I am a reliance 4g consumer with [protected]. Service to my number has been discontinued abruptly with out any prior intimation. Today when i have tried to make an online payment to discom company has failed twice on account of not receiving otp from my bank hdfc only then i could realise that my number is not in use, because of which i couldn't make the payment. This is nothing less than betrayal. They have no courtesy to share their difficulty in providing the service and give sufficient time to the customer to port out to other service provider. I have come to know from various media news agencies that they will continue to give service to 4g customers and are winding up only 2g but instead they have discontinued service to my 4g number as well.
I have been put to lot of difficulty because of abrupt disconnection of service as every where this number has been given as registered mobile number like banks, income tax portal, aadhar to name a few.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange to get me the justice for denying the service and for causing discomfort and mental agony.

    I have been using reliance for the past 7 yrs all of sudden they have shut down their service without any intimation. Now, for the past 1 week im not getting any call or sms. 3 days before i went to near by reliance show room where i use to pay my bills but there was no evidence of their existence in that place. Now other service providers asking for port unique number from reliance for mnp but due to stoppage of reliance service im not getting reply from 1900 in spite of sending port request. This is the number which i have linked with adhaar and bank. So i request trai to sort this problem as early pls.

      I'm a reliance customer. I want to port my number to another network. When I send "PORT XXXXXXXXXX" to 1900 message sent successfully. But after some moment from +1901 I receive a message that "Insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the services...i have balance in my mobile yet i recharge it online of 10 rs...ple help me..its my very old number...i am using it more than 7 years...

        We are using reliance gsm for a long period. But from today morning it's service has stopped and continously showing emergency service. We have got our unique porting code respective mobile no. And it is valid till 14th nov 2017. So why the service has stopped today e. G. 4th nov 2017, as last date for porting is 14th nov 2017. We wanted to know that the service has stopped only on 2g set from today only because we have been using till yesterday night. Our mobile no is +[protected]. And other mobile no is +[protected].
        So we are requesting reliance to start our service from today till validity e. G. 14th nov 2017.

          I'm really sorry to inform you that,

          I'm completely fed up wid your service.

          My reliance postpaid sim ([protected]) is not working from this month starting, eventhough my all bill are paid & cleared and my account balance is - ve also.

          There's no calls and sms both incoming and outgoing, and the ivr telling that, "your account is temporarily disconnected and contact customer care".

            Hello,

            The upc code is not received even after so many attempts. The customer care is not available and all the outlets are closed.

            Knowing that reliance network not being available after november, they should have made some communication to their customers. This is literally cheating the customers.

            Not sure whom to contact. Pathetic behaviour from rcom no responsibility shown towards their customers.

              I have using your services sincerely 8 years, and ruining rs.299 plan. W/o my consent and any written request change advance rental plan. After that i launched complaint and customer service centre confirm that that again reactivate rs.299 plan and repeat plan 3 times. But yday i surprised after receiving monthly bill. That they activate 699 plan. So check you my compliant calls in records and what your customer care team confirmed about plan. Then why you send bill for rs.699 plan. As if now, all mobile company have rs399 unlimited plan then you why activated such plan w/o customer consent

              Where was rs.1325, which was taken in sept month as adnvace 6 month rental.
              It's clear fraud to customer. Pls cross your records and refund excess amount you taken from last two month.

                We wish to inform that the rental for a dsl server installed in the campus of our society, has been not paid for a long time despite matter taken up with your nungambakkam office i chennai (Mr. B. T. Venketagiri).
                I furnish full details as under :
                The last time we recd. A cheque was on 19/09/2016 for rs.27225/- for a claim of rs.35700/-
                Hence on 19/09/2016 you owed us rs.8475/-
                Therafter we did not receive any monthly rental till october 2017. This came to about rs.45750/- for the period august 16 to oct.2017.
                Hence the total due from you as on date is rs.54225/- (Rupees fifty four thousands and two hundred and twenty five only)

                    My number [protected] need to be ported soon as this is my primary number registered everywhere. Sim was not having range for 1 week. I tried many methods and was able to get range from vodafone on my mobile and send nearly 20 message to 1900 with format port [protected]. But i'm not receiving any response sms. Truly helpless as without having mobile communication is digital india doesn't goes well since we need otp for almost everything.

                      I am r-com postpaid customer and now disconnected the connection. My account is showing credit balance of rs. 1210/-, which is not yet refunded by them to me. Several times i had tried to contact them, but they are not at all responding. While taking the connection, they had collected rs. 850/- as security deposit, which they are not refunding to me.

                      Also when i had tried to port rcom to another service provider, they asked me to pay the advance, which is unfair to me, when they had security deposit with them.

                      Please solve my issue and arrange to send the cheque of refund to my registered address.

                          Hi,

                          Hi my no is 80xxxxx307, as i m not getting porting code after sending message to 1900. This have been tried from yesterday but not got any message from 1901. (Almost have tried 10 to 15 times) but not received single message.

                          Facing so much of problem, reliance closed down. Not able to call receive any call, not able to connect to reliance customer care, really pathetic service from reliance.

                          Kindly help on this issue.

                          Hi,

                          As I m facing lot of issue no calling, not can be done, not receiving important messages like OTP, missing imp call. Even there is balance of 124 rs. If this lapse they (reliance) have to refund the same.

                          As because of this issue already facing lot of problem, an even balance not able to use. As not receiving porting code, so decided to go for manual porting through other network provider (by filing portable form through store), as don't know when it will resolved, can wait, missing important work. If balance lapse they have to refund.

                          when this complaint will resolve and what about my balance? really great trick by reliance cheating to customer.
                          millions of customer and there balances. troubling to customer, cheating to customer.(not getting porting message, not able to call, waste of balance)

                          so why they not taking action against them.

                            Hello sir,

                            Rcom is closed and they had not arranged any service for there customer. Rcom customer care number is also not working. I am able to get the port number. Without it i am not able to port it to other operator. I have only one number and that also not working. Kindly guide us, how to port rcom number to other operator without port message? How rcom close there service such way, without making any arrangement and how trai allowed it?

                                Sir iam from madurai.. Iam a retailer e recharge of reliance.. The company shutdown his tower without any notification.. I have balance in that rs.1960.72..in madurai all the customers facing same problem no network.. All the customers have some balanced.. The reliance company not refund the amount or transfer to other network.. They closed the network without any information.
                                I am a small shop retailer..1960.72 is big for me.. Its big cheating by reliance company.. Please take nessesory action towards the issue..

                                  I am trying to port out from reliance. I got the upc code after 2 days, it starts with c. Now the service provider is saying it is invalid. I am unable to contact reliance customer care also. Please support. I am not having the signal for my reliance number. How to port out from reliance and how to get a valid upc code from reliance.                                     I am holding a post paid gsm connection [protected], my relationship no. Is[protected]. I had made port out request for this number on 26th oct. 2017, i had received porting request no. On same day which has been given to other service provider. I have also deposited advance of rs. 250/ on 27th oct. 17, now it is more than a week but reliance com. Has not accepted request from new operator to start their services on this number.

                                        As you are going to shut down your shop on 31st nov 2017.
                                        So i planned to port my sim to different network.

                                        But didnt get amy message, again i have sent this message.
                                        Still i am waiting for upc no.

                                        My all the otp will come on same number. So it's impossible to take new number for me.
