I was using Relience 3G Data Card ([protected]) since Oct 2012.In May 2013, I received my bill with additional amount of rs. 100, i called customer care and requested them to reduce that amount. After a few minof background check, they informed me that it has been deducted and will beadjusted in your next bill.So I paid the remaining amount.
But since then every month I was getting additional amount included in my monthly bill and every month I keep on calling customer care. Finally everything got sorted out in Aug 2013 bill, where the adjustment of additional amount had been mentioned.
Then in Sept 2013, I again received the bill with additional amount andcontacted Customer Care.
Same story has been repeated and I have finally requested to DISCONNECT my connection in Oct 2013.
Since Oct 2013, my Data card is not working, I received a call regarding bill payment in Nov 2013, I told them that I have disconnected the connection and I am no more a user of Relience. After that I have not received any call from there end.
On Jan 30th, 2014, I received a bill of Rs. 1000 stating that this is the last and final bill and its last date is Feb 1st, 2014.I wrote an e mail to customer care and they replied with an assurence that that somebody will call me and resolve the issue but since then no one has contacted me instead I am getting threatening calls from reliance legal department on a regular basis.
