Need you help for below mail issue. I am continues follow up form 1-Aug-2015 but they reply proper manner & said you first name & address was same from fraud person then you need to pay the bill how has resided this address before feb 2012. Problem: As per appeal authority / document verify team my number [protected] MNP request reject (POI) due to First letter of name & address was same unpaid bill Mr Puneet Prasar i.e month of November 2011. He was reside same address as rented before Feb 2012. After Feb 2012 I have purchased this FLAT. Why I am responsible that bill because I don’t know who has stay there before Feb 2012 because I have purchased that flat Feb 2012 and applied new Electricity connection my name. I don’t know who had resided there before. You have clear check my electricity bill when Its was installed against my name March 2012 For your information: As per customer care executive & appeal authority team multiple team members requested visit nearest reliance outlet or where you submit the document they will help on this. When I have went Dhruv Enterprises Malviya Nagar Delhi outlet they said, Please contact appeal authority team they will help. In here every team move the ball other team. They said that your first name same you need to pay. CAN ANYONE tell How can match ID with NAME only. I believe you able to view to whom I talked at 9:45 AM[protected] Note: I believe you will able to view to whom I have spoken and how many times & what discussed on recorded call. I got call MR deepak (15/16 Sept 2015) from your end they said Please change you proof of ID for this number then your MNP possible or call me tomorrow will solve your issue permanent & close request at your end. As per last discussion, I want to know that when my POI issue will be solved with other name & able to do INP/MNP (CDMA to GSM). Why you guys check only first name in POI.
For your inforamtion identity mean Full name (fisrt + sur name), DOB, Father Name, photo etc..

    Sir I have dial *129# and check my special offer. That show recharge 246 and get 2GB 3G data and unlimited what's app. I am recharge it but I have get only 1.5 GB data and not free what's app. I have call many time in customer Care but they don't solve my problem. Please solve my problem.

      I have applied for a broadband connection in march 2015. One person named Vishnu came to my home at Trivandrum filled the application form and took 1800 rs from me. Told that one person named Prasanth will come and do the connection related works with in one week. Prasanth came in April first week and given the connection. i have applied for broadband internet and phone, but they didn't gave the land phone. He has charge RS. 500 from me as his charge. He had given me his mobile number and told to call in his number if any problem is there. I got internet connection for 2 days, from the third day I was not getting any connection and was not working. I tried calling Prasanth but he was not taking phone. Tried to contact Vishnu, He also didn't respond. After several times trying calling Prasanth, i got him over phone . He told me that the server at Trivandrum medical college range is not working, It will take two weeks to resolve. I waited for two weeks and called them again several times, but not replied .By that time after 3 weeks reliance had send me a bill of 2300 rs. I was told that i should pay only 800 plus tax for my plan. I went to reliance outlet at Trivandrum medical college, they told that they are not responsible for reliance broadband connection and given me the number of Vishnu. I again contacted them and some other person took the phone. I learned that the person Vishnu has not paid the money which he took from me. I explained the things to them and they told that it is a mistake and they will correct the bill and advised me to register the complaint about the connection issue. So i have registered the complaint over phone. I got a call from reliance executive . He was not able to talk or understand English. Some way i convinced him and he assured that service person will contact to solve my connection problem. I demanded to stop the connection and he did not reply. After that no news and i was fed up with the connection and i opted for another connection which i am using now. I am a busy doctor working in ministry of health govt of India as physician and take care of MP's, Ministers, Judges and civil servants. It was a miserable experience and waste of time opting for your connection.After 2 months i got a call from reliance communication that i have a pending bill of 1200. Already given 2300, no net connection or service, then how come a bill. And till date i have not received any bill or communication through SMS, post or email in my registered mail or mobile. I feel the whole thing as a fraud and please take action to end by connection and stop further calls from your side. i didn't get any service for the money i paid, still i am being disturbed by the group.         I paid for a Wi pod in full to your person but he never showed up at my house by the appointed time rather he switched off his phone and is not picking up now is this how you treat your customers.             Hello, I am using Reliance Wipod postpaid connection and my number is [protected], Service request number[protected], I received a message to my account on[protected]image attached) stating that i consumed 90% of the allocated data and after that my speed started to fall below 20kpbs. I called customer support and reported the issue they said that still 9 GB of my data is remaining and it should be error message and regarding my connectivity issue they helped with some trouble shooting steps such as manual reset of device, deleting the temp files and changing ti pro mode and installing net booster from reliance. Dear Reliance, my issue has not been solved still yet, i am very desperate without proper internet, i use internet for online study and its affected my studies and my life. There is no problem with the device and network is good in my area (checked with my friends device) which points towards to only one logical reason which is mistaken/error-ed capping of the data by your system (which i think so). So i am left with only few options, which is either discontinuing your network and switching to another network or suing your network in consumer court and resolving the issue etc. Anyway i hope this forum helps me in finding me a solution..               My number is [protected]. i have recharge two times with Rs 30 as per offer i got 30 balance and local std @ 25p. but after one day all balance from my phone got deducted.. one recharge was made on 12th sep 2015 and another one was on 17th sep 2015. both times balance deducted without any reason. on calling to customer care they replied when first time balance deducted that due to net uses. it has been so but i have got 3-4 Rs notification for balance deduction due to internet. and second time i have not used internet or any thing. and on asking to customer care they did not replied and disconected my call and after that i was unable to get call them as on calling it was saying all the times your call has been put on hold kindly wait but after waiting for 15- 20 min and trying many times. i have submitted a complaint here.

                I recharge 246 data pack of last month I am also use the Internet but yesterday I have 150 mb but few minutes after my balance minus 2.5 gb and I also complain your customer care but they do not any solution and do not connect your care no and I recharge today 19 pack but you deducted 100 mb 3g I very disappointed your service and your care I have solution only my balance refund only... After you do not my refund my data. Balance so I stop your service permanently...

                  My mobile number is [protected]. I have been continuously wrongly charged for some service or another. I have complained about it many times but again charged. I tried to contact customer care but I was not connected to any executive on 198 or on *333. I am charged for VAS VideoStore for rupees 5.00, 16 and 17th of September and for VAS Hungama for rupees 20.00 on 17 September . So please refund me my money back.

                    Hello, I purchased reliance WI pod Internet connection on 29/08/2015. Details : MDN: [protected] SDCA: karnataka Name : Sanjay Service plan : postpaid_revb - 14 Mbps Amount Paid For Dongle : 1300 Rs Plan: 599 Rs for 10gb I was told that, download speed would be atleast 3mbps. Upon checking I was shocked to see that I am getting ONLY ~20 kbps!!! That too intermittently!! And I came to know that the issue is generic with many people.. Also, regarding this, I have complained so many times and result is absolutely zero and still I AM GETTING AROUND 10-15 kbps!!! Complaint no of Reliance : [protected] [protected]... And it goes on Only answer i get from Reliance customer service is 'give me two days'!!! It's been 10 such two days. And now that i have asked them to terminate the services because of poor services they are saying me that, it will be done in 15 days and i have to pay rent for whole of this period (From 29/08/2015) My questions are: 1) Reliance has not provided the service which they had promised so why should i pay the money as rental? 2) What is the compensation i will get for spending time, money and energy?

                      Dear Sir, I have been using Reliance GSM prepaid no i.e. [protected] from Rajasthan for last 6 years and I have facing this problem for last 18 months. Amount has been charged automatically from my balance without my knowledge and after talking repeatedly with its customer care service executive, after calling on 198 and waiting in queue for 20-25 mins they waive the money back. The quantum of money deducted Rs. 1, 3, 5 and 10 every time. I have lost huge balance due to this and mentally harassed by such inconvenience. The latest deduction happened on 17-sept-2015 at 8:54 am, Rs 3 has been charged for Videostore and the next occurred on 17-sept-2015 at 2:24 pm, Rs 5 has been charged for Hungama. I did not select any of these services. Moreover, now I couldn't connect to its customer care executive. This happened earlier also. I stop using its services for time being and when I started back the problem are still persisting. I demand a refund of Rs 50000 from Reliance Communication for the financial and mental harassment I have gone through. After waiting a long for a solution for this problem from them, finally I'm registering this complain and hope to get the permanent end to it and monetary compensation from the authority.                       After registering the complaint even today also i.e. in 19 Sept'15 you have deducted Rs 5for Hungama service.
                      You have made mockery of customer's problem.
                      This is not at all acceptable and highly unprofessional behaviour on your behalf.

                      I want monetary compensation worth Rs 50000 and fine for it.

                      Don't force me to take a different way which will not be beneficial for the image of your company so, please relsolve the matter soon.

                      reliance companu sucks. its the same case for me too. always deduct money when ever you recharge for caller tunes and so many other services that we have no idea of..

                        Hello Consumer Forum Team, I am raising this complain on behlaf of my mother, Mrs Poonam Arora. This time we got a bill of Rs 2581/- and we haven't used it to the extent claimed by the company. Above all, Bill was sent to us on 16th September with a due date as 1st October and they have deactivated our account before sending the bill. Please help me in getting answer from Reliance team: a) How can you deactivate a number before due date payment? b) Leave due date, before sending the bill, how can you Deactivate a customer sim? b) How you will justify a lady of age 50 plus, using an Internet to the extent of Rs. 1700/-. I use internet for 24*7/365 days, and I haven't paid a bill above Rs. 700 after so many calls and whole day Internet usage. Please help me connect to management of Relaince Team, so that I can resolve the issue and surrender the sim.                         I thought with growing competition, companies like yours are becoming customer centric, but you guys proved me wrong.

                          Dear Sir/ Mam, I am milan karena from rajkot and I am having reliance broadband connection from the beginning their sales team cheat to provide single Internet connection. Insted of it they gave me landline combo plan by saying single connection . I am trying to resolve this from 1 year. And I am paying over charges. their services are so pathetic. Time consuming and making people frustrate .You will get no response from customer care. They will give you new complain number and forwarding msg onlY. So dont go with reliance connection ever. My name is K Srinivasa Rao and I am Paying bills regularly with out any disputes from my side. But as I shifted my residence from 303f/XI, Ukkunagaram to my new residence Plot no 52, Porteco, Parawada on[protected] and as there is no signal I approached nearest reliance store at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam and given a Requisition letter for cancellation of my connection on[protected]. They said it will take a week and I have to pay rent for that seven days also. and they asked me the reason for cancellation. I told there is no signal at my new residence. They registered a complaint at their end and told me signal will improve and concern persons will contact me, then I said them if signal not improved for immediate cancellation of my connection as I already gave cancellation letter. I am waiting for phone call from your side and no one contacted me and on 9-3-2015 while paying monthly bill online, I also send an email for cancellation of my connection.On[protected] I send another email for cancellation of my net connection. And I received a mail from customer care that my requsition is forwarded to netconnect broadbond. And on[protected] I receved mail from net connect broad band asking reasons for cancellation then only they will disconnect after reply. Subsequently I received a phone call from reliance person and I told the reasons for cancellation of my connection and he answered ok. and after few days I received several phone calls from your side for payment and I told them I have given a letter for cancellation and asked to cancel and I will pay the amount for that month. Every body who contacted me answered me as ' you given letter for cancellation, ok! '. But I got bill again for 2 months and I received a phone call for payment. I told them that I will pay for one month only as I already requested from my side for cancellation and I surprised that your person told me that minimum 6 months I have to pay/wait for cancellation ( ruled out it is rule). I am a prompt and genuine customer and I only given my requisition for cancellation of my connection as there is no signal at my new residence. You can enquire I faced a lot of problem as there is no signal at my new residence and decided to cancel my connection. Two days before yor person from bengalore contacted me on mobile and asked to pay bill for two monthes. I told I pay for one month only as it is genuine. Please accept my requisition and close this issue and send me the bill for one month and I will pay online immediatly as I pay regularly your bills online. Thanking You!                                   I have taken 7 corporate connections from Ms Shalini who is the branch manager at reliance mobile store sector 44 chandigarh...on 15th sep my 2 new connections got diconnected with the reason negative verification...i dont understand how come with 5 connections already working verification is positive and for other 2 it is negative, the branch manager does not even bother to pick up the phone...most pathetic services.. i will update the same o twitter and facebook ... so that other consumers dont face such problems.. swati [protected]

                                    Sir my mobile no is [protected]. i am a postpaid customer of maharashtra.i am having a plan of 499 unlimited std and local reliance to reliance since approx one year.however i called ur customer care executive named ARVIND on 28 ya 29 aug 2015 regarding any other plans.he guide me through one plan of 125 rs by which i will get 2 std no free and other numbers 25 paise per minute and also taken two of my numbers for activation for free.Then i started talking on those numbers thinking it as free.suddelny after 3 days i found 300 rs bill added then i called and talked to ur senior executive Mr AMIT who assured me for refund of those money in bill as it was the fault o[censored]r executives.but since that day i didnt get any communications from ur side...so please consider my case as a request and refund my extra money due to fault in ur side...

                                      Your customer care tel lime to recharge again with another 3g plan why should i pay more i already piad 359 i dont want your 3g plan because its already more than 18 since i have rechrged now i want money back do what ever you can do customer care only bothering by calling and telling same this what i am hearing since 31 August 2015 only waste of time if your good office care about customer check recharge detail reactivate new plan please dont forward to customer care they are only time passing and burning company time and money do directly if you can or take my Rs. 359 as donation dont keep with company because your company is rich and its my hard earning donate to needy person because its my 3 days wage i am throwing this sim never use any reliance service and product in future hope i dont have to write again regards [protected] or reactivate my plan

                                        My mobile no. is [protected] I have ported this no. from DOCOMO to Reliance GSM to get better services, but i was not satisfied. moreover, from about 3 months, my outgoing message service has been stopped, due to which i am not able to use my SBI MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION and can't even get port out from this provider because for porting i need to send a sms to 1900. i have complained to the Reliance Customer Care for about more than 5 times, but they are not solving my problem. they don't even talk to my call. I am very dis-satisfied from this service of Reiance Gsm.
