my ordeals never end with reliance.
on 5th may rs16 were deducted from my main balance for activation of Whatsapp plan, which i didn't ask for!
rather every month the same thing happens
i have asked for deactivation for this plan long time back and it did happen then as well
yet every month for unnecessary reasons you people activate this plan
this is not done
Refund my balance and deactivate...

VAS IndiaTimesVPak activated without consent

Reliance has activated IndiatimesVPak VAS on my cell number [protected] without my consent and charged me Rs 5 + Rs 5 on 11/02/2014 and 01/05/2014 respectively. All attempts made by me to disable the VAS as described on their site have failed. I keep dialling 155223 and the they keep telling me no VAS is active on my number. I do not know what to do. Really disappointed with this petty theft that Reliance is indulging into with its customers....
