I had recharged my mob. No.[protected] by 199 rs, but my mobile no. Is still not working, when i inquired from retailer he said that recharge amount has gone from my a/c & showed the message of recharge successfully, then i enquired from local distributor he said that reliance gsm is not working anymore & we can't help you, but i want to say when ur network is not working why are u recharging those numbers, who was already not working, amount of 199 which i had paid to retailer given back to me as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice.
