Kindly mnp reliance gsm karnatka bangalore no [protected] to airtel pune. My reliance gsm no is from bangalore and last recharge done for rs 74 with my sbi net banking and i have applied for mnp airtel pune as this no is linked with addhar card but airtel pune is telling that you are having dues with reliance that's why the are not clearing it. I have shifted to pune in 2014 jul and i used minimal due to network problem at pune but it is required for addhar card. Kindly resolve the issue

    This is minesh j mehta, i was a customer of reliance communication & my relationship no is[protected]

    Mobile no - [protected]

    I had change my network from reliance to vodafon with portability in jan'17.

    My last bill amount is rs 382.92 however i have paid rs 456/-.

    So, had paid rs 73 more then actual bill amount which is still i haven't received.

    As per customer care executive and out late executive it should be credit within 60 day's or you can get dd for said amount. However still i have received the same.

      I am loyal member of reliance communication since more than 2 years. My mobile has been lost on 12 nov 2017 along with sim card.

      But on 11 nov 2017 i have been requested for no. Portable from reliance to airtel.

      But still my no. Not activated by airtel and i have been trying to call you since 12th nov 2017 but reliance customer care no. But it is not connecting..

      So, i requested to you please stop my sim services and process for portability on urgent basis

        I have been using mts mblaze data card since 2014, from 1st november 2017 it is not working, no internet connection. Mts customer care numbers have become invalid [protected] and [protected] both the numbers are invalid now. Tried rcom customer care number 30333333, but it is again waste of time unable to reach customer care executive, the ivr has no option for mts customers and it always says unable to reach customer care executive, it is atrocious that customers like me are dumped without any caution. Never expected this from rcom.

        Hi All,

        I was using MTS data card since 2015 and the monthly rent was Rs.1149/-. November 1st onward, MTS is not working and I am not able to reach customer care service. And the interesting fact is that I am not able to stop the MTS service and could not pay the previous months bill, as I am getting an error while trying to pay the MTS bill. But in this month(December) I got a message from YD-MTSBILL saying "Your RELIANCE bill of Rs. 2397 towards [protected] is due on 18/12/17 Kindly make the payment before due date & ignore if already paid".. That is, they are asking me to pay the bill amount of Rs.2397/- for November also. what kind of an irritating customer service is this ?. I have never seen such kind of response from any Internet providers. This is so ridiculous!!. They are asking me to pay the bill for which I am not used !!.

          Deduction of Rs. 5 in 1-2 Hours from the Reliance GSM Daily What is going on?

          i have not subscribed any service. Why is that reliance is deducting 5 rs on a daily basis. until now Rs 500 - 550 has been deducted by reliance.

          Raise Many Complaint But Still No Resolution provided by reliance & Reliance Representative Saying "u have not subscribe any service But i does not know why deduct you balance"

            Sir i have a reliance gsm mob. No. I send the msg to company for port my mobile but the company did not send me porting code from i tried approx 10 to 15 times but i did not got the code of portability and charges deduted regularly after 26 octoberer company totaly stop my mob. No. Facility i cant understand what can i do right now its my 10 years old no. And i used it all the places like bank aadhar card pan card gas agency etc. And all my comtacts based on this number. I thoughtthat i should mail the company but there is no responce customer care are not available.

              Sent many messages but not received any upc yet. Please note that this is postpaid number and bill already paid. Kindly help to resolve this issue. Already tried so many options suggested by customer care executives. Upcn, rupc and try to select another service provider network. But not getting any success. Mobile shows signal and message sent successfully but not receiving upc yet.

              This issue is resolved by an Idea customer care representative. They do all the work. Reliance shows their worst service ever. They don't even thing how much customer suffer from their such activity.

                  Since 1st november, the internet is not working on my data card. I tried calling mts helpline and mailed the appellate as well, but no response from over a week. When i visited their website, i got to know, mts is being taken over by rcom. But there is no customer helpline no. Or email address available where we can reach to solve our query. Its already 15 days and no internet services. I just want to discontinue this postpaid service where i dont have seamless internet. This is really appalling situation where customers have been left stranded by mts with no prior intimation.
                  Please help in reaching out to concerned customer care.

                    My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "insufficient balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. Customer care department can contact me on my alternate number i. E. [protected]. As reliance is going to shut down its 3g services from november 30, 2017 onwards, hence i need to port my number immediately. Else i will loose my number which is more than 6 years old.

                    I have been trying to Generate Mobile Number Porting Code from November 2017 onwards. SMSes I tried to send were failed due to non availability of services and network. I approached several Reliance Stores many times and most of them shut shops and were not in a position to help.

                    I request RELIANCE Communications to send me porting code for Mobile No[protected] and[protected] on urgent basis to the mobile/ email id provided while registering, failing which I will have to complain to TRAI

                      I am using smart phone of reliance communication since 12 year and company send me porting request massage which is valid up to 31.12.2017.
                      Today my cellphone is out of network. And my cell no allotted to another customer by idea company in chhatisgarh. I want retained these number as per validity of porting request massage i have right to port the sim till date which was provided by reliance communication. My cell no is [protected].

                        1. I was having mobile [protected] with reliance communications. Service was closed down by reliance on the night of 30th/31st oct 2017.
                        2. I received a porting request code no. Rz656212 by sms on 30.10.2017. Accordingly i approached vodafone centre in pimpri, pune for porting on 01.11.2017. I was informed that the porting would be done in 2 days time.
                        3. On 03.11.2017 vodafone informed me that porting had been refused by reliance communication for outstanding dues. I was advised to approach reliance store at prem park, masulkar colony, ajmera, pune 18.
                        4. Reliance store was approached the same day and informed that there was an outstanding amount of rs 740 against the connection. On being told that the bill amount of rs 588 for billing cycle 27.09.17 to 26.10.17 had been paid that very day through standing instructions to my bankers, i was advised to wait for a day or two for the amount to be reflected in the system.
                        5. Reliance communications was again approached and informed that the outstanding amount was now rs 798/-. I was asked to pay this amount plus another rs 100 for the time it would take for porting to avoid rejection of porting request again. Accordingly i was forced to pay rs 900/- to progress porting request. A complaint sent by email to [protected]@ relianceada.com has neither been acknowledged nor evoked any response/action.
                        6. Despite paying rs 900 on 06.11.2017, the porting was again rejected on 07.11.2017.
                        6. Porting was finally done 12.11.2017 and vodafone service activated on 13.11.2017.
                        7. It took reliance communications 12 days to progress porting request and i have been forced to pay rs 900 vide invoice no. Ibn[protected] for service from 27.10.17 to 30.10.17 (4 days when my monthly bill used to be rs 588).
                        8. On 15.11.2017 a sms has been received from reliance communications that phone record has been successfully deleted. By this act reliance communications is trying to prevent customer from raising any complaint by giving plea that all records have been deleted.
                        9. I may be refunded excess amount charged for the period of service from 27.10.17 to 30.10.17 (4 days only) and compensated suitably for harrassment caused and being denied service from vodafone.

                          My name is k. Mallaiah and i'm a senior citizen. Recently i raised a request to port my current reliance number ([protected]) to be ported to jio on[protected]. When enquired the guy said "it takes 4-7 days" to happen this change or port.

                          Today ie.,[protected] i was shocked when i called the customer care "198" to enquire about the port status, he was very rude in helping with my porting status. I appreciate if you can personally look into it and help me in resolving the issue.

                            Why can't you call/sms/email regarding closing of the operations, we would have choose some other operator if you are not providing services, i have lost my business due to disconnection of services, there is no incoming & outgoing who is responsible for this,

                                From yesterday i was not able to call any where from reliance communication even to customer care through anther operator also.
                                Even i did not receive any sms that network is unavailable till what time.
                                Its so unprofessional that we did not receive any communication from reliance network.

                                    I am using mts datacard for 3g intenet from last 2 years. Mts data card no. Is [protected]. I recharged for 499 on 24.10.2017. I received sms from mts that mts bought by rcom andsuddenly, i received sms from the following message on 03.11.207 4.11.2017 and 05.11.2017.
                                    "please upgrade to our high speed 4g data services or opt to port to network of choice. Cdma services will be shutdown at 23:59 hrs of 30 nov 17. Rcom"
                                    I sent mail to rcom regarding “customer care no” and procedure for upgrade to high speed 4g data services on through rcom customer care email id. But reply not received from rcom.
                                    Suddenly mts datacard is not working (Not connected-no signal) from 10.11.2017. Mts customer care no.[protected] is also not working. How can i complaint?
                                    This is for your information and necessary action.
                                    Please note that i am a web designer. I need internet. So kindly ensure that your modem is working till 30.11.2017 at 23:59 hrs of 30 nov 17. As your promise.

                                    If you are not solve the problem immediately, otherwise, i will move to consumer court.

                                        I have a mts sim card with number [protected]
                                        I wish to port this number to some other mobile network
                                        But currency in that number has been exhausted and i could not recharge the number on any site nor in any mobile outlet (To get the porting code by sending sms to 1900)
                                        So i hereby request you to send me the porting code, on that number [protected]
