Dear Sir/Madam,
On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack,
I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate.
I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance.
it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation.
but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you.
it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation.
Requested to you for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/
please advise what we will do, can I register the FIR in Delhi Police?
