Since last 3 days my out going calls got blocked no incoming calls no outgoing calls no customer care calls also. Recently 7 days back i mnp to airtel now both sims are not working. Reliance sim signals are there but no out going calls or incoming calls. Struggling a lot in this issue please help me to get my number activate it back my number: [protected].

    I am trying to port my number from reliance to other network. Since 3 days i am sending port [protected] message to 1900. I am not getting any kind of response on this message. I tried almost 1000 times to customer care but unfortunately they are connecting to ivr and then disconnecting my call. I request a response on this either through email to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com or on alternate number [protected] in case you are unable to reach me on [protected].

    I shall take this as an assumption for proceeding legally, on this, if reliance fails to respond my port message within 7 working days.

      Recently my no.[protected] is ported to idea services. They inform that you have blocked my number for not paying balance of rs 141/-. When i want to pay your online services are not recognising no. Saying it is barred. When contact through [protected], there is no response. I emailed twice to deduct rs 141/- from another no. [protected] wherein i paid extra amount of rs 1034/-. There is no response from your side. Fed up with your services.in case i do not receive reply, i will have to move consumer forum.

        My reliance netconnect number +91 [protected] which a postpaid plan from 3monts data not working but getting bill when i call help desk after 30 min for 60 minutes it will work then disconnect now helpdesk-article number not working near by shops closed and telling by dec reliance net connect will discontinue waste of money for modem not sure if we can use it for other jio sim

          I want to port my number and i have portmy no. Multiple times on 1900 but i'm not getting the upc code.
          I have also dropped a mail to reliance customer care from my mail id.

          It is really urgent as i am facing a lot of issues due to network connectivity and my number is registered at a lot of places include my workplace. And nobody is able to call or connect to me.

            Voice call of My number [protected] has been stopped even in the 4G network. I am struggling a lot and cant even call to customer care..

            Though it allows me to use sms and data services but that is not enough for day to day life...

            I tried in every possible ways but it is not working at all...

            So please take this request and solve it on a high priority.

              My number is blocked before porting deadline of 31 dec, 2017 (decided by TRAI) by Reliance and whenever i try to make a call, i am told to contact Vodafone for number porting.I have talktime balance of Rs 205 left in Reliance number which i intended to finish before porting, but that will also be UNSURPED by Reliance. This is absolute LOOT and CHEATING.TRAI must do something so that i can spend my remaing balance and then port before porting deadline.

                My reliance number is [protected]. Its not catching any network and telling that number dose not exist, thus am unable to call, message and use internet. Its giving message to port the number. I did 786 recharge for 3g net for 6 months and i have 117 rupees in balance. If i port my number all these rupees will be in vain, kindly provide solution asap and provide me refund.

                      I have sent several message to 1900 and none got delivered due to no network connectivity. I couldnt able to port another network. My mobile no.[protected]. I want you to send me upc code to port another network. There is no signal in my mobile for past 1 week. I havent received any upc code from reliance. As everyone knows that your network is going to shutdown its service from december. Please send me an port upc code. It would be really helpful for me to choose another network. Thanks.

                        Sir,

                        I had recharged my mob. No.[protected] by 199 rs, but my mobile no. Is still not working, when i inquired from retailer he said that recharge amount has gone from my a/c & showed the message of recharge successfully, then i enquired from local distributor he said that reliance gsm is not working anymore & we can't help you, but i want to say when ur network is not working why are u recharging those numbers, who was already not working, amount of 199 which i had paid to retailer given back to me as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice.

                          What the # is wrong with reliance gsm. They didn't intimate us and all of a sudden network is down and now asking us to port out to different network.                               I have recharged my mts mblaze prepaid datacard no.[protected] through paytm and recgarge was successful. Operator reference number is[protected]. However when i cotactec customercare mts they say that all mts customers are rcom customers. Amount paid rs.149/-. Further how do i migrate to rcom in the absence of communition and procedure.

                              Same happened with me. I paid Rs.248 but now don't know what to do. Lost all my previous data balance as well. WTF is going on? MTS was a good company but RCOM have messed up everything!
                              i am unable to contact this company through any means. I need help as i recharged my m blaze data card two days ago for ₹ 999 it worked for an hour and then stopped and its not even displaying any data. Plus ther is not even a single customer care contact number that is working. Contact to me and respond as soon as possible or else i will have to complaint to consumer forum.
                              Can someone help me to understand why the mts speed has completely gone down and i am bot able to contact the mts customer care and even tried to contact reliance communication but no luck?

                              I'm trying to contact Reliance Comm but their customer care doesn't seem to have any personnel. When I go through an option to talk to customer care executive, the automated reply says something like 'due to exigency, executives are not available'. I have a postpaid data card which is not working from 1st Dec. I want to cancel my connection and unable to do so. What a pathetic transition. Blame both MTS and RComm.

                                I have been trying to get the upc by sending an sms to 1900. However this has been disabled and i keep getting the message that 'sending failed'

                                This is gross violation of my rights to port my number to a different provider.
                                Tried contacting your customer care numbers 198 and *333 without any help.

                                Kindly sort this out before a legal action is required

Im really frustrate about all this. I don't want to loose my this number. And now there is no network in my area for reliance.                                         As everyone knows reliance has shut it's network without any business ethics and courtesy of informing and now that all customers want to. Port there is no network for upc codkindly ask telecom ministry to wake upland ensure porting of reliance customers
                                        My above number is linked to all my bank accounts and aadhaar
                                        Let the company tell why they are running away from porting
                                        Whether lakes of people should run around trying to change new mobile now from aadhaar bank accounts etc
