Reliance has activated IndiatimesVPak VAS on my cell number [protected] without my consent and charged me Rs 5 + Rs 5 on 11/02/2014 and 01/05/2014 respectively. All attempts made by me to disable the VAS as described on their site have failed. I keep dialling 155223 and the they keep telling me no VAS is active on my number. I do not know what to do.
