I am trying to port my reliance number. Inspite of sending several port msgs to 1900 and "upcn rcom *mobile number* mh" to [protected] (As suggested by the customer care executive) i am not receiving any upc code.
A message is received from vodafone stating you will receive your upc code within 24 hours but i haven't received any code till date. I am sending the port request continuously from last 3-4 days....

I didn't get upc code
Pls ggive me upc code of this number [protected]
Pls sir help me
Give me upc code and resolved it
Its too urgency

And i want to porting code to joining vodafone company

My reliance number has network but from yeaterday (02-nov-2017), i am unable to make/receive calls. I tried sending port sms for more than 100 time from my mobile but its not sending. I tried sending e-mails to them, but no response. Kindly help me get the port code. Without port sms i can't port this number also. This number is registered with everything. I really need this number....

My reliance gsm number is [protected], i got msg from rcom that voice service will be stopped on 1st dec 2017, so i have to port my number or we can use reliance 4g service to keep active my number but from 1st nov 2017 they stopped everything. Now i am not able to port my number also because they don't share the upc code. I am asking help from telecom regulatory authority of india to get upc code at least? Those have prepaid connection...

I am trying to generate the unique porting code for my reliance number [protected] since one month but i am unable to. When i send the message "port [protected]" to 1900, i get this reply "this service is temporarily unavailable' from +1901. I registered a complaint twice over reliance customer care but there is not resolved. Now when i try to call the customer care, that is also blocked for me. I have applied a telemarketing no.in the month of june 2016 and deposited a dd of 50000 rs. As a security amount. I have given a disconnection request to reliance communications collection agency in oct. 2016, and told him to process my security refund and disconnection of no.
I have approached their office in the month of march 2017 for refund status of my this no. But they said that the security is refunded...

We are using reliance landline telephone from last 5 years i. E.[protected].
We have paid telephone bill amount/charges regular basis.

Now as per the talking with your customer care executive, landline got very low signal strength.
Thatswhy we received very poor voice quality in incoming and outgoing calls.
Many times message comes emergency calls due to same reason we are facing...

Hi reliance team,

I am not able to receive any upc code even after sending port out request multiple times. Please help as i want to retain this number. I have sent sms to 1900 multiple times. Not receiving any message from 1901. If reliance is getting shut down, at least let us port out peacefully. Why aren't you keeping things smooth. Once an embarrassment to have a reliance number will always be.

Reliance is not sending port code so that i can switch to other operation.

Many times i have sent msg. Port [protected] on 1900 for my current number portability but they are not responding. Yesterday i sent almost 5 sms for not update till now.

Please escalate this issue so that users would not face issue.

My mobile number [protected] has stopped working since couple of days without any previous information. Reliance customer care numbers are either not working or switched off, reliance store near by me are closed and there is no any service call from reliance regarding this. My reliance number [protected] is a very old number of mine and i am facing lots of problems due to this sudden block of services from reliance.

I've a reliance no. [protected]. And i wish to port it to vodafone but on messaging (Port [protected]) and sending it on 1900 for 4 to 5 times from 7 days, they are not providing me any porting code. For this i've called and e-mailed the company on *333 / [protected]/ [protected]@relianceada.com but company has blocked its customer care service and not answering my e-mail.

Please provide me the porting code as soon as possible....

I sent text to 1900 to get upc to opt out from reliance but didn't receive my code yet..

Sir, my number is deactivated because of late payment... But after that i immediate paid all my dues but after many communication with reliance ada, they did not response and no one is trying to start my mobile number, they did not activate my number.. Sir this is srajan gupta from noida. Sir i would like to port number from reliance to vodafone. For that i have tried sending (Sms port "mobile number) to 1900 multiple times but everytime i send an sms it shows"insufficient balance" for no reason whatsoever. Pathetic, they have announced to shut down and not giving upc code. Tried 1900 number, calling and sending port messages so many times. No response, no network. The balance i'm there was automatically exhasted. Seriously law less country where only people like anil ambani can enjoy and have no care for customer. No response from customer service. Trai also can not do anything in this. Need this urgently my number is [protected]...

Activated plan data89 on 2nd november, i was supposed to get fresh 1gb data after 12am, but was not the case as promised. Are you waiting for the residual data of 2nd november to get over and start deducting from the main balance? Tried calling customer service, but calls could not go through beyond ivr. Resolve the issue & stop fooling your customers. Seen people complaining about the same repeatedly, still you're not mending ways....
