Dear sir,
I want to inform you that i was using reliance gsm from past 17 years. My sim was not working from past 2 weeks when i started inquiry they i get to know that company has been closed.
Without giving any information how can this happen.
What ever online problem which i am facing who will reslove it.
Plz help me to resolve my problems soon.

    Sir/madam,
    I have been using my reliance mobile gsm number [protected] for the past three years. This is not the first time i have encountered this problem, which is non-availability of network signal. This problem started either in late october or early november and has continued since. I tried calling up a few of their customer care numbers which i could gather from the internet but without success. I have also written a complaint email to the given id but still awaiting reply. I have also tried recharging a couple of times thinking it might be due to expiry of validity, which also didn't work. Now i'm at my wits end feeling totally helpless. This number is linked to several of my important personal entities like bank account (Which i recently had to change because of the persisting problem), aadhaar (Which i'm trying but couldn't), etc. Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible and i would be much obliged!

      I want to port my number to some other network for that upc (Unique porting code) is needed.
      So as suggested i sent the text message "port [protected]" to 1900 several times from last 15 days. But till now i could not receive any upc (Unique porting code) from the service provider. Kindly look into the matter and provide the solution as early as possible.

      Please help me out to port the number to another network. This number directly belongs to my business and it is effecting very badly.

          Mts mblaze data card service not working since a month. Unable to contact mts customer care as well as reliance customer care. No specific information being provided to the customers. It is pathatic conditions facing with mts data card without any solutions. Not liable to pay the bill as there is no service available since a month. Kindly close/deactivate the service asap.

            I am not at all using this mobile since three months, i requested you two times but there is response from your end. I requested your customer care five times. I have given all proof accept my date of birth written by your agent is wrong so your stiff is not ready to disconnect. Without using i am getting bills on my email. If i received any further bills i will put a case in court. Without knowing the phone is dead or live, how they are rising bills. Acknowledge immediately.

              I have recharged my reliance mobile number xx xxx xx 542 and now there is no network in my area. How can they close network without prior information and without crediting balance amount to my account. This looks very much unethical to eat mobile users money without returning to them. Even there customer care has been closed in abnormal way. I expect they needs to return our money immediately.

              I have recharged my reliance jio number [protected] for data usage.Rs.498 has been withdrawed from my bank account.but i didn't get any confirmation about my recharge till now from reliance jio.Not yet received the data also.i want my cash to be recredited to my account or please do recharge my number .i expect you will do something immediately for the same.

                My jio no has been disconnected permanently. When i called customer care they did not give any reason for disconnection. They told that might be due to the reason that no is not being used for 90 days but last month the no was recharged and i was continuously using that no. Strict action should be taken against this kind of operators. My no is [protected].

                  Currently, i am using mts postpaid service i have been trying to contact mts customer from october 3rd week. No one has responded properly.
                  Recently got a message that i need to upgrade to 4g services or opt to port. But rcom customer care numbers are not working for mts customers.

                  Rcom is busy in sending the bills rather than solving major issues.
                  So please take the proper actions as we have been given time till nov 30th.

                    It is to inform that the reliance communication services have been stopped from the first week of november without prior intimation with at least one single sms. Initially we thought some problem with sim and later came to know that the services are being stopped and the present mobile no. Has to be converted into other communication services with portability. But the problem is without knowing this we have recharged with amounts rs 200/-normal balance and rs 98 net balance (19.10.2017) and rs 200/- for the mobile no. [protected] and mobile no. [protected] respectively. Not only this two no. S many others are in dark light. We want our money back which we have not used. There is no communication with reliance regarding the money which we have recharged during october.

                      I came to know through a sms that mts is merged with rcom. Sms received from mts stating that further service will be provided by reliance communication. Now my mts data card is not working. My data card no is [protected]. I sent email to rcom customer care twice but they are not responding. Pl solve my problem so i can use internet services.

                          It is very difficult to porting out from R Com starting from this Month (Nov'17).

                          R com has not given any service, neither not giving approval to porting out to other networks.. Simply rejects the porting request..

                          Very silly behavior...

                            As i request 3 times to stop the plan through request in reliance store gallery
                            but its not done and the reliance gallery are telling it can not be done as the back-end employees are not working and the company is being to closed down
                            please help me out for this issue and wanted to adjust the bill also accordingly.
                            I have also complain in gallery store again also.

                              My name is tinu p antony from kochi kerala and mob no [protected]. Last 12 year am using this mobile no with airtel network last month one relience customer care will contact me and prefer some good offer then i wish to port to reliance postpaid plan. Relinace exicutive colleted all documents and 300 rupees from my home then sim is activated 31/05/16 but after one day the out going call barred then i go customer care centr they tell some problm in address verification they are call my no then phone attend my mam they only told address of mine and mam it will said it .but the sim is not activated then i again tell customer care they again came and variferd address but the sim is not activated.then i contact sim activation center and verification center they are not help me they tell our job is completed but the sim is not activate.what can i do?? I understand my bad decision for port to reliance with shameless services . I need my sim activated as soon as possible or back to earlier network thank you

                              My problem is that i had post paid plan for my reliance sim after then i went for prepaid services in march 2017.although i enjoyed services till 21 march and customer care sent me the message that your outgoings calls are barred due to commercial usage...even i have no outstanding from post paid deptt.then what is the reason for barred outgoing calls of my number ([protected]).(from j&k state)

                              Kindly sovle ASAP

                                i am getting bills for above number: [protected] for last two months. Whereas i have paid my last month bill till oct17 though you have stopped your service from 30th september.

                                I request you to stop sending bills further or i have to take needful action against your company. I already paid extra one month as i was unaware. So also request you to return my money. This is not the way to do business or people will lose your trust in your company.

                                  I have ported one of my reliance number after my sim got disconnected and it has a balance of approx. 600
                                  When it got portable i haven't receive the balance.
                                  Is this the way company works after closing down.
                                  It is our hard-earn money.

                                    I tried many times for mnp, i give my number for mnp every company like idea, jio, airtel, vodafone but reliance didn't give me permission for mnp, some reason for my outstanding for my idea or any other rejection,
                                    I early paid my idea outstanding bill amount and even not in reliance any outstanding... But they always reject my request.

                                      Myself sivaramakrishna undavalli. My number [protected] it's postpaid number my plan is 299 (Unlimited calls). But the bill is 471. I am not using the number since 1 month but i don't know how can i get that much bill. They didn't send any bill just they send sms. Before completing due date they barred calls. It is worst situation and now they suddenly shut down the network. I port my number to airtel but reliance network rejected my request. It's a worst situation of me. So please provide justice to me. Thank you

                                      I'm using MTS Blaze and now I'm notified that it is nw RCOM network, I have to port it. But they don't gave the instruction how to port it and how I switch to the RCOM network.
