try to complaint but your customer care no. is useless. they not pic up the phone or busy your line always.so finally i decided to port out from your company. but you activated your value added services automatically.
          today again your miscall alert service activated those i not activated yet or last time or any time. i pay advance payment of my bill amount. i asked my total amount at your store it was 800 i payed you 910 amount in advance. i am not using your sim in any type of call .but i paid your amount. so please its a request not activate any type of service on my no. so i can port my no. and pls give me my charges back.

            In November 2015 reliance announced that who will port in to reliance gsm from any other network he will get unlimited any local call and 1gb 3g data by recharging only 201 for next 12month. I port in my aircel number to reliance. They gave me this benefit for 3month. But now they says it has been revised only 950min any local number.

              Reliance Network is wrongly charged for VAS service Rs. 45 which I didn't accept for the service & if I asked for refund then the reply for that, we can't refund. Reliance is the poorest customer care service.

                Good morning sir. I am using reliance sim from last 5 months having num [protected]. Now a days i suffered with your network as money deductions as vas charges. Actually i am not activate this service. Ref dates 22/2/2016 15 rupees was deducted and before 17/2/2016 22 rupees was deducted. I am very suffering with your network. If you doing like this i will change my network very soon. Please consider my request and refund as early as possible.waiting for your reply

                  Our office PRI line with no[protected] is not working since past one month. Reliance not able to satisfy the customer by providing prompt support. Our monthly regular rent is paid to receive uninterrupted telephone service. Very pathetic service. NO plans, provisions, no monitoring the equipment systems. SO customers are suffering. How long will it go in this competitive world. This is not the dream Dhirubhai Ambani had seen & strived to accomplish. Reliance need to be more supportive & quick in customer service.

                    Whenever i went in roaming i was unable contact customer care to resolve my problem.they always activate some kind of VAS any deduct balance.thats why i decided to port my number every time i message for port unique code bt dint get that code any also deduct my balance.
                    Coustomer care didn't file my complain.i hv message deatail.
                    Plz guide me.

                    Still i was unable to get unique port number. So i finally decided to break the sim card n throw ot away. F*uck u reliance.

                      Sir i caaled reliance communication center situated in Gomti nagar, lucknow for getting a Wi-fi connection. They came on 9th June, 15 and checked the connection, and said that it can easily be setup. Then they asked for 1550/- cash as a fee for setup. I gave them that cash and took the receipt. After 1 day i got a call From one of the employee, he said you have to pay 3000 more as the iron pole with the connection is not working right. So, i asked them to cancel my connection and refund my money. But, after 8 months i haven't got the refund money or any check. And whensoever, i call them they say we will call you back and don't pick call second time. Sir please help me and as a proof i still have the payment receipt.

                            I am having exams now and i have to study with elearning mode. I am facing problems with reliance data card from Sunday 21/02/2016 . Whenever i Connected data card to my PC/Laptop, I get error message "The Remote Server did not respond..." with hybrid mode. The signals are not seen. I had lodged a complaint with the toll free no[protected] at 8 PM Morning for which i had got compliant id[protected] raised I had got a response saying that the problem is due to chennai people or stuff, existing all over India, and will be resolved asap or within 48 hrs. Till now, i am not getting the problem solved. This is happening for me for the 2nd time period.
                            Kindly Look into the matter at the earliest.

                              Sir On 24/02/2016 at 08:08 PM I received the following message "You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs sevice for 13 days". My balance was deducted by Rs 39/-. I don't know what this service is... I have never subscribed for any services. I have made many calls to Reliance Customer Care but never connected. It is always kept on call waiting. The response from Reliance Customer Care is WORST. I want my amount refunded.

                                    As of now i have complained 3 times on reliance communications but no use. Still they have been following old style to cheat customers.

                                    To recharge mobile, i opened rcom.Co.In web site and navigated as specified below

                                    Gsm — > andhra pradesh — > topup voucher.

                                    I saw rs 25 available in "full talktime" section. At the same time i checked all columns (Mrp, talktime, admin fees, service tax + swachh bharat cess) in the section but there was no field / column "validity".

                                    I thought rs 25 would be life time validity. I recharged and got a message like "recharge successful and validity is 3 days".

                                    I shocked after seen this message. They did not add this any where in the web site but after recharge we got the such messages.

                                    What the hell is this reliance. What do you think your self? This is best way to cheat and earn more money from customers.

                                    Why are you doing this type of baldy, worst things. You don't have common sense to provide proper information.

                                    I faced same type of problems earlier also. I complained many times but result is 0.

                                    Reliance is the one of the worst network. No proper information and cheating customers.

                                    Its minimum common sense to add proper information on web site. If your not able to provide information then close website.

                                    See, how other networks are being maintaining information in the web sites. Learn from them.

                                    Customer is expecting a column like "Validity" of recharges.

                                    Problem is not yet resolved and your simply saying "problem is addressed."

                                    If problem is not resolved then I will complaint in "Consumer Court" as reliance has been cheating customers by proving wrong information on the web site.

                                    I have clear evidences to prove this issue.

                                      I have taken reliance post paid sim last 2 year back with Karnataka address in Andrapradesh circle and i have paying bills in time without fails.
                                      My sim out & in coming call has been stopped last Friday i.e. on 19.02.16 and called customer care Mr. Satish, kalyany & other people, they told that contact local post paid office and submit documents address profs than only we will correct same.
                                      i have checked Hindupur local reliance office for submit the address documents, but hindupur don't have post paid office and collected Ananthpur officer no called [protected]. They told that u have contact customer care. if submit documents also, we don't authority do correct.

                                      Same way i have spoken to four time customer care & Ananthpur office, both are telling and escaping each other to solve the problem. but finally i have faced the problem.

                                      Due to this experience i am requesting peoples don't go for reliance, the reliance customer care and other peoples are very bad wariest fellow, they not bothering other problems.
