kindly submit my complaint regarding the activation of VAS EasyMobile VP, VAS EasyMobile VP subscription without my permission from reliance CDMA. reliance CDMA has activate the following vas services without my permission and deduct my Rs. 10 from my balance. kindly deactivate the following VAS EasyMobile VP and refund my money from reliance CDMA.     Respected Sir/Madam I took wireless internet connection of reliance netconnect+ on 7th May 2012. its number is [protected] with account no.[protected]. Since its activation, the connection is faulty and was disconnecting frequently. even though, I continued your service patiently and I was never a defaulter of any of your bill payments. I am an honest customer/consumer with every institution I transact with. Atlast on 27th January 2014 the connection was completely gone. Unable to maintain the faulty net connection, i called your customer care and requested them repeatedly to terminate the service immediately. But they persuaded me to continue, promising me free plan for the affected period. trusting them, I didn't pay the bill and my connection is terminated and i am asked to pay two months' bills accumulated with penalty, totalling Rs.1, 885/-. As the entire fault is on your side and not on my side, I would request you to kindly waive off the bills worth Rs.1, 885/-. Kindly help me and let me out of this problem. yours sincerely T.       Thank you Reliance CC for solving my last issue at the earliest. I really appreciate.But, unfortunately Bangalore Customer Care persons are not at all customer centric as in Mumbai (HO). Again, I am facing two issues. (my issues are unattained my Rcom Bangalore CC) 1. Though I have been getting message from RCOM that by recharging 95 pack I'll get Rs.20 talk time as an extra. Valid till 25th April 2014.But, transferring Rs.95 to my mobile no. [protected] on 12/04/2014, it got recharged but till date I've not got Rs.20 extra talk time as per the RCOM offer messages. I called Customer Care but they could not give me any solution & said we can't do anything. (If you can't do then who else will..AirTel, tata, idea will do for you). 2. This one is really a pathetic one. Since last 2 yrs I've using message pack @ Rs. 19 (1ps per msg.). And, on every month 26th or 25th day it gets renewed automatically. But from this month onwards I decided to deactivate the msg. pack was waiting for 23rd or 24th of this month to come when I'd have given request to the Customer Care to deactivate sms. pack (or else it'll get renewed on 25th automatically). But to my surprise it got renewed on 21st Apr. 2014. I called today (i.e. 22/04/2014 @ 8:50 AM) to the customer care regarding this issue. But instead of helping me he just kept my call on hold for long time.(i could even hear their gossip & laughs). How come on the earth 26t to 21st is 30 days. I tried to make him understand this & told him to deactivate SMS pack & refund/revert back my Rs.19 (which is already deducted prior to 4 days) I also told him please solve my issues or else I'll go to consumer forum he just said go & give complain, I can't do anything on this. So, RCOM CC Head Office Mumbai. I request you to seriously look into this as the previous one and kindly revert my Rs.19 (for SMS pack) & deactivate it. and Rs.20 (for RC 95 pack offer) on my Reliance no.         Have taken a connection from RCOM as part of the iPhone deal where we make an advance payment through credit card for 2 years and use the connection with Zero payment. My Number - [protected] Every month I get calls for making payment against my number. On Saturday Morning My number got disconnected!! I called up customer care and was informed that the number would be activated in an hours time. It has now been 3 days and my number is still disconnected. RCOM does not have a process to provide any Complaint number through sms for us to ttrack the status of complaint. This is amazing. After having received an advance payment for 2 years the company does not provide any service and lets the phone be disconnected for so many days!!

          Sir,
          I got Reliance gsm postpaid connection, i'm using it from past few months. I went into your store located at Shivranjani cross road, Ahmedabad to get it converted into prepaid connection. I have given all the documents, i don't know what has been done by your trainee my number is out of service since past 6 days. I have called your customer care they said contact the store you visited.

          I have contacted the store located at shivrajani, Ahmedabad but they are not providing any answer. Everytime i call them they are saying our system is down. They are causing sever discomfort. I want my number activated again as soon as possible.

            Sir' This is to inform u that I have recharged my number i.e [protected] with RS 16 for what's app for the period of 7 days . After recharging my number I got the message that facebook is activated for 7 days. After that I started using whatsApp . as usual I have checked my account balance I have seen my account had been debited by Rs 43 . So I called the customer care service to inform them that I have recharged for what's App then how Rs 43 is debited from my account ... the first complaint is that they received my call after 25 minutes .. a very bad service ..!! I called them thrice. two times they said that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.. I waited but I didn't get back. third tym I called again n this time they said that that amount will not be refunded a because I have used GPRS from my cell . they gave lot of nonsense reasons that I m using gprs n all then said I have android phone.etc etc.. I have C503 cell ' nokia. I only used whatsapp n nothing else n in between whenever I used what'sapp my main balance was frequently debited throughout the day.. sir pls help me getting the amount i.e. Rs 43 back as well as those also which was deducted from my account during the day while using what's app. ..                 I availed myself of this services for some months and paid for those respective months. I mentioned to the salesman that it has to be prepaid but after the period is over I did not use it and bills kept generating. I started getting calls regularly from rude ladies asking me to pay to which I explained several times the situation and the fault of sales man yogendra. There is no solution provided. I am still asked to pay. Bills r generated on its own. I dont know what to do Please help. Urvil Patel

                you guys have been generating false bills i have been sold post paid connection when I asked prepaid. i never even used it and you keep generating bills... for what? please dont harass your customers and if thers is a fault on your side then learn to accept it... rather than duping your customers for money that is not yours in the first place.
                I am still getting phone calls asking rudely to pay money. What have the reliance customer support done so far. I need some one to call me.

                  My name is Joyjit das, my reliance mobile no. is [protected].I already recharge my no. with 37 net pack, which valid 30 days, for facebook, whatsapp and twitter surfing only..so when i browse them.they (RELIANCE)deducted balance from my main ac.I call reliance customer care several times but there was no response..they said stupid ques that's not related with anything!...so, kindly solved my problem..plzz

                    Respected Sir Myself . Using my number ([protected]) from 2009. Last one year i'm not getting assistance from your cust care. Last 3 month I am not calling in your general cust care. Appellate authority(Rajiv) said on 14.04.2014 you can call after 72 hours in our general cust care and lunched complained their first. Now come to the point, on [protected] suddenly I saw a msg regarding C-sat of Safia. After 5 mints I got another msg from 52811, and my blnce deducted Rs 18/- for GPRS services. Several times I called cust care but getting error msg "network busy" and "number not valied" someting like. Then call to Appellate authority "Rajiv" did not help regarding the issues, rather my Rs- 19/ and 30mints time wasted. I am using prepaid service at first I pay and then I can use the service. Now who provide me the extra time and money which is wasted in your cust care. I complained several times for tibcco and handset lost issues but your company dose not escalate the same. again and again I am facing the same problem. I want to resolved the issues permanently . Please waiver my balance and stop all these rubbish things and take necessary action against your cust care authority. Thanking You [protected]

                      This is to inform that I had reliance broadband Internet and I terminated on end of November 2013. My plan is of quarterly advanced deposit plan, so my balance of Rs1829 is with them. They said we have policy of return back within 45 to 60 days, now 5 months gone they haven't return my money back.                         Today 17 april 2014, i recharge my reliance gsm no.[protected] with top up of rs125 and i get rs135 to use..But whenever i make call the error is insufficient balqnce, recharge your number...i call 5 times to customer cqre and they said that our system is out of order so call later...And after five times they put my number in reject list...

                            Sir/Ma'am My self Neeraj Sharma. Mine cell no. [protected]credit limit is only Rs1000 but they are generating an unbilled amount of Rs16449 and when i ask them for what they are generating This much amount they told me that you have used internet as the internet pack is also activated on mine cell no. Sir only one question from mine side that if mine credit limit is only rs1000 then how they can cross that limit and without any message or call warning they have generated this much amount and now they are not helping me even their duty is to help the customers and at present they are only Ignoring the issue. Sir I should be highly thankful to reliance team if they help me to solve this issue and i would also be able to use this no. In future due to their help and if they are not helping me then i will face more problems so i request you to help me.

                                my land line No. is 32919825 I stay at Malad west at Marve Road, One year back my wire less hand set (white- LG) got damaged and I approached your agent at goregaon west opposit Goregaon Sports Club. They charged Rs.1, 000/- and gave me another hand set which was second hand repaired one. It worked for about 10 months and started giving trouble. While charging there is no red light, we do not know if the hand set is charged or not, even it shoe fully charged and after talking for two minutes the phone gets shut, Since last two months i am complaining through phone, i was told that representative will come and check the hand set but no body has turned up till now. Once i was told that representative will come and replace the instrument with another second hand instrument, but representative is still coming, don't know when the day will come. Last week again I visited your goregaon show room i was asked to pay Rs.2, 000/- and i will get second hand repaired insrument, since new one is not available. It is my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and solve my problem.                                   Dear Sir! I am using Reliance Broadband service My Subscriber Id[protected] My connection is not working correctly and I had complaint to the customer care office many times. They say we will send an Engineer to visit you, but no engineer visited yet. Therefore they are also not ready to cut my connection, they are passing the time so that my 2 months get over and the amount which i have paid in starting get totally dissolved...

                                    This is Dhananjay Garje, a Reliance customer since 4 years, as i am using a reliance sim card which does not have a 3G in Pune so i wished to Port out to a different provider who gives a 3G service in the area, i have given the port out request for more than 4 times but there has been no response what so ever from reliance, they jus want me to stay with them and suffer with the services that they are providing, i have litteraly begged the reliance people to make sure that the port ourt happens but no response and have been disappointed everytime.. If this website is of any use, i would request you to acknowledge my effort of writing it to you and make sure that something happenes.                                     such a poor service, since last 3 months m trying to get my port no.but i m not getting it.
                                    when ll i get it?
                                    i hav wasted lots of my balance my sending this mgs
                                    "PORT [protected]" and i had sended it it 1900, but not getting my port no.
                                    i have launched 3 times complainded.still not get any response fron customer care side.when i am calling to the customer care, they put on hold for 5-6 minutes and then they cut the call
                                    i havent expected this from reliance.
                                    imy 3 more family members are also using reliance sim, m soo frustrated from your service, i ll port them also now.
                                    i just want my port no. so that i can go to other service provider.(better then reliance)
                                    waitng for port no.is too long now.
                                    just solve this problem now itself or ellse i ll go to consumer court.

                                      SIR, I have a reliance netconnect+ connection, it's no is [protected] and I have been continuously facing problem regarding network coverage since 1 month and I have complained many times regarding it but no action has been taken yet some of compliant no are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].I request you to look into the matter and now I want to deactivate my no and refund my money which I have already paid for further usage.My contact no is [protected].
