Refusing by remarks — mismatch the code pl resolve the problem as company not rendering the services and going to close by 30/11/2017 after that my mob no will be dead as this no is my id in my every communications

From past 10days my reliance DTH is not working and I am trying to call customer care it is not even connecting. My setup box number is[protected].

    I had mts mblaze broadband connection which was very easy to use.
    Now after the service provider has changed to reliance communication after recharging twice i am facing connectivity issue.

    Please refund my amount if you are unable to resolve the issue.

    Since no valid number is updated on any of the website or justdial - looks like a big fraud service

    Hello. I am not able to make or receive any calls from my reliance no [protected] even if it is in use. When called on that number, it says either switched off or busy. I am unable to call customer care for this problem. Kindly look into my problem and please help me out.
    I've sent PORT sms to 1900 3-4 days back, still not received any UPC code for that request.
    Please help.

      I have two rcom sims [protected] and [protected], which are not working due to closure of rcom communication.

      I had recharged my one mobile# [protected] with rs295 recharge successfully, about 20 days back. But the service was very bad, mostly the mobile was unreachable for most of the time. Rarely it was working, it was really a horrible time to talk of receive calls on that mobile#.

      So i tried to port out to vodafone using port to 1900, it does work.

      Then i called the a vodafone customer support, as per message recd on my mobile, and i was informed to try sending sms as upc to 199, which i did but there is no response still. Sometimes i get a reply "message not sent", and sometimes it fails.

      Kindly provide me a solution on my alternate mobile number [protected].

              What the # happening with mts.. I have recharged my data card today as pet their daily pop mesg.. But yet now my data is not added.. Ita damn slow and moreover to register a complain am unable to contact any of the cc-numbers.. Mts merge with rcom but y the # irritating us.. Got money and inspite still in vain.. Need a solution regarding this.. If not will file a complaint..

                After recharging my mts ultra wifi dongle, i have no access to internet even if the webpage gives a message that the recharge is successful. It has been more that 3 hours after doing the recharge and i am not able to use the net. I have tried contacting mts customer care which gives a message to contact reliance communications customer care number. But, there is no response from them. Please have a look at this issue. We pay and we should be provided with the services that we are promised.

                  Hi, i'm currently facing a problem i've a reliance prepaid sim card with account bal. Of rs:4500 now reliance company suddenly issued a statement to shutdown there services sooner due to huge amount in my prepaid sim card all reliance store's said they are unable to help me no refund wil be issued against me. Now if i port my reliance sim my whole bal. Wil be zero after port in to another company i feeling very sad now i've no way to get my refund i hope you wil find any way's to get my refund.

                    I am not sure what is happening with mts acquisition as there was no communication sent to mts customers as how they can recharge further. Your help desk is unresponsive.. Due to this lack of communication from your end l lost 50gb data and lost data card connection.. I am going to esclate this to consumer court..                       My name is kamal patidar my reliance number [protected] have not delete in your operator in successfully when i have port reliance to bsnl. Year 2011
                      I was port reliance to bsnl but not that time not successfully port so someone are also use in reliance operator like outgoing only so i humbled request to you please delete my number in your reliance operator because i am using my [protected] in vodafone service nowadays so please stop outgoing and all service delete in reliance operator succesfully.

                        Earlier mts was taken over by rcom. Tried calling rcom call center, they are not receiving the call. A recorded message is being played that due to unforeseen circumstances the customer care is not available. I am left helpless with no internet connection, as mts as also stopped working neither is rcom on the mts dongle is working. I have received the bill but why should i pay when i'm unable to use the internet and i'm not able to contact the customer care. Feeling frustrated with such behaviours. Why is trai not taking any steps against these companies. How can they stop their service all of a sudden without prior intimation. Feeling helpless. Don't know what to do

                        Hi...same issue is happening with all MTS customers. Please don't pay to MTS now...they have shut sown their call center's and even their customer care email id address is also not found. I've also not pay to MTS this month as their service is shut from first day of this month.

                                        My name is aman jee. I used reliance postpaid plan before few months when i facing network issue on reliance network i port the sim on idea.
                                        At the time of taking reliance postpaid plan i paid rs 399 as a security deposit and after one month company ask to pay rs 200 more as a security deposit and when i ask to reliance customer care regardings this concern then they told me at the time of change the network you got refund from relaince communication in the form of cheque. But after change the network till now i didn't get any refund security amount.
                                        My humble request to you please mention my conecrn.
                                        I already complaint to much time to reliance communication but i didn't get any response.
                                        My old reliance number is [protected] now its an idea network i port the number.
