Sir, I recharged of rs.78 on my reliance, in the date[protected], for reducing my call rate as 25ps/min, all india bt the offer is ddn't get active, yesterday[protected] I contact with customer care and they told it will active within 24hrs, as per their direction I waited for 24hrs, bt it w0n't active. Now[protected] I again contact with customer care, now they told that, again a 24hrs they need to active my offer. Not any other network has this problem, why this fault occur?, how could be the offer is usefull when I need..? Its very bad approach from reliance network, am not satisfied on it.

    Hi Consumer Court / Reliance Communications, I have been a RCOM victim, I mean a customer who was using RCOMBroadband Internet in 2014. During their Internet usage, I faced issues, ideally I should say I used their internet some times while facing their issues in connectivity. At the end of this conversation, you will find the Complaint numbers and you will just realize how much I suffered. I always tolerated small problems like issues for 1/2 days, being very much practical considering at Internet infrastructure in India. However in July 2014, from 26th to next 7/8 days, there was no connectivity. This was the time when I needed it badly personally an emotionally for skype chat with my wife and toddler son. I called them multiple times a day but neither they had a clear answer or any specific time or even the root cause of the problem. Again it happened in August when I was remain unconnected for 4/5 days. When I asked for refund then I got the answer that some bytes have been transferred in these days...completely ridiculous. In March 2015, it crossed the limits when I was disconnected for 3/4 days, nobody was coming to see the problems, despite my repeated calls everyday and to add fuel to fire, someone started calling me that your account has now been suspended as you haven't paid the bill, whereas customer care of RIL said it's not true. My question to them was, how would Ipay the bill when my internet is not working ? Finally after getting frustrated, I gave up and changed my internet provider. Strangely, a person visited my place after approx. 7/8 days to ask what is the issue. Now I am out of India and got to know yesterday that there is a legal notice from RIL for paying the amount of 1567 + blah blah My point is, RCOM- When you can not provide services, when your Customer care exec are not trained or trained like robots, when you can not appoint Technical support exec in ur call centers who can resolve the problems quickly, when you are not able to resolve ur customer's connectivity issues within one week, you have NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE BILL PAYMENT. Is this the dream in which Respected Dhiru Bhai Ambani would have thought of to run this company ? Is this the way you would list in global Business leaders ? Is this the strategy to compete with Bharti AIrtel who keeps it's customers in it's heart ? Now what I want from RCOM - If someone is listening or hearing - Please waive off my bill fully or upto a significant extent so that I have good faith in RCOM / ADAG group which is current broken completely and I have a respect for the Business leaders of the group that yes, they care about their customers.       have a reliance connection from last 4 years which troubles us most of the time. It takes almost 30 min to connect to customer service and we neither get any satisfactory reply nor the solution. Since 7th sep 2015 my reliance broadband connection is not working. I raised the complaint however the technician closed the ticket without resolving or calling me. Yesterday, that is on 11th September again I called and learnt from customer service that my ticket got closed so I raised another ticket. Today morning a technician called me and asked about yhe issue. I informed that the issue is not resolved so he mentioned that he will come home to check however he did not turn up. So I called the customer service again to get the update since the technician had called from a land line which was not working later. I had tried to call on that no. multiple times. So when I spoke to customer service person named Abdul Khan he was just rushing and was not understanding what I was saying. He informed me that the technician has closed the ticket already. I tried multiple times to make him understand that technician was supposed to come to check the connection and he did not come. I wanted information from him what technician did. However, he kept saying that he will mention to not to close the ticket without calling me. He kept sayig the same thing again and again which irritated me and i requested for his manager. He became quite rude after that and was not ready to transfer the call. Kept saying that his manager will not do anything different and will say the same thing what he is saying. When I still insisted for his manager he kept me on hold for more than 20 min and came back and said that I will have to hold the line further till his manager wishes to attend my call and that can take more 15 to 20 min. When I asked for his managers name he finally transferred my call to someone named Mehfooz Ansari after couple of more holds. This person too was completely unaware of the issue and kept repeating the same thing again and again that he will mention for the technician to call me back before closing the ticket. I tried to explain him too that it's been more than 6 days that my connection is not working but everything was waste. I spent more than an hour on the call with reliance broadband customer service without any solution or proper reply. I have faced similar issues multiple times in the past too and placed the request to disconnect the service however they call then and do so many false promises. And once you agree to retain the connection the service becomes the same old problem. My connection is not working from last 6 days and every time I raise a ticket they close it without resolving or even checking with me. I feel truly helpless and frustrated by this. I hope my issue gets addressed soon. I'm utterly disappointed with their service. Otherwise cancel my connection. There are so many good broadband connections available in the market, it's worth switching to another connection if I have to stay without net for so many days and spend so many hours talking to them.         They told me that they are giving me unlimited 3g data without any speed barrier for 28 days in 698 Rupees. But after i recharged this internet data pack they just gave me 3g speed for first 7 days and then they put a barrier on my 3g speed and started to give me 2g speed. I pay for 3g plan for 28 days but they actually gave me 3g plan for 7 days and then turned my plan to 2g plan, which is fraud because they have told me that they are giving me unlimited 3G internet data plan without any speed barrier for 28 days but they didn't done this and started giving 2g speed after 7 days... I am very hurt right now emotionally cause they cheated and fraudly taken my 698 ruppes. Please do something about this.

          Dear Sir, From the last 2 months, I am facing this problem of getting my account balance deducted for futile reasons. The message says ' Amount Charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs:10.00 Current Main Balance : Rs:30.85.'. This is extremely unjustified for me as a customer as I have complained them everytime but got no refunds. These type of deductions have been made from my account 20 to 25 times so far. I also visited their Customer Care Centre but got no satisfactory response. The customer care number ([protected]) also wasn't adhering to my problem as most the contact was either not working or even if attended by the person, couldn't explain properly the reason for these deductions. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your response.

            Hello Reliance Communication, As you said u have these type of deduction are not be done from my number but still there is deduction and again your reliance communication charged VAS service to my same no [protected] on Friday 2nd Oct 2015 at 08:39pm 1 INR is charged as VAS and again the amount of 3 INR is charged at 8:55pm I want that from today onwards there is no deduction related to VAS and don't want any kind of VAS activation. Plz, Plz request u to stop these services I am really fed up of these deduction.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I think most interested service of Reliance is torturing and irritating their customer through different way (Like - unnecessary customer call, Balance deduction for VAS). I am long term reliance customer (From 2005) and never enabled any VAS services on my number (+91-[protected]). Earlier number of times customer care has deducted amount and after making complain through call credited the amount in balance. Again they deducted the balance (Amount -30) from my number on 11/09/2015 at 17:26:28 for VAS One97 Subscrip. Never ask to customer care for enable any VAS services. Earlier same thing was happening with my other number of reliance and after that we never recharge that number and i think we have to do same thing with this number and leave this Reliance services. If Reliance cannot valued their customer then what is the need to use their service. Please solve my problem earliest and credit back the deducted amount in the account.               I have not received any call in the regarding of my complain but after complain balance has been credited back. Now Reliance is deducting the balance in new way. We are receiving a call from Reliance and after call every time deducting 2 Rs. for each call. I don't understand what Reliance want. If they want to loose their customer then we will have to change our number with other service. Due to same problem i have one more reliance number and we are not recharge that number because of balance deduction without reason. After credit back the balance total 15 Rs has been deducted by reliance through their own call.

              Please let me know clearly what is happening.

                On 21.07.15, while online charging my reliance prepaid data card [protected], first I tried with Rs. 999/- plan and my savings account [protected] with hdfcbank account was debited but I got transaction failure message. So again within few minutes, I tried with Rs. 797 plan and my account was debited and I got receipt also. But my Rs.999/- transaction is not yet reversed even now.                   I have a reliance gsm sim prepaid number is [protected].I recharged my balance many times but every times after recharged i have got a notification that 10 rs. is deducted from your account for the vas.10rs again then again 10rs and again 3 rupees and many of times they deducted my balance from my account automatically.when i checked there is no value added services is activated on your number.then i asked with customer care which is so difficult to reach reliance care so easily after i talk customer executive i request for do not disturb services and please return my money ..they activated do not disturb after 7 to 10 day but in this period they deduct my lots of balance ..After activate dnd i still received notification for funny jokes, hindi shyari and lots of like mgs and they deduct my balance every time..it is difficult to manage my account for like that.. approx they deduct my 80 to 100 rs. and more.. i requested to reliance please return my money and stop any king of messages.

                    I own a Reliance GSM No. ([protected])since 6 years. Across this whole period I have experienced various deductions from my Mobile balance for VAS. Everytime they charge me of Rs3 or Rs 5 for some value added service which I haven't availed anytime. I have registered various complaints to Customer Care in past regarding these issues but they say that you have availed these services(which even I am not aware of). I haven't made a single Chargeable call from my Mobile No in last 6 months, neither did I receive any call from any person on this no. Still from past five days I have seen a deduction of Rs 9 (3+3+3)Rs. 6 deducted on 11september2015. I would like to register a complaint against Reliance for the same and I plan to move to consumer court for the damages done. I would like to know how much claim I can make against damages done. As per deductions are going on regularly my balance is close to zero and I wont be able to make a missed call after sometime even in emergency.

                    There were additional deductions today which got reversed after talking to customer care(Dialled myself). Still not whole of the money has been reversed. But this time I would like to appreciate that they reversed the balance at least some amount unlike at other times.
                    Again a deduction of Rs 3 has been made. When do i see this as resolved?
                    There are no flash messages on my mobile.

                      Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that your legal team has been harassing me and threatening to file a case against me for non payment of a bill amounting to Rs 1260. The bill has been cleared as of 7th August 2015 and the number disconnected. You can cross check this if you like. My relationship number is[protected]. My reliance number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue on your end and please request your legal team to stop harassing me on a daily basis. If I continue to receive these threatening calls I will be forced to take legal action of my own. I have had the worst experience using your service and an even worse experience in trying to disconnect this connection. I will never recommend your service to anyone in the future.

                        My prepaid balance drop by almost 130 Rs on 25th aug and Bal dopped to zero. I called customer care 198 but not able to reach. When call on next d Next day:said system issue and not provided information. Not even taking complaint. I recharched 70rs again and bal dropped by 43 rs. Please look into this. This the 3rd time balance cut down. Very disappointed. Mobile no [protected] Total amt to be refunded 173 rs

                            Each day reliance is deducting Rs 3.5-Rs 4.0 for last 30 days unnecessarily without any reason. My balance was Rs106.00. Rs 20 was charged for not using the number for last 90 days. I used this reliance number on and again recharge with rs 10 and my balance was Rs 81. But after that it went to Rs 18.51 on 11-september-2015 and was Rs13.24 on 12-september-2015 even though I did not make any calls and activate any Vas services. Please return back all the balance deducted without any valid reason. Dear Reliance Subscriber, Beware of Reliance as they make you recharge and then consume your balance each day without any valid reason. Please

                              To note that after having submitted the required all the docs, id proofs, reliance number is not activated. While activation customer care informs that the address proof is not into the system and call is being directly cut through their end. It doesn't seem to us that customer care have any professionalism, knowledge on his job. With such attitude we really lost to have a reliance sim.

                                Sir/Madam with duly respect, I want to inform you that, my reliance no is that [protected] in this number got a sms from the reliance company in several time.this sms was (unlimited reliance calls!recharge kare Rs 26 se aur paye unlimited local & std reliace calls poore 15 dino k liya.special offer ke liye dial*129#.RCOM date of 1, 2, 3 sep 2015) then I recharge with Rs.26 in the same mobile number on dated 04.09.2015 and time was 12.37PM.but after two days the validity was suspended then I was make call in customer care and two csa informed to me sorry u was not got any type of sms not send to you end of company.CSA was Tushar and Sumit. my question is what is possibilities of this kind of event.and my another reliance number is [protected].I has been recharged with Rs10 on september 9.17PM.the next day I saw Rs 5 deducted from this account.then again I also make called customer care for this reason and they has told to me our server was down.system is not working right now. so, Sir/Madam, i would like to make request to you that, please taking some important step against the this type of tele communication companies activity.untill unless the consumer will be suffering.I make request also please arrange to refund my money and validity as frist as prossible.                                   I am Balamurugan. I was used Postpaid mobile connection [protected]. the above mobile number plan was changed from Postpaid to Prepaid on 4th July 2015. The process was stared on 23rd June 2015. At that i was paid mobile bill Rs. 380/-. But, the Reliance was generated bill to me till date worth Rs. 962/- (app..). I was used from the mobile number as in prepaid from 4th July 2015. Then, how the bill was generated automatically. So, i request to cancel the bill process as the earliest. Regards, A. Balamurugan

                                      Hi, My Reliance 2G connection no is : [protected]. I told to cancel my connection last year only.These people did not cancel the connection and they are sending the bill every month. Whenever i call them they told to pay that month's bill and then they will cancel. I already paid close to 2000 rs without using 1KB of internet data. I already called some 20 times and gave several complaints regarding this but still they are not cancelling the connection. Now they gave me legal notice to pay that bill. I already registered a complaint 3 months back but nobody is responding me properly. Now what i have to do ?

                                        Sir, I had recharged with 549rs. Unlimited 3g plan at full speed for 28 days on 4th september after confirming from reliance customer care.but now, after only 7 days the speed gets reduced to 50-80 kbps. Sir, i request you to please pay kind attention towards this issue otherwise i have to file a complaint in consumer forum as i have enough evidences in my side.
