I am a reliance 3G user for the past 1 year. Problems regarding poor 3G network started coming up since first day of purchase. There is no or very less network coverage in my region (Ghaziabad/Noida) as compared to earlier. I am writing this review as I don't want others to fall in the trap of lies and then repent afterwards, anyone thinking about using or buying Reliance 3g Netconnect plz think do so only if you have ample amount of time and incredible patience to bear with insult and lies .     I am a customer of reliance using CDMA Prepaid service, Delhi. From past 2 months I am facing a lot of issues in cdma network. I have 2 CDMA Prepaid numbers, and I am facing same problem in both. Neither I'm able to make calls, nor I'm able to receive them. There's problem in both incoming and outgoing. When other person dials me, it says "no. not reachable". When I try to make calls, call cant be placed, and it eventually hangs up. If by chance a call is placed or received, there's a lot of voice disturbances. Both sides can't hear the voice properly. I'm really frustrated by this connectivity issue. I'm facing this issue everywhere, especially at my home location. Already purchased new device and new sim in this regards, but no help. I've been trying to connect with customer care through calls, but they couldn't help. Most of the time they are facing some technical issues or they just tell me that this won't happen again. Haven't had a single sign of resolution of my problem even once in past 2 months. I'm terribly frustrated and it seems like I'm carrying a brick in my pocket, instead of a phone. Please look into this matter as soon as possible, and resolve my problem, or place a network booster at my location. Else i'll have to port my numbers to some other operator, and will ask everybody to stop using reliance immediately. My numbers are : [protected], [protected]

      Hi, I have been facing issues with Reliance Pro 3 for the past 3 weeks. Every time I called the customer care number they told me the technical department will call back in 24 hours. They did call but only to tell me 1) To delete browser cache and it will be solved in 24 hours. 2) tower is down again 3) They suggested I visit the reliance store to check if the device is faulty. The reliance store team updated the software on the device and it seemed to work fine for a few minutes and went back to a crawls speed of 50 Kbbs at the store it self, clearly not the promised 14.6 Mbps speed or any where remotely close to it. The store guy washed their hands off saying there is nothing else they can do, please escalate the complain with the customer care. No one called back again to check on the problem, I called them again on 22nd April 2015 and they said this time they will check the tower in the area and some one will call back in 24 hours. 24 hours went by and Internet is still very slow. I called them again on 24th April 2015 and asked to speak to the supervisor after customer care executive suggested she will escalate the issue and that I should wait another 24 hours for a call. After nearly waiting for 5 minutes to be connected to the supervisor. I was told by the executive that I will now be connected to the supervisor and soon immedietly the waiting tone came the call was cut from Reliance side. I am fed up of waiting 6 minutes to just speak to an executive and to not get a solution. My datacard number is [protected]. Reliance has the worst customer care service and the worst network.       Reliance Pro3 Wifi connection is a big sham started by reliance . They boast of 14 MBS speed but could nit provide speed of even 01 Mbs even in the Delhi forget the roaming network. They customer service are the most pathetic service. Every time you call their executives requests to call back and never calls.

      You call back, the excuse is ' we called - you were not reachable'. Sorry I don't use reliance that I always am be unreachable !!!

      The executive would sold me the connection has gone underground !!


      So anyone planning to buy reliance --- deal on your own risk .

        Hi, I have Applied for Broadband Connection 3.5 months Back .After few days They said This connection is not feasible at your location.So i said to Refund my money . Still three months have gone and i didn't receive a single Pennie of my amount. Not a singe person is helping to resolve my issue .                   In January I placed a request to convert my phone ( [protected] ) from postpaid to prepaid. All the relevant documents regarding this were submitted to RCom. But it's 23.04.2015 and I am still struggling for my 15 year old to get activated either in postpaid or prepaid. As per RCom my number is active in prepaid but still not able to receive or make calls due to there technical problem, this is the statement from there customer care department. Also being my number in postpaid i am still paying my prepaid bills every month. I have contacted the nodal officer too but no result.

                  Don't know how a connection can be on papers in both prepaid as well as in postpaid at the very same time. Where the incoming and outgoing facility is barred for last four months.

                      Hi, My name is Amit Vinchhi. I am from Rajkot, Gujarat. I had a Reliance NetConnect dongle with number [protected]. The dongle device got broken before 7 months. So to cancel the service for that dongle I made a call to Reliance customer care[protected]. I was told by a customer care executive that "their servers are down and they are not able to check the details. Please call after some time". I tried calling again after some hours, next day and continued on alternate day. Each time they kept saying the same thing that their servers are down. I knew that even though their servers down, I will have to pay extra charges for each day. Near about 15 days passed. I went to the Reliance Store located at Hanuman Madhi Chowk, Rajkot. There were two girls at the counter in the store. They told me the same thing that servers are down. To my surprise, THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY DONGLE TERMINATION REQUEST. They told me that I can terminate this service only by calling Reliance customer care. Finally the day came, their servers were up. I registered the termination request for the service on Reliance customer care toll-free number. I was provided the request number:[protected]. After some days I received the bill. Normally I used to receive the bill of Rs. 702 each month. But the bill I received at that time was for Rs. 468. I felt it was the final settlement bill. I paid the bill on time. Note that, due to the fact that THEIR SERVERS WERE DOWN, they could not register my request and as a result I had paid extra money (more than 15 days) without using their services. But it was OK for me that I got rid of that thing. Some months passed. No communication or bill from Reliance. Suddenly, I received a bill for Rs. 702 for the dongle service. I was shocked that the service had been cancelled and after 3-4 months why I got the bill again? After some time a person from Reliance called me for the payment of the bill. I explained the scenario to him and he understood. But after that call, I continued to receive such calls and each time I had to explain the same thing. They told me that I should call Reliance customer care. So I called Reliance customer care and again explained the scenario. From customer care, they told me to go to Reliance store. So I went to Reliance store. At Reliance store, I again explained the scenario. The person at the counter understood the situation. He checked the details and did something so that new bills do not get generated. He told me that whenever I receive the call from Reliance next time, I should provide the dongle termination request number "[protected]" to them and the calls will be stopped. Next time when I received the call from Reliance for the bill payment, I provided the request number and I was told that from then onwards I would not receive any calls for the payment. But it was completely wrong. I kept receiving the calls again and again. Sometimes three times a day. Still I am receiving the calls and each time I am explaining the situation to the person on the call and each time providing my termination request number to them. But nobody is taking any step for this. It is a really great mental harassment by them. They are asking for money for their fault. It is their fault: how can the bills get generated again for the cancelled service? and how can they ask me for the bill payments? Kindly help me to get rid of these calls. It has been around three months that I am receiving these calls. I am really tired answering and explaining the same thing again and again. Sometimes two-three times a day. From last some days, I am receiving the calls from the persons speaking local language (Gujarati). These are some of the numbers from which I am getting the calls: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Now they are asking for Rs. 1333. Please kindly help me and save me from this mental harassment.                         i have done many complaint to customer care and problem got resolve without confirming to me. i am still facing this is slow speed and no connection is completely Dead. Could you please TERMINATE MY CONEECTION i have paid 1800 already for 1 month and my frustration level is bit HIGH this is most ridicule's service provider ever in INDIA.People in Kondhwa area do not take connection from PRAKASH HIS NO IS[protected]. he will say 2 or 4 mbps but he provide less than 300kbps plan and never pick your phone if say about speed.

Rajendra to reliance office at wonworie branch he told me he will help but can't find my complaint plz raise new complain he told me he will send the technician tommrow and the person who told you that my issue resolved is LIAING don't why.                             how much time u take to resolve my problem, every time you just drop me message that your reperenstive call me me but nor ur executive call me, i will go to consumer forum now, this to much u guys are so unprofessional, have you work properly or just sit in office and do gossip, just wait and watch,

                              Hi, Since last more than one month I am facing harassment from Reliance Communication. My Name is Mayank (Mobile No : [protected], Pune). I am using reliance pre paid connection. They are deducting the amount from my balance whenever they want. And when I call customer care, and asked why you have deducted the money they never responded to this question. And saying we have refunded the money which was deducted. They are refunding my money when I call them. If I forgot to ask within 2 -3 days, my money will be gone. The way they are responding to my question of why you are deducting my balance and activating new schemes without informing me, that clearly indicates that they are doing it intentionally. If consumer forgot to call them and if they don’t ask for the refund, they will get revenue from it. This is new business model has been adopted by the RCom. This has happened with me more than 5 times in month. Sometime they are deducting money 3 times in a day.

                                The Reliance no what they are claiming is not mine and have never uses the same. I have talked to customer care the number which they are telling is prepaid connection and the same has been terminated. How the prepaid connection payment will be balanced. Kindly resolve the issue

                                  I am Kumar Abhishek, I recharged my number [protected](Reliance GSM, Bihar) by 247 after recieving an SMS mentioning 1 GB 3G and 150 Rs. Talktime against it.. But they credited it in Promo Balance.. I am in roaming and now they r saying that I cant use it.. I am also unable to connect to any Customer Care number.. :(

                                  I live here permanently with a roaming pack.. So, how will I avail the talktime..it was not mentioned in SMS that they will give promo balance.. I am unable to call any of the customer care numbers..

                                    There have been auto-deduction of amounts frequently from my mobile No-[protected] .Last time it was Rs.5/-(Rupees five) on 22-04-15. When tried to trcontact the Cust.care, my call was first abruptly cut merely informing me my "balance" and then put on hold for an indefinite time announcing that "my call was important for them".

                                    Now-a-days, they are playing good tricks. Previously, they would cut your amount, u tak d pain f calling cust care, ur amount wud be refunded with an apology. But now d scenario has comlpetely changed. They cut d amount(u ll gt a msg regarding d same i[censored] r lucky or u man't evn receive a msg) at their wish. then suddnly u find urself groping around for balance as d phone abruptly gets disconnected due no balance. Then u call d cust care...See what tricks (i better say nonsese tricks) they adopt...Toiling hard when u r directed to press sm numerical key(say...9) to talk to customer care secretary...and u press(hoping atleast to lodge a complaint to d effect) ur call abruptly(better i say deliberately) gets disconnectey merele informing u ur balance and Thanking u for calling them OR ur call ll b promptly put into d waiting mode indefinitely informing u continuously that ALL D CUST CARE SECRETARIES R BUSY, 1F THEM LL ATTEND TO U SHORTLY AND UR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO THEM...This is the trend and practice adopted especially by Reliance communications.

                                      I have been using Reliance wire line Internet connection in Chennai Besant Nagar area for the past 1 year. I have never seen a company handling cusotmer without any basic responsibility. My internet connection is not working since 6th April 2015. I have nearly registered 7 or 8 complaints with the helpdesk. Everytime when i call them to check the status of my ticket, they communicate me that the ticket is in resolved status and the connection has been restored. But actually the connection has never been restored. Without any confirmation from the customers they simply resolve the tickets just like that. The best part is I got bill asking to pay the monthly billing event eventhough there is no connection. When i try reaching the line man in my area, he is asking me to switch to a different service provider if reliance wireline connection is not working. I m totally surprised by his answer. Decided to move out of reliance wireline broadband internet connection. Don't ever think of getting reliance connection. Beware!!!

                                        Dear Team, Hope this finds you well. I cannot express how furious I am at this point with the service provided by Reliance. (I am glad I am not a customer and would make sure nobody in my circle or to my most furtherest contact know ever joins reliance) I would request you to go through the mail trail to see how I was conned by their representative or whoever that was that visited my doorstep for an installation after I called the RELIANCE HELPLINE number requesting an installation. I was basically charged Rs.1430/- by their representative and given a proper receipt which I have attached and sent them with the mail trail repeatedly but the installation never happened. Having raised anonymous number of complaints they do not bother to give me a resolution. I let it go that time but why should I for a fault of their company’s? I would be sure to post this complaint to every single social media site/ blogs/ nodal officers/ consumer court till I get a refund of the money paid. Hope you could help in getting this sorted.
