My name is prabhat mishra and i am using reliance GSM post paid connection at madhya pradesh my no. is [protected], I was in maharastra (roaming) from 17-may 2014 to 31- may 2014. From 23-may 2014 to 28-may- 2014 there were no network on my phone (other sim card of same company was working fine at same time and same phone which was also in roaming). on 24 may 14 i visited reliance webworld office at nashik (M.H.) but there were no electricity at that time so they told we cant help you and they gave a contact no. so that i can ask them if electricity came or not but that no. was alway swithed off (my no. was still not working due to that i faced many problems) on 27 or 28 may 2014 i visited reliance web world office at aurangabad (M.H.) for the same issue they checked and told that your roaming services are deactivated, then they activated my roaaming services and then after 2 hours my no. was activated. As i was in offician tour and i was unable to communicate any body my whole tour and expences was wasted. my no. was deactivated for no reason and no any pre information.when i visited my home location reliance web world i.e. at jabalpur madhya pradesh they told that there is no any status for roaming deactivation but for activation on 28 may.i asked that when services are not deactivaed then how it could be activated, but they just told that it may be a technical issue. i ask them to lodge a complaint regarding the issue but thay said we can't register your complaint, when i forced them to give reason for the same they just provided me a no. [protected] saying that it is our appllet office's no. i tried many times from that that day to today but this no. is always switched off. i always pay the full amiunt of bill and reason behind using postpaid connection is to communicate and use services without any intruption but i am very disappointed for this kind of pathetic support by reliance. today an executive of reliance communication talked to me regarding my complaint, and suggested me that in future whenever i go to roaming next time i have to pay all outstanding amount and confirm about the roaming services. it means whenever i go to out of home state, first i have to inform reliance that i am going to roaming kindly check and activate my roaming services. my whole tour was spoiled due to poor support of reliance and now nobody taking the responsibility for the same.iam using reliance for last 4 years or more but now it is getting very hard to stay with reliance.

    hi have got 3 connection of datacard, you guys have deactivated them from your end, even without concerning me and not even informing me. even after deactivation your person frm ur call centres is callling me for welcome call. your reliance executive have told me the amount will be refund, but its been 2 months and none your executive is replyiin me for the same. evn i mailed you people and i am gettin the reply that there is no outstanding so dnt worry. its not about outstanding i have paid 6450/- for 3 datacard where you person told me that includes datacard and free 3 month internet unlimited usage is included. i already got terminated mail in 1 month and the datacard were never working. datacard numbers are : [protected] [protected] [protected]

      Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Mohammed Shadab Maved, contact # : [protected]. I had applied for a connection CAF no - [protected] on 26/05/2014 paying a sum of Rs.3900 as initial deposit which got rejected due to unavailability in my area. I was told that my amount would be refunded in max 10 days but its 14 days today and the representatives number is either switched off or he disconnects my call. May I know how do I go about this to get the quickest response? Representative: Anil Kumar - [protected] (Not reachable, disconnects, Call forward to a number which is switched off, switched off) Representatives Manager : Gopi (I guess this is his name) - [protected] (99% of the times it is switched off) Could you please help me with this.

        My reliance mobile number [protected] was ported from other network to reliance 6 months ago. Due to expire of offer validity, i've done a special recharge of 107 on 7th Jun 2014. Before doing that I had de-activated 14rs sms pack which was activated earlier by mistake and received de-activation confirmation sms also. According to 107 plan 1st 3 sms should be charged 50ps and 97 sms free. But the issue im facing now is, still I'm being charged 15ps/sms. I want to be charged as 107 plan. Called customer care several times(Service request No:[protected], but its of no use. Kindly resolve this issue.

          Hi, I wanted to terminate my Reliance Netconnect+ postpaid connection which I took on 06/06/2014. Reliance netconnect+ no. is [protected]. I was trying to contact customer care no in many occasions but there was a hold of 40 to 45 mins and everytime it got discconected with no response, pathetic customer service. I visited the nearest outlet in Jalahalli and had been adviced that it is not possible to cancel the connection prior to 3 months which I did'nt understand at all. Firstly, I took the connection as per my wish and I have all the rights to discconect whenever i want. Sad part of the thing is there is no coverage at all in our area wheras the executive had promised me there will be a coverage in my area, when I took the connection. I was totally unhappy with this and please teminate the connection asap.

              I am facing gprs connection ( not connecting only my reliance sim, other reliance sim connected ) last 7 days. I try to contact 198 customer care. but after 20 min its line automatically cut. i try like this many times but no use. Then finally i try to change mobile no portability to change good network. Its message come from 1901 is, Your mobile no. is not matching with the number requested for porting. What can i do ? I am suffered soo much for this un helping network.

                Hi Team,

                This is Amit from Bhubaneswar. Currently i am in Banglore. I made a 194 Rs roaming pack recharge online on 6th June on my reliance no [protected]. For some reason, the transaction failed (maybe due to server issues). So i tried the recharge again after 30 mins. But eventually i got two payment receipts from Reliance at 6th jun 23:38:38 and again at 7th jun 00:01:59. It means my number got recharged twice with the same amount. I contacted reliance customer care about this the next day, but they said the recharge was done only once. Again i called the customer care today (10th June). Miss Shradhanjali said, my number was recharged only once. When i asked her to transfer the call to any senior executive, i was escorted by Mr Bibek Kumar Sahoo. As per Mr Bibek, customer care doesnt have information more that 3 days. So if that is the case, how could Ms Shradganjali give me the information.
                All things apart, since i received the conformation of payment receipt from Reliance twice, i deserve a refund. I request you to take an action against this.

                Hi Team,

                Thanks for your response. I received a call back from Reliance on this matter soon enough. I was promised by the Reliance representatives that my service worth Rs 194 shall be carried forward for extra 6 months instead of a refund. I agreed to that and i was said i shall get a message with the confirmation of validity extension. But to my horror, its been 25 days since, none responded.

                  I have had the worst experience from Reliance customer care number :[protected] I have been trying get the call connected to customer care agent from past 1 month in order to cancel my Reliance netconnect dongle. I have been dialing this number everyday and wasting almost 2 hours each day in the hope to get connected so that I can apply for cancellation. Reliance showrooms also dont accept cancellation request. My time and energy is lost and I am in total frustration with this kind of service. Is this the way to deal with a good customer??                   I have recieved a mail On Wed, Jun 11, 2014 at 4:26 PM, Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com <Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com>, stating that service termination has been registered with service request ID:[protected]on 06/11/2014 at 04:05:17 PM .

                  The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental.

                  The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request.

                  Currently, the outstanding amount is Rs. 533.81/- in your account.


                  I have made the payment for this outstanding amount as well. and awaiting cancellation to happen.

                    I made an online payment of Rs 500 through my debit card on the 2nd of June, for my internet connection. However, the reliance communications page didn't offer any sort of confirmation report and sent me straight to the first page. No email concerning the payment was received, however money was deducted from my account. I have been trying to contact them since day 1, but my calls are never received.                       I am using Reliance netconnect+ data card as an Internet connection in my home and now I am not able to use the data card in the evdo platform. There will be no coverage if i use in the net connect+ mode. If I swith it to 1x mode it works but with a very low speed as the max speed in 1x is 144 kbps. I am trying to connect to customer care but it never connecting to the call centre even if we wait for more than 45 minutes. I am facing this issue from more than 2 weeks. Please address this issue and rectify the problem. My MDN Number is [protected]

                        My phone connection from reliance is from last 7-8 years. The same instrument is with us for so long. The instrument is not working for more than 2 months. The problems are 1)whenever you try to make a call, it disconnects 2)when people make a call, it either disconnects or they cannot hear anything 3)The charger cord is not working 4)The battery runs only for 5 minutes 5)Most of the time people do not get thru our phone It also takes average 15 to 20 minutes to register a call. I tried doing it for last 2 months but you loose patience. I gave this feedback to their call center 2 months back. Then again on 14th May i finally registered a call. They send their Engineer only on 24th May, that too after reminding them. When we told the Engineer that these are the problems and he need to change the instrument, he did not have authority to change the instrument and went back. Till date i have not received any call from Reliance. I have not paid the last bill because of this. But i get regular calls from them for bill payment and when i ask them to look into the problem i am facing, they just disconnect. Actually if you see, my instrument is giving problem from last 1.5 years and every time they come they do a temporary job

                        The reliance service person visited my place but they had the capability of changing the battery or the charger. They could not replace the set. THIS IS RIDICULUOUS. I have not done any calls from this number from May 2014 onwards but Reliance is being prompt in sending me bills month on month. They are not ashamed that the customer is not using the phone and the difficulties i am going through.
                        PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND TO CONSUMERS MR RELIANCE

                            Hi,

                            This is to address you about the Postpaid number I was using
                            [protected], from last 4 years.I was satisfied with your services from
                            last 3 years but from last 6 months I was having network problems GPS
                            (3G) internet problems.

                            After calling customer care a number of time and registering my
                            complaints none of the complaints were actually resolved.Without
                            resolving the complaints they were marked resolved without confirming
                            from me.

                            Last month, while my complaint was registered and not resolved my
                            connection was cut due to not paying the pending bill.

                            I have my complaint registered for very low/No network and 3G internet
                            not working, and none of two issues were resolved.

                            Please STOP my services from today as I am forced to shift to other
                            networks having good network and customer care.

                            I was using 1499 unlimited plan for over 1.5 years now, you can see
                            my usage from last 6 months .Which will be too low because of these
                            issues I was facing.

                            I kept on paying the bills till now, but now its high time and I need
                            serious ansers from you guys about the issues and resolutions to them.

                            If not I will not be paying the pending 2 months bill, and will be
                            force to make this a legal issue.

But they not Provide me Cost Sheet But your Executive says that i go to service center then they talk her. But i want to Register a Complain against Service Center and Executive why they not Provide proper Information and Proper Bill ( Cost Sheet). It has been observed that some fictitious amount of Rs. 51 and Rs. 123 has been deducted from mobile recharge on dated 06.06.2014 and 08.06.2014 respectively . I have call to customer care deptt many times but have no reply about the deduction. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the same .

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I paid Rs 156/- for 1 GB of 3G data on 7th May 2014. I was credited 512 MB of data within 2 hours. When contacted the customer care called and informed me that it is the policy of Reliance to credit remaining 50% data of data pack within 48 hours. However, even after repeated emails to Reliance, I was not credited the data within 48 hours of my payment. The remaining 512 MB data was finally credited to my Reliance GSM number on 31st May 2014, after 27 days and this data pack was to expire on 5th June, meaning I was getting to use the 1st 512 MB data for 24 days and remaining 512 MB for only 6 days.

                                  I emailed to Reliance Appellate Authority on 4th June 2014. Finally the concerned authority got the time to respond today on 9th June 2014 informing that Reliance cannot take action on my LOSS.

                                  Reliance had been my choice o[censored]sing 3G Internet because of the cheaper data packs compared to other service providers. I seem to have lost faith with Reliance now because of inefficiency of data credit system leading to loss to customers and customers stand to loss more than gain from the cheaper data packs of Reliance.

                                    Hi, From last two days I am facing a weird problem. Whenever I try calling someone its saying insufficient balance, whereas there is balance of 100 rupees above in main bal. I am very disappointed after experiancing this kind of sub standard service from reliance.I calling customer care but they not attended my call. I think relaince should take some good steps to solve this problem otherwise the only choice for customers like me will be to switch to some other service provider. However since two weeks their services become so bad and jeopardised my works. I have been facing this issue regularly.                                       I do not think so. The Local technical team keeps on closing the complaint without even contacting me. Even now they are not responding. Yesterday alone I had registered three complaints, because they keep on closing the complaints, here is the complaint nos .[protected] /[protected] /[protected].

                                      I just came from Head office at Hadows Road Chennai, the at the office says the complaint cannot be resolved and they are planning to vacate the DLC box.

                                      So how come you are assuring to resolve my issue?

                                      Its not resolved you piece of trash, it never worked and it never will. Don't you say it is resolved to your satisfaction. I was told it will take some time, but it was never fixed and you people keep on delaying the process to fix my problem. I have no other option than to terminate the connection you fools.

                                      Even today i had registered complaint, because your pathetic engineers and technicians in my area keeps on closing the complaint without resolving it.

                                        I have taken new connection, a new sim of reliance on[protected]monday, 2nd june of 2014). Sir till today[protected], the sim is not yet activated. Sir from last 5 days I m calling to reliance TM, retailers, distributors but no one is listenning to me.

                                        I M LIving in kota, rajasthan and for internet I bought sim, TM Name is Sheetal and he spoke to me in a very bad manners, he gave me fowl words. His name is sheetal, his number is - [protected]. He is very bad mannered, not giving respect to customeres,

                                        They are saying my signature is match but I didnt gave any signature, only my photo and unique ID (Aadhar Card) and there is no signature on unique id.

                                        Sir please take some action against these employees as they are not very loyal and honest with reliance communications.
