Hi, To whom so ever concerned. I made a recharge of Rs. 43 special tariff for making my call rates less from Pune for my Mumbai (+91-[protected]) number however I did not receive any message or prior intimation about the rules changed for Mumbai / Maharashtra numbers effectively from 15th Sept as its now only within Mumbai where you can avail the benefits. I called complaint number 198 (toll-free) on 22nd September and spoke to AJAY KUMAR where he informs me about the above mentioned concern and given dates, when asked to check my current tariff he could not do it as his systems were down, so I asked him to assist on website for the availability of the information for which he denied and said to check it myself. I was very pissed off with his rude and unhelpful behaviour and asked to assist how to port my number out from reliance on return he easily gave me the details without even hesitate of losing a customer. That's when I insisted to speak with supervisor as he was not helpful and sounded rude. He kept the call on hold for a minute or two and call got transferred to the person named ASHUTOSH who addressed himself as his supervisor however I could not speak to him much as he disconnected the call immediately after introducing himself. I was shocked and found very strange as this kind of behaviour from the associate who are working for the multinational company called RELIANCE. Please its a request to take the necessary action against those who cannot treat their customer in polite manner and resolve their issues. It's not a matter that I wasted Rs. 43 it is a matter of value and customer relationship from customer care. I am soon gonna port out my number from RELIANCE and will ensure to never come back to RELIANCE.

    Respected sir, my name is manoj kumar madhani. I am register customer of reliance wi-pod dongle 14.7 Mbps. I write this complaint because of very hesitation and they don't take care about register problems. if you require i give complaint number also currently i don't have sorry for this. Now coming to about about my problem details I raised a complaint about speed it's very dead slow speed so I raised the complaint before 1 month 15 days but till now they don't take care of my problem. Many times I called to customer care but they are also not respond my complaint and now my complaint is suddenly closed with out giving any information to me I am asking this question to customer they are said our networks are down after 2 hours again you call to customer actually I call to customer care at 10:20 after 2 hours means 12:20 is this possible to call this time to me and again I asked to please transfer my call to your higher authorities again they said our higher authorities are not available before this conversation I call to customer one the person answer my call without notify any thing he just closed my call after this the conservation goes on already mention before this one. In this conservation I said I complaint to legal authorities they are said please sir do what you can do this is the I can get from them. Sir please help me to solve the problem . I hope on you you can defiantly solve my problem currently in my area no isp provider is available so i am choosing this actually my plan is 999 + tax means it's around 1238.86. I am losing this much amount. Please solve as soon as possible.

    I submitted the details before 2 days till now i am not getting any call back from you. are you are playing the double game with customers by this type of cheap tricks.

    Even I have given slow speed complaints so many times But every time NO SOLUTION and Service Request is closed.. This is worst Service Provider I have attached to..

    I am from Dhule (Maharashtra)

    I have given Complain for WI-POD (Gave it for free to my friend due to this SLOW SPEED network problem only in my area)
    & Also have given Complain for RUIM no. [protected] You Reliance guys can punch no. and can check how many times i have given complain but instead of getting my Problem Solved it got worst now I hardly get Speed of 128kb ..were as Company Claims to provide speed on 14.1 Mbps speed...LOL fooling customers

    if you Reliance Guys really feel ashamed you guys can Call me on my alternate no. [protected] ( Which i know would never happen)
    till now the problem is not resolved no representative contact on me but you suspended my services.Are you think you are the correct thing doing to the customers.

    How many days it takes to solve my complaint why you closed my complaint without giving any information to me but you are asking pay the bill is this correct to you.

      I have ported (My Number: [protected]) from Airtel to Reliance on 16th Sep 2015 with a 3G plan. FIrstly on the first day my number stopped working for atleeast 6 hours until I called customer care and they told me to call some number to validate and activate my number. after 8 hourws of struggle somehow I have my number working on reliance network but was getting only 2G network and data where I had took a 3G sim and 3G connection. I have a 3G capable phone(iphone 5S), I'm well aware of my network setting .. and I have been more than 50 different places where Reliance claims they ahve a 3G coverage. After calling customer care for atleast 15 times and explaining my issue that I'm not getting 3G network they go through the routine of asking my phone model.. setting and area and then they say"Oh your account is not activated 3G we will raise a request/complaint and it will be resolved in 6 hours" and it happened 5 times they raised a reqquest because I got a SMS with request ID but aftr 6 hourss an automated message arrives that my request is completed. I dont understand what is completed ?? why dont someone confirm if the issue is actually resolved or not. another thing CC team suggests to put the network mode to manual and select Aircel 3G I even tried that and you have to understand I'm not getting the acccess to 3G network on reliance so I see only 2G network on all operators. This is really frustrating that aa simple problem can't be addressed correctly. I really hope this problem will be resolved at the earliest ! Thanks, -Siva [protected]

      No it is not resolved at all. Not even a second I have received 3G network/3G Data on this connection

      What non-sense is this ?

      the technical team person for the complaint[protected] called me and first said
      1. "there is no 3G in karnataka" then why the hell did I have been given an 3G sim and plan assuring that I get a 3G data here.( I know Reliance doesn't ahve 3G but they are dependent on Aircel" but even connecting manually and registering their network I can't get 3G but only 2G neetwork.

      2. "then he checks and says I have to take an ICR plan" I told him that I'm already on a ICR plan

      3. "he says I have to take a 3G plan of 95 or 225 to get" what non-sense is this.. In the rental plan I have been assured that I get 1.5 GB of 3G data every month and whcih I'm not getting and not hopefull that I get ever and you people want me to waste again by opting for another 3G plan(check your rcom site where this plan is listed after selecting the Karnataka circle and provides the details for this plan as I ahve mentioned.

      your technical team persons statments itself are contradicting.. if there is no 3G in Karnataka for Reliance then why is this cheating? I know Relaince is depending on Aircel to provide some 3G in karnataka but I haven't got a sec of 3G even manaully selecting Aircel 3G network.

      And asking me to take a 3G plan is another level of blindliness and cheating to customers.

      Great going guys.. keep it up and I'm waiting for my 3 month period now for numner portability.

        I had purchased Reliance Wi Pod in the month of September 2015.After a few days, on the 17th September afternoon, my device was not getting connected.I contacted the salesperson, he said that my house was not verified.I didnt recieve any calls regarding house verification.He said that the issue will be resolved in the next day.Today is the 22nd of September.Till now the issue has not been resolved.I had talked to the salesperson s manager also.Even he didnt help me.

          I was lost my connection from end of last month August 2015. I was complaint so many times by phone and emails but all complaint status shows it was resolved. But still i'm not getting my connection. I contacted so many times but there is proper response from them. Almost i'm paid 1250 INR with out internet for this month.           They can't able to identify the problems and they said some copper cables broken in their line. It can't be renew now. Finally they made some something and after I was getting working connection but for 4 Mbps plan I was getting just 115 KB browsing speed only like dial-up connection. So finally I decided to cancel my connection and did that. But almost 2 months subscription amount around 2500 INR I wasted with this and I'm expecting they will send some additional bills also in future definitely...incredible reliance...

            20 sep ko mera faltu ka balance kata gya. Compliant krne pr bolo ki sorry galti se cut gya 24 hours main mil jaye ga. It's my complaint no.[protected]. 24 hours k baad bol rahe hai aapka koi balance nahi kuta khush b krlo apko balance nahi mile ga. Aapne senior se baat nahi krwate.               Dear Sir, I purchase data card of reliance communication last year in December. After using its prepaid service for 7 months my retailer suggested me to convert it as a post-paid plan.after converting to post paid and paying advance money of 915. My data card service was terminated without notice.after some days I went to retailer where I got o know that this was done due to address verification negative. Where they just tried my Mobil no. It was mistakenly typed by my retailer.after one month of consistent follow ups. Both reliance customer care is saying that they will neither refund my money nor will activate my data card.                 Hello Reliance Communication, As you said u have posted that waiver is posted but still there is no waiver And again your reliance communication charged VAS service to my same no [protected] on Monday 21st Sep 2015 at 05:15pm amounted to Rs 1.00 then again on same day at 06:56pm u charged the VAS amounted to Rs.3.00 that means todays deduction of 4 Rs, I want that from today onwards I don't want any kind of VAS activation. Plz, Plz request u to stop these services I am really fed up of these deduction.

                  It's been more than 20 days i have applied for portability service from Reliance Communication (Dehradun Reliance store for CDMA). They have charged me 100 Rs and customer care told me its free of cost. And still I have not received any call or message from Reliance side for verification. Number which I was porting : [protected]. They have gave me a sim and told me to wait for seven days (Max) Sim number: RECRUC[protected]OMH I have purchased CDMA mobile ( HTC 826x) now who will going to suffer for that? The sim number (Reliance CDMA) I continuously getting calls from reliance to port my numbers and they don't know my pending request. That very irritating..., Please help.

                      Hiiii, I checked my mobile msgs and found that your company is deducting unnecessary balance deductions multiple times.My number is [protected]. few days before my 30 rs was deducted without any reason.I have called customer care 17 times but no solution.Useless service. I am sick of it. Please have your team validate these charges and initiate refund. Last night, My 11 rs was deducted to 0. Don't know for what service, ur cheap company keeps on cutting balance. Today, when i recharged with 42 rs, again they cut 95 rs from my account. Useless service. I am sick of it and will raise it to TRAI and consumer court claiming reimbursement for these unethical business practices that your company is following.

                          1. Kindly refer my complaints dated 21 Sep 2015 on the subject on social media.

                          2. I got MNP code for my reliance pre paid mob from Reliance Commn and applied for porting to BSNL but network is not being deactivated by Reliance. Due to which porting to BSNL is not possible. Kindly stop network immediately. My alternate number is . Kindly treat it most urgent.

                            I am consumer of reliance CDMA. Now a few days VAS service is activated by company in my mobile number ( [protected], [protected]) & continue deducting Rs. 3 per days in the last 6 days. we are complaining his customer care on regular basis but company did not response against my complaint & He is deducting Rs. 30/- in my both number & his executive is pick complaint call after 15 minute & ignore my complaint every time. I was checked in my mobile by this number 155223 no any VAS service is activate in my both number but continue deduct my amount & . Kindly refund my balance

                              My reliance number is [protected]. Despite many conplaints there is continuous balance deduction from my number . every time I complain I am assured that the service has been deactivated and no further deductiins will be made but very next day again deductions starts. On contacting customer care there is no response at all. Fed up of your disgusting service. Do refund my money and plz ensure no further deductions are made. And also ensure that your customer executive do respond when made a call.

                                Hi, I was using VODAFONE sim, this month i started getting calls from the reliance regarding the offer if i port my number from VODAFONE GSM to RELIANCE CDMA. So I finally decided to port my number from VODAFONE to RELIANCE CDMA. Finally my number get port on 16/sept/2015; Since i was not having the CDMA phone so i visited reliance store situated at KHARGHAR add- shop no.- 35, crystal plaza bldg, hiranandani complex, sector-7, kharghar navi mumbai-410210 I bought (HTC Desire VC) handset worth Rs. 7000 on 17/sept/2015 . At the time of purchase person at the store told me warranty on the handset is of 6 month. Handset started creating problem from 18/sept/2015. Description of defect: 1.Two Dot on the screen. 2. Creepy sound from the phone. 3. When internet is on then, its getting hangged. Call not getting connected. Since Sunday(20/sept/15) Store was closed, So i visited to RELIANCE STORE Kharghar on monday evening. But person at the store not in mood to entertain me. He gave me statement that these handset have no warranty as this are US unlocked pcs. He was so rude & not even know how to talk to customer, first thing if i am buying something from RELIANCE STORE just because of brand and service. but if RELIANCE STORE cannot take the responsibility for the product which they are buying.                                   I bought this Reliance GSM sim number [protected] just a few days back when I moved to Delhi. I stay in Gautam Nagar, near AIIMS. I have never had problems in receiving signal on my phone ever. But in my room where I stay I never receive signal. My phone is always on Emergency Calls Only mode always. My parents and friends always complain that my phone is always unreachable. I have to go to the nearby park to receive signal of Reliance, where it works perfectly. But as soon as I enter my room it does not receive any kind of signal. I talked to a customer care executive and he bluntly said that he will not lodge any complaint. I was very angry because I explained to him a thousand times that my phone is perfectly fine. I have an Idea sim in the sim 2 slot and I receive strong signals on it. Even when I interchange slots there is no result. The executive started blabbering that according to his reports I have had long calls and there is no question about any signal problem. I tried telling him in the most efficient way that brother, whenever I need to use your sim I need to come to the park to talk where your sim works fine. I can talk in the park as long as I wish but not in my room which is on ground floor. But he did not listen and started to say that my phone will be cut as he thought that I had no problem which is ridiculous. I requested him to lodge a simple complaint which is my right as a consumer. But he refused even that. I want the signal to be better in my room on the ground floor. Is that a big deal? Or should I keep dancing all the way to the nearby park everytime I need to make a call? Couldn't a simple complaint be lodged by the executive?

I think they are providing 1g service and charging for 3g. There is no. network for 3g or even for 2g available. Many complains done but ...                                       My connection has been closed from April 2015 after paying all outstanding amount. For that inactive account, they are keep billing every month. I sent so many emails explaining the scenarios with proofs for connection termination. So far no one replied, but I am getting all kind of legal threads for outstanding amount for inactive account.

                                        As my datacard (reliance 3) is not working properly, i filed a complaint on the the reliance customer care (toll no:[protected]) and the complaint number is[protected] on 12-Sep-2015.i raised a complaint on the coverage problem. The signal is varying continuously from 1 bar to 4 bars. Usually in my place near sriperumbudur, chennai, Tamil nadu the signal strength will be 3 or 4 bars (constant signal strength) in HSD mode. But now it is only 1 bar. And i have a balance of nearly 10 gb till[protected]expiry date). But i cant even use any of my data because of the slow net. 3 days back i called customer care they said "please to wait because the complaint is under process". And today i again called them they said "it will take around 90-120 days to rectify and your complaint is closed". And they refused to say what was the problem. And I asked them "what about the validity of the data unused" and they replied "they cant help with that". Which will be around 800 rupees will be lost for me which is unfair. This type of issue is occured many times to me in fact i had filed complaint more than 3 times about this but they did nothing. But now my concern is losing 800 rupees. Plz give me solution for this issue.
