Hi Team, It has been only 2 week since there was not issues with Reliance broadband. Now the issue has started again I'm getting very low speed nearly 1MB since last week I'm a 4Mb plan user and very frequent disconnections. I wonder why all the time I'm getting the same response team "customer service team" will check this but EOD nothing happens. It has been 2 days now, Nobody has contacted. If somebody can intervene and do something about this ASAP????

Hi Team,

I'm gonna wait till tomorrow EOD i.e. 1st of May 2014 if i didn't receive a prompt response from the Reliance communications P Ltd. I'm gonna go for a connection termination and file a complaint against RCOM. I have the list of complaints that i have registered in the past 6 months and u guys will have to give me a service credit refund.

    I recently MNP my Docomo number in Reliance bearing mobile number [protected]. I submitted all the documents on 24th march and my services started on 3rd April. On 20th April I got a message that my outgoing services is deactivated. I tried to call customer care but customer care is always busy. Then I make a call to Shimla outlet from where I MNP my number they provide me customer care officer number then i come to know that they blocked my services because they don't get my KYC documents. There is no satisfactory reply from there side. I already submitted my KYC documents, I have no outstanding bill due to any company. Beside all this I am facing situation of no incoming & outgoing services. Kindly resume my services as soon as possible. Due to this deactivation maybe I will lose any important call or message because I am using this number from last 5 years.

      Actually Today after 11:AM i lost my whole Talk time balance without any intimations.I don't why i was happened.I tried to contact you through mobile 198, *333 but I can't able to reach.I need my money or reason for my deductions or else i will go for Consumer court for my money..Like this type of issues are happening again and again..I need the solution today itself..

      Very Worst Service by the Reliance Communications.Actually I didn't receive any call from Reliance but they sent sms today like "You spoke to HETAL from Reliance. Were you satisfied with your interaction. Reply - Yes or No(toll free)". What can I send them..? Very worst service by the Reliance. Actually they are planning to fool their customers..
      I have to know Why I cant call to 198 and *333 to these numbers.Acutally what reliance need what they are expecting from their customers..?

        I was using Relience 3G Data Card ([protected]) since Oct 2012.In May 2013, I received my bill with additional amount of rs. 100, i called customer care and requested them to reduce that amount. After a few minof background check, they informed me that it has been deducted and will beadjusted in your next bill.So I paid the remaining amount. But since then every month I was getting additional amount included in my monthly bill and every month I keep on calling customer care. Finally everything got sorted out in Aug 2013 bill, where the adjustment of additional amount had been mentioned. Then in Sept 2013, I again received the bill with additional amount andcontacted Customer Care. Same story has been repeated and I have finally requested to DISCONNECT my connection in Oct 2013. Since Oct 2013, my Data card is not working, I received a call regarding bill payment in Nov 2013, I told them that I have disconnected the connection and I am no more a user of Relience. After that I have not received any call from there end. On Jan 30th, 2014, I received a bill of Rs. 1000 stating that this is the last and final bill and its last date is Feb 1st, 2014.I wrote an e mail to customer care and they replied with an assurence that that somebody will call me and resolve the issue but since then no one has contacted me instead I am getting threatening calls from reliance legal department on a regular basis.

          my postpaid no.is [protected] i m having rental of rs49 and also a add on pack rs399 which is pro rata based pack.my billing cycle is 26 to 27 of every month.i requested to call center csr to deactivate my add on pack on[protected].he raised a sr. sr no is[protected] which is processed on 7-4-2014 and resolved on 8-4-2014 .i have also got an confirmation message from company that the add on pack has been deactived but the reliance charge me for the full month in behalf of 11 day.so please do needful.

            My Reliance no. is [protected] which is a dongle number and also using with Reliance Dongle. Today i.e. 27-April-2014, I have received the message "Amount Charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs:5.00.Current Main Balance : Rs:2.92" from "RM-Reliance". I have no idea how I activated this service since I am using this number with Reliance Dongle. Anyway, the very next moment I sent an sms "STOP" to no. "155223", to deactivate any VAS here is the most ridiculous reply I got "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs. To know about top VAS packs SMS START to 121".How is this even possible? Balance has been debited for the service that is not even active on my number. Reliance people I want my balance back immediately.

            What the heck? I ported my contact number [protected], from airtel to reliance because I thought it would be better for me but seriously it has become bad to worst for me. In morning Rs.10/- was debited from my account and in evening Rs.20/- was deducted again. What the hell is wrong with you ? Have your reliance company getting insolvent so you are deducting inappropriate balance from customers account to pay your debtor's debt ??? Shame on you. I hope my contribution of Rs.30 will help your company to get through it.

              I recharge 173 Prepaid Data Pack but I didn't get any data balance on number [protected]. I asked costumer service about that is payment was made by me or it is refundable then there is the reply that you have done 173 recharge but it was wrong recharge so the amount is not refundable. "Is I am waste my 173 rs on reliance for nothing" I want my money back reliance.

                I am from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. using reliance netconnect plus since 3-4 year.My reliance net connect plus Number is [protected]. From last 3 months hardly one/two bar appears for few minutes and keep going. and if i connect there any other modem that shows full signal bar on it. I have called customer care they says u want to farmat your pc and then try it. i was formated my pc for 3 times with different operating systems then also signal for reliance netconnect plus is 1/2 bar only. and browsing speed only they providing 93kb/sec and speak they provide 3.1 mbps/s.                   This is Tarak naskar from kolkata having your prepaid customer(Ph no-[protected]) getting promotional calls from your company as i activated DND service from more than 8 months.I told already this to your agents and customer care team regarding to stop but they are not responding at all. This is very annoyed because i am getting these promotion calls repeatedly.And this is my first mail to you guys.Also i am attaching two recorded voice files which i talked to customer care and agent as well(promotional call).I am very happy to have your service but this thing is very weired.

                      Unable to surrender Reliance data card as the persons are not responding in toll free number. There is no response even if I wait in call for 2mins or even when call back option is selected, no body calls back. Also, when I directly enquire in Reliance showroom, they insist to terminate connection only thru' customer care, but there is no response as I am holding the data card which I want to surrender for last 1 month unnecessarily.                         Sir, My name is Pratyay Ghosh Dastidar, with Mobile no. [protected].With all due respect, after being with Reliance Communication for such a long time, now I am receiving threatening calls from the following numbers: [protected], [protected] and[protected]. a female person is calling from that number, representing herself an advocate and demanding a due amount of Rs. 1500 for a number which I terminated around 3 and half years ago after usage of 1 month, when suddenly the tariff plan was changed without my consent. At that very moment I went to the nearest Reliance Web World and applied for the termination of the mobile no.and cleared the amount. But suddenly after 3 & half years they are calling and threatening me to pay the amount and if not paid, they are going to drag me to the court.After being with reliance with such a long time such an action of harassment is highly un-anticipated. I don't know if I am going to continue to be with reliance any longer. Thanking You

                            I called 100 timne to your office number [protected], your executiveNishant [protected], your manager Kamlesh [protected] but no one picking myphone and all are very unresponsive.

                                Sir, This is to inform you that i am getting promotional calls from reliance company kolkata where as i activated DND services from more than 6 months . I told already regarding this to customer service Reliance.They promised me to stop this promotional calls within sevendays . I waited for 7 days but in between and after that also i am getting this type of calls . As i have all the mails what i send and what they send to me including voice files. I told them nearly 15 times that stop this service as i dont want this type of call but they are not listening to me. Can you suggest me what should be done for this .                                   My name is Shobhit Kumar Sahu. I was using a reliance postpaid number in Bangalore, [protected]. As I was migrating to a different state, I wanted to cancel this number. I paid the remainder balance of my bill and was also told that the caution deposit amount will be adjusted in my current bill. But I have been repeatedly getting emails from rcom to submit the outstanding amount otherwise legal action will be taken against me. I pity on you people. How greedy you can be. Improve your workforce and update your database. Stop disturbing decent people. I have already made the payment and I am not liable to pay you nay further sum of money. Stop disturbing me otherwise I will take an action against you.

                                    Sir/mam am Baljinder Singh sir I am port my Airtel gsm Mobile number [protected] port to reliance gsm, I am send port request to Ludhiana mall road web world & my number activate( February 2014) in reliance gsm working fine but after 20 day my number incoming & outgoing barred due to document not receive am summit my document 14 April 2014 at reliance web world, mall road, Ludhiana but after 9 day my number not activate, I am daily go to reliance web world, mall road, Ludhiana, but Reliance mam(shawani Gupta) daily tell number activate today evening, but till time my number not activate, sir pls help me

                                        I am reliance customer and they deactivate my all outgoing services on 20 the evening without any reason. I have ample balance for making call and my validity also not expired. I try to call customer care but it always remain busy. Please continue my services as son as possible.
