Refer to my earlier complaint . No action taken yet. I has been a very shamefull experience with Reliance communiction that my balance which was 310 on the date of recharge now comes down to 69 by deducting as VAS charges. I have hardly use 50-60 for calling purpose. I want immediate refund in my balance.

    I am regular customer of Reliance since last 15 months. I was quite satisfied with reliance broadband services. But now from 20 days i am facing trouble. My internet is not working. I complained regarding this with local area person, technical head and customer care. But i did not got any satisfied response. I came to know that Due to unavailability of wire, internet is not working. But surprisingly I want to state here that If wire is not available than HOW YOU CAN GIVE NEW CONNECTION. My neighbour got new connection 18 days before. I also came to know that local area person cut our wire and give new connecion to other person. I did not understand what is happening. Does Reliance cheat with old customer to make new one. Hope I will got some positive and true response soon.       Sir, I recharged my mobile number [protected](reliance communication) with 300 rs on 03-Septemper-2015. Then i selected "unlimited 3g offer for 28 days fro 289 rs". I got the message "Congratulation! 3G289 has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank You. Reliance". Soon i got 1 mb data and 289 rs deducted leaving me 11rs in my balance account. Then when i used data services that 1 mb got consumed and then my 11 rs in balance account and then internet got stopped. I tried that day calling but there were not any answer in customer care. On 4 September i again called customer care and they registered two complains and told me that i would get all my data i.e unlimited 3g for 28 days and 11 rs back in 24 hours. My service request number are[protected] and[protected]. after 28 hours and 6 minutes i received two sms stating both of my request have been processed.i tried using internet but again my balance got deducted. neither my 11rs were refunded nor data service were provided. Then i went to reliance store and complained there and they did the same and registered the complain with service request number[protected] on 5 september 2015 and on 6 again i got sms that it has been processed but again nothing happened. Then again i went on 8th September 2015 and again they registered service request number[protected] and today i got the same message that it has been processed. but again it is not solved. now i am irritated and frustrated over reliance communication. Today on[protected] they told me that since I didn't recharged on the same day of receiving the offer in my inbox inbox I won't get benefit. They didn't publish or inform this type of rubbish anywhere and if it so why my balance has been deducted. Now they also say they can't check if my claims were true since they only have records ofof last 3 days My number [protected] is registered to my name( Srajan Saxena) and comes under MP and CG area. Please help me

        Dear Sir, I made a complaint about my Reliance CDMA phone # [protected], however I noticed they have refunded Rs.140/- but it is Rs.40/- less which I suppose to get and another issue. As per the advertisement of Reliance I recharged an amount of Rs.188/- to get an offer of 30 paisa per minute last month validity one year. For some days it works fine now they have started charging 1 rupee 15 paisa. They don’t have any consistency in their business and looks like cheating people. Please look into this matter. As always thank you very much for your kind attention and cooperation in this regard.

        In regards to the mentioned discrepancy my wife visit your Reliance web world (virar) and got this response from your vendor that, the amount deducted from my Ac is because, they were being told by the government to do so. Please check it out I don’t think the information provided by your vendor is correct; people who give wrong information’s are very dangerous also jeopardize the reputation of the company.

          Wow !! im back doing this again.. long story short.. my connection was cancelled cause of late payment(agreed my fault cause i get paid late) I call the customer service number and tell them to start it back up cause i can only pay it online.. So on a promise to pay basis they gave me 24 hrs of connectivity.. this conversation happened around this time last night which means i only have a few minutes or maybe an hour remaining. Since last 23hrs or so http://myservices.relianceada.com/storeOnlineCaptureInstantPayment.do IS NOT WORKING !!! i click on the link enter my ID and email and then like most of the talent in your customer service team... NOTHING !!! I call up customer service again and the rep tells me that her manager *which im sure is a harward passout* tells her to inform me that there might be a network outage. I tell her everyother website is working except yours.. SO YOU GUYS EITHER SEND SOME ONE TO MY PLACE TO COLLECT THE MONEY. OR get a better back end team to handle outages on your website which is stopping me from paying you.. WOW !!! Having said that.. I do not want my internet connection to stop. Also.. since last 2 months im telling people in the CS team to terminate my landline connection cause i only want the broadband.. im supposed to be charged 750 or 850 a month not 1100... u get my drift kind sir ????

                  Last month I recharged my number with your 3G DATA pack, in you give 2GB data, with free WA, FB, and Twitter. Surprisingly, I received only 1.5 GB data. I tried calling your customer care number 198, on which your brilliant and smart CCE told me that him system was down, and he asked me to call you back after a while. Feeling cheated, but still with some hope, today, I tried recharging my number once again, with your another Data recharge of Rs. 247, in which you give 1.5 GB 3G Data with free WA, FB, and Twitter. And more surprisingly, this time i received only 1GB Data.

                      Hi, I had bought Reliance wipod connection from a reliance agent for 2500 Rs, which I later got to know that it is generally provided free of cost. My device details : MDN : [protected] battery : 2200mAh speed : 14.7 mbps cost : 2500 /- (even though the cost on website is 1799 Rs ) I asked for the bill but the agent stopped picking my calls after he sold this. He had committed that he will provide me the bill, still he started ignoring my calls intentionally. Then I kept using this device. But I could not connect to a single site easily. Their speed is frustratingly slow at my area, even when they claim 14.7 MBPS as their speed. I raised number of compliants against it but they just kept avoiding solutions and did nothing. All the executives. I can list out a few numbers which I contacted and who did not help at all : [protected] -- This is the cheat guy who sold me wipod, did not give me bill after he promised and kept ignoring my calls. [protected] - Umesh -- He is branch manager for Kalyani Nagar Reliance -- He had my complaints which he also duly neglected for some time until I stopped chasing them. I made almost 50 follow ups in all or even more. [protected] -- This is the landline number for Reliance netconnect branch Kalyani Nagar. I also had many email communications with [protected]@relianceada.com ; [protected]@relianceada.com ; and few more reliance care emails. I have all those emails with me and I can easily sue them for my loss due to their pathetic service. I want to claim all the losses incurred. Financial and mental. Manoj [protected]

                          I am using reliance 3G internet service of their unlimited plan of Rs 1298 for 28 days. After 10 GB data usage i am getting slow internet speed as like 2G speed, I feel the company has cap speed to my number. My mobile always show H+ network but not getting the speed like 3G. Please take necessary action against company and solve the problem.

                          Reliance 3G unlimited plan of Rs 1298 is big cheat with consumers. Never take such plan, Company is giving 20-25kbps data speed after 10GB usage. They were cap the data speed. I am facing the big problem with slow speed, I have good towar signal, H+ network but internet is not work like 3G speed, It is slower then 2G.

In between once i talk with customer care centre for the problem, they said you have not sufficient balance in your main account balance, please recharge the account with some amount, but the internet is running slower tha 2G. Now i want my money back from the reliance communication, because I an not frequently using their internet service from last 13 days.I want my money back. This is cheating with consumer, please take some action against company.

                          Every day i am trying to contact with customer care in their site, when i am submit my complain the page says Unexpected system error has occured. Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later. I have 3 more days left in expireing of my data pack validity. I had use data pack only 7 out of 28 days. The company is responsible to pay my money back due to i had not used their internet service. please some body suggest suggest me, where i lodge my complain against reliance to recover my financial loss and mental harassment.
                          The problem is still persists and not getting connection to company's customer representative person. company is cheating with customer.
                          After the 10 days of complain through consumer complaints forum the problem is same. In between once i talk with customer care centre for the problem, they said you have not sufficient balance in your main account balance, please recharge the account with some amount, but the internet is running slower tha 2G.                             Yes but did not get update on waiver for 15 days. Internet has not been working for 15 days in 2 months. No update from customer after reminder. Please follow up on the same.

                            I will remove connections if I will not get waiver after such inconvenience of internet failure for 15 days in 2 months.

                              No problem solve .they are blocked my number thats why I can't connect with customer care..no unlimited data benefit giver to me. My balance will dedected . plz solve my problem.

                                    Hi, I have paid rs 1300 to reliance executive on 28 july 2015 and on 1 Aug 2015 I received an email from reliance that your customer Id is generated[protected] and your connection will installed within 5 days. After sending emails and many followups with customer care executive they are unable to install my connection because the box available near my house is full. They are not going to expand box or shift anyone else cable to other box. They are waiting for someone to disconnect near my house than only I will get connection. They kept my money in their account and i am facing mental harassment. Kindly do the needful in this regard Thanks Raman Chauhan [protected]

                                      All my bills are always paid on time . No dues on me. Still my porting request always gets rejected with message "Rejected by Donor". Reliance customer care people say that we are ready to release your no and we are not rejected your request as per our records. Other companies say, we can't take the process further because your current service provider is not giving clearance on this and rejecting your porting request. It has benn more than 3 months that I am struggling to get my Reliance CDMA number ported to any GSM network.

                                        Have a reliance net connection - [protected], did not received the bill for the month of June, Which delayed the payment, spoke to customer care and asked relaxation of Rs 100 (Late fee), customer care agreed and requested to make the payment without late fee, made the requested payment. Despite paying the bill, got an sms stating my number has been debarred. However i am being charged from July till date despitemy number being barred. Reliance is asking me to make a payment of Rs 1170 now (July and August). I have written to Reliance customer care team and am following on regular basis, without any success. I have even spoken to their customer care, no one provides any resolution. Since last couple i have started receiving sms about legal action. They have literally started harrassing me without any fault of mine, why do i have to compensate for someone's mistake. Want reliance to provide proper justification, i would want them to resume my services at the earliest or atleast repay back my deposit amount of Rs 1200, will hand over the dongle once the payment is made.
