My mobile no [protected], requested for porting to idea on 14october17. Till date nothing happened and my request cancelled without any communication or infn. I have faced lot of inconvenience and torture. Plvtake stringent criminal action against rcom as they have troubled a lot of people by disconnecting the network and not porting to any other network. Sir...even after so many days of my complaint, no action has been taken on my complaint. Even though there are thousands of people are suffering abt this RCom issue, no action has been taken against the company...Please take up the issue on war footing and take criminal action against RCOM..and resolve all problems immediately...my temporary no is [protected]

    I have sent this msg "port [protected]" to 1900 but i didn't get any reply from 1901. So how can i port my number to vodaphone. Please help mei want to port my number to vodaphone for which i need upc number but till now i didn't get any upc number by sending msg to 1900. Please help me as soon as possible.

      It's very sad that reliance communications has abandoned its 2g customers. The company is not co-operative, there is no response to emails, porting requests. I get insufficient balance when i send port request from 1901 while my balance is 11 rs. When checked using *367#. I'm temporarily connected to vodafone which will help me with porting only if i subscribe to their postpaid plan for 3 months. These are the days reliance has brought upon us.

        I have requested for upc by sending sms port [protected] on 1900

        Multiple time same is done since last 3 days but no upc code received.

        Did visit the store also and they suggested to wait for 3 days.

        3 days are over still no upc received. I have been following up through multiple channels but seems no one is helping from rcom.

        Customer service and appelate authority has closed its services and they are not reachable on phone.

        Can some one help on this.

            I tried to send port [protected] at 1900 several times but still cant get my upc code, also no one is there to solve this issue at customer care, this is completely unethical and need to be resolved by earliest. Respond to this issue as soon as possible and provide me with my upc code, trai must take this issue under attention, and take action against such ignorant companies who are troubling the consumers, if not resolved here, i have to take an action further.

              Sir, i'm not getting upc for my mobile number of reliance gsm in mp&cg circle, even after trying so many times. Sms only for "'port mobile number' to 1900"is not going out. Other than this, all the sms & calls are going out normally.

                I have being cheated by reliance person, they gave me connection on caf no -[protected] and now they are saying that reliance broadband wireless service is closed and i am not getting my payment back.
                Sales agent name is ratnesh singh - mobile number is [protected].

                My new reliance broadband connection got installed on 30/09/2017 and plan is 2 mbps - rs-749.

                I have taken 2mbps plan and it is not working and not able to surf anything, i am not getting speed it is taking so time to open a page or video, my 3g phone connection is working good in compare to your services.

                Just two days and this is what happening, please get this sorted or else i would like to get back my whole amount back. I have paid rs-1827.

                I have also not received any confirmation for the amount which i paid and not even a email from your end. My details are below.

                  I komal rathi existing costumer of reliance request you to please refund my existing balance of rs.1070 as your telecommunication services are suddenly stop from 28/10/2017 in our locality. I am regular costumer of reliance always gives priority to this network. So i expect that you should solve my problem on timely basis and give my refund by cheque or through any other means.

                      It's been 3 times that i am trying to port out my reliance gsm number ([protected]) going through different operators but every time i get the same message from rcom saying that "your mobile number portability request for [protected] could not be fulfilled due to mismatchin upc code."

                      I don't understand that when i m using the same upc number which was shared by rcom, then on what basis they are rejecting the port out request.

                      Tried to contact their customer care on almost all the numbers available on internet but in vain.
                      Also tried to get the exact information from reliance outlet but looks like rcom has already shut all the outlet stores.

                      Now i don't know from where to get the information for the rejection.
                      For the last 7+ years i was using reliance as my primary number. : (
                      Very unprofessional behavior from reliance ada group.

                      Please let me know how to get my issue resolved.

                        Accept my port request mobole no [protected] and upc: re625782. I want to migrate to vodafone. Due to shut down of reliance calling service my mobile no is not working and my no is linked with all stuff like bank a/c, aadhar no. So kindly accept and forward my port request to vodafone i have completed all the formalities in vodafone store.
                        Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible i'm completely stuck due to shut down of reliance service.

                              I have not been provided by any upc code to port out my number, even after repeated attempts to send sms to 1900.
                              All stores around my area are unable to help me port out from reliance communications to other service provider's network without the code.
                              Reliance customer care number is not available.
                              Now i can't afford to loose this mobile number as it is linked every where.
                              Please respond back to help me out in retaining the number.

                                  Please note that my phone[protected] is not working for the last few days. I tried to complain the same but could not connect the number [protected] and [protected]. Getting that they are not able to connect to the contact centre.

                                  On enquiry to the reliance out let it was informed that the service is discontinued and i cannot use this number and sim.

                                  I am having your wi-bridge hand set and paid rs. 2000 for the same and ready to surrender to the nearest office to refund the balance pending amount of the same. This hand set cannot be used with other sim except reliance.

                                    On the subject cited service i submit as under: —

                                    Rs.160/-was paid on line to m/s reliance for recharge of ph no.[protected]
                                    But no recharge was provided. Instead on use of said no. I was asked to get the no. Ported to vodafone. This was done on payment of rs.100/-
                                    Question is who will pay me rs. 160/- paid to reliance on[protected]

                                      I was not getting value for money in reliance postpaid services hence i decided to switch to prepaid. But after giving request my number become in-operative. Now reliance store personnel telling reliance company is about to close hence you will never get your number. It was almost 14yr old number. Please help me to get it again. I am very helpless without it. I have already paid in excess while requesting and also submitted document many times there.

                                        Hi my number is [protected]. I am getting insufficient balance message in response to 1900 port message.
                                        I am a post paid customer with no outstanding amount.
                                        I have tried numerous times to get it done. Trying since last 15 days for it.

                                        Customer care is incapable of resolving it. Such a cheap stunt by company to create problem for customers. I see numerous other complain but no resolution.
