I am a reliance mobile prepaid user. Cell no.[protected]. Along with me 4 more family members of mine are users of the same service provider with various prepaid topup balances and unused data..

Today we are forced to migrate to another telecom operator as reliance communication apparently seems to be winding up their operations as per market information. Reliance has provided us with porting request codes.

My services have been discontinued for the last 2 days despite having adequate mobile prepaid balance. Can anybody throw some light whether the unused prepaid balance will now be transferred to the new telecom operator to whom i am forced to migrate. What happens to the balance of all my 5 mobile no's which is approx. Rs.2000+.

I feel trai should look into this matter as there will be lakhs o[censored]sers like me who will loose our hard earned money for no fault of ours. Request trai to pass some directives to this effect.

The company is shutting down by end of November 2017. There is no communication from reliance communication regarding this for my prepaid Reliance Mobile number. Now when I want to save my number and requested for number portability, I have not received UPC after sending message 10 times. Kindly guide me as soon as possible.

I also having same issue.. We have 4 prepaid connections having unused balance of 700+. How we get this amount back???
Last one week no network to use the balance also. It also affected by bank transaction where I added my number.

It's a worst thing TRAI needs to react faster on this issue.

    I have ported out of reliance postpaid connection. I have 94 rs due on reliance bill, which i am trying to pay from last two weeks. The site have a separate option to pay bill for inactive postpaid customer, it ask for 19 digits account number, i tried to contact to customer care to get this acc. No. But not able to reach them... Please help me.. I am getting a message on my new connection that my services will be discontinued if i didn't clear the due with reliance.

    I have also contact to nearby reliance store they said online payment is the only option..

      I have a complaint against reliance communication. They are not sending upc code required for number portability. They are closing their operation but not allowing to port out from rcom. I tried contacting their customer care but this is of no use.
      I also tried sending msg to 1900 for getting upc code but after more than 10 time also i am not receiving upc code for porting out. Its really frustrating as i am not receiving my bank transaction messages as well. This may also lead to any fraud transaction, but rcom is really pathetic service provider. They just decided to shut their operation without any thought of customer.

After then in am searching reliance store for payment then i am not able to find store at the loaction indicated in reliance website.             I have cancelled the connection as on 26th october from reliance telecom.
            Since i have to change from reliance to airtel. But my connection was cut before i get the connection from the airtel. Its been almost 10days.

              I am trying from 27th october - 7th november but still i am not getting the port code on my number [protected].
              Call me on my alternate number [protected].
              Reliance communication has discontinued their services, so i want to switch to vodafone, but i am not gettong the upc code for the same.

              No customer care, no service center in udaipur.

              However, reliance doesn't help me.
              Will not choose any reliance in future.

              Sir, put your reliance sim in first slot, and switch it to lte/4g mode, reliance will catch 4g network easily, and then send the code again, you will get port code easily.
              Reliance will not send code on 2g/3g network.

                4 months ago, i ported from reliance postpaid to airtel. Security amount of 1300 was deposited while entering into reliance. They said same will be refunded when you will change the company. All paid all the bills on the time, but yet no dd/cheque/cash received from reliance. They don't respond to calls & emails.                       I lost a mobile which had a reliance sim card yesterday. I wanted to report the loss to reliance customer care. However, reliance phone numbers for customer care and appellate authority only provide ivr responses and do not register any complaints. National consumer forum has suggested to reach trai which has also not helped in registering a request to trace the mobile.

                          My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "insufficient balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code.

                          Automatically i got one code upc that is invalid crx88729

                          Reliance blocked the porting system, with their poor network services. Now what to do? Requesting to resolve this problem? & provide me the upc code. Kindly help.

                            We have lost the faith in reliance. They chew away all our recharge money, no service since they port from cdma to gsm... Worst service in gsm. Can not use the money tr from cdma. Now closing, where will our money will go?
                            Falsefully, and forcefully asking us to port out and get lost... What trai will take action against this?
                            Hell with this rcom and hell with anil ambani.

                            The # people, lost all the faith from his investors.

                            If still a human being, do some good deeds to get the faith back. Otherwise, god (Karma) is there to see what will happen to you people...

                              I am ashwini shankar h s from mysore. My reliance broadband connection has stopped working from end-of-september. I had contacted every single person here for service. When i ran out of options, i had raised a service request in rcom.co.in and also had sent mails to customer care. None responded.

                              In between, i was presented with bill and getting calls to pay them when no service is provided. I had asked for waiver of the bill for all the days the network is down and also had asked for immediate termination of the connection.

                              When i try to track the complaint online, it always says service temporarily unavailable. How can that be down for so long?

                              Till day i have sent many mails and requests both on the portal and on mail. No response from reliance and also annoying calls asking to pay the bill. Need justice here.

                                I am a jio customer-anil thomas [protected]. I have done a full talk time 100/- (Br0000hhixvd) and a regular recharge 10/- (Br0000hhmjjz) on my above mentioned number, but no talk time has been credited and customer care says that i have only get international calls benefits for this value and for that i have to choose a net recharge also. Their is no clear information regarding these recharge on jio app. It shows a full talktime and regular talktime without mentioning above said condition. If i do a net recharge then i already get unlimited calls then what is the benefit of this 110/- rs. Their is nobody for me to make international calls then what i would do with this kind of offer.

                                  From this diwali festive season reliance communication stop my outgoing services [protected] & i suffer for a week time to resume. They closed their services from all over india. This is ridiculous to stop the services without prior notice intimation. We tried to contact their customer care but it was also not support due to emergency not able to contact. From last 5 days again i am facing the issue even though i send request to port my connection there is no response received from customer care. The other operator need the mnp code but fed up with no service. My services stop from last 7 days nd no contact person station available. How can we work in this conditions. Pls look

Now there is no service to my number without any prior intimation. Which leads to heavy hardship. Please either give back the service or PORT it.

                                    My Reliance 4G prepaid no. [protected] UP West (Agra) is not working since last 5 days. How can this be resolved ?
                                    Dear Friends,
                                    I found sms of 30 Oct 2017 that Reliance itself sent porting request code number into my mobile number from 1901 and again also got sms from the same on 4th nov 2017 itself and the valid of porting request is upto 12 Nov 2017 so I did port for mnp into idea so please check the date if you got the porting request sms from 1901.
                                    If porting request number did not get in sms, try on customer care- [protected] from any telecom company. Reliance mobile number is linked with vodafone so they will guide how to send port number via anyone of your friends or relative's VODAFONE number to [protected] / 199 and type as (UPCN)space(Reliane Mobile Number)space(State Code) as UPCN [protected] MH . Customer care says that the code number will get after 48 hours so try on it by all.

                                    Sorry. the number 9165500500 is wrong so correct number is 9167500500

                                      Within 30 nov 2017 all reliance communication's mobile numbers will be stopped. Till now i had been sending sms to port my existing number, i. E. 9331xxxxxx to 1900, for more than 100times, without any result. Then i went to a vodafone store to seek help regarding this, they tried to sms from their mobile number, but from that day (3.11.2017) onwards their is no signal throughout kolkata (Tollygunge, behala, saltlake).
                                      It is being said in news that till 31st december 2017 anyone can port their number from reliance, but without any signal how will we get the 'porting request number' via sms? I have to retain this number anyhow as it is the sole communication medium for my banks, doctors, parents, study centre, irctc, etc but now i am just unable to do anything, how can this be possible in a democratic country like india? Please help.

                                      This to inform you that my mobile no [protected] network is not working for past one week.Kindly resolve the problem or else i may change the network.
                                      There is no network operator available. I couldn't call or text. Why the connection is unavailable. If you are gonna cut off the connection, shouldn't it be informed beforehand so that we can port to some other network?

                                      i am using RCOM for last 5 years and now the services are stopped without any prior information. i am trying to port my number but i am not getting my unique port number . as this is my official number this number is very important to me.

                                      I am having network problem, I am not getting incoming calls, I am using postpaid, so I requested you to solve, if you didn't solve, I have to choose other service.

Since the mobile network service of reliance is going to be closed, i was willing to port in different vendor but tried a lot to get the port sms but no, went to mehdipatnam reliance center too no one is ready to help, some peoples are taking a 200-500 rs to get the otp is the bullish thing which you want us to do, if so why the hell you start the service. Help me

                                        I have trying port my number to other service provider, since your are closing down shortly. You are not supporting. I have been trying by way of sending text PORT to 1900. You are not responding. Please do it, otherwise I will another sim with other service provider and will not pay your bill.
