I am using reliance whatsapp pack for last three months and it was doing awesome until it got renewed automatically on 7th May, 2014. After this renewal money started got deducting from my balance whenever i used whatsapp. Atleast Rs. 40 got deducted from my account. Please resolve this issue quickly and refill my balance too.     This is regarding BTS233 located in sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-85 As per our contract, our rent cheque should be delivered in the first 10 days of every quarter. This time, the rent is overdue since 10th April 2014. From the past 2 yrs, we are facing this same problem of delayed rent payments and this causes us inconvenience. We have tried calling the accounts office about this, there is no reply from their side. I even dropped in a message but no reply. The no. Belongs to some Mr. Gagandeep([protected]) in the Accounts dept. for rent and all. We request the consumer complaints forum to intervene and help us out

      Hi, I am a current customer of reliance netconnect. I am trying to call reliance netconnect customer care number[protected] since last four days but my call is not getting connected even after waiting for 25-30 minutes. I want to discontinue my service and it should be stopped with immediate effect. I had already contacted the customer care 3 months before to stop my service because of bad connectivity in my area but the customer care representative insisted me to continue with reliance and he offered me three months of free service. He said that the connectivity will improve after few days. I want to say that the connectivity is still bad and I have already taken a new connection from a different vendor. I want reliance customer care to stop my services before 15th of may 2014 because after this you will start charging me again. Please stop my services now otherwise I won't be paying any due amount.             Rs 30 has been deducted from [protected] at 1.24 am 8/05/2014. It's a reliance sim card and they have started a net pack on my mobile without any information. At the mean time I have called them so many time they were telling the same thing again and again that the money will not be refunded. So I want to register a complaint against reliance communication.

                Respected Team, Myself Mr.Vivek Bhadane living in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai had a reliance broadband connection. I was using since last 5 months but every month I am facing connectivity problem. Every time I am raising complaints against it but without my confirmation my complaints are directly closed. Now my complain no. Is[protected] and is in progress since last 5 days. My subscriber id is[protected]. Every time they are closing my complaints without fixing a problem permanently. So please look into this. I've already paid the bill. Still I am not getting the broadband service for at least 2 days a month.

                Reliance only works well when new connection opted. Afterwards no mai baap. reliance are biggest foolers playing public money. Nobody to listen public problem. I have tried reliance and faced the same problem I had got new sims always to find that i am cheated. Its a fact as how shall RIL overcome expenses in honest manner. So I shall advise you to opt BSNL.

                  Dear sir / mam, My mobile number is [protected]. Daily or after couple of the day Rs 3 is deducted from my balance. After then i call to customer care and they refund my money. So how many times i will have to call or email to reliance customer care for permanent solution. I fade off from reliance by complaining 20 to 22 times or more . What I do, kindly tell me. Either I quit from reliance or they will provide me permanent solution . Already i emailed Reliance customer care 3 to 4 times and they are not taking my case seriously .                   Reliance or any other private operator are of the same type. I have faced the same problem with reliance. Connectivity problem apart from deducting balance in way of money or in way of data balance. You have monitored your balance and when complained they refund .but what about others one can imagine as how much these telecom operators earn by way of cheating public. Even vodafone has done the same . I have discontinued all private operator and belive that BSNL is the only solution. SAVE INDIA USE BSNL.

                    Am an existing reliance broadband customer (userid[protected] and had applied for shifting on 25 Apr 2014. Per their initial sms their SLA for shifting is 5 days. Even after 2 weeks, there has been no response from the team. Service Requests nos are: [protected] [protected] [protected] Every time I call customer care they claim they have escalated the matter and will resolve the case in 1 business day. Have also sent emails to escalate the matter no no progress. I seriously dont understand what their definition for service. Hopeless and horrendously lazy folks.

                    Well, I have been facing the same problem. Its more than one week since I requested to shift my broadband connection (28th March). Reliance says they will escalate this matter and resolve this asap! Finnally they called me up today and said there is no feasibility! There is an advertisement just outside my house and the guy below my floor uses the same connection... Now I don't understand what they mean. Anyway thanks to Reliance for wasting my Time!!

                      Hi Reliance,

                      My Post Paid Mobile No#[protected] and bill plan is Rs-599/-.

                      Today I received the bill and to my surprise I was charged for that 399 PACK for amount of about Rs-400/- and billed amount is Rs-1108/-.

                      Who is responsible for this erroneous bill?
                      Today I called customer care for the same.
                      The guy-Ashwini don’t know English properly and said that the bill can’t be corrected.When I asked to log a ticket she told it is not possible.

                      Background Behind this problem-
                      I used to receive SMS “Enjoy unlimited STD calls to reliance @399/Month only”.
                      I sent for activation through SMS on 4th Apr 2014.
                      Received a message saying It was activated on 6th Apr.

                      After I got to know that 399 PACK is nothing but a subset of 599 Plan.
                      Hence I requested to deactivate on 10th Apr.
                      I received a SMS saying it will be resolved in 2 days-SR NO#[protected].
                      After few hours I received a message saying yours request for SR NO#[protected] is processed.
                      I cross check the same as ZR Communication, Reliance Outlet, Marathalli, Bangalore.Contact Person was GOPI.
                      He confirmed that it was taken acre.

                      Request you to check all the recorded voice for the same.

                      Such a bad customer service and error bill, can’t be expected from a branded organization like Reliance.

                      Request you to correct the bill by debiting the 399 PACK amount.After that only bill payment will be made by me.
                      If my problem is not solved by customer care then Nodal officer then I will approach the Consumer Court with all the proof.

                      I will not entertain this kind of malpractice by Reliance.

                      NOTE:
                      1-I requested for activating the 399 PACK then my 599 plan should have deactivated on immediate effect.
                      399 PACK is subset of 599 plan.
                      Even with 599 Plan I can make unlimited STD calls to reliance.
                      What is use of activating 2 plans?

                      More over check what service I used for this during the period it was in active state i.e 6th Apr to 10th Apr.

                      2-I requested to deactivate on 10th Apr 2014.
                      Why it was not taken care although I received the message saying that yours request is processed?
                      I should be charged only for 6th Apr to 10th Apr 2014.

                      I tried to contact the Nodal Officer.But now way it possible to contact.

                      Till my bill get corrected payment will not be made by me.
                      For what reason and service you are charging for the additional amount.

                      Give good service in respect of quality and be transparent.
                      This kind of practice creates bad impression among users which hampers yours business goal.

                      You people either does not any intention to call me to get to know the problem or does not have guts to discuss with for wrong bill given to me.

                      By the way what kind of action you people have taken care so far for correcting my bill.
                      Nothing as of now.
                      Not a single call to me as of now.
                      Not able to reach Nodal Officer/Local customer care people don't understand English.

                      Such dump service and such a bad and rememberable experience with Reliance communication.

                      I will start posting my experience across all the Blogs so that other people will take care while taking a new connection with Reliance and will avoid such bad nightmares.

                      Thank you very much for the extended supported given by the so called Reliance Communication.

                      I will disconnect my Post Paid Reliance connection very soon if the problem is not get solved.

                        my ordeals never end with reliance.
                        on 5th may rs16 were deducted from my main balance for activation of Whatsapp plan, which i didn't ask for!
                        rather every month the same thing happens
                        i have asked for deactivation for this plan long time back and it did happen then as well
                        yet every month for unnecessary reasons you people activate this plan
                        this is not done
                        Refund my balance and deactivate your plan!

                            my reliance data card no is [protected].it is not worked in vichoor place. i am very disturb in mail checking and other works net banking etc., so many times i call the toll free number but not response( waiting time is 45 minutes) so i am irritated.

                              We have a reliance hello postpaid connection having no [protected] and relationship no [protected] since 6 year. We didn't use this phone for last two year and also didn't get any bill in that time. But in last month we got a bill of 281 INR and in this month the bill amount increased to 381 INR . Also the security credit limit is decreased to 2000 INR from 3000 INR . In spite of making numerous request to service center to discontinue the service, the connection is still active. So I would like to know how the bill amount became Rs 281 despite of not using for two year and how it got increased to 381 in this month and how the security amount got reduced to Rs. 2000 from Rs. 3000 . I request you to discontinue the service and please let me know the procedure to get the security amount.

                                Me, Rakesh Kundu. I have a complain to lodge. I have a postpaid connection on the number [protected]. I want to migrate it to prepaid. I visit Reliance World (Durgapur, West Bengal) on 02/05/2014. They took my documents and also I had a conversation with higher authorities from Mumbai. Then they told me to wait 5 days as they migrate it to prepaid. Yesterday, I contacted with customer care and they told me there was no request to migrate my number to prepaid.                                     The order for a Broadband connection was placed on 27th April with an initial payment of 1650 rs to a sales guy. I was promised that the connection and setup will be done within 2 days. It is 6th May and one after other I have been getting false promises. On 29th April as there was no technician, I made my first call to customer center and I was informed technician will be coming on 1st may to install the connection. However on 1st May, I rang the customer center to be mocked by the representative that Technicians do not work on public holidays. This really got my nerves and I asked to get the service asap or refund the initial payment. The representative assured me of a Technician to complete the installation on 4th May, Again no sign of any Reliance techs i made another call to customer center, to find out that reliance has ran out of modems and hence the delay. I demanded a refund but was refused with out a valid reason. I am just really frustrated of the false promises and stupid excuses, I do not want the connection anymore and want the refund. This is so annoying and tiresome to always wait in a call queue and get mocked by the representatives

                                      Internet bill amounting to rupees 1200 each for numbers-----[protected] and[protected], was paid on 25th march 2014 and connection was terminated after 2-3 days. customer complaint was registered at reliance customer care on 29th march where in we were told that within 48 hours, connectioned will be reactivated. after 48 hours as well, customer care at reliance was addressed and we were told that we have to present the paid receipts at a reliance webworld and internet will be activated. till date nothing has been solved and have received another bill of 1200 rupees where in the connection has not been used for a single second. apart from this, previous paid bill ha also been added again. several complaints and calls have been made but received no solution.

                                        Reliance Customer Care is mentally harassing me like anything. Despite several requests and follow ups they are not terminating my post paid net connection even though I have lost the dongle since first week of February 2014. Instead they are generating bills after bills and harassing me to pay the amount threatening legal action. Initially they kept on telling for one month that it would be disconnected but now they are arguing only when the payment is made (even if I have not used the dongle!) they will proceed for termination. Following is a copy of my E-mail sent to Reliance. Please take steps to terminate the connection at the earliest and relieve me from mental agony. Instead of taking any action to disconnect the connection, I am repeatedly getting calls from the Customer Care to pay the dues which are getting accumulated from the month of Feb, 2014. It is quite unfortunate that instead of taking action at your end, you are bothering me time and again.
