Dear sir,
We are using reliance landline telephone from last 5 years i. E.[protected].
We have paid telephone bill amount/charges regular basis.
Now as per the talking with your customer care executive, landline got very low signal strength.
Thatswhy we received very poor voice quality in incoming and outgoing calls.
Many times message comes emergency calls due to same reason we are facing major problem/ incovenience in our school.
Now we have got one text massage i. E. "your existing no will be discontinue from 30th november 2017".
Kindly request to increase the signal strength and voice quality. Please do the needful.
Please look in to the problem on urgent basis for that we will thankful to you.

and when I call the customer care support, they are also not responding
and the live chat facility as usual is not working . they say that they always are there to serve us ? but how ?
please rectify this issue at the earliest or else we would be looking at other options soon.
