Dear Sir,
I have ported my mobile number [protected] from Vodafone to Reliance with Iphone 5S Scheme which is unlimited within the India.
My Credit limit is Rs. 7, 000/-
I have visited to Bangkok from 24th March to 26th March 2014. I reached Bangkok at 7 PM Bangkok time than I start the mobile. Next day 25th March at 6.07 PM i have received the call from customer care that your limit is exceeding please deposit the money for Rs. 9, 500/- I told I cannot deposit the money now since I am in Bangkok only. Immediately reliance disconnected my phone. After reaching India I called on 26th to reliance for clarification of Rs. 9, 500/- since I made only few calls in 24 hours. They said your services will start within few hours but on 26th it was not activated. I again called on 27th three times in customer care. Every time they were saying your problem has been escalated to seniors please wait. On 27th 3:00 PM I have received call from customer care they said your amount is 35, 411/- I am very much surprised how the bill can be 35, 400/- from 9, 500/- after blocking my mobile.
If my credit limit is Rs. 7, 000/- how the reliance allowed upto Rs. 35, 400/-
I talked to senior technical department on phone number [protected] on 27th March. Customer care person same thing are saying if you want to start your phone you have to pay Rs. 35, 400/- first otherwise you have to wait upto 9th April 2014.
No body in reliance care giving me the details of charges.
