i m surabhi and my no is [protected] reliance gsm. i kept my internet on for 5 min in which my gmail got updated and i opened the google page. just for this rs 86 got deducted from my account. how is it possible? i can understand if 10 or 20 rs is deducted but such a huge amount just for opening a page has caused me lots of inconvienece. i havent downloaded anything nor opened any video or advertisement. i do not have any data pack for my no... this is second time such a thing has happened to me. if called to the customer care, i get no response please check and refund 86 rupees as soon as possible

i did talk with the customer care executive, but they said they have sever problem and would refund my amount after half an hour but till now(16hrs) they havent done anything. they have even recorded my complaint abut no action has been taken up till now. if called again its just getting disconnected. whats going on. i m really very very disappointed with your services(reliance communications).
today i talked with the customer care executive. he said he cannot register a wrong complaint, he didnt even check about my complaint and stated it as a wrong complaint. he said to visit the nearest outlet. but i stay very far. nearest outlet is 100km away. when i said this he said
he cannot do anything for this. is this the way a customer is dealt with. really disappointed. he even doesnt know how much is it charged in kb/rs without gprs pack. is it true if i use gprs service without data packs i will be charged in 100s? now i regret of having taken up reliance connection. and i havent received any reply or calls from them for this complaint.

    My net connect number [protected], I am facing the problem is that when I recharging on-line they provide plans as well as additional benefit data, after recharging they added only original data but they never added benefited data. so many times i mailed them but their negligence answers i tied allot. at present month i recharged with Rs. 1099 (10GB + 2GB additional usage benefit) on[protected], receipt id is AMIR53039976. till the date[protected] they did not added the benefited data. I mailed my problem to appellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com but they did not respond my problems since i facing from December 2013. So many times i inform regarding my problem i received negligence answers and not up to the mark. I realised that they are provided the fake service and worse services

      I had requested for a new broadband connection. The sales executive said he would deliver in 3-4 days. And now it is more than 2 weeks, nothing has happened. The worst past is that in the toll free line, the customer excecutives are never free to talk. Also the response from the group [protected]@relianceada.com gives standard copy-paste reply simply mentioning:

      We regret for the unpleasant experience faced by you.
      We have escalated your concern about pending installation and will get it resolved at the earliest.

      They dont even know that they should mention what the problem is and give the resolution date. Rather they just keep copy-pasting the content everyday just to comply that they have responded.

          BALANCE DEDUCTION BY RELIANCE GSM (MOBILE NUMBER [protected])


          Respected Sir,

          I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number [protected], 05 RUPEES
          deducted from my mobile on 30 April 2014. I was checked my balance on 29 March then approx. 51 rupees in available in my mobile but when I checked my balance on today (3 May 2014) then its shows Rs. 46. Then I call to customer care they told me that 5 RUPEES DEDUCTED ON 30 APRIL, now, this will not refund you, if you call within 3 days of deduction then it’s may be refunded to you. Then I talked to senior then he told me the same.

          Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my account and they making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament.

          Now, I kindly
          requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance.

          I will be highly THANKFUL to you.

            Reliance has activated IndiatimesVPak VAS on my cell number [protected] without my consent and charged me Rs 5 + Rs 5 on 11/02/2014 and 01/05/2014 respectively. All attempts made by me to disable the VAS as described on their site have failed. I keep dialling 155223 and the they keep telling me no VAS is active on my number. I do not know what to do. Really disappointed with this petty theft that Reliance is indulging into with its customers. Shame on you Reliance !!!

            Never received any call from any customer service associate and don't know what the [censored] the dude above is talking about. As an update the theft is on again just received a message on 12/05/2014 that 5 more rupees have been charged for IndiaTimesVPack. If your company is in financial trouble just file for bankruptcy instead of stooping to such low levels like stealing your clients money and then lying about it.

            Hoping you rote in hell.
            To put the robbers off the trail I did not recharge or maintain any balance in the SIM. But I was wrong to think this would get their hand out of my pocket.

            Latest Update: Recharged the SIM and there it was again the sticky note sent from the Robbers at Reliance Communication that we again stole 5 Rupees from you.

            I think there should be a movie called Dhoom Ft. Thieves from Reliance Communications.

            I look forward to Reliance filing for Bankruptcy soon.

              By mistake I did recharge of Rs. 77 (roaming pack) to [protected] no. (which is currently out of order or not in service – as I tried to reach the no. for a settlement) on 03rd May 2014 via freecharge.com online recharge site.


              Though I’d to recharge on my no. i.e. [protected].
              Since 4 yrs I’ve been using Reliance kindly help me out in this case.
              .
              I called several times to the Customer Care but instead of helping
              me..they simply told there is no solution to your issue & your
              money is gone. Then I asked to transfer the call to their Manager or
              senior authority but instead of transferring the call they simply put my
              call in hold for long time & disconnected then.

              I would like Reliance Comm. Customer Care Senior authorities to look into this matter seriously & kindly do the reverse the amount to my stated no. i.e. [protected].
              Being a patron of Rcom for 4yrs I expect a fast resolve of this issue.

                This is regarding a broadband connection application with 2224 INR cheque which I submitted on 16th April 2014. The same was accepted on 18th April 2014.Since than no action has be taken to complete the installation on broadband internet at my flat. No one from reliance has visited my flat which is itself at well known locality in Pune. There are already connections in other flats in society so there doesnt seems to be technical issues. At the same time, I am continuously following up with reliance staff and customer care but no action is taken. Reliance promoised to complete the same within 5 days but it has almost 15 days from the day of application submission and in between I called customer care and their representatives multiple times. Please find attached connection details and communication references. Also the behaviour of the staff who is involved in this connection setup is not good.                   Dear sir, Nothing is activated in my mobile number [protected].Reliance is activating VAS service and deducting Rs.3 after every 15 days.For this reason I don't recharge in my reliance network.I observed that when I recharge they get chance to deduct rupees from my mobile balance unnecessary.When I used to complain them they are telling that I have activated VAS.I have checked in my vas status also by sending MYVAS to 55333 from my number.Its showing nothing is activated.They why are they deducting money like this.They deducted Rs. 3 on 16th April 2014 & on 2nd May 2014 for service.Please help me so that I get back total Rs. 6 in my mobile balance.                     I had applied for the new broadband internet connection dated : 28/04/2014. All the documents have been submitted even with advance amount cheque of Rs 2100/- (By Cheque 1700/- + By Cash 400/-). At the time of application submission they said for Next day installation.

                    Now 5 days have been already spend & still waiting for some response from their side. None of the reliance person is picking my phone including sales executive(Mr. Hitesh Sharma).

                    All documents & cheque were submitted on the same day. The services have not been provided to us as per the contract hence i would like to file a complaint `against RCOM.

                      I had purchased reliance netconnect dongle ([protected]) with free device plan after paying advance rental of Rs.3300/- for 6 months in Dec 2013. I was told that device is free and I will receive monthly bills. I was told to pay in cash but sales executive did not provide proper receipt, he told that my receipt will be mailed to me. I did not receive the receipt and when my first bill was generated, I was shocked to see that it only mentioned payment of 2058 instead of 3300 which I actually paid. On contacting reliance care I was told that I will only be provided receipt of 2058 and the rest was payment towards dongle price for which receipt will not be provided. I told them that I took the connection only after confirming that the device is free and I will only get bills of monthly plan which would be waived for first 6 months. I asked them to disconnect my services and refund the amount in Mar 2014, they did disconnect the connection but refused to do refund. Even after contacting them for 2 months my device is still dead and I am not given any refund. I also have reliance postpaid cdma phone and plan to disconnect it and I plan to go to consumer forum and file a case against them. Thanks, Vipin

                      This is completely wrong.
                      First of all I did not receive any call, how can you say that "as per my conversation"?
                      And the issue is still open and I have not yet seen any effort to resolve from your side.

                        Respected Madam/Sir, Seasons Greetings! We have an NGO called SAATHII in Jaipur Rajasthan. We have a broadband connection of Reliance company, which services are too poor. In the last month the connection was closed for 25 days and continue complaint and follow up after 25 days they resolve it in 26 days but only for 24 hour Again our connection is closed from last 10 days. We complaint in written, by call, but still they are unable to resolve our problem, Even then didn't pick our phone. In this regards, We are requesting to you kindly look into the matter and do something for us with such a renowned company of the country, which is unable to provide services to their customers.                           I has activated what app 16 rs plan on 28/04/2014 and after that connected my phone with mobile data, my balance was getting deducted. After this i talked to the customer care on 198, they said there's some technical issue which would be sorted in next 4 hrs. But my balance was still getting deducted, after that it went to zero. Still I was happy. But now its not connecting . Please help. My number [protected].

                            given in an offer, after certain period of time due to more bill we requested for termination.

                            In the reliance web world in padmanabhanagar branch, bangalore they said to clear all the dues and then they can accept for termination of service, as per their suggestion we cleared all the Dues and given the termination request 2 years back, even after giving termination request bill has been generated and now they are asking to pay us, which we have not at all used and sending lawyer notice for the same and threatning us .

                            We have the termination Id also

                            We have clearly informed regarding this for them many times but no one turned up.

                              I am Atish Ranjan kumar(New Delhi) and I have been using relaince 3G dongle since last 5 months. It has been working fine but from 2-3 days when I try to connect to internet it shows "No service" "Not found". It doesn't show the signal hence "Connect" but is disabled.

                              When I did call to customer care they said that they are doing server updation from 7pm to 11pm due to some issue but I tried connecting to internet round the clock but I failed.

                              My plan is being wasted because the date is running and I am not able to use the internet.

                                I have sent back to back emails to customer care dept of reliance... That I am getting poor network and not able to use the remaining allowances and is already very close to expiry of the data allowances... But still today no action was taken and I have lost almost 700MB of data as the expiry was today I need my 700MB with the extension on the expiry... I have paid to make use of my data... I will not leave it... I want the network up in running and my data which is lost... My name is Jeff Colaco My data card no is [protected] These people will take money on time, but cannot resolve customers query, it takes ages, and what about the loss of time and the data.. They would not compensate for that Poor India, suck a unfortunate customer service happens only in India

                                  I've paid the bill on 17th April this year. But still they keep nagging me about the bill. I've also lodge a complaint several times. They are not even responding when I try to connect their customer service. Its has been more than a week. I'm not able to connect to the customer service. I don't think their customer service will be busy 24x7. Now a new bill has come. They even included the previous month bill as well as Rs 100 fine. I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like Reliance. My user id[protected]

                                    Yesterday I recharged my mobile with Rs.31 which states local calls 10p/min. After the recharge done I got the successful massage with 0.01 balance credit with the offer. But whenever I am making local calls they are deducting my balance 1.5p/Sec(without no offer). Today I called to the customer care frequent time and the are telling that denomation is not available in mumbai, so you will get nothing. my query to them is when that recharge is not available then why u deducted the amount where other subscriber ignore the payment or refund the amount for the same. they just disconnected the call after that. please help me to get my money back to my account

                                      I am Ashish Nirmal, resident of Malkaganj Delhi, I lodged a complaint for discontinuation of the broadband service from reliance on 5th April 2014 after paying the advance bill, customer care personnel told me that i'll get the remaining amount refunded in next 45 days, no communication from their side after that. Today i have recieved bill for the next month, the customer care guys are now not responding to me properly. This has been the worst experience from any broadband company and i wont be taking any sort of services from reliance after this.                                       I have provided you both of my cell numbers and both are working. I don't know why you could not connect. One more thing I would like to bring to your notice is that I have applied for connection termination on 5th April 2014 and I have received a mail stating that the billing has been done till 21st April. Why should I pay for 16 extra days??? If you can install a new connection in just 1 working day then why is it taking 16 days to revoke the services??? Taking 4 5 days to terminate the services is understandable but 16 days is too much. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the access amount that i have paid.

                                      After repeatedly saying that i have disconnected using reliance services, these reliance people have issued a legal notice against me for not paying the bill for past 2 months. What a kind of is this???? Please find the screenshots of the communications received from them. You dare to drag me to the court and i'll show you what I can do against you. Resolve this asap, as i dont want to receive any further communications from reliance regarding anything. Consumers reading this please DO NOT EVER TAKE RELIANCE services, they are the worst ever service providers.

                                        Hi, My name is Abhishek Singh and taken post paid connection [protected] on 12.04.2014 from Reliance store Shakkarpur. All the verification done and number activate smoothly but my services deactivate on 26.04.2014 without any information. I called customer care *222 after waiting more than 1 hour, didnot respond properly and cut the phone call. Very next day i visited Reliance store Preet Vihar but they unable to take complaint due to Sunday, told me to come next day (Monday). Again visited Monday shakkarpur branch they said not able to check and register due to server down, you come on evening. I requested him to note my complaint and file when your server will be on but they refused and ask to come. Again I visited evening by 7PM but they refused to take due to time off. I again requested him hardly that please take my complaint i came 3 time far from here but failed. I was talking with executive suddenly one old lady store executive came and screamed on me I told her that I am requesting but she continued abusing me like bhago yaha se aa jate hai kaha se muh utha k. I totally surprised to see that mad lady in reliance store team member. I really frustrated to fasing this, without phone my life stopped. Now I don't want to continue this service with Reliance I request him to stop this connection and refund my money back. This is really a bad and poor services. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
