Hi, I am Relaince Netconnect+ (data card) user from last 8+ months using 750 plan which costs me Rs. 90 as service tax and makes my bill of Rs. 833. Because of late payment I am paying Rs. 100 extra each months. Today, when I made a payment Rs. 943 for March month, the website which never works properly did not show me the payment successful message and redirect me to the home page once again. After that I got a call from Reliance Store with number [protected] and she told me that your payment was not successful and because of the web-site issue, you have to repay. I did the payment once again and it was successful. I checked my bank statement and found that I have paid twice for the same. I called customer care and asked for the refund. But they are denying and also not ready to agree the mistake by Reliance. I also called [protected] who told me that payment was unsuccessful but she is not now receiving the call. I have already paid a lot to Relaince and now just want to close the connection and refund. Can you please help?

    I have a reliance boradband connection with the user id:[protected] and the connection is having a frequent disconnection problem since it is bought. I used to make a complaint every week and they used to attend the same. Now, when i made complaint on 5th of march, the complaint was not attended and subsequently when i called them on 18th march, i was surprised to understand that the complaint was closed with out even checking with me whether the connection is working. I raised another complaint and till today i am waiting for the service to be attended. I tried calling their engineer (Ganesh - [protected]) but he just disconnects the call when he hears my name. I tried sending a mail to their customer care but no reply / response. I am totally annoyed with the service and would like to file a case against reliance.

      Dear Sir, I have ported my mobile number [protected] from Vodafone to Reliance with Iphone 5S Scheme which is unlimited within the India. My Credit limit is Rs. 7, 000/- I have visited to Bangkok from 24th March to 26th March 2014. I reached Bangkok at 7 PM Bangkok time than I start the mobile. Next day 25th March at 6.07 PM i have received the call from customer care that your limit is exceeding please deposit the money for Rs. 9, 500/- I told I cannot deposit the money now since I am in Bangkok only. Immediately reliance disconnected my phone. After reaching India I called on 26th to reliance for clarification of Rs. 9, 500/- since I made only few calls in 24 hours. They said your services will start within few hours but on 26th it was not activated. I again called on 27th three times in customer care. Every time they were saying your problem has been escalated to seniors please wait. On 27th 3:00 PM I have received call from customer care they said your amount is 35, 411/- I am very much surprised how the bill can be 35, 400/- from 9, 500/- after blocking my mobile. If my credit limit is Rs. 7, 000/- how the reliance allowed upto Rs. 35, 400/- I talked to senior technical department on phone number [protected] on 27th March. Customer care person same thing are saying if you want to start your phone you have to pay Rs. 35, 400/- first otherwise you have to wait upto 9th April 2014. No body in reliance care giving me the details of charges.

      StillI have not received any solution from Reliance. The customer care peoplecalling my wife again &amp;amp;amp;; again and demanding unnecessary demands.Some times they are asking 65000 &amp;amp;amp; some times 35400. It is totallymental harassment to me. I am loosing lots of calls on daily basis. Please takethis matter on top priority basis.           Hi, I am using a Reliance Netconnect + Dongle In Sonipat-131001, HARYANA having no [protected] and having a unlimited plan of 1299. But Since March 1, i am unable to use it because of some network errors. every time i call customer care they told me that it will be fixed till midnight or till 4pm but it didn't. They straight away refused to even register a complaint. And It's been 20days now and i am still facing the same every day.i call them every day and they bluntly refused to lodge a complaint every time. This is the worst situation i have ever felt as a consumer. This is your final wakeup call. Plz resolve this ASAP. this is very urgent .           Hi,
          I had lodged a complaint for my Netconnect+ Connection Failure .
          Service request ID[protected] on 28/03/2014.
          Your Customer Care contacted me for the same on 30th March 2014. And I let them know about my problem.
          They told me that their Technical Response Team will contact me .
          But I didn't get any call from you Technical Team for solving my issue.
          Plz take some appropriate steps regarding the same.

            Hi,
            This is Nithin, I had a reliance phone connection [protected] for account [protected].
            I cleared all my dues in Apr2009 for Rs.1245 and closed the connection with Reliance as I was moving out of the city.
            After sometime I get a bill for Apr 2009 stating that an amount of Rs 624.45 is pending and my account has been suspended due to non-payment of this amount. Subsequently after complaining to customer care I was told that they will look into the matter. After some years in 2011 a representative from Reliance called me saying I have a balance of Rs. 1228.46 pending against my closed connection. I asked the representative to verify the details as I had already closed the connection and send me a statement in this regard. He told me that there was no closure and my account was active till June 2009. The amount till June 2009 was amounting to Rs. 1478.46. In July 2009 they have deducted(adjusted) an amount of Rs.250 and the total outstanding was Rs. 1228.46. I told the representative that there has been a clear mistake from Reliance as I had closed the connection in Apr 2009 and this amount was not due in the first place. I clearly asked the representative to take this matter up with the concerned for correction and be nullified. After this I did not get a call from their representative but after 2 years get this lawyer notice. This needs to be addressed as I have tried my best to reason as to why I should pay for a closed connection, even after I have moved out of that city. This is my last resort, please help me resolve this at the earliest or I will have to take this up with the Consumer courts and with the Department of Telecommunications.

              There was a physical damage to my Reconnect Tab. I went back to the Reliance Store in Janak Puri New Delhi on 10th March 2014 and deposited the same for a repair.

              They said you will get a call from our Gurgaon office and they will update you on the same. They also said that I will get the tab back within 14 days

              No call was made by them and I was following up with them like a crazy. Every time they said I have just spoken in the Gurgaon office and they will update you. NOTHING HAPPENED.

              I called them again and again and asked them can you please tell me where is the problem. The executive said that Gurgaon team raised a request for the part in the Mumbai office and they are not responding to the email.

              ITS NOW 16 days OVER 2 WEEKS AND I AM HEARING THIS. I KNOW I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE TO BUY A RELIANCE PRODUCT. CAN YOU PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT. HERE IS THE MODEL NUMBER- RDTPF 0801

                reliance made wrong activation on my data card (data card no. :[protected]) now they are expecting from me to pay that bill. i have activated plan of Rs.1350 for 3 months Internet using and they were generating per month billing. so i am not responsible for this amounts. a person named dipika ([protected]) from reliance webworld, mithakhali, ahmedabad. she keep calling me as legal department form delhi that is totally fake identity and behave like a rude person.so please tell her to stop calling me.

                  Sir, i am a reliance GSM user and my reliance GSM Mobile no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 156 for 1gb data on 26/03/2013 ( inspired from plan "3g in 2g price"). But I have only found 500 Mb data in my GPRS balance. I haven called reliance customer care but they have refused to register my complain and only reply please wait. This problem is frequent with my mobile number. Reliance doesn't give me full data balance on my number. Please consider on my problem and add my remaining balance in my Mobile GPRS balance.                     I hope you will get my issue resolved. I have applied for the new broadband connection on 9th March 2014. Documents (Passport photocopy and a check for the amount of Rs1348) were submitted on 9th March 2014. I got the application confirmation email on 15th March 2014 with below details: CAF no.:[protected] Subscriber ID/s :[protected] Name (Customer Name) :MR ABISHAK SHUKLA. (They have got my first name spelled incorrectly) Services Opted :Broadband Rate Plan: :WICF549 Today is 25th March and i have not yet been called in for connection forget about the connection activation. I have been calling customer care and they only say that the they will escalate the issue. But nothing has happened so far. Moreover i am frustrated by the attitude of the sales rep who collected the document as he assured that he will do everything to make sure that i get the connection activated. After collecting the documents he did not provide any information about the activation. He never attend my calls. Is this a fraud to meet sales target? By taking money from the customers and not giving the service for which they have applied.

                          Hi, I was using the reliance broadband for the past 4 months but my connection stopped working and it even after several complaints to the customer care the issue was not resolved for 20 Days. And after which they raise a bill of Rs 299 and i had already raised a disconnection request for the same. I also have received a legal notice for the same. My question is who is going to bear the loss i have had to incur as a result of non working of internet for the period of over 20 days.                             I am a post paid reliance datacard user. I had made the payment of Rs.317 for the month of January. But in February's bill, Reliance charges me 317 pending charges along with 100 for late payment along with Feb's bill amount. When I called the customer care to file a complaint, they said they would give me the corrected bill. I kept getting 10 calls everyday asking me for payment. I then raised a complaint with Reliance, and sent a copy of the online payment receipt along with my bank statement. I never got a reply and now I get threatening call that a legal notice will be sent. They ask me to go to reliance care which is closed on weekends and since I am employed I cannot go on weekdays. This is the worst customer service one could possibly get. I seek immediate response as it is impossible to get through to a customer care executive on the phone.

                                    Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My Netconnect number is-[protected]. I recharge it for 3 months by Rs. 429 LM plan [ which is an unlimited plan]. My problem is from 20/03/2014 to still now my datacard is not working, its fully break down. For this issue I complained it to customer care 3 times but my problem is not resolved still now. They cheat with me by give me 2 complain number [[protected],[protected]]. They take 48 hours and then 4 hours for solve this problem but 58 hours passed away no resolution is found still now. No body help me & they are all cheat with me. So I want to a resolution in 12 hours. This is very urgent. [My Contact Number-[protected]]

                                      my name is Ruchira Pratihar and my phone number is [protected]. i bought a new reliance 3g sim which was activated on friday... and from then on the net speed is very slow, worse even than a 2g network. i am utterly frustrated working out every single possible way but with no success.. i feel cheated. Authorities please do the needful or i will be forced to complain to higher authorities regarding this.
