My number [protected]. I want to port from reliance to other operator. But I am unable to sent Port request message to 1900 due to no Connectivity. Please send my UPC number.I have tried many times to send PORT request message but failed every time.Please send my upc code from Reliance to PORT my number

Good Evening .Kindly help.

Any other option beside 1900.

Tried in my family we have 4 reliance communications gsm prepaid cards.

Tried sending sms to 1900 and typed PORT "mobile number" but nothing either no response or no network .

In one mobile we had recently charged rs500 now balance rs443.285 but now i can't use it when any calls its no network.

Reliance GSM has been shut down and we are left nowhere with a dead sim. All my contacts are trying to call me but are unable to reach me due to this.

As my SIM has no network now, I am unable to log a PORT OUT request and due to which I am not able to Port to any other network.
I really need my Mobile Number of mine as they are linked to accounts, services and known family, friends .

Help from your side will be appreciated...

I have send several messages to 1900 for my mobile number porting but no message reply from company
I need upc code so that i m able to port my mobile number from reliance to other company.
Its my permanent number and i need this number very much, but company do not message me any official message that company is winding up earlier. Help us its reliance responsibility.

My number [protected]. I want to port from reliance to airtel. But i did not receive any upc port number from reliance. Please send my upc number. I have send port space then mob number to 1900 for 4 to 5 times from 7 days but i dont have get any upc code from reliance.

I request you to look into the matter and get the issue resolve at the earliest.

Reliance communications stopped their entire service from 1st november 2017 onwards without giving any prior intimation. Balance credit of prepaid users have been rendered useless because of this unethical act by rcom. This is cheating and fraud of people's hard earned money. Consumers who have been loyal for years have been left in despair and frustration without their number working which is linked to banks, aadhaar, etc.
This act of rcom is highly unacceptable.

Hello sir/madam,
I am going to switch my mobile number from reliance network to vodafone network. For that i sent 3 messages on 1900 to reliance to get unique porting code. But i didn't get single message from them. Can you please look into this issue, as we never response from such companies, as time when tis company is going to merge with another company.

My mobile number is defunct from 30th october 2017. I cannot use it for online transactions and other important things. I have to use the internet as i am extremely unwell. I need to get the given number to work to even get my food. The extremely inconsiderate, selfish and unethical closure of services by your company services without prior warning just leaves me at a loss of words. I curse the very day i bought your sim so many years back and foolish enough to stick with you.
Anyway i had to venture out in my state to 'upgrade to 4g' as prescribed. I found all the service centers closed and all the towers reportedly defunct. So nothing could be done and i am still stuck with your damn defunct sim. I am fed up. Please at least send the portability numbers or whatever to 1000s who have been foolish enough like me and regretting for the same now. Btw the staff at your service centers were incompetent, stupid and impolite.

I'm really not satisfied with the network. What are they trying to do actually? It's been more than two days, my number does not work! I thought it was some regional network issues. But i didn't get any network! People tried calling my number, ended up not getting any response. How can i call back if my number does not work? I can't even make a call to the customer care. What am i supposed to do really?

I am your user since long time, but today my operator services have been deactivated without any notice through phone call or message, for that i am no longer able to call or receive any and also i have approx 150.00 inr in my account, kindly resolve it asap as i am completely dependent on your services but couldn't able to make calls now, please help me out of this and reslove it or settle down my balance in any mode.

Sir, as reliance is shutting shop in chennnai, tn we have been asked to port our numbers. I tried sending port space mobile number to 1900 for 30 times in last 3 days but i'm not getting my code. Now services have stopped. Please escalate this matter and get me the code. One of this sim cards i have been using since 5 years and is really important...

Since the time i recieved a sms about your company being shutting down, i have been sending multiple porting requests, i. E., port [protected] to 1900...
But there is no reply sms from 1901 providing upc to my number for mnp.

I even visited your reliance gallery twice in my area for help but the people there too a cant help me in such case but now i am really tired of this issue.
Please give a response with your genuine services.

I had received a port number to change my number from reliance to idea. But the message accidentally got deleted. Is there any way i can get the port number once again? We tried to switch from reliance to idea using the port functionality, but we received a message saying the phone number does not match with the number used for the porting request.

I have made several requests of "port xxx..." to 1900 from my reliance number, but i am yet to receive a code for going ahead with the porting. I am scared that if this doesn't happen in time before reliance shuts all its operations i may lose this number and this number of mine is linked everywhere for me including my aadhar. Plz help.

There is no network all around., i am fed up of this pathetic service provided by you relaince communication. I am tolerating you # service.
Now i have decided to go with other network. I am trying to generate upc via mnp service but not getting upc code from your side. I am trying since 15 days but you people are not providing the same. Because of it i am facing a huge loss in my business. If before shutting your service i wont get upc from your side and you shut your # service i will go to consumer court against you and will take legal action

after repeated request for refund of the amount paid on 14.02.2017 the representatives in the office of Kolkata Reliance Communication assured that the amount would be returned but all in vain. Now no staff/office of the Reliance Communication is found in kolkata and so, I like to raise the complain for this malfunction of my fund.

My reliance prepaid number is [protected] and i want to port out from reliance due to 2g network closing down. I has send sms "port [protected]" to 1900 multiple times, but till now i have not got upc code from reliance communications to port out. I want to keep this mobile number.

I heared that company is going to shut down his voice calling business.

So many material casting about 50000
Like etop, scheme, security and many more. Materials are there.

Company is saying it's not there responsibility.

This is to inform you to that my self s. S mohapatra a costumer of reliance telecom services. I have availed 2 years unlimited plan bearing mob. No ([protected]) validating from 02/08/2016 to 02/08/2018. It is regretted much to say that the reliance telecom company withdrawing its services from the state of odisha, it is worth while to mention herein that i have yet to get several months more service as i have already paid the total amount for 2 years. Now i am getting messages from the company and asking me for porting my services to some other network and i will be charged, which shall be a great loss for me as well as to my business. The present situation really harassing me a lot that i have charged double amount for a same service. There for, please be kind enough to look into the matter, so that i would get proper justice to get my hard invested money to be refunded. Your act of kindness in this regard is highly solicited.
