Hi

First of all your Service is worst. Worst customer care outlet i have ever seen in bangalore. My issue is Everyday my Rs 5 gets deducted for VAS Techzone. I called customer care many times but they dont see any VAS service activated in my number. I tested STOP to 155223, but it says that you are not subscribed to any VAS packs. So, why is balance deducted. I tried calling customer care but the lines always stay busy. I m fed of this service. Whats wrong wid you guys. If this service is not stopped within 2hrs m gonna use MNP to vodafone or tatadocomo.

Your reliance outlet executive says that we cant deactivate this service, call 198. And the executives in 198 who doesnt know any thing.

    Card purchased in May-2014 used for 15 days again wanted to use. customer care at Reliance says to buy new card @ 599/- and they will transfer balance of existing card to new card. They refused to activate card I have.I am ready to pay 50/100 Rs for activation, but surely not Rs.599/-. Nowhere it is mentioned, neither they are ready to give in written. I am discussing Since August 28.Mr.Pramod and Mr.Viral attended my calls after several requests. Can I lodge official complaint at reliance portal? Can I register the same in consumer forum?

      My Name Is ABHILASH MOHANDAS...I Have placed a request for NATIONAL MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY..of My Idea No: [protected]...0n 7/09/2015, i have receives a SMS from Reliance confirming the same..on 14/09/2015...i have got a message from reliance stating that the MNP Is is approved by my current operator and my reliance sim card will be get activated between 12:AM and 1 AM (15/09/2015) and do the televerification to compleate the activtion procedure...But in after 12am on the idea sim card has been disabled and still nw the reliance simcard not get activated, when is insert the reliance sim card it shows Service Not ACTIVE / No service...While i call to the call center i didnt get any proper responce...So pls do the needful asap to activate my new simcard...         I want to discontinue my reliance datacard postpaid connection because iam shifting to a village area where there is no coverage, so i does not need it i have gone number of times to reliance store but they never accepted my request of disconnection always saying different reasons, also at toll free no.[protected] i had called but same response from them also.

          Hi, This is my second complaint in the series of complaints against no reliance CDMA network available at Noida sector 19, 201301. More than dozen of complaints and SR's [protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] Daily mails to [protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com with no response from them. No resolution of complaints, no network but plans being sold by Reliance I am not raising this complaint in hope of any resolution but to present the state of network and services on offer by Reliance.

              Dear reliance After receiving a SMS for an unlimited reliance call at Rs 19 for 15 days. I have recharged my mobile numer ([protected]) with the same.Same has been activated on my number. But to my surprise call charges are deducted from my main balance. Once my main balance is over I can't make any calls to reliance number. These happens with me for more than 5 times.Previously same happens with 349 pack also. So I request reliance to stop sending all this kind of fake sms and please refund my money.

                Sir मेरा no [protected] WLL फ़ोन जो कि मैंने 7/8/15 को आपके Siddhi vinayak Mathura (U.P)no [protected] पर surrender कर दिया था और उनसे कहा की आप बिल जमा कर ले और security deposit की request डाल दे तो उन्होंने कहा कि आप का बिल security deposit से adjust हो कर बाकि की रकम वापिस हो जायेगी। अब problem ये है कि मेरे पास अभी तक आप के बिल आ रहे है। इसमे coustemer की क्या गलती है वो तो company के स्टोर पर जाकर पूरी formality कर के आया है फिर भी बिल आ रहे है और फ़ोन आपके स्टोर पर 7 अगस्त से जमा है।कृपया उचित व्यस्था कर मेरा पूरा सिक्यूरिटी डिपाजिट लोटाये thanking you

                  I Recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 53 for 3g data plan(250mb, 7 days validity) on 15th September 2015 at 12:50 am through paytm website with transaction no. [protected] and the order No. [protected] and my amount got deducted from the account but didn't receive the recharge. I sent mail to paytm customer care and got the reply that the transaction is successful from their end and asked me to talk to the reliance customer care by giving the operator reference number [protected] and when i contacted reliance customer care they said this transaction has failed. I don't understand where the problem is and who has eaten the amount. Please resolve this problem and revert me back at the earliest.

                    i dont want your 3g plan because its already more than 18 since i have recharged now i want money back

                    Its my hard earning it is my 3 days wage your cant take for nothing dont forward this matter to customer care again they only wasting my time and company time by tell me same thing again and again
                    if it is possible do it from your good office please give justice its already 18 days gone out of my 28 days i am complaining since 31 august if your company respect customer sentiment reactivate my plan this time not with face 3g (because in same room on same phone my fried getting upto 700 kpbs download speed but when with my sim speed is only 31 kpbs)
                    i am try this everyday.
                    again Please Please dont forward to customer care they are only waste of time this time show some action no talk
                    and i am not asking something for free what i am asking is what i had paid for and should be given to me on 31 august 2015 today is 17 September 2015 now decide your self.
                    Last advice for your good company your customer care really need proper training they are only wasting company resources.

                        मैंने GSM का एक सीम कुछ साल पहले खरीदा था। मेरा सीम ठीक तरह से कार्य कर रहा था। इसी साल अप्रैल में मेरा का सीम नष्ट हो गया। मैं जब सीम रिप्लेस कराने रिलायंस के बर्द्धमान स्थित कस्टमर केयर के पास गया तो उन्होंने बिना जानकारी दिये मेरे नं .[protected] को प्रीपेड से पोस्टपेड कर दिया तथा 325 रू शुल्क भी लिया। जब मुझे पता चला कि मेरे नं. को प्रीपेड से पोस्टपेड कर दिया। मैंने कारण पूछा तो उन्होने कहा कि पोस्टपेड ही ठीक है। मैैंने उनकी बात मानकर पहला बिल 180 रू. पेड कर दिया। बाद में जब बिल की राशि बढ़ने लगी तो मैंने सीम का उपयोग करना छोड़ दिया तथा इसके बाद कोई बिल जमा नहीं किया। एक महीने के अंदर ही पहले आउटगोइंग सेवा और बाद में इनकमिंंग सेवा कम्पनी के तरफ से बन्द कर दी गयी। मैंने सीम पूरी तरह से इस्तेमाल करना छोड़ दिया। किन्तु बार-बार कम्पनी प्रत्येक महीने का बिल मेरे इ-मेल में भेज रही है तथा भुगतान करने के लिए कह रही है। कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

I got the message for successful recharge, but the intetnet has not started yet. I have complained about the same to the company and they told me it will start. But it has still not started. And what us the use if they start it after the pack is over?

I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack, I have requested to costumer care officers for revers/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate. please advise what we will do.                               On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack,


                              I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate.


                              please advise what we will do.

                              I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance.


                              it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation.


                              but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you.


                              it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation.


                              Requested to you for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/

                              the matter is not resolved, it is fraud with me.
                              it is clear, that I was not request for this service, this was deducted from your site without my permeation.

                              I am using the reliance GSM past two years.Now I given a request for portability more than 15 times. but the message i received is could not be processed. and i submitted the proofs and photo on 08.09.2015.                                 I receive almost 15-20 spam calls from reliance customer care which i seriously find very irritating, they just call you to ask to pay bill even before the due date, that too when the payment record says the payment has always been paid before the due date. This is so frustrating.

                                  Recently I have converted my number ([protected]) to reliance CDMA postpaid connection through number portability and it has been activated from 09 Sept.15. From today(i.e 15 Sept.15) I'm not able to make any std call using my postpaid cdma number (I'm able to call on local number) although I have chosen magic900 plan in which It give me to call unlimited local/std call. since last two days I'm getting a message from 53738 that my account uses is high and pay approx Rs 2106.70. as I have chosen unlimited calling plan so why this message are coming and its stopped std calling. I tried to contact customer care (*222 and 198) by using same number but its not able to connect and saying please check the number.                                   Today my all out going call has been stopped.
                                  I just wanted to resume all services as I have taken reliance magic 900 plan in which all std/local call are free.

                                  No one is picking up the call from customer care, reliance outlets saying that they can't help me so could you please suggest what should I do.
                                  Completely pathetic service, Today I got message that my problem has been resolved for my complain but it is still existing so how did I get message.

                                  Also, I would like to request you to please take care of this thing in future so that I (customer) would not get into any inconvenience cause.
                                  Extra charges have been waived off but I had to pay Rs 308.0 for only 5 days uses of call (as its rental is 450.00 Rs for unlimited calls [magic900 plan]), so if you can do something in this then it would be better.

                                    10th of Sep 2015 Mob no. [protected] I am not getting the desired speed as per the postpaid plan. Plan is of rs 1499 and should get the 3g speed till 5gb o[censored]se but after using approx 300 to 400mb data i got a message saying "Dear costumer, you have consumed 100% of your quota allotted. 3g speed will be throttled to 64 kbps till next bill', and when i complained about this to customer care, they said to ignore this message, but in real the speed got throttled to 64kbps. When i complained again always the telecaller said hold the line while they are checking the details but after that they drop the call. And the last time i complained the answer i get from the customer care is that they can't resolve the issue, SORRY. I even mailed to customer care regarding the issue on 11th of sep with the screenshot of message, but no resolution provided yet and now they are not even responding to my complain. I should get the 3g speed till the usage of 5gb as per the plan but they throttled the speed to 64 kbps after using 300 to 400mb o[censored]se.
