My broadband cable is breakdown since 4 Sep'15 & Everyday I used to complait Reliance[protected] as well as write up so many emails. But, they are giving me assurance that it'll be resolved in next 24 hours. I really don't understand that to fix a broadband cable Reliance took 2 weeks and still not able to fix it. Please update me the status as today is 21 Sep'15 (Monday) & half day is already gone.
Broadband cable is still not fixed, customer care said that they don't have the cable to change.
Should I buy cable for Reliance to fix it.
I am not using the broadband internet since 4 Sep'15. Then, why bill has been sent & asking for full payment Rs.796.86...???
Please explain me if I didn't use the full service & already raised the issue then why I have to pay full payment...???
Kindly re send the bill for billed days till 3 Sep'15 ONLY.

Thanks for joining the broadband cable & resolving the issue after 17 days. I really don't understood for just a 15 minutes task Reliance took so much time to resolve it & due to which my work suffers a lot. It'll not take more than an hour to fix it & it's clearly shows the negligence of Reliance officials.

Please make sure in future nobody face such issues & delayed by Reliance officials to fix it & Never give false assurances over the mail to customer. I am hoping that this kind of negligence will not happen again with any Reliance customer.

Regarding my Billing issue please send me revised bill till 3 Sep'15 for my billing cycle.

Please go through with my detailed history, I never delayed any payments so far. Please resend the revised bill as my broadband connection was not working since 04 to 21 Sep'15.

I am hoping that my genuine request will be consider by Reliance officials.

Broadband Cable Breakdown Since 4 Sep'15 - Comment #2227058 - Image #0
Dear Reliance Communication,

After 17 days the issue has been fixed, but please re-send the actual bill for 24 days as my billing cycle starts from 11 of every month. My broadband cable broke down on 4 Sep'15

So according to my billing cycle it starts on 11 Aug to 3 Sep for 24 days bill has to be charged for Aug'15 month & same calculation will be imply to Sep month billing cycle which starting from 23 Sep'15 till 10 Oct'15.

That means - my plan costing is 699 + 14% Service Tax

i.e. 699 / 30 = 23.30 per day costing
23.30 X 24 = 559.20 + 14% ST (559.20 X 14 /100 = 78)
= Rs 637/-
Hence, the total billed amount which I've to pay is Rs.637/- for Aug'15 NOT Rs 796.86/-

I am requesting you to please send me the actual bill as per the actual calculations for 24 days only rest days I haven't use any service of Reliance.

    I am using reliance gsm service for past 2 years. On 12 September 2015, 07.24 A.M, reliance deducted 10 rupees for internet usage. But in reality i never turned on my internet. I am using Android mobile and APN's was disabled. I called reliance customer care and asked them to file a complaint. But they denied to file a complaint. I have attached screenshots for proof. These images are not fake and are real. For 10 rupees i wont put fake images. But I want justification.

      My reliance number is [protected]. Despite many conplaints there is continuous balance deduction from my number . every time I complain I am assured that the service has been deactivated and no further deductiins will be made but very next day again deductions starts. On contacting customer care there is no response at all. Fed up of your disgusting service. Do refund my money and plz ensure no further deductions are made. And also ensure that your customer executive do respond when made a call... Please stop cheating customers, i will soon shift to airtel.

      After posting this complaint, I got a call from number [protected]. He said he was calling from reliance saying his name is Vijay.
      He said me to provide my Debit card details so he can transfer the amount.

      I request reliance to look into this. Is he actually from Relaince or some fraud?

      Because when i checked this number on truecaller the name appeared as Nadeem, where as he introduced me as Vijay.

      Please look into this Relaince
      Does not look like. Because

      Even today you charged me Rs 3 for VAS.

      Such a pathetic service. DISAPPOINTED.

        Unauthorised deduction of Rs. 36 from my reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] on 16.09.2015 at 11.55 PM. as VAS ADPAY. I did not use any service during surfing while there is no such any service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly and said that server is not responding. I got appellate authority number but no one is picking up call. TRAI should consider my complaint because lot of consumer are facing same problem in my others world its a type of scam. i have all evidence regarding it.

            Respected sir, i janmjay kumar a customer of reliance gsm service holding mobile number [protected], would like to draw your attention towards the unfair deductions and threatening from the customer care of reliance and blocking my number. sir they are deducting rs.3 continuously as vas service. they have deducted rs.3, four times dated 05/09/2015, 08/09/2015, 13/09/2015 and 16/09/2015. As per my complaint the company has sent me message that rs.6 has been posted in your account and vas pack has been deactivated as on 13/09/2015. but again they have charges for vas service as on 13/09/2015 and 16/09/2015.how this could be possible. when last time i ranged customer care they threatened me by saying (hamare paas v do hanth aur do pair hain. ham v bata denge ham kaun hain) and blocked my number. sir, how can i tackle this problem. please help. they are giving me tension. i cant change my number. because this no has been registered at various places. sir please take some strict action against them so that they cant do this to any one else. this is very disgusting and full of tension. sir please do something. thanking you yours faithfully janmjay kumar [protected]

                Hi i am deepshikha das, bought a new reliance gsm sim by paying 252 Rs with frc. Waiting for activation its been more than 2 days still no network. I called 5 times to cust care. The response is: 1st: a lady picked up the call and informed me she is going to create a duplicate account on my name so i will get tower on my sim, then i hav to call any num so it will land to the verification team. She suppose to send me a request num on my alternate num which is vodadone [protected]. I never received any request num and still no network. 2nd: after 9 min holding the line somebody received but no responce. I can hear them chit chatting but not responding on phone. How they are allowed to do so? After receiving cust's call not even bother to put it on mute, simply they are talking to each other which i can hear..what type of cust service is this?? 3rd: somebody received after 10-11 minutes and hung up on me. 4th: somebody received and put me on mute for 5 minutes then i disconnected. 5th: after 9-10 minutes reached a guy, who informed me that i have to dial 59059 from other reliance num to verify my new num, which is [protected].. I informed that guy i do not have any reliance sim as this is the first time we decided to go for reliance then how can i call verification team. I asked him if i can call from my vodafone, is there any other num?? He informed me no i have to have a reliance sim to activate other reliance sim!!! How is it possible??? When i questioned him he hung up on me... THIS IS HOW RELIANCE TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS...

                    I have been mailing reliance since sept 8 2015, In 30th Aug I recharged for Rs 1298 unlimited 3g with no speed trotting for 28 days after one week I am getting 2g speed constantly on my network and other reliance number is getting 3g speed in same area, They have decreased my speed, It's my hard earned money paying so much and reliance fooled me there customer care is pathetic they don't know anything, just telling it will resolve soon..please help me so that reliance don't do this with other customers and learn a lesson.

                      Without any information add dialler tone after that extra cost on call i recherge Rs15 pack in which reliance to reliance call should be 15paise per minute but they are charging 35paise and when i m calling at there customer care number (198, 121, *222, *333) no option is coming to talk customer care executive if we press 9 number the reply omes chosen wrong option.4-5 times automatically dialler tone activated.

                            My contact number is [protected] and my wi-pod number is [protected]. I purchased the Reliance wi-pod on 22 Aug'15. The executive who sold me this gave me wrong information of this. He took around 4-5 days to start it. My wi-pod started working on 26 Aug'15. The speed was very slow. I contacted Customer care several times but there was no response. When I asked them to transfer the call to senior they said there is no senior at the moment. Can you believe this such a huge company and there is no senior at a particular period of time. On 4th sep'15 at 10 p.m. they blocked my number by saying there was no verification for your number, means how this is possible after almost a week you are giving your customer such a lame reason. Then the verification boy came at my house on 9 sep'15 still my wi -pod is not activated. They generated bill of 275INR also. The customer is fool??? If i have used the device I am ready to pay the amount but in this case its not possible

                              Hi, My M.No. [protected], Today dated 16th Sep 2015 VAS charges deducted Rs. 5 at 11:00 AM and Rs. 10 for VAS One97 Subscrip at 6:00 PM. On Yesterday Rs. 5 deducted. I am almost daily call the customer care to refund my VAS but no resolution found. Please resolve it ASAP so that my all VAS charges refunded and not to deduct in future. Thanks, Surender Kumar

                                Hello sir/madam, I''m a Reliance GSM User, My mobile number is [protected]. For data pack activation, i used *129# USSD Code. Where a offer is shown as "Unlimited 2G internet + daily 100 free messages for 28 days at Rs. 149/-" in the special offers section. But instead of these benefits i fot only 2 Gb data usage. I had registered a complaint service request number "[protected]". Few hour ago i got a msg saying "Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance." But still i don''t get the requested benefits. The customer care executives don''t responds to this query. Please help me.                                   First of all your Service is worst. Worst customer care outlet i have ever seen in bangalore. My issue is Everyday my Rs 5 gets deducted for VAS Techzone. I called customer care many times but they dont see any VAS service activated in my number. I tested STOP to 155223, but it says that you are not subscribed to any VAS packs. So, why is balance deducted. I tried calling customer care but the lines always stay busy. I m fed of this service. Whats wrong wid you guys. If this service is not stopped within 2hrs m gonna use MNP to vodafone or tatadocomo.

                                  Your reliance outlet executive says that we cant deactivate this service, call 198. And the executives in 198 who doesnt know any thing. Fed up of visiting the reliance retail store from 20days

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack, I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate. I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance. it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation. but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you. it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation. Requested to you for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/ please advise what we will do, can I register the FIR in Delhi Police? thanks vishwas [protected]

                                      After assurance given by reliance that VAS pack on my mobile has been deactivated., today(24/09/2015) again Rs. 21.00 has been deducted from my balances for the same pack.
                                      same thing is happening every week.

                                        This is my second complain for My Reliance GSM no. [protected]. The number is in Roaming and when i returned my home after 2 days there is a activation of services without my knowledge and also the deduction of balance from main account they are deducting balance on daily basis now before that when i checked my balance, my balance was Rs. 36 but now it reached to Rs.11..and when i try to reach customer care they are not even connecting me to the customer care executive..thn after few days the balance was refunded to me..and i switched off the no. for few days but when i switched the no. again..the balance is zero again.plz take some serious action. plz do inform me if some action will be taken on that complain .. contact no.
