Unlike many i did not have to face the problem of not getting the upc. Reliance communications sent me the porting code by themselves. So i had gone to the store and done all the proper actions for the porting. But still after 7 days the porting is not done. Moreover the sim is showing "no service" status for the past 24 hrs. So what is this bulls*t reliance. You will neither give service nor let us port out. This a offensive process. That no is my primary no. So i am already facing big problems. Resolve this quickly.

    My services have been stopped since last month and i am not even being contact customer care for the reason for doing this as all their possible customer support is out of service.
    I have mailed regarding the same and have tried to contact on phone but it was not possible as there is no one on the receiving end. I could not complaint it in reliance communication store as all my nearest ones are closed.
    My next step would be to complaint about this in consumer court.

        I have been using this network since long and there is a balance of around 200 rupees in my prepaid number - reliance rajasthan. I got the message that : your porting request is #some number and you may move to operator to port your number.

        The things that baffled me here the most are:
        How does a mobile operator shut down its operations without giving notice/indications to its subscribers?
        If it did, then what would happen to the mobile balance that present and not consumed.
        What is the fault of subscriber here?
        Why should he/she bear the loss o[censored]nused/remaining balance if he opt to port to other operator (As the only option available to continue his number).
        Looking for your esteemed cooperation and support.

            I am pardeep kumar am using one reliance gsm number last 1 year and am unaware about reliance is withdrawal our business from haryana and due to this my personal number [protected] is showing no service and i am unable to genrate the porting code for switch the operator.

              I have almost 2200 inr account balance for mobile no [protected] and [protected]

              [protected] - 1913.37 inr
              [protected] - 287.93 inr

              Rcom suddenly stopped its 2g services while i have both the above mobile numbers are on 4g network. And now i am not able to utilize the balance.

              Please refund the amount available in both the above shared phone numbers.
              I am in touch with my lawyer and you will soon receive a legal notice for the same. This is just a formal notification for the same.

                  my complain about reliance communication company that i am the cumtomer of reliance communication last more than 8 years with mobile no [protected], i used prepaid service but my prepaid service close approx 15 days before ( 30 oct)
                  also lapse my credit amount which is approx 30-40 rupees
                  pls reverse this amount

                  it is not fair i am not only a single client also millions clients who suffer this task i contact the company but all in vain

                  My complain that reliance communication close my mobile service last 15 days before.
                  But on that day i have credit balance in my mobile appr.30-40 rs.
                  Ultimate i have port my number from reliance to vodaphone.
                  But my credit amount not reverse.
                  I have contact customer service center at reliance but all in vain
                  Pls pls reverse my amount.
                  I am not only a single customer millions of cumtomer suffer this task

                    I am deepak sharma, i was using your services till june 2017 and then port to idea by making all due clear, but still you guys sending me bills month wise.
                    Since last four month i am using idea and paying there all bills.

                    You have sent me falls bills from last four month and based on that you asked idea to disconnect my services. I have confirmed multiple time from reliance customer care and they assured me that they will delete my data from there system to avoid falls bill generation.

                    Request you to resume my services as in actual i don’t have any due payment to reliance. Kindly do it on urgent basis,

                      I got a reliance connection in 2002, and since then i have been using this connection. Now recently with all the call drops and the network problems, i got fedup and went over to reliance to change my number to airtel. Now they assisted me with how to port the number but then when asked to refund my security or the procedure, they said thw company is closing and this office is closing and talk to the customer care about it. Now i have been calling the customer care sincw the last 10 days and the automatically generated voice tells me the server is down and the call cuts. Now when and how do i receive my deposit since 2000 rs is a big deposit. I am a senior citizen and i am tired of roaming around for my money. Please get back to me

                        I am reliance comm. Customer last few years
                        Today reliance is shut down there gsm network in gujarat and today 31/10/2017 and then there network is disconnected.
                        Now my sim network is in emergency calls only mode.

                        So i try to receive unique port code via sending message. But due to network error i cant send message.
                        So i am in very trouble..
                        Can i port my number to other operators?
                        Reliance customer store also shut down.
                        And i try to there customer care number *333, 198, [protected] but say that apatkalin sthiti k karan hamari sevaye abhi band hai.

                        Then how to contact reliance centre or my number port to other operators in this situation.

                          My reliance sim is lost, and i told reliance people to block my sim and they blocked it and after that i have dropped a mail to those people stating to close my account as i am getting the bills without using the number.

                          None of the people haven't replied to my mail rather sending me bills every month. I tried to call through customer care but no use i am not able to connect to them. These reliance people so pathetic.

                              My number [protected] activated in last week of june. But till now i am not able to make call and receive call. I contact many times customer care and they always told me problem will be solved within 24-48. Now after 90 days i sent many msg for playability but not get till now upc code.
                              Many time complaining in reliance office of gandhwani dhar but not solved yet problem. Now reliance going to off. What i have to do??? If i don't get my upc till 20/11/2017 i am going to consumer forum.

                                I am having current main balance more than ₹90/- but every time the same message i am getting.

                                  i am not receiving unique port code from last 5 days and customer care no is also not reachable so what i can do.
                                  My Reliance sim is not working or not showing network since 1st November 2017. So that reason i could not port with jio. This sim is having my business connect. So plz help me and post with this number only.

                                      Hi, i'm facing strange issue, i'm a customer of reliance, but the network is connected to vodafone. Even i'm receiving the messages from vodafone to port-out from reliance. The main issue is i'm unable to make calls and receiving as well. When i'm trying to connect reliance customer care, it is saying airtel is accepting customers from reliance, port from reliance. What is happening i'm not getting.                                         Sir as reliance has landed up there service in kerala the one and only option is to port the number to another server but to my great disappointed even after sending msg port...,...1900 i recieve the msg incorrect format etc if they provide any sort. Helpline nos it would very grateful to the customers who r put into trouble and the very interesting part is of the vadafone customer care the service provided by them is very poor they act as if it is given free.
                                        Am. Trying to. Port this number for the past 3 weeks time i have shared vadafone tower but not possible if anybody facing the same problem. Pls share with me
