I tried to lodge the complaint on customer care, but in 20 days, i cuold speak to executive 2 tomes and 2 times they said..system updating, call back aftr an hour..and even IVR not working..nearby reliance store not at all cooperating despite complaining about customer care..hell of a company ..very annoyed

    I have recharged my reliance mobile phone number with 3G internet Pack with1.5GB but on the same day my mobile is showing 2G network. I am facing this problem from 10 days and I made call several times on198 but the reliance costumer care have no knowledge how to solve this problem, they gave me different options those were useless. From 19/09/2015 I couldn't contact to customer care representative since there is no option on198 to directly talk to customer care. Reliance network is really worst.

      I had recharged my pre-paid GSM pack with Rs 111 on the 7th of September, 2015. I did not make much calls upto 10th of September, 2015, and my balance my close to around Rs 109 (approx.) On the 10th of September while making a call at around 8:00 pm, I got the pre-call message indicating that my pre-paid balance was very low (around Rs 6). I wondered why was my pre-paid balance was so low, since I had not made much calls. I called up the Reliance Customer Care and was told that Rs 100 was deducted from my talk time amount because of an international call made at [protected] at 3:20 pm on the 10th of September, 2015, and the call duration was of 115 seconds. I would like to mention that this number does not belong to any of my friends or family numbers, so there is no possibility that I would make such a call. Besides even if this number was dialed accidentally (say the keypad was not locked and suppose the phone was in my bag), I would like to indicate clearly that the phone was not on my hand or bag at that time, it was on a table, and no one had used it at that time. I was being told by Reliance Customer Care that no refund is possible. Kindly look into the matter, and please provide a refund. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com

      I had been asked by Reliance Communications to submit my details regarding the complaint via their Facebook portal. The next day I got a call from them, and my complaint was registered. I was given a ticket number, and within 24 hours my issue was resolved. Reliance Communications did an amazing job with the prompt handling of the matter.

I've recently registered a new connection, but the offer not received from the service provider (Reliance). I call customer care, but not got the balance. Please look into the matter.           Respected Sir/Madam, I am broadband user since last 2 years., my broadband connection is[protected]. my complain is regarding the issue of vendor not coming at the end user point. the matter is just like my internet connection not work last 4 days i did complain my complain is closed without mention us. i second time requested and that time i also call mr. gulshan sir .. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]---... | Server(satyam pan parlore[protected] digi 1(other society's wall[protected]digi 2(2 poe switch jayshakti society) | | [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]---... [protected][protected]--------view of installation[protected][protected] (dt.21/09/2015)they talk with other technical vendor mr. hitesh and all they cant give reply.. i also mention that this problem is not from the server but its from our this digi box only. but they all r refused my technical knowledge. (dt. 22/09/2015)as per gulsan sir i wait for tomorrow 10am . but they dnt come at still 12.00pm so i call to gulsan sir they can take conferance call with the vendor hitesh, hitesh team said that the problem is from Digi1 and where the owner is took ganesha so we cant work their, so i said that time please check my customer end Digi 2 system but they all r refused me that u dnt know how to work... i mention that the other guys have still their internet start so the problem is in my POE 2 switch. so please check... even after at last i told permission manager Mr. jatin sir, gulsan sir give me number talk with him that owner dnt give the permission for Digi 1 ...i told that time Mr. jatin sir actual prob. not with Digi 1 but its from Digi 2 so please check the end point connection but Mr. hitesh refused the my talking n said its dnt work still the ganesh not their... after the evening around 5pm our other reliance broadband custmer call me (my society)that Digi 2 is having house of the nest of bird or any animals. so i checked it and seen the cable was bitten by animal inside the box and just 1 lan cable was to change. i took temporary connection and our net connection work. Dt:23/09/15, Mr, gulsan sir told me ur connection done and our engineer visited ur location. so i replaid sir that its still not work bcz the more cable bitten by the animal. but they dnt listing so i call Mr. jatin that plz do need ful so they dont talk with gulsan sir and direct to say the vendor team hitesh and did my connection at 4 to 5pm today. i go their when the technician come ..they dont listing me and just make connection any how and dnt do good weather proof which i mention in my regular complain. they took the circuit uper box which can protect from rain is also took and u can see the image that how this site is now ...a very good site make a bakwas site ...seeing this one guy of our society which payment of the new connection call the reliance employ that please i dnt want reliance connection so payback my rupees.. ask to ur new connection person.even guy told me that last 2 weeks i told him but still they dont come to installation. even today morning i call customer centre they give me reason of internet is close bcz of 90 Meter cable is cut. what a great vendor is that. really appreciate of technical knowledge. i had 3 year telecom sector technical experience. i already told so much time to Mr. jaisingh prachit (ahmedabad manager or had) but they cnt do it help me. please check the all images.. my intention is that to email please go through the truth of customer not from vendor... i must say that in our nearer area all r going to joined with GTPL broadband. hope u got my point. hope i get good service with new vendor of reliance. if you contact me call on +91 [protected] thank you very much for listing me if the service will not good todays after that we all close the connection.bcz we give good co operate with reliance but u will not. thanks and regards, Ashish Gohel +[protected]

            I am your customer since 2011 but you dont have any consent about the customer's problem. every times i contacted your customer care dept. that worst customer service provider, they never ready to take initiative to resolve the customer problem only wanted how qucik they can disconnect the customer's call. i am continuosly facing network problem, most of the time number is not reachable. i am totally frustrated with the service of yours... whenver i called on customer care number everyone promissed they will give call back but no call back was done.. help me from worst service proivder. can i expect any resolution from your side.                 I am using the reliance GSM service having no. 91+[protected]. My balance have been deducted today for VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack Rs. 5.00 and VAS Hungama GSM Rs. 1.00 even though I have not subscribed to any of the VAS. I also have sent the msg to stop VAS on 155223 but it replied that no services are activated on this no.

                    I had been using reliance net connect dongle from reliance with 599.- plan. from January 2015 onwards reliance upgraded my plan to 999/-(40GB unlimited plan) plan without my knowledge and has been charging me for the same. Even though the changed the billing plan to 999/- the actual plan benefits were not upgraded i.e. after 5GB usage the bandwidth was downgraded to 144kbps. Despite repeated complaints they did nothing to resolve issue, but instructed me to clean-up my PC and sorts of things without really trying to understand the issue. Initially I refused to pay the bill and they have disconnected my connection.
                    Due to some of the my work priority a network connection was badly needed for me and I have agreed to settle the bill and continue the connection with an oral confirmation from the Customer care that I will be getting full 40GB benefits as per the plan. But nothing improved and I have used the connection for 2 months from there on. I have again reported the issue to reliance and they involved the technical team into the issue and the issue has been rectified from their side and I was able to enjoy the full bandwidth of 40GB.
                    Since it was evident that it was error from their side I have called customer care and demanded the compensation for the excess bill I have paid from Jan 2015 till July-2015. They have agreed to take-up the issue but didnt either correct the bill or have given any resolution even after repeated calls to customer care. So I stopped paying the bill and they have disconnected the connection again.
                    Now I am getting pre-litigation notice from reliance as follows. How should I proceed?
                    I have all the mail communications to and from reliance customer care in this regard. Please help.

                    I think I was available thought the day yesterday. And I have made and received so many calls a usual. And I didn't get any notification/alert of any missed call. Please try calling again. Expecting a positive response from your side.
                    The Notice is bogus.
                    I got the notice again and I contacted Ms.Renuka @ [protected]. She was lying that hard copy was sent and repeatedly called my mobile but was not reachable (As usual see their response above :) ).
                    Some how I agreed for an amount and decided to settle down the matter. She made me pay the amount confirming that an official communication with an NOC will be sent to my email. However I am not in receipt of the same mail since One week. And Ms. Renuka doest attend to my repeated calls.
                    So I suggest people having the same issues not to be scared as reliance is trying to cheat as ALWAYS.

                      On my no. [protected] a deduction of more than 4/- each has been done on 19/09 and 21/9 and data plan is not activated on 21/9 despite of deduction of 9/- from my account also from my other no. [protected] they deducted 18/- for no reason and on calling customer care for clarification they even failed to acknowledge the problem forget about solution and written several mails upto appellate but as usual no reply yet I feel they are in habit of doing this.

                        My GPRS pack was expire on 20 September but they close it one day before. They were cut my 114 rupees balance and then I made complaint... They disconnected my call every time. Finally they block my customer support call service... Now I totally helpless and unable to connect customer care.

                          I got the Broad Band connection from Reliance on July last week at the time I have given check payment of Rs.1450/-. The Sales person gave me a combo plan that includes Telephone connection @ Rent Rs.649/- per Month. At the time of giving the connection the Sale person informed me that Someone will call from reliance and give the telephone number, but no one called me and also the phone line dint work. When I raised a complaint and asked for waver for the phone rental they denied giving the waver. From August 1 2015 the connection totally cut down I raised a complaint on the same day but it was not addressed after that I again called to the Reliance office located at nugambakkam Chennai on 8th August 2015. On 10th August 2015 I got a call from Mumbai and then a technician came and replaced the modem. From that time it started disconnecting very frequently and stopped working permanently. Again and again I raised so many complains then I got a call from Mumbai again saying the that the problem is with the modem saying that reliance has given a non-working modem to me. Again they sent 2 more technicians to change the modem; even after this the broad band Is not working. Whenever I raise a complain it’s been closed without the problem resolved at my end. we have to follow-up the customer support guys all the times to get the status of the complaint. No use in talking with the reliance help desk they will not help us they help reliance to get money from the customer. Reliance is cheating and fill their pocket with our money without any service. I took connection 3 months before and paid around 3000/- for a nonworking connection. I can neither get the money back nor get the problem resolved. Frustrated to the core and reliance has cheated me 3000/- so far and i don't want to get cheated further. So kindly help me in getting my money back that I paid so far. I even have the evidence of telephone conversation recorded if necessary i would provide that too. Fraud Company targets to get the money for providing no service. Totally frustrated and irritated by the way the Reliance CC support executives behave. This has become a mental torcher for me and am not able to resolve this problem as no one from the Customer support gives the right information or try to help the customers.

                                  I am much upset over the customer services, i had connectivity problem and called customer care executives, they asked me to wait for sometime, i waited for 30 minutes with no reply from them, three times this happened and now i am barred from contacting them, my problem is not resolved still.                                     My subscriber id is[protected], i want waiver for the duration of 17 - 19August, 22- 29 august, 7-13 September. These are the days when my broad band was not working. And in the requset i made for last duration, without any visit, tecnician changed the status to ' Sought out'. Its a blunder, i musy say. u can also check frequecy of complaints. I m not in condition to keep on complaining after passing of some days. i m very very dis satisfied with all the services- Broadband, assistance on complaints, waiver off, feedback. i hope u understand the problem and will provide a permanent solution of it. it is the height of worst service, i must say..it has been 4-5 days but no information has been received by me from your side. . It is again very sad and ugliest role you are playing for providing resolution. I was expecting some sudden or quick solution of problem through email complaint. kindly do the need full soon...

                                    HI Rajkana,

                                    Evan am facing a same kind of issue ... when ever i raised a complain its been closed with out the problem resolved at my end. we have to followup the customer support guys all the times to get the status of the complain. No use in talking with the reliance help desk they will not help us they help reliance to get money from the customer.
                                    No use its a waste of time, reliance is cheating and fill their pocket with our money with out any service.
                                    Better get rid of the reliance connection.
                                    I took connection 3 months before and paid around 3000/- for a nonworking connection.
                                    I can neither get the money back nor get the problem resolved. Frustrated to the core and reliance has cheated me 3000/- so far and i don't wanna get cheated further so better option is to cancel the connection.

                                      Myself Rajesh Bhanushali & I am from Dhule (Maharashtra) I have given slow Data speed complaints so many times But every time NO SOLUTION and Service Request is closed.. This is worst Service Provider I have attached to.. Complain Details as below SR Request Date [protected]/06/2015 [protected]/07/2015 [protected]/07/2015 [protected] /[protected]/08/2015 and many more i dont even remember I have given Complain for WI-POD (Gave it for free to my friend due to this SLOW SPEED network problem only in my area) & Also have given Complain for RUIM no. [protected] You Reliance guys can punch no. and can check how many times i have given complain but instead of getting my Problem Solved it got worst now I hardly get Speed of 128kb ..were as Company Claims to provide speed on 14.7 Mbps speed...LOL fooling customers Reliance Guys you can Call me on my alternate no. [protected] ( Which i know would never happen)

                                      I had received call from your executive and she has again raised new SR

                                      Sir if you read my complete complain i have mention that i Have given many complains but i never get call from your concern department with solution they just close the complaints (just like they said to you that i was not reachable) an when i ask they say that go to settings do this do that and your problem is solved ...STUPID SOLUTION

                                      About your Network Optimization

                                      I have always said in my Complain that Some times I do get Very Good Speed (near about 800kbps to 1mbps) but within a minutes or 2 ... it again goings to 64kbps - 128kbps or even on 0kbps
                                      were as 1-2 months ago i use to get awesome speed this means that there is some problem with BTS ( Tower ) of which am getting network and even now i have started getting frequently fluctuations in network bars

                                      Am not asking you to provide me PRO3 Speed of 14.7MBPS but would request to atleast provide me 3.1 mbps speed which i was receiving previously for now
                                      They never even try to reach customer, they just get paid for doing nothing

                                      and about your Network Optimization

                                      Am not asking you to provide me the speed of 14.7MBPS am just asking you guys to provide 3.1mbps speed which i was already getting 2 months ago with proper indoor coverage

                                      from last 2 months am continuously saying that previously i was getting speed but from now Speed has gone worst and even EVDO single BARS have gone weaker. and even Network fluctuation has increased

                                      this problem is only with BTS (Tower) from which am getting Network i kindly request to ask your network engineer to visit this BTS and check it

                                        Hi, I was using Reliance Data card from last 3-4 years. I have called Reliance customer service on June 1s to cancel my data card as I was not interested to keep the this any more due to bad network service. I spoke to SHANMUGA on this day. He said he will take the complaint and take the necessary action. But after few days I came to know that he is not taken any action on this. Again on June 3rd I called reliance customer service executive GITANJALI and loged a SR to cancel my connection and she gave me the SR no[protected]. But later still they did not cancel my data card and again I called the customer service(SUSHMITHA) on July 24 and logged another SR[protected]. Still no use, they have not cancelled. Again on Aug 7th I called to know the status on above SR and they said it will be processed on asap. Due to negligence of reliance customer service executive why should I pay the money for which I have not used any data card service. My datacard No [protected] Do I need to go for the customer court to meet the case Office of the Deputy Registrar, 1st Floor Conference hall, City Civil Court, Behind Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore – 560 009 on 29.09.2015 sitting No.432/2015 between 11:30am to 4:00pm.
