I have reliance GSM prepaid number in which I'd activated 2G service on my number but its not working from last 3 days. Whenever I am calling to customer care they said we are not able to understand your query hence I am transferring the call and then they put my call on hold more than 20 to 30 minutes after that it gets disconnected if again I am calling them IVR says Thank you for calling reliance and disconnect the call. What the hell they are doing? Expiry date of Internet monthly plan is 31 March 2015 but if its not working than what's the use of it????

    SIR/MADAM ON 5TH MARCH 2015, REGHARGE OF RS 117 3G NET PACK ON RELIANCE GSM MOBILE NO.[protected] WAS SUCCESSFUL AS REFLECTED FROM THE SMS SENT BY RELIANCE TO MY MOBILE.BUT THE BENEFIT OF 3G NET PACK WAS NOT CREDITED TO MY NUMBER [protected].ACCORDINGLY I MADE A COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ON 6TH MARCH 2015 AND THEY LODGED A COMPLAINT VIDE NUMBER[protected] AND CONFIRMED THAT THE ABOVE BENEFIT WILL BE CREDITED WITIN 48HOURS BUT TODAY(8TH MARCH 2015) WHEN I CONTACTED THE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THE FACT THAT EVEN AFTER WAITING FOR 48 HOURS FROM 6TH MARCH 2015(THE DATE OF LODGING MY COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE) I DID NOT GET THE BENEFIT OF 3G NET PACK ON THE ABOVE NUMBER, ON 8TH MARCH 2015 EVEN, THEY SIMPLY TURNED INTO A DEAF EAR TO ME WITHOUT CARING ABOUT MY HARD EARNED MONEY WORTH RS117 USED IN THE TRANSACTION. TILL DATE I CONTACTED THE FOLLOWING RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES FOR SOLVING THE ABOVE PROBLEM--HARPREET, ASISH AND OTHERS.NEITHER THEY ARE GIVING ME THE BENEFIT NOR ARE THEY REFUNDING ME THE MONEY.KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST BECAUSE THE VALIDITY OF THE RECHARGE IS 30DAYS; ALREADY 4DAYS ARE GONE SINCE THE RECHARGE IS DONE ON 5TH MARCH 2015.

      i am hardeep singh from himachal pradesh and my no is [protected] i am facing problem last 5 days my mobile balance deduct automatic around 200 hundred something deduct any reason i hv called to customer care some they pickup my called then i give the complain then he saying sorry for that by mistake your amount deduct then he saying that we will refund your amount within 1 hours but till now i am not getting my amount refund now i am trying customer care no but he is not response now please refund my amount otherwise i am going to consumer court for complain.

        I am unfortunately a reliance broadband customer for more than a year.My customer id is[protected]. I got a call regarding my bill on 28th feb. and the girl spoke to very rudely and in a insulting way.She said in hindi, "agar haisiyat nhi hai bill pay karne ki to connection kyun lagwate ho' and this was the first time my bill was late and that too for 10-12 days only. i lodged a complaint on 28th feb. with their customer care.complaint no. is[protected].They assured me that they will resolve it in 48 hrs.Then i called on 3rd March to know the status and they said it is in progress then i spoke to their floor manager Mr. Pragyan and he assured me he will resolve it in 24 hrs and he gave me new complaint no.[protected]. Then i called on 5th feb.and they said it is still in progress and they will arrange a call back in 24 hrs.They again gave me a new ref. no. [protected].But again as expected i did not receive any call and they disconnected my internet.I told Mr. pragyan that i will pay the bill as soon as you resolve the complaint.Their customer care told me i need to pay me jan bill and my internet will resume.I needed internet on weekend for my office work so i paid bill on 6th feb. I asked them when will my internet resume, they said in a short time.Maximum time is 24 hrs to resume.So i waited till next day and i again called.They again said it will resume in 24 hrs and they have marked it on high priority.They gave me complaint no,[protected].And again today after 24 hrs it is still not resumed.I again called and they said it will resume shortly but they can not commit any time period. My whole office work is pending because of their inefficiencies .I am calling their customer care and getting new timelines but with no action. Still my internet is not working and my complaint of 28th Feb. is not resolved.I have wasted so many hours calling their customer care.I want to file defamation and harassment case against them.Please guide me what to do?

            Dear Sir/Madam, I (Ashutosh Dubey) had purchased the number [protected] and provided signed photocopy of my passport as address proof. The new number was purchased on 23 Jan 2015. The sole purpose for buying the number was to use as 3G Dongle for internet. On 29 Jan 2015 I recharged the number online for RS 2999 according to which i was to get 30GB 3G data valid for 6 months. The number has been suspended for services due to insufficient CAF details. I had resubmitted a new CAF with the same details at Viman Nagar Pune branch. The CAF number submitted was[protected] on 1 Mar 2015. But till now no action has been reverted. On dropping a mail for requesting to revert with the status, every time i am being redirected to resubmit the CAF at any reliance outlet. This is happening inspite of being an old customer of reliance for using [protected] number for Voice Call Services from last six years. The alternate number has been provided as [protected] on the CAF, yet there has been no action on part of Reliance Netconnect services. Please resolve my complaint ASAP. I have spent Rs 2999 but not able to utilize the services. However another mail for the available balance reverted that I still have about 29 GB 3G Internet balance but cannot use it due to temporary suspension of the number.

              I Purchased a Reliance Pro 3 Wifi device on 2nd March 2015, The next day verification team called me for verification at 3.25 PM when I was in office. They asked me all the details and I told him all the details and told that if you want to meet me physically then please come tomorrow i.e (4th March) before 1 PM, then he told that not a problem I will come.But the person did not come and send the verification feedback as negative. I called that person after got the message and asked about the verification then he told do not argue with me and please go and meet your sales person. The next day (5th March)i went to reliance outlet and told about this, they send a mail to verification team for re-verification. But i didn't get any call. Then again today (7th March) i went to Reliance outlet and told the same regarding this, they again send a mail that today they will come for verification and it will be resumed but no result. I visited to outlet in evening and they told by Monday it will done. This type of poor service reliance has provided to me. I am really frustrated on this. I jut want tell you one thing that end of the day I will only pay the bill and device cost, So at that time they are not going to compromise, they why we should for a irresponsible verification person and why we have to wait long. Please help on this.

              As you have mentioned in the mail that it will take several days, i just want to know how many days you want me to wait for this silly thing and I know this is a very simple thing which should take hardly 1-2 hr but for your team's irresponsibility and negligence towards customers it is taking time.I already faced a lot of problem and I waited a lot and so in this situation you want me to wait for several days again.I just do not understand what type of service you are providing and you are again talking like as usual.

                  Sir My name is Kamal Kumar and mobile number is [protected] postpaid and before some months my nunumber is deactivate I go to your outlet Shop no 17 Ground Floor Near main outer ring road Behra EEnEnclave paschim vihar - 110087 and submit 500 rs as a security and bill payment when I switch on number the number defrent when I say to him they said to me we change your number after some time and after some time number is changed but charged to me number choise and late payment of bill but I give payment before due date they say me we waver your bill but nothing happened now they not receive my calls and now my outgoing is off I already complaint my complain number is[protected] Reliance not take a action plz help me my alternate number is [protected] I think I want to complain in consumer court

                    I AM USING NETCONNECT+ AND POST PAID MOBILE CONNECTION . THE NETCONNECT NO [protected] WAS DISCONNECTED EVEN AFTER PAYING BILL . I NEVER MAKE CHECK PAYMENTS TOWARDS THI BILL. THE COLLECTION PERON COLLECTED THE BILL PAYMENT FROM US ON JAN 26, 2015 BY CASH AND N MADE PAYMENT TO RELIANCE ON FEB 9, 2015 BY CHECK. THE CHECK WAS BOUNCED AND THE CONNECTION TO NETCONNECT AND POST PAID MOBILE WAS BARRED . EVEN AFTER MAKING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN CUSTOMER CARE AND RELIANCE MOBILE WORLD, PUDUCHERRY . I also track my main account balance as on 05.03.2015 is more than Rs.20/- and promotion balance more than Rs.40/- today dt.07.03.2015 Main account balance Rs.13.66. and Promotion balance Rs.29.104 Again 2nd time deduct my main account balance without any uses. when asked to your customer care executive RAJALAXMI she was told i unable see your data. When i again call your help line said invalided choice. After that problem i was tray maximum time but same problem. But today dt.07.03.2015 i was call to your help line asked her why my wrong deducted amount till today not refund to me. She was told me i unable see your previous complain before 24 hours data. So your amount was not refund. I want to you how much amount was deduct on that wrong way and why not refund me if you have wrongly deduct my account balance and why to to block me to call customer care executive? Is it a right way to wrongly deduct our account balance? Its biggest telecom company in india why that company earn/collect money in wrong way.                           Dear sir/Madam, With refference to the above subject, I am using a reliance smart no [protected] from last couple of years, from yesterday I had a balance of Rupees around 106, inspite of making no calls or sms when balance checked in the morning it showed 0.08 paisa. irrespective of making around 20/25 calls in the morning to customer care nobody was there to reply to my calls, in case if the call gets connected I was getting a reply of that" there was a server error or technical fault for which ther had no answer". I also tried contacting in the evening and night but there was no response. These type of service isnot being accepted from reliance. I just want to know were did my balance went.                               WORST SERVICE BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. CAF no: [protected] This is Nirmal kumar form coimbatore. I have applied for broadband connection to your representative manikandan[protected] on[protected]. I paid 1570. After a week, they told me not able to give connection and your money will get back after 2 months of time. But 6 months got over they have not given my money back. This guy is not picking my call and his TL Raja[protected] is not giving proper answer. I am attached the bill for proof. I want immediate action on this.

On calling up customer care they told me that there was a system error with the gprs and that it will be resolved by 12. On calling up customer care again, no one is picking up .                                       Dear Sir, I lodged a complaint today morning regarding incorrect balance deduction and I was informed that the balance will be refund withing 6hr. But the same was not done hence I call up to CC 4 times and getting only one response from your executives "Sir please wait for some time" I also spoken with the floor manager MR Arif whose behaviour was not appropriate. He was using dominating voice and speaking in a matter of fact tone. If this the behaviour of a manager then m afraid how your executives behave with other customers. Mr Arif asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the issue with a very harsh tone. But at around 11:30 pm I got a call from +[protected] and the person said to me that he is from the technical team. The guy asked me to call 20 times to cc and disconnect the call within 10 sec. He informed me that this is required because of some recording purpose. I denied to do so. The concern is how come some one from the cc can call a customer and try to fool the customers for balance refund. Would also like to inform u that my complaint was taken for a dispute of 61rs but after that also my balance has been defected around 20 to 25rs for data where as I was having data balance. In total approx 80 to 85 rs has been deducted. I expect the same will be refund on priority and would appreciate if you can give some feedback to the manager and the guy who out called me.                                         not getting 3g speed on 3g pack whenever i recahrge with any 3g pack on my smart gsm sim no. [protected] say 177rs at first it works great but after some times (5-10mins) a msg arrives saying - Dear customer, we have registerd your request your phone as modem will be activated shortly. and after that message speed decreases to 14kbps. please help.. i am a regular rel. customer since 2007, i cant change my operator due to some reasons... regards..
